Restful enjoyment well maintained and friendly staff.

Nice local 4.4 rate star hotel.

The front office people were friendly.

While the room was adequate and spacious, it was dated. This might not have been so bad except that once they charged me a whopping $75.00 one night non-refundable pet fee I could have stayed at a much nicer hotel. Over the past few days I have stayed where there was either no fee or a mere $20.00 in rooms that were much nicer and less expensive.

Great location, staff is friendly. The split level suites definitely don't feel like a hotel room.

Decent rooms, very close to convenient family restaurants, and my kids liked the air hockey table in the game room.

The units were unique and fun for our children. The breakfast selection was excellent. If you aren't a morning person, you might not enjoy the outside stroll to get to said breakfast.

Nice rooms. They provide breakfast and happy hour during first half of the week. Happy hour consists of some snack or light dinner with choice of a few beers and wine. Gym is small but adequate with some free weights.

Not kept up. 2 inch cracks in the pavement on the sidewalks that my son fell and got hurt on this morning. Staff laughed when I told them about it. Not happy.

Great location we went to Phantom of the Opera Love Never Dies after the show got on Interstate 5 and 8 mi we were there great rooms and beds had a full kitchen only thing missing was a USB port but we had our own very friendly service and good breakfast served tell 10 o'clock.

Service was great. Room is a bit dated but has everything you need, just like a condo.

Everything about this place is awesome. Only suggestion would be to pay to upgrade the internet.

The hotel was clean and breakfast was good. This would have been 5 stars if they had not called and said two hours before I was to be at a wedding that I had not booked two nights. I had made the original reservations with the front desk for what I thought was two nights. I even called three before to confirm reservation.

Large rooms with plentiful parking. Facilities are a little old but does the job great.

This hotel is close to the I5 freeway. Continental/hot breakfast was good. Otherwise an average place to stay.

Only spent one night here. Staff was excellent. Rooms were spacious. Bedding was a little lacking. The blankets were short and very thin.

I've stayed here twice. Once with my partner and another for a friend's birthday and both times were great! The rooms are really nice! Stairs are a bit steep so watch your step. The couch had a bed and the wall as well. The bathrooms were nice and clean. Kitchen pretty decent size. Beds were comfortable. Great place!

When it comes to extended stay hotels, this is the best brand. It comes with excellent customer service, luxury and the amenities of home. If you require a personal shopper, it can be arranged by speaking with the front desk agents. Love it!

I had a splendid stay here. There was a lack of parking, which was unfortunate, despite the large amount of rooms available. Our room was very nice and an always-cool two story loft. We all slept comfortably there and the night went very well. The service at the breakfast was kind and respectful, and even took our plates when we were done. There was a rich variety for breakfast, but most seemed picked through by the time we were there. Beds were comfortable, rooms were spacious, showers worked properly, and the Wi-Fi was surprisingly fast. Worth the stay if you're in town with a large amount of people.

The location was great/quiet. Plenty of good restaurants nearby. Staff was friendly and appeared to legitimately want to take care of you. Rooms were alright — — shower tub was narrow and there was an annoying rattling coming from the bathroom light/fan. Apart from that the stay was great.

Spacious rooms, with loft for the second bedroom. Fairly well equipped kitchen. Good breakfast. Only problem with room was the doors that separated the downstairs bedroom from the living area, which would not shut securely. Small but nice pool/hot tub area and exercise room.

Very nice hotel. Staff was friendly and very helpful. The pool was well kept and fun to swim in. That evening they hosted a social hour with complementary food and drinks. In the morning the breakfast was excellent. Great way to start the day. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Would definitely stay there again.

One of the nicest hotels I've been in for awhile. The staff were friendly and helped accommodate us on checking in early. They were also prompt in returning our calls in regards to the early check in. The rooms are clean a d the spa e is huge. My kids have found this to be one of their favorites as well. Highly recommended.

Hotel staff, from the people I talked to at check in, to housekeeping, was so friendly. We got into town earlier than expected and they let us check in early, but we had to switch room types. They actually apologized to me for that. I was just grateful that they were able to do that for us! The room is huge, comfy, and clean. The hotel itself is adorable and the grounds are nicely maintained and it's located in a semi secluded area. Just perfect all around!

They are thoughtful, warm and kind. I have been other hotels including residence inn type, but the Residence Inn Marriott Portland Lake Oswego is the best. Facility isn't super fancy or luxury like 5 stars hotel, but the staffs' customer service is great. I'd like to personally appreciate two staffs; Barbara and Katelyn (sorry if I spelled wrong)

Lots of noise in the hotel rooms, recommend asking for a top floor room. The food served for breakfast was great.

Stayed here many times. Great location. Typical Residence Inn but the rooms are a bit dated. Our unit smelled musty. Great otherwise.

The happy hour was nice and the pool was fun.

I would give it a zero but can't. I left a really expensive dress there. And never got it back… Called them like 50 times. Then left the manager a message and they never got back to me. So obviously one of there workers stole my dress. Which was a gift. I will never stay at any Marriott again. Because of this one.

We were aya by 20.11 — 22.11. The cost was very reasonable and the rooms were good and sufficient for us. The breakfast was perfect. Thank you for everything.

Typical Residence Inn — big room with a bedroom and separate loft. Two bathrooms was great. Check-in was a breeze but housekeeping forgot to clean my room more than once during a long stay. Breakfast is minimal but acceptable. Hotel location is a bit isolated, but it served our purposes. Parking can be tough when the hotel is busy and you might have to park a fair distance from your room.

Great location. The hotel did not update or put money back into the hotel. The ceiling was popcorn, the room had a moister smell and the coach cushions didn't match the coach. At breakfast the first day the lid of the food dish was broke and the waffle machines batter dispenser broke on one girl spilling batter on her. The second day the eggs and sausage was over cooked and one of the waffle machines were broke. 2 Lacrosse teams were their and it was impossible to get a waffle. When we went back to our room the cleaning lady just finished and the room smelled really bad. It turned out she used our bathroom before leaving, I am not making this up. Our friend found a pack of cigs after they got their room cleaned. The third night we found another close hotel for much cheaper and we were much more happy. I recommend a different hotel if you plan to spend this much money.

My husband and I stayed one night in this hotel and were duly impressed with the service and quality of our stay. Each and every employee went out of their way to make sure we had a nice comfortable stay starting with Alex who checked us in. We arrived before check in time and went to the desk not expecting to be able to go to our room but to hopefully get checked in and get some suggestions of things to view in the area. Alex was immediately friendly, checked us in and when I asked for tips on things to see she asked a few questions to discern our interests then said. Go check in to your room, take a break and when you come back to the front desk I will have suggestions and maps. We did and she did, when we went back to the front desk she had driving directions, maps and helpful suggestions. The evening clerk suggested a restaurant for dinner when asked that was outstanding. Each employee that we saw during our stay was helpful and friendly, the room was clean and well stocked. The bed was hard but honestly that seems to be a almost all hotels thing for some reason. I will definitely stay there again! The breakfast the next morning was well organized and tasty.

WOW Rock Star service by Alexa. As you can imagine they are busy for Christmas. At the last minute we had another family member join us. They upgraded us to a two room unit for free. Alexa looked to find the closest unit to make it easier to transfer. Thanks for the GREAT service!

Overall, not even close to what I expect from a Residence Inn or Marriott, for that matter. The carpets were cheap and stained. The mattress, pillows and sheets were cheap. Kitchen knives were so dull that they were barely usable. Parking was difficult to get in and out of and it was sometimes hard to park near the room. Room decor was highly outdated. Besides the breakfast, it seemed as if everything else was chosen to provide the minimum level.
