Nasty place. Bugs EVERYWHERE, moldy towels, TV didn't work for the first few days, the room was so dirty I had to use my own cleaning supplies to clean it that night. There were no pillow cases and when I asked the manager for some he said "That's the maids job and she's gone, she'll get them to you tomorrow. It's not cheap either. $625 for 7 days of bugs and mold.

If you're looking for cheap lodging and don't expect fancy this is a great place.

I would give it 0 stars if I could management are very rude and need to reevaluate the parking situation.

Dirty toilets don't flush properly ants in the room shower no water pressure.

The room was nice. The people at the front desk were nice. I would stay there again if I was in the area.

The new owners are very nice the building needs painted the rooms are outdated a lot of little things need to be fixed lots of families in other rooms drug activity lots of alcohol not a very nice place to stay very dirty rooms also.

Budget is located in Gladstone and was fairly clean and friendly too. I did notice that the facilities like laundry, and even the vending machines were run down and broken. I was not very happy about this.

You'll notice that you will pay the same price for a room that is like run down compared to the room next to you could be either bigger or more nicer than the one your in which makes no sense. Manager (owners) are not so nice but if you talk to them they are nice enough to work with you if your staying in weekly rate rooms.

Only put one star because I couldn't put zero. Asked about a weekly stay and the person said "you are going to hide pets" and then hung up! Terrible way to run a buisness!

Great friendly helpful staff clean room comfortable bed we had a fridge and microwave and a nice TV to watch with lots of channels we had a tub and shower in the bathroom nice air-conditioned room we liked the cute mirror above the sink we slept on a king sized bed so had lots of room because we brought our baby and she slept with us there were cute little light sconces by the bed on each side to be able to read at night we would like to say THANK YOU to the owners we were taken care of greatly while they were doing remodeling THANK YOU FOR A GREAT STAY!.

Seems it's not a hotel at all, people actually live here that can't get an apartment. This establishment seems it's not a hotel.

What a dump, hooker hotel METH PALACE dirty filthy GROSS-AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. Zero stars.

It WAS a great place homey feel, friendly people on staff for 9 months they got the tweekers out and the drugs out and clean op the place it used to have alot of police action but then down hardly any, they even help the family's that don't have a lot of money they make they food. Then the owner started limiting how they clean 3 months ago so the black mold was creeping back, and won't let them enforce the rules and not let them give discounts even though it says it has then. The owner wil not get them things to fix things and takes their till money so they can not make change then calls police on them, he has a snitch in room 233, and let's not forget about the crumbling foundation. If you have to stay there DON'T.

First mistake was paying for 5 nights in advance. Went into the room and pulled back the covers on one of the beds and the sheets were dirty. There was also something sticky on the surfaces. They moved us to another room and as we opened the door, the awful odor of the room blew us away. Then went in and saw cigarette burns on the bed covers, pee on the toilet rim, dirty hand prints on the walls, hair in the sink, carpets filthy and I could go on. Nasty woman at the front desk said they don't give refunds. Said the owner would be in the next day. Couldn't or wouldn't say when. Long story short, we left that night and never stayed in the room. I wouldn't have been able to sleep in that stench. Now $ 366.00 is "pending" in my bank account. I'm here from out of state. I counted on that money to get home since I've paid to stay at a safe, clean motel for the last few nights. These managers and owners are the worst! Do yourself a favor and drive right by.

Was the worst place iv ever had the misfortune of staying at! The website gives a price but yet we were told "oh we told them months ago to take that price off the site so we Will not honor it! " Also heard them tell a guest they won't even give military discounts. The ice machine was broken so they were giving us ice we assume from the ice maker on their fridg. Tiles in our bathroom were broke and loose, burns in out blankets, people hanging out outside the rooms being loud at 4 and 5 am, room smelled disgusting, beds hard as a rock, NO coffee maker but yet a dirty mini fridge and microwave. Myself, my company any anyone who works for me will NEVER stay there again. Also Google will only let you give whole stars, if I had my way they wouldn't even get a half.

Great staff and the rooms were nicely cleaned and very inviting to relax.

Almost 500$ for a room that almost lit on fire while we were sleeping pssssh and wasn't even offered anything for the inconvenience of that or the freezer that hadn't been dethawed in over a year which I did myself and it took a whole day the beds are uncomfortable and no non slip in the bathtub.

The Gladstone budget in was reasonably priced. The rooms were decent for the price.

Not to harsh on visitors the place isn't the Hilton but a hustler can make his ends without a hussle.

They were friendly. The room was sufficient and met my expectations for the price. It's called the BUDGET Inn. Still great for those on a budget.

Really simple and appropriately priced for a quick getaway. Could be better furnished.

Piece of shit motel. Bed covers, and pretty much the entire bed is covered in dog piss, obviously never changed. No cats allowed for some reason. Biased bastards. Also because this place is so shitty, only one maid is left to clean the rooms, if that doesn't tell you something about this place, I don't know what will. Every person was rude. Lacked any empathy for kindness, and really only cared about the long stay tenets. This motel is cheap for a reason. Shitty workers, shit covered blankets, and all together just a heaping pile if shit. Please, anyone in their right mind, do not stay here.

First the good: the woman at the front desk was willing to help with EVERYTHING, which is a lot to say for seedy motels such as this. The room had a good sized — older flat screen that my 3 year old (who had never watched TV before) was entranced by. The hotel we were staying at the next day had a check-in time of 3pm. The woman working the desk was understanding, and let us stay until 1pm… it is now only 8am — sleep time was 6 hours — — and my 3yo is already whining to leave (as he has the entire time). Gonna be a LONG day. Now the bad. And there was a lot, unfortunately, as this little place has a lot of potential. •We requested a non-smoking room, and it smelled like the tenant before us had chain smoked til checkout the same day. I'm not sure why motels try to "rotate" smoking and non… the smell saturated everything we owned and gave me a horrible headache. •I pulled back the comforter and immediately saw many, many dry long hairs all over the pillows and bed. Gross. Then, inspecting further, noticed something like body oil or lube all over the sheets, making a very obvious wet shiny film all over the bed. Gross. The manager changed the sheets and apologized over and over for the housekeeper, "Mary", or " Maria"? •The bed is, by no exaggeration, like sleeping on a boxspring. My back/neck/hips/everything hurt after 6 hours of troubled sleep.

This motel should be shut down. Beyond ridiculous. The room was filthy. Pet hair and bed food on carpet. My family and I had to walk around in our sandals. The blankets and sheets had brown stains. Mold in the bathroom. I also found a slug under the sink and took a picture and there was a dead black one too. Had to buy new towels from the store, and borrow sheets/blankets from family in the area. I asked for no service and they went in anyways. I do not trust management or their other "guests". This place is more of a low income crack apartments than a motel.
