We have stayed here a few times. It’s super convenient as it’s downtown. The employees are awesome. They have a garage that is secured. Dakoda at the front desk was outstanding. She remembered us and even called us about coming back for an event that we went to a year ago. Thank you Dakoda we enjoyed our stay. Excellent customer service Dakoda.

My husband and I chose this hotel for our 1 year anniversary! We were served a bottle of wine with a nice card! The rooms were so quiet! We really enjoyed ourselves! The tub was very relaxing. Nice restaurants and bars close by! 10/10 recommend.

They are awful to staff. My best friend applied for a job yesterday and called her and said she got the job! she was so excited! but then when she showed up for work they told her she didn't have the job and that she wasn't even hired in the first place! she got all ready and so excited for nothing! they lied to her and made her show up in person to say she didn't have the job.

Love this hotel. Staff is fabulous, location is awesome to everything downtown and convenient off and on the freeway. Rooms are clean, parking underground and safe. We stay here every year for hoopfest and any other reason we need to stay overnight in Spokane.

I've stayed in over a hundred hotels in the last year and hands down the staff is the most amazing people ive meet they go out of there way to make you feel your at home rooms have always been clean and quite everytime I'm in Spokane I will stay here thanks for such great hospitality bestwestern and staff.

I love Spokane, but you don’t experience the amazing love of this city until you stay here! The Paupst home is so inviting, and they sure make you feel it here!

The property was clean and the staff was very helpful. The breakfast was impressive for an inexpensive hotel. This was my second experience staying at a Best Western in the last couple of years, and I will seek them out again. The hotels are clean and quiet, provide lots of amenities, and the staff is always kind. We are new dog owners, and this was our first time needing to find a pet friendly hotel. They provided welcome treats for our dog, and the outdoor pet area was a clean, well groomed lawn and easy to get to,

I can't say enough about the wonderful service provided by all staff at this hotel. Check-in was a breeze. The desk staff greeted us by name every morning. The room was extremely clean. I really appreciated the notes left by housekeeping staff wishing us a good day! We will stay here again!

Second stay for us and still our fav in Spokane! Great value and excellent location, walking distance to downtown and waterfront park. Lobby and breakfast area very nicely decorated with plenty of room. Our room was clean and comfortable, again very spacious with desk, easy chair/ottoman, two benches, and microwave/fridge cabinet. Covered parking available for $10 daily, but we didn’t have any problem finding a spot in the lot for our mid-week stay. If traffic noise bothers you, ask for room in the back.

I stayed here with my boyfriend for two nights. The room was a good size and clean. The bed was a bit firm for me but that wasn't really an issue. Breakfast was decent: eggs, waffles, pancakes, sausage, toast, etc. Parking can be awkward but there is also a parking garage for $10/night if you think free parking may run out. Staff was friendly, helpful, and all seemed happy to help. The night worker, whose name I forgot, recommended a place to eat at 1 in the morning and I'm glad he did — it was delicious! If I'm ever in the area again I'd definitely look into staying here again.

Stayed through Southwest Airlines recommendation s. Location was great! Near plenty of bars and restaurants all within a mile radius. Check in and concierge was punctual and cordial. The beds were a bit rough, especially the pillows, but all other amenities that were provided were spot on. Would definitely recommend this hotel and would totally book it again.

We stayed here for free using Best Western points but we will definitely stay here again even if we are paying for the room. The area around the hotel was a little scary at night but the hotel is very well maintained and we felt safe while we were there. When we checked in the front desk receptionist was exceptionally friendly and very helpful; recommended a wonderful pizza place and called them to see if they delivered since it was after 11pm when we arrived. We were able to eat dinner in the breakfast area and have the pizza delivered right to us. Pizza Rita was wonderful. The elevator stopped working at one point and we were unable to get it working so the front desk receptionist took it upon himself to get inside and try to fix it. Not exactly sure what he did, but it worked fine for us the rest of the time we were there. We felt this was above and beyond the expectations, as he could have just had us use the stairs as an alternative. We were only here one night, but we enjoyed our stay and our room was huge. We had a distant view of Riverfront Park and our accommodation were very comfortable. I LOVED that there is a Chili's right across the street because I hadn't eaten at one of those in years. It was nice to be able to walk over to it instead of having to drive across town. Next time we are here we will try some of the other restaurants that were recommended by the hotel.

Staff was very helpful in providing information and helping us with some business needs. Would recommend this hotel to anyone whether for personal or business use. It's a busy area with lots of guests but we had a very peaceful sleep with no disruptions.

Bottom line is that the hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. We arrived late at night and the woman Sarah at the front desk was very helpful. We had a large moving truck and if we had called ahead she said she would have been able to reserve parking for us. We parked the truck in a lot across the way for a small fee. They are also pet friendly for anyone traveling with their puppers. Overall we had a very nice stay at this hotel. Would recommend.

Great downtown location. Super friendly staff. Typical breakfast, nothing special. Rooms are starting to show their age but were clean and well kept. Definitely need new beds. Liked the option of underground parking despite the $10 a night fee.

Great place to stay. Rooms and beds are nice and comfortable. No microwave available. You have to take the food to the front desk and have them heat the food. Breakfast at Stella's is ok if you want to wait a long time and like very weak coffee.

Outstanding hotel. Great staff. Convenient location. Only one problem. Spring & summer road work in the evening in front of the hotel in 2018. If possible, get a room away from the street. Other than the one thing, that is beyond their control, this is a great hotel and I will stay here again!

Parking is a pain in the ass if you have an F-250 Super Duty truck. Staff did their best to rectify the situation by giving a free night in the garage but still paid $10.00 for the next day. Besides that it would be 5 stars from me. Albertina (hekp), you made my day. Thank you for the note and if I stay at Best Western it's because of you.

Wonderful service all around. Breakfast offered multiple delicious choices, the room was clean and smelled fresh, the bathroom came stocked with the appropriate amenities toiletries needed. We are always happy with our stays at Best Western hotels.

This hotel is absolutely amazing! Spacious room with super comfy bed and perfect pillows. Love how close it is to restaurants, yoga studio, shopping, and the river walk. Coffee in the room is a nice touch too:) Will definitely stay here again!

I would absolutely stay here again without skipping beat! The staff at the front desk was always helpful. The Night staff was super sweet & helpful! The housecleaning staff were always sweet and kind with our outrageous accommodation requests! FABULOUS breakfast varity; so long as you show up 30 minutes prior to the closing hour for the breakfast bar, then the pickings stop coming out as they start cleaning up & breaking down their "kitchen". ROOM WAS SUPER CLEAN! Even under the bed & couch. As we fine tooth comb any room we stay in because some places don't clean thoroughly and we have a 15 month old. If I could give this hotel 10 stars I would. *! * highly recommended *!

Lots of people staying so heard stomping around till late in the night. Beds were mediocre. It was fairly inexpensive so that was good, and pet friendly. My husband had breakfast in the morning, said it was quite a spread! Staff was friendly too.

We stay in over thirty hotels a year and this is one of the best. What makes this hotel so special is the staff. They make you feel like a celebrity. Wow. This is a rare event. Haven’t been there in six months and they personally called me before my stay to see if they could offer any extra help. They remembered both me and my employees. We will stay here next time we are in Spokane.

Friendly courteous staff, very clean rooms. Convenient location in walking distance to theatres, co-op grocery store, bars and really great coffee and restaurants. Rooms are comfortable, some with balconies. They are clean and well decorated, and breakfast had great variety and was filling. I would stay here again. As long as you don't need a large pool or large fitness center, this is a great place to stay the night while you explore the area during the day.

I love this hotel! Best hotel downtown hands down! Rooms are always super clean and there are no funky smells or stains. The beds are so comfortable and it's hard to wake up in the morning! Breakfast has a good variety of choices. Fresh coffee, apple juice, orange juice, etc. Staff is always super friendly and professional as well. Very helpful as well. Convenience of downtown amenities with a great priced hotel!

I’ve stayed there several times the staff is gracious and friendly and the management seems to know what you want before you asked for the location is fantastic walking distance to all the events.

I love this hotel because it's within walking distance from the mall, convention center and a lot of good restaurants. I stayed here about 2 years prior with my nieces and we had a wonderful time. The staff was wonderful and so accommodating to our needs. Whenever I go to Spokane, I will always stay at this hotel.

This is a great hotel to stay at in downtown Spokane. It’s at the heart of everything. It was beautiful and well managed. Dakoda who checked me in was especially helpful. She accommodated us by allowing us to check in hours before the check in time standard. She greeted me by my name as I came through. Rooms were clean and very nice. The halls were clean and fresh smelling. When I come to Spokane this is my go to location. The best part was it was affordable. Way more value for the money. Easy to get to. Just stay to your left once you exit the freeway.

My wife and I booked a non-smoking, one bed room for $113 with tax. The room was very clean and cozy, offering a great view of the city. The room came with DirecTV, a fridge, microwave, a Keurig coffee maker with coffee and tea cups, and a lounge chair. The bathroom was nice and clean with no signs of mold or scale in the tub. It's located in the center of town, which made shopping and dining easy. My one complaint, which isn't the hotel's fault, is that it's tricky to get in and out of the parking lot, especially if you have a pickup.

The staff was friendly and helpful. I left my charger at home and the lady at the front desk look through lost and found and found one I could during my stay. The lobby was very nicely decorated. It's in a nice location as well for those sight seeing the town. The room was also spacious, comfy, and clean! They also offer a student discount. I would definitely recommend this hotel to a friend.

Great location to the Convention Center in Spokane, very short walk across the street. Good value for a lower cost option, also very friendly staff that are ready to help. Clean room and lobby/breakfast area. Enjoyed the tea station in the evening and the coffee station in the morning. The only negative is a little road noise from being near main streets, but wasn't too bad.

Took a group here, 14 rooms. We were so well taken care of, and at a fair price. This hotel is in a great area for walking to restaurants, the rooms are clean, and the staff from top to bottom is helpful, caring and nice. If we come back to Spokane, we will stay here again.

The Best Western Plus City Center in Spokane, WA is the best place I have ever stayed. From the minute you arrive, you are treated really well. I feel like family when I stay at the Best Western. The location is perfect, the rooms are very clean, the breakfast is good, and the employees are very helpful. I highly recommend this hotel. You will more than enjoy your stay and will want to come back again and again.

This place is awesome! As a newly wed, they went above and beyond to make us comfortable! Gave us a discounted rate AND a bottle of wine! They are wonderful here! We had to fly out early in the morning and the night guy had a continental breakfast for us waiting! Loved how you guys were so nice and extremely accommodating!

Very helpful staff, and within walking distance of the venue we were in town to visit. Also close to the park and many good restaurants. Nice to have indoor parking. The internet only got slow once, but we were there when it wasn't busy. Good breakfast selection. It wasn't luxury, but then I didn't expect it to be. Reasonable price for the area. I like Best Western for their consistency.

I had a double room for one night and found the room perfectly clean and spacious. The Keurig coffee maker and pods in the room was a nice change from the usual coffee maker. I didn't have a chance to use the breakfast lounge or exercise room but was pleased they were available. Front desk staff was friendly and efficient.

The best Best Western I have stayed at. It was clean and comfortable. Do be aware that there was limited parking out front, but there is a facility parking garage for $10 a night.

Overall experience was great! Staff was very friendly and very helpful. Checking in and out process was explained nicely and overall process was quick. Room was well kept however the Internet was slow and wouldn't work. The interior design of the hotel was very beautiful but the outside of the hotel was a little unkempt and made the hotel seem sketchy.

Great staff who were very friendly and helpful. Dakota at the front desk was able to accommodate a slightly earlier check in for us and gave great tips for dining and sightseeing. Clean and well appointed rooms. Comfortable beds and pillows. Amazing variety for breakfast; well cared for by Pat who was very efficient and welcoming. We would definitely stay here again.

Reserved a suite for my family of 5. Bedroom was filled with 50-60 flies. Disgusting! I didn't pay $200+ to sleep with bugs flying over my bed and crawling all over the walls and ceiling AND potentially my family, as we slept. Obviously housekeeping left the problem for us to figure out. Guest services said they didn't have bug spray, don't have another room to put us in, and were unable to refund our money due to their 24 hour cancellation policy. WOW! So, rather than walking to Riverfront Park and having an enjoyable family dinner downtown, we spent the evening herding flies out the balcony door and killing them with rolled up magazines. Once that situation was under control, we ordered pizza and went to bed. Not exactly how I wanted to spend the last night of our weekend vacation, but made for a memorable stay! … NOT in a good way. Upon checkout, no mention of an apology or any other form of compensation for the inconvenience.

Suite was very spacious and comfortable. It was pretty standard and clean. They included a free breakfast that was decent, but they were a little slow on restocking food. A plus was they did provide a homemade cookie between 7-9PM. We were going to get back late so the lady in front saved a couple cookies just for us. Parking outside is first come first serve or $10 for a dedicated spot in the garage. For the one night we stayed, we enjoyed it.

Decent hotel, conveniently located to the very walkable downtown. The hotel sits on a hot corner, adjacent to the Spokane Convention Center. Yes, there's a Chili's across the street, but there's also a natural grocer, a theater, a coffee shop, and at least six better dinner options with great food and drink selections, on the same block. I stayed there for a week and never drove to dinner. Adventurous walkers can follow the river trails throughout the downtown to off-site pubs, classic steak houses, and great views of the falls. Four stars only because some of the rooms on the south side of the hotel can be a bit loud when the bars let out (2am) and the garbage trucks come (5am).

So comfortable. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone staying in Spokane!

Staff was super friendly and informative. Took time to chat with the kids while waiting for spouse to get some things from the car. Nice to havr option of parking in their secure garage. Only a few blocks to walk to the fair grounds. Room was clean and no complaints.

I cannot say enough about how great ASHLEY at the reservation desk is! She is personable, caring and most thoughtful to all who come to her with questions. She was most helpful in securing us a room while the whole city of Spokane was booked. I hope the manager sees this review. Ashley is to be commended!

I just stayed at this place and it was awesome. The staff was kind and we did not have one problem with them. They had free breakfast and free coffee 24/7. The rooms were spacious and the maids came by the room in the morning asking if we need anything such as shampoo conditioner and soaps and cups. So basically the things you want. I had a great experience with this hotel. Honestly one of the best hotel by far.

We just spent the weekend at this Best Western Plus. I warned the lady at the front desk I would be writing a review. Here goes… I have nothing bad to say about this place. The staff was absolutely amazing. They were all very kind & very helpful. The breakfast was actually really good. They had fresh fruit, make your own pancakes, yogurt, eggs, sausage, cereal, plus more. I can honestly say, if I ever have to stay in Spokane again… they will be hearing from me. Oh, I almost forgot… they have really good coffee 24/7.

This hotel was perfect for my stay in Spokane. It is situated downtown in a perfect place to be able to walk to the mall, the park, and many cool bars and restaurants. Additionally, if offered free parking in the lot or garage. The room is clean, spacious, and very well designed. It has a refrigerator, comfortable bed, good lighting, nice TV with many channels, and lots of free bottled water. The breakfast is great and lasts until 10am on weekends (which is a necessity for me). The gym is small but has very nice equipment and three televisions. Ultimately, I couldn't have asked for a better place for my stay.

Great location in downtown Spokane across from the convention center. Many restaurants and bars within closing walking distance. Rooms are updated and internet is reliable.

Free parking, clean and spacious room, fairly decent breakfast. There is coffee and tea available in lobby 24/7. Polite staff, all in all a pretty good hotel. Nice and close to multiple restaurants and bars too.

When trying to reserve a room for this hotel will not let me use my military discount for military or veteran status if corporate man that is willing to pay more gets more of a discount in a regular Joe.

Great location, within walking distance of many restaurants, convention center and river walk. Excellent included breakfast. Staff friendly and helpful. The enclosed parking structure is a plus.

Close to the city center, great clean rooms, and awesome service.
