Solid motel room. Fridge was cold, room was clean. Not a terrible price for Seattle proper.

Dirty. Room had ants on floor and walls. Dirty sheets. Stay away from there.

Ants and bed bugs no AC the maids don't have uniforms to identify who they are The lobby looks outdated like it passed out in the 90's the parking lot is the only thing that seems to be clean. They charge the same if not more then a motel 6. And they make the motel 6 look like a 5 star resort… should I keep going?

We stayed here for several nights. Loved it. Wish had breakfast.

Dry blood spot on floor. Spiders. Man urinating in flower pot next to our door.

Ant infestation is outta control. Stayed a month out of desperation and low price but I had to put calk under the floor to stop ANTS. No matter how clean it was it was ENOURMOUS INFESTATION. They owner acts funny too. But yeah hope u like ants.

The people who rented me the room we're very nice in fact they only charged me there old rates which was 70$ when the usual price is 90$ after they remolded the rooms we're very nice and clean I had a nice nights rest no complications.

Horrible. Would not stay here if you paid me. We left before we got to the room. Prostitutes and thugs everywhere. People yelling and the security guard didn't think anything bad was going on. A blind person could see it a mile away.

They don't even have lotion ruined my whole night.

Dirty lodging with terrible customer service. I highly recommend you do not stay at this hotel.

Management will refuse service based on where you stayed prior. Refrigerator did not keep food cold. Found baby roach in bathroom. Management stated that even though the sign says weekly rate available, no weekly rates are available.

Definitely a budget hotel. You get what you pay for. Everything was clean, but it had that slightly musty smell I have come to associate with cheap hotels in the Pacific northwest.

Toilet had a roach in the water, tub had dust bunnies in it, only 2 towels allowed. If you want more towels, you have to turn yours in. Bed had crumbs in it. TV wasn't plugged in. And location is in a scummy part of town.

My girlfriend and I stayed here for a week recently. They wouldn't let us book the room in advance, so when we went there we were lucky to get the room. The room was clean but really small and despite us staying for a week, we were not given a microwave or refridgerator. We had to bring our own. The heater was broken so the room was very cold. The water pressure was horrible, the bed was horribly uncomfortable and the pillows sucked. Thankfully we brought those too. For a place that charges damn near $400 a week, it was crap. I would not return to this motel or suggest for someone else to either.

The staffs were nice and hospitable in comparison to Emerald Motel. Do not go to that one. The room is small, bathroom is small with a fridge and microwave to cook stuff with. However it's very clean and would recommend this place.

In our case I'd definitely rate the inn higher because of our huge room, maybe because we booked so late. The beds were nice and the room was clean. The price we paid for it was low, so definitely a great deal. However, the average room was much smaller, if you aren't as lucky. The owners were really friendly and humorous people. There was also enough parking space and tons of tourist information available. Wi-Fi reception in our room was horrible, so we had to go outside to use the internet. Outside the atmosphere was sketchy at best, looking like many homeless / junkies stayed at the place as well.
