Stayed for one night while I visited a friend. Room was cool and comfortable. Clean, and welcoming. Very pleased.

I had a really bad experience first I got the look like what are you doing here then I was told that my card was declined then I was told that I didn't have a reservation because my card was declined and then when I got my confirmation the guy kind of acted like a real ass and to the top that off the microwave didn't even work it had to be replaced shity customer service shity equipment and after 5 days when I went to return the iron the guy refuse to let me in the door to return the iron he started asking me questions and acted as if he was afraid of me or something or that I wasn't even supposed to be there or I was about to try to Rob him or something it was just a horrible experience I'm not going to say that the host were racist maybe they just nasty like that I'm just going to say that I'm a black man and they treated me just like one they let me know that I was a black man by making me feel very uncomfortable with their actions and their energy I'll never go to that Wyndham Hotel again and I spent $600 to stay there screw that place. Love the Tukwila location.

There was absolutely no USB plugs very disappointed very very small rooms Small choice for a breakfast.

But it's ok for a quick stop, sort of. My mover stayed here, I met him here to sign my papers before he jammed back out of town. They did allow them to park the truck on site, which was cool of them. It gets the job done. If you need a place to crash. Just know "North Seattle" means hooker central. It's a rough area.

Too highly priced for ugly, run down, hookers walking along the street, homeless people walking around the street. Noisy both people staying there and from the traffic. Guy at the front desk was professional and courteous.

It's a great location, close to downtown and all the tourist spots such as Pikes Market and all the pier locations. We stayed in the older area of the hotel. The rooms were okay, need a little updating but are cozy. The maid service was excellent and had awesome customer service. The front desk associate, Ashley also provided us awesome customer service. The only draw back was the continental breakfast, it would have been nice to have a waffle maker and toaster oven along with a larger selection of pastries or bagels. Overall our stay was awesome.

The night receptionist was incredibly rude when I arrived. He talked down to my entire group, insinuating we were all stupid. On top of that, the tiles in the bathroom of our room were popping up. The highlight of the hotel was the day receptionist. She was much nicer and polite.

Clean and well kept service was ok. They do not take debit cards credit cards only and kind of a sketchy area.

Very friendly staff. Clean, comfortable rooms. Bed was awesome! Close to city center and all the attractions. Will definitely stay here again.

Front desk guy was rude and told me leave lobby after having reservation and was rude on telephone after visit don't book here unless u like abuse.

I really dont like giving bad reviews. The whole evening was a bad experience, in all respects. Ill save the details but. We needed a bed to sleep in when our motel down the road gave our reservation away and refused to honour the rate we paid, and tried to upsell us at a much higher rate and then lied to us about manager info and sent us here. Our room was not clean (at all) and it did not have a functional toilet, which was full of poo. Hookers surrounded the building and the room lock showed signs of being forced in the past.

Although the days inn isn't in the nicest area, the room was fantastic. Paid under $100 for two double beds with a seating area and bathroom. This is a great deal and super clean.

After having our reservation for over a week, we get a call while en-route to the hotel and the lady says that we are no longer welcome because my girlfriend is 20 years old. "She needed to be accompanied by a parent". I myself, am 21 and said, lets switch it to my name. The hotel refused and told us to find a Hostel.

The lady is in charge of the place is not friendly and helpful and she is a bich.

Was told at home I could use a prepaid debit card but when I got there they told me I could not use a prepaid debit card and then had no where to stay from the 21st of feb to the 25th I had to stay in a really horrible hotel because of that.

Clean rooms, the property itself seemed really clean especially considering the reputation of that stretch of Hwy 99 — Aurora Ave. The parking lot, walkways and staircases are extremely well lit at night it makes a huge difference and obviously keeps away vagrants and undesirables. If your looking for a room in that area it's a safe bet to stay here.

Not a bad hotel, the area isn't great and the walls are paper thin but it's affordable and clean.

The hotel staff double charged us on check-in. We'd already paid online but we're charged again (a different price) at check-in. The clerk then said she'd have to get her manager to fix it which we later learned wasn't true. She just didn't want to deal with it. The person who DID work with us to fix it at checkout was incredibly rude. All our interactions with the staff were negative. Very disappointing. The Continental breakfast was basically some hostess pastries that you get at a gas station, a couple types of cereal, and some fruit. They probably spent 14.95 on the whole spread. The coffee wasn't even good. The room was clean. Small, but clean. Overall, I do NOT recommend this place.

The bed was cozy that's about it. Oh and they're shampoo and conditioner is the brand Matrix which is nice. I used it. Rooms are small, breakfast is a joke. Being in seattle you think you would get seattle coffee. Nope. For the price I paid… Not worth it.

Room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. There are 2 buildings separated by a small side street which made getting ice (only available at main building) slightly inconvenient. This hotel met our needs very nicely.

Clean… friendly. Professional & knowledgeble staff. Close2mass transit… decent . Breakfast.

I haven't even stayed here yet and I am beyond dissatisfied! I called them to get a reservation. The lady on the phone asked if I could "hold for a couple of minutes". I don't think she was smart enough to figure out how to push the hold button before hanging up. I tried calling twice after and no pick up. I guess this hotel doesn't like money or business.

Not bad. Clean and convenient. Friendly front desk staff. Quiet room and very easy to travel to and from downtown seattle.

About 4 months ago I had a encountered with a racist old white woman that worked there. She was rude and mean to people of color. Kept on turning them away telling them the hotel was full and they need a backgroud check if they wanted to stay at the Days INN!

Stayed on the lowest level. Overall, pleasant stay, just a few minor complaints. The room didn't get as dark as I would have liked. Our hairdryer didn't work. The TV was an old CRT. But, the price was very fair and I have no regrets.

We had a death in the family and had to go to Seattle for the services. My wife was distraught over losing her father and inadvertently made the reservation at the wrong Days Inn. There are 2 Days Inn's on the same street in north Seattle. We did not find this out until we had showed up at the wrong hotel. This hotel was not willing to work with us on our mistake. We made reservations with the right hotel, with the rest of the family, and was pleased with the accommodations. The Days Inn at 9100 Aurora ave in North Seattle is a dump. The rooms are run down and was in dire need of maintenance. It was clean though. Since this is now a Wyndam property, you can bet that corporate office will find out.

I called the day that my husband and I flew into Seattle because we were arriving at 1 am. They said that was fine and that the shuttle would be around every half an hour to pick people up from the airport. My husband and I waited for 40 minutes at the airport and the shuttle never came, so we took a cab. We arrived at Days Inn to find the shuttle bus parked out front, and the shuttle driver sleeping on the couch in the lobby. The receptionist and the shuttle driver were not apologetic and stated that I needed to call them to be picked up. I stated that I did call earlier and was told that the shuttle would come by every half an hour. I was very disgusted by this incident.

The price seems fair and the TV is nice. Shower us actually tall enough to stand in. Only complaint is the breakfast starts later than you would expect. 7 am on a weekday.

Good room. Wifi was Excellant. "Continental Breakfast" was not exactly Continental. Quite boring.

Rooms are clean but small. Desk Clerk was kind, personable and helpful. It was a budget place but very nice for the price, however there are no good spots for dinner within walking distance. The rooms are close to the road but traffic dies down at night, was quite quiet considering the location. Our room had AC as well as the usual amenities and they were in good working order. We were on the second floor and there was not much foot traffic outside. Parking lot is well lit, and all the parking spots are clearly visible. Breakfast is included, but we are on our way to have that now. It's a short drive into downtown, would stay again.

Clean rooms, good price. Had a refrigerator and microwave. They also let us borrow a pack and play. Near the zoo, but otherwise not in a great spot.

This was the most horrendous disgusting place I have ever been too. Not just because the hotel was so revolting but because the manager and his little mean co-worker were so terribly mannered and just all around rude. I have never met someone so horrible before. They also enjoy yelling at the travelers. This place is worse than hell.

Horrible customer service! Called to book a room and asked for rates. He said $97 plus tax. I asked for any military or weekly discounts. He said "No! $97 plus tax, you come in to book, ok! " Then hung up. Avoid being treated like an animal.

This was awful! Horrible customer service. Rudest desk person I have ever encountered! She was so mean! Room was Discusting. Breakfast muffins had mold. Room smelled like pee. We left when my daughter had a bed bug crawling on her legs! Save your money!

They lied about being able to see the space needle and they lied to us about a pool and breakfast (its there but its cornflakes) also the guy was rude and disrespectful to us.

It was a good spot to stay, had good customer service. After the event they were nice about us coming in later even laughing and having a good time with us!

Horrible customer service, management was very rude. I had reservations but was unaware of their '21+' over policy, given I was from a different state where it's 18+. And it was not posted on their website. They did not refund 1¢ of the 300$ and my wife and I had to sleep in our vehicle in a parking lot.

Stayed there last summers. Worst experience of a hotel. Was being charged more than what I had booked it for. When I asked why, some lunatic at the front desk Randy went off on me. Absolute raging lunatic. I called corporate to report it, pretty much got the brush off. I was looking out my front window trying to relax when I see this maniac come to my room and try to look in. Absolutely scared my wife and son to tears. He then proceeded to walk to the sidewalk area and pushed a young man down to the ground that was waiting at the bus stop. This young man called the police on Randy. I went outside to let the police officer what I had seen. After this young man decided not to press charges, I went back to my room. My phone rang and it was this lunatic Randy screaming "I am the law around here, I do what I want! " Shortly after that, the phone rings in my room again. It was corporate asking me to leave. I said sure no problem, give me some time to pack my things. My wife and son are crying, scared of this lunatic working the front desk. Corporate manager tells me "you have 10 minutes to leave or I'm calling the police". Do not stay here. I have never been treated worse from front desk, all the way up to corporate.

WORST SERVICE EVER! How Wyndham Resorts allows these horrible people to continue to franchise under their name I WILL NEVER UNDERSTAND. WYNDHAM SHOULD BE ASHAMED! Does their company not bother to check reviews on the hotels that assume their name? I live in Seattle and am having out of town guests. Due to the location we booked rooms at this Days Inn, except my friend forgot to inquire about the cancellation policy so she called back. Randy (who apparently is hated by pretty much everyone on these reviews) initially refused to tell her the cancellation policy and instead issued an ultimatum QUOTE "If you don't want your room ill happily give it to someone else and you can go pay double some place else" END QUOTE. She was so upset she hung up. On principal we called back and flat out cancelled. He then REFUSED to email a cancellation confirmation, despite having her full cc info! Now I am hosting everyone at my house on air mattresses I purchased with money that was supposed to pay for the hotel. I own a local business and have been working in customer service for years, and I can honestly say the customer isnt always right. With that being said, that there are over a dozen bad reviews naming Randy specifically, that many strangers wouldn't all be saying the same as I am unless it was true. Apparently this hotel receives enough patronage from the prostitutes out front (i live 10 minutes up the hill, im not exaggerating) that they don't need the money of decent guests.

Ths hotel robs its guests. Stay away. Hotel would not honor reservation made by 20 year old grandson thru Expedia — — but would not refund the charges either. Boys were stranded in Washington without the room that they paid for. Expedia is coming thru for them (thank you Expedia) but this hotel management staff are thieves and I am filing a complaint with the Attorney General in Washington. They willingly took the money for the room and refused to provide the room.

CRAPPY CUSTOMER SERVICE — Wish I could rate it a zero! First, they advertise as being in the U district, they are not, it was a 30 minute drive to U. When I checked in the room SMELLED so bad of perfumed soap that I requested a different room, but they refused because they had no other "rooms like mine". I was told since I booked on the internet, I could only have a smoking room (mine was non-smoking) but they would not allow an upgrade due to the booking terms. When I complained again the next morning, the front desk was not at all apologetic. I spent the night with the window open (hotel is on highway 99, so noisy) with AC running full speed just to try to air out room. Actually tried to sleep in chair with head in window frame for air, it was that strong. Obviously something had been spilled on carpet in room, but they did not care. The smell actually permeated my clothes and hair by morning. I could smell the perfume all day in clothes. So gross. Again, not even an I'm sorry from staff. Probably the worst customer service I have encountered in past five years. They didn't even come to room to check and there was two people at front desk. "Hot" breakfast was a joke, waffles or cereal, absolute minimal I have ever seen. On the plus, room was clean, bed comfortable.

Randy their manager mentioned by other reviewers is simply insane, and likely racist. I had 3 out of town employees I booked 3 rooms for 4 days for, and from the start I knew he was a problem. I booked 2 months advance and gave a credit card number, yet Randy felt the need to call at 730AM to see if we were planning on coming or if he should cancel the reservation! Then made it sound very difficult for an employer to get rooms for his employees, like all sorts of paper work would need to be done. As my guys have an accent (Spain) he immediately had a condescending attitude with them. All 3 felt it. The 2nd day one of them couldn't find his ipod charger and asked Randy if he had one (his son was sick and needed to check in) and he was VERY rude. Then as a couple was moving in the room next door he asked if they could charge his phone and they were very nice and did so. As they gave it back after charging, Randy saw this and came pounding on his door, came in without permission screaming at him that he is under no condition allowed to talk to other guests!? He was so hostile our employee had to call the police. As he didn't strike them there wasn't much we could do. When I spoke to him he tried to say it was a hotel policy not to let guests talk to each other (how absurd), and that my guy was harassing them and the employees there. What a joke. When I asked if he had a problem with Spanish speaking guests, he said he was a traditionalist, but treats everyone the same.
