Lived there a number of years ago, but have fond memories. Fastest internet in the city — that's very true; having Uptown Espresso downstairs is a HUGE plus. You will hear a bit of the fire station once in a while, but far better than in the Fountain Court.

I had to find a place to live site unseen when I relocated to Seattle last fall. It was a nerve wrecking experience but the staff here had made that process so much better. From initial inquiry to requesting building photos and info to application processing to moving in, all had gone better than I expected. For imperfection, they tried their best to fix any issues that exists and were very reasonable with expectations. Parking here is secured and much cheaper than other apartments in the city. The building is maintained well and clean, maintenance staff is very friendly and capable. The location is also fantastic. Within 10 minutes walk to the Space Needle, 20 minutes walk to Pike Place Market, and 25-30 min walk to downtown. Only thing you have to worry about is gaining weight while you're here since you're surrounded by awesome restaurants, and the management office makes cookies everyday. You heard me right, FREE COOKIES. We've only lived here for 6 months so far but are already dreading the day we have to leave. For the price, it's definitely a great value and I'd recommend anyone to check this place out.

I lived here for a year in 1 bed room and den apartment. This is very well maintained apartment with friendly staff. It's location is awesome. You can walk to pike/pine street, space needle, sculpture park and many more interesting places. Most of the marathon and other events happens just in front of the building.

We looked at 30+ apartments in the area before deciding. What really stands out about this place is the staff. Brad and Sarah are great, they're always helping out. The maintenance team is great, they're on site almost every day and get things done quick. Other good stuff: It's usually pretty quiet. It's very close to downtown, I walk to work regularly.

My Wife and I have lived here for a year and a half now. It has been a great experience. The location can't be beat, the price is competitive, and the management staff has always been friendly and helpful.

We have lived in the Sidney for over 3 years. It has been a great building to live in. We chose it because it had the nicest look and feel out of all the many apartment buildings we looked at in Belltown. Besides looking good, it is very well taken care of. Whenever we’ve needed maintenance or anything, it is done right away and done well. Aaron, who does the work on the building is great! And the managers are friendly and helpful as well. They even throw parties for us every few months. And they deliver our packages right to our apartment. We have been very happy living in this building.
