We stayed here two nights, one night on either end of a trip to Whidbey Island and enjoyed both nights. Front desk staff are amazing and accommodating. Excellent room service and suites are spacious and priced well for location. Highly recommend!

Our first visit to Seattle and we picked the best hotel to stay at. Great location. Great room. Great restaurant (Lola). Great staff, especially you Sharon. We’re staying at this hotel every time we come here. I loved sitting on the couch looking at the cityscape, going to Dahlia Bakery across the street and talking a super easy walk to Pike Place. Stay here, it’s way worth it.

Everything was exactly as I'd expected from a hotel of this caliber. Friendly staff, spotless room, comfortable bed… No complaints here!

We attended an event at hot stove. It was fun and informative. However, class descriptions seem to need updating as our class differed from what was described. Otherwise it was great!

Great, modern boutique hotel. Rooms are on the smallish side, but that’s to be expected in Seattle. The restaurant in the lobby has good happy hour specials and a bustling atmosphere.

The rooms are spacious and have a great view of the city. The front desk staff is very helpful and proactive. The hotel is located walking distance from Pike place market, light link rail station, and many restaurants. It is also close to Amazon and they have prints for the NDA form if you stay there for an interview and forget to print beforehand.

Our flight came in early on day of check in, we arrived at hotel around 11am expecting to have our bags held until check in time. They had a room ready for us and they also upgraded our room. It was so nice after an early flight and having had little sleep to go right up to our room and get settled before heading out for a day of sight seeing. Also they sent a text making sure we were happy with the room and to see if we needed anything. Nice personal touch!

The location was great within walking distance of all the sights you may want to go to. Staff and valet were great and prompt. Room was beautiful with a fantastic view. Bed was somewhat uncomfortable and on the smaller side. The room was stuffy even with the air on high. All in all it was a pleasant stay.

The desk service was fantastic. The rooms were very nice. The TV worked moderately. Coffee was great.

The room was beautiful and spacious. The bathroom is small but great shower. Staff was friendly. I would definitely stay there again!

Good location and overall a very nice hotel. I did seem to hear quite a bit of noise from my neighbors at night. I think I agree with other reviewers who mentioned the walls may be a little thin.

Gorgeous Boutique Hotel with Luxury Dining @ Lola with The Attentive and Professional staff who care about giving you the most exquisite of experiences! In the heart of Downtown Seattle just minutes from all of the posh places to be. It even has a rewards program called Stash!

It’s difficult to find a wheelchair accessible room that is actually accessible. This room is perfect. Spacious enough to get my power wheelchair around, roll in shower that is functional and beautiful! The front desk staff were super helpful, especially Justin. All around great hotel in a great location!

Everything was amazing: the location, the comfortable & spacious room/bed/bathroom, the valet parking, the incredible restaurant accessible from the lobby, the super friendly service, everything! I have been to Seattle several times in the past but this was my best experience, mostly due to this lovely hotel! We stayed in room 608, it was great. The anti-fog mirrors in the bathroom were super cool too, and a separate dressing/makeup room was nice (while my husband was in the shower, I could do my hair away from the steam). I even liked the minibar selections (I normally don't even touch that stuff) which included local wine. The front desk staff was awesome: special shout out to Lisa and also to Josiah who valet parked our car (and charged it overnight — it's an EV). Yay for Andra! Highly recommend!

Nice hotel in the heart of Seattle. We had a view of the back of other buildings and the AC units. I know that can't be fixed by the establishment but I want to be truthful. The front desk and conceriege were immensely helpful with dining options in the area. We had a light, late dinner downstairs at Lola and it was delicious.

Located downtown Seattle, this hotel offered great dining and proximity to the keystone arena as well as to pike place market. Which makes up for the lack of any spectacular views. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The hotel staff were very helpful. Parking is a pain, but it is everywhere downtown Seattle. Will definetly retuen back here to spend the night, the next time I am in Seattle.

Nice, clean boutique hotel. Super friendly front desk. Incredibly comfortable bed. The room was great but the fridge started making noise at 4am. Unplugged it and went back to sleep. Will definitely come back.

Great place for a downtown Seattle visit! Rooms are stylish and clean. Service is great, knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. Lola is a fantastic restaurant for delicious dinning or room service. You could make a Tom Douhlas adventure out of your stay and hit all sorts of his establishments. If you are into pizza you should go to Serious Pie.

Recently stayed here for 3 nights and loved it. Rooms were clean and the service was exceptional. Its in a great location close to so many great restaurants (Lola is downstairs/room Service and Dhalia Lounge and Serious Pie are across the street! ) Would definitely stay here if I visited downtown Seattle again.

The hotel is nice and modern inside what looks to be an older building. The employees are nice and the rooms are huge. The breakfast is very expensive however and you could do better outside.

Close to everything. Well appointed. Not cookie cutter. Knowledgeable staff. Dropped a plate of food on the coffee table and chipped the glass top. New food was there quickly and the night manager right after making sure things were cleaned and safe. Excellent.

Hotel staff was very professional and friendly. All the facilities are new and clean. Upon arrival, we received a significant upgrade to our room free of charge, and ended up with a very nice corner suite. The valet was prompt and reliable.

This is a fantastic hotel to stay at when in Seattle. We stayed for one night and our room was upgraded from a small room with a queen-size bed, to a 550 square foot corner suite with a king-size bed, at no extra charge. The staff was professional, friendly, and knew much about the area. There is also valet parking which is extremely helpful in downtown Seattle.

Awesome and friendly service. Room was well taken care of and clean. Nice lobby. Super convenient location to downtown attractions. Fit and layout of furniture was a bit awkward, and room materials starting to feel a bit worn. But overall it was a great value and a great place for our stay.

I was just here to visit but the location was very nice. It's right next to Lola's and downtown Seattle, plus Seattle Central is only a few blocks away. The room was small but nice, clean with a nice bathroom and couch. The lobby looked nice as well.

Fine place. Old building with some decent modernization in the room. Clean and cozy with a friendly staff. Decently located to Pike Place and nice shops nearby, but not much else. However, they place a credit card hold on $100 per night IN ADDITION to the entire amount of your bill. So, for my $400 stay, they held $666. Of which, 200 will be returned to me 3-5 business days after I check out and their credit card batch goes through. Sadly, I have a notoriously slow back for hold returns. This is, in a word, insane. I travel frequently and have never experienced a policy like this. Hold $100/day, sure. But every hotel applies that to your balance at check out. They don't hold it over and about your bill amount at check-in. Ridiculous. This, for me, is a deal-breaker.

Nice room. Helpful staffs. I stayed here for a night and the review is based on that. Bed was pretty comfortable and the room had multiple lights. Before sleep I think I had to switch off at least 6 lights in the room. One of the lights had no switch and it was connected behind the TV. Couldn't reach so I had to pull it by the wire to disconnect. The bathroom was small. The sliding door on it used to slide and block half the entrance if not bolted. Not convenient. The room had a mini bar and a personal bar as well. Pay per use. It has room service for breakfast, lunch and dinner. I believe that the food arrives from the adjoining restaurant Lola. It was way cheaper for me to get the food myself instead of ordering it from the room. Being in the downtown the roads are very busy here. The hotel doesn't have a parking. They have a Valet parking though. This is the first time I came to Seattle and rented a car. I had no idea about the parking situation there. I ended up paying $39 for the valet. That was pretty expensive to me. But yes, the hotel staffs were nice enough to let me leave my car till late afternoon next day, even after I checked out. They were happy to keep my luggage in their safe for free too.

The Scandinavian theme is cozy and yet very professional. A good business, leisure, or romantic hotel. The fact that Tom Douglas also has a coming school there makes it even better.
