Came here only cause it was the only option that had a check in age at 18 and had a shuttle from Seatac, but that was the only plus side, the driver was nice and helpful but I wouldn’t stay here again. There was eerie messages etched into the mirror, the tv, and the shower, the sheets were stained, the walls had some dark liquid stains, the shower was dirty, someones used soap bottles were left in the room, the light in the bathroom was out of place, and the bathroom floor was sticky. After spending 5 hours at the airport all we wanted was a place to rest but as soon as we got there we pretty much knew we couldn’t stay there. We checked out 4 hours later, and asked for at least a partial refund because the room was so disgusting and we didn’t feel safe staying there. We didn’t get a refund she said the best she could do was give us another room if we came back because our flight got canceled again, we informed her we’re taking the shuttle back to our hometown and wouldn’t have to worry about our flights getting canceled, but she still said no to the refund. I understand that there’s only so much one person could do, but with the state of the room you would’ve thought they could help us out.

Skyway inn parking, not the hotel. I would recommend never using this place for airport parking. Dropping my car off and being taken to the airport was absolutely fine and easy, being picked up was not. We called to be picked up to which we were told the shuttle was already on it's way and would be there momentarily. It took over 30 minutes for us to be picked up, the woman driving was not wearing a mask, she did not help me with my bags when I was also carrying an infant, there was only one seat belt that worked in the entire row we were sitting in (I used it to buckle my baby in-THANK GOD I did), this woman driving pulls the shuttle out and starts texting and driving right away and nearly rear ends a shuttle in front of us because she's too busy looking at her phone. She gets out to the 25 mph street and proceeds to text and drive going over 65 mph! She slams on the brakes to get into the driveway and turns into the lot going 30 mph, hopping the curb and throwing the passengers around while I'm holding onto my baby's car seat for dear life. She nearly clips a bunch of parked cars speeding through the lot cutting corners and slams on the brakes again in front of the office. Also, when I finally got to my car, it was double parked so closely to the cars around it, it took almost ten minutes just to reverse a few feet. I emailed the company days ago about my concerns with NO RESPONSE. Absolutely disgusting. Do not use this company. They don't care.

We parked there for airport parking at SeaTac Airport parking and had the WORST experience. After calling 2x, it took 45 min for a shuttle to pick us up at the airport. When we were picked up and arrived at the parking facility, they couldn’t find my car keys and asked if I had left them. Of course we did! That’s your policy. Our car was not in the same spot we parked it. 10 min later our keys were found, only to find that we were blocked in by 6 other cars and couldn’t leave until they found all the keys to move some of those vehicles out of the way. It took another 15 minutes. I demanded a refund for the inconvenience and the extremely rude demeanor of the driver. They basically laughed at me. I have damage/scratches on my car from the parking that they did which I took photos of. I may be suing for damage to my vehicle caused by the terrible park job into bushes and rebar that someone who works there did when they parked my car. Not what u want to come home to after a long trip with 4 small kids in tow. 😡

We left a key that didn’t unlock my car but drove it, we kept the only key to unlock it with us. The car was unlocked and moved not to mention my car shows signs of being broken into, and we have barely any gas left when we left it there with a half a tank.

This is a review of their airport parking, not the hotel. When we returned to our car after our trip, we found that it had been moved and that the passenger side window was left rolled all of the way down. It had rained while we were gone and the leather seat and floor carpet were soaked. The girl at the desk said that she could not refund any money and that we would need to call when the manager was in. Called for the manager the next day and our call was not returned. It is now 7 days since we got back and after repeatedly calling finally talked to the manager yesterday and today. The manager said he was the one who moved the car and he didn't roll the window down. He couldn't find video of our car, even though we told him what time we left it off on the morning we left on our trip. He said that people claim all kinds of things wrong and they don't do anything wrong. He said he wouldn't take care of the mildew and seat damage and wouldn't even issue us a refund. DO NOT leave your car there; they are untrustworthy and will not admit it when they make mistakes. They tried to claim that we must have left the window down; we would not have left our window down at 8am on a rainy day and do not appreciate the insinuation that we are liars. Pay more and have peace of mind and no problems.

Clean and cheap. Directly across the street from the Angle Lake station of the Link Light Rail, which takes you to the airport and all up into downtown Seattle (and everywhere in between). Room was cleaned well daily. Staff was friendly. Free shuttle to and from airport. Long term parking at around $7/day. We checked out at 9:30am and they held our luggage for us until our late night flight later that day. Great, cheap hotel near the airport and the Link. 5/5, would recommend.

Shady hotel that charges people for staying there who cancelled reservations long in advance and does the run around when someone tries to speak with management about getting their money back.

If I could give less than I star I would. I didn’t even stay in this hotel and it has been the worst experience in my life. I have been told multiple times I would be in contact with a manager and they refuse to call me back. I was scammed out of $126 from them and have only gotten half back. I had canceled my reservation way ahead of time and am being told I will not get my money back. Do not book here. They are liars and will do anything to avoid helping a customer.

Rooms were fine. Walls seem paper thin though, can hear everything — traffic, other guests etc. Decent for the price, you get what you pay for.

I used Skyway Inn's airport parking service for a week and am happy with how it went. Complementary shuttle to and from airport, and an email the day before my return flight instructing me on how to call the shuttle. My flight was a bit late bit they said it was no problem and did not charge me extra. Low cost, decent service, and my car and its contents were still there when I got back!

Skyway Inn is convenient to SeaTac Airport. They run a shuttle to and from the airport on a 24 hour basis. The room was clean and comfortable.

Upon leaving our truck with them, we were told they would move our truck to a secured lot.
It never got moved. But the truck was fine.
The drop off took 20-25 minutes. We were told the shuttle would be there in 2 minutes to take us to the airport. 15 min later, the driver shows up. He was sipping coffee with us in the lobby, while we are waiting for the 2 min shuttle.
We were pulling out and got flagged to stop for another ride. This takes 5 more minutes for them to check in. Driver asks everyone what airline they are taking, then drops us all off at one. Everyone out. Flash forward 7 days. Flight lands at 4:30. We call 13 at the courtesy phone at 5:06pm. Shuttle will be there in 7-8 min. Great! We were at 3C. We call after 20 min. The shuttle has already returned. They will send him back. 7-8 min again. WHAT? We looked the whole time, not wanting to miss it, wanting to get home from traveling with 2 toddlers. 15 min goes by, we call again. He should be there any minute. 5 more minutes he pulls up. We get back to our car at 6. Ridiculous. We will never be parking with them again.

The rate was lower then the already great deal I had found. I was skeptical of the location, yet it was only fourth 3 or 4 hours of sleep so I wasn't too concerned about the perhaps poor quality. We had a late arrival and early departure, so that was a concern for me needing to connect a flight. I emailed Skyway Inn after the reservation was made and got a fast reply that it would be okay. Upon our 12 30 a. M. Arrival we were able to check in, arrange vehicle storage and were happy to have a clean comfortable room. The shower had great water pressure with a newer shower head. The carpet seemed to be fairly new, and overall the room was very clean. Morning went great, got to our flight with plenty of time. I forgot to leave a knife in my car, so I asked our shuttle guy to have it placed in our vehicle. At the time of review I'm still on my trip, so if the car storage or the handling of my personal belongings don't go well I will definitely update this review. However, this was one of the best, affordable hotel stays I've had in a long time. UPDATE REVIEW: My knife was never returned to me and I had 33 extra miles on my vehicle along with the CD we were listening no longer playing but the one following was. So I would not recommend this place to keep your car for any length of trip.

Took over a hour to get picked up at seatac airport. Driver just drove right by us.

Very nice hotel with friendly personnel and free airport shuttle every 15 minutes. Clean bedroom and bathroom, microwave oven and fridge available. Had a great experience overall. Definitely recommend!

Don’t bother coming to this hotel. It is old, smells like mold, the mattresses are so old they are dented. My bed was broken and when I laid down the headboard fell off. The carpet was filthy and not properly installed. The room was not clean properly. I had to switch rooms since the first one was uninhabitable. It is also located in a sketchy area. For $10-$15 more go to a better hotel. Not worth $90.

Worst hotel ever! It was so dirty and the sheets smelled like fish! There was tweekers, drug deals, and hookers everywhere and I couldn't sleep cus it was loud all through the night. I'll never go back there! The room is super small, smaller than a studio with no space to move at all. Pay extra and go somewhere else! Trust me!

First of all, I left my back pillow in their shuttle on the way to the airport. I called, they retrieved it and kept it in the office until I returned. The drivers were safe, but efficient and skilled. THEN, on the way back (after 2 hours of sleep the night before and a long day of flying), I left my bag in the middle of the parking lot! I called again, it was still there, they went out and found it and kept it for my husband to pick up. Office lady was SO sweet and friendly! THANK YOU Skyway (airport) Inn!

Bath was nice, room was clean. Was noisy. Air Con did not have a constant fan option to drown out outside noises.

Clean rooms, comfortable beds, hot coffee all day. Ice machine out of service but you may get ice at front office. There is an elevator. Deposit of 100.00 at check-in. Low rates and near the airport. Low cost parking. Request shuttle service 24hrs not sure if time pockets but it's always available on the hour. Very good for the area.

I parked my car here as I flew home and back and was extremely angry when I came back. Other than the fact that the shuttle took forever to come, I wasn't mad because those things happen with traffic and such. Before I left I'd asked if my car was in a good spot, and they said yes. Fast forward to when I finally get to my car: they moved it to another spot than I had parked. I REALLY don't like people driving, or even touching my car. But whatever, not that big of a deal. Walk up to my car and found out, after they moved my car THEY LEFT ALL MY DOORS UNLOCKED. I don't know how long of the two weeks I was gone that my car was like that, but they're SO LUCKY nothing was stolen. Then I sat down and they had adjusted my seat, so cherry on top, right? Moral of the story, don't pay them for their parking lot unless you want your stuff messed with. It's cheap for a reason.

It's a good value for your money. Also, there is a train station and a bus stop within 5 minutes walk from the place, very convenient if you plan on using mass transit.

Very clean and well-kept rooms @ budget price. Microwaves & fridges, flatscreen & Wi-Fi. Comfortable. Friendly staff.

Very pleasant folks. Didn't think to make a reservation on Christmas (yes, stupid) and they still took me. Very grateful. Appreciated. They will certainly have my business in the future!

Staff was very friendly and helpful; the hotel is definitely no frills and in need of a bit of maintenance work. Also, Wi-Fi was unusably bad. Convenient as a park and fly location.

Shuttle driver just about got me killed and made a dozen traffic violations and ran 3 lights, but I got to my gate on time so I guess it's worth the extremly cheap price and their "secure" parking. (Recommend an Uber instead of of their shuttle)

So good the rooms to go to wallow for a while, the prices are good if the couple goes for free.

The hotel was adequate, nothing more. The room was dated, but the bathroom and beds were clean. The floor, though, did not appear to be vacuumed, a spoon and several tissues were found on the floor. The pillows were small and sparse. We booked a room for 6, but were given only 2 towels, they did bring us more when asked. The woman at the desk was very nice.

Absolute worst experience. Wish I could give a zero out of 5. Did not stay here but parked car for 6 days. The shuttle picked me up from the airport and brought me and my mom back to hotel. When we got to our car the battery was dead and the lights had been left on all week. I went to the lobby to tell the front desk and have them refund and jump us. The girl at the desk was about 16 and was as rude as could be. I told her they had left the lights in my car on and she did not so much as apologize. She said the driver would be out momentarily to jump the car. It took the driver 57 min to jump the car. In the meantime, I asked for a refund of course. She said only the manager could do that, so I asked for the managers number. She said she didnt have the managers number, and offered me a business card with the hotels phone number on it. (no help) My mom who was waiting in the car called the front desk and she told them she could have a refund. When they went to jump the car they said they'd have to charge my card $68 first with the assumption of a refund I let them. When I insisted on the refund, the said "well call the police" I did. Nasty place. Under investigation for theft. Trashy place with absolutely no costumer service.

Clean, quick & friendly staff. Renovated bathroom, light breakfast, free shuttle. Quick short walk to restaurant.

Great place to go if you're trying to sneak into a guests room by asking for a card key! They didn't even ask for my name just the room number! Someone staying at the motel followed me up two floors and tried to sneak into my room!

I don't know where the rooms are in the photos but the room I had was a dump. Cheap hotel so you can't expect much. Do yourself a favor and pay another 20 bucks to stay at a nicer place.

A lovely place. I gotta say Seattle people are some of the friendliest people. The only issue I had was that I had to keep checking in my keycard but they are lovely and city connections really are A1 from this place. Well worth the price which was reasonable anyway.

Looks nothing like in the photos. The only good factor was proximity to airport — 7 mins drive time. I would only recommend staying here if like us, you have a few hours layover and need a place to crash.

Ok, it is hard to now were to start on ny review. Breakfast is a joke. I hope you lime cornflakes and coffee. Not only is the bathroom tiny, it was dirty. The beds are not bad if you like aunts in your bed… gross. Have fun if you choose to sleep there.

Good sized, no frills, room although the bathroom is very small. The motel is located a short walk from several restaurants and convenience stores as well as a light rail and bus stop. The staff was friendly and efficient and had us checked in in minutes. The outdated motif of the hotel and it's dirt road parking lot lends to the "sketchy" ambiance, but it is actually pretty quiet for being on a main drag. It was a decent last minute booking that I would do again.

Funky but friendly. Convenient Priceline booking. Has convenient shuttle like most places around the airport. It's about what you'd expect for the price if you travel a lot and stay on the cheap. Crazy characters hanging around, but its after 9pm now & all seems mellow. Observe basic personal security protocol and you should be fine.

Catch a good price here. Small sweet. Good personal. Loved my maid Dora she should get a raise. Older Latino women a bit dry but knowledgeable. Nice room heat and air. Only bad thing is local bus stop close by bad vibes heard the 7/11 next to there get robbed all the time at night but other than that totally worth it.

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! We left our truck here while we went away on a trip and when we came back to pick it up, they told us THEY LOST OUR KEYS! What kind "airport parking lot" does this!? No responsibility whatsoever! NEVER COMING BACK!

Paid to park here overnight. I ended up not being able to get on my flight and then they wouldn't refund my money, not even partially. My car was parked here for a total of one hour and I paid $6.99 plus the $6.25 shuttle fee. Rude business.

A dismal experience. I'm no wuss, and I don't expect the world, but I was not happy when I saw how dirty the room was, the big hole in the bathroom tile, the faucet not anchored so that you had to hold it still with one hand to turn it on with the other, the dust bunnies and shmutz all over the rugs AND — big bonus — the insect bites that ringed my ankles after I sat in the chair (while I contemplated whether I could actually imagine getting into the bed). They oughta clean it, they oughta fix it and they sure ought to fumigate it. If it hadn't been so late I would have decamped. Even Motel 6 would have been a big step up.

There were holes and scratches all over the wall?!?! This was a very scary hotel/Inn to walk into. This is a very outdated unkept hotel, comforters had holes in them & pillows were absolutely flat. One word ghetto. This place had good reviews this is not at all a four star hotel!

We're going to tell you the real business: it's not even worth the $50 of charges they charge you by night. The rooms are disgusting, the doors do not close, there are holes in the walls, the carpet dates from the war of Céssetion, no soundproofing, but at $50/night you might expect. What is the worst is the service. Do not even bother to ask something to the guy from the reception, he will say that he can not help you. You really have to be badly taken to stay. Instead I suggest the SEATAC INN and airport PARKING, same rate, same type of rooms, but you are very close to the airport and the service there is so much better. Example 1: We have a smoking room and the hotel does not even have ashtrays… (According to the young man from the reception) Example2: The bathroom window is broken, not even covered with a plastic… Example3: There is neon green cacane paint on one of the walls and you feel like you are picking up in the basement when you lie on the bed.
Basically it's cheap, and it's cheap…
P. S. : Pay attention to your credit cards…

This is frankly the worst motel I have ever had in the US. Dirty and very long, in addition the rooms did not correspond to those reserved… very noisy. To advise against!
