The amazing staff are the best amenity there! And their proximity to the charming "town"… especially at Christmas! Residence Inns are our favorite hotels with complimentary full hot breakfast buffets, Evening Mix with complimentary light meals and beer, wine and soda, the complimentary grocery shopping they do for the guests (you pay for the groceries, not the service), the incredible Guest Service and complimentary Wi-Fi… gosh, what's not to love?!

Seattle Marriott Redmond is a nice hotel that will meet most people's needs. The room is nice and clean. Service is also great. There is only valet parking available.

Great, renovated rooms, close to everything Redmond has to offer. Within walking distance of the downtown square. Service is quick, friendly, and thoughtful. One drawback is parking which must be valet and pricey at $25. But they're quick to get cars and good at remembering names. Hotel has a mini mart, restaurant, and pool. Nice sized TVs and newish furniture too. Would recommend.

I haven't stayed here but my husband and I both had the Marriott Burger there yesterday and it was nothing impressive. It had no flavor and is definitely not worth $16. The fries were not even crispy. Very disappointing. The staff is fantastic and the hotel is beautiful which is why I gave it 5 stars.

Please do not waste your money staying here. The area in redmond is amazing and its convenient but that is the only thing that's great so you can find another hotel closer that's your best bet! When we got into the room our entire bedding was wet then it took them 20 minutes to come and change it. There was also a stain on the mattress pad which was very unsettling knowing we had been sleeping on that the whole time! The service was not that great either.

Free breakfast and even free beer/wine from Mon to Wed evening! Great location to walk around and good amenities to purchase at lobby. Quiet and lots of good food around!

The staff here is wonderful and very helpful! We have become friends with a lot of the staff. They even remember our names and greet us everytime we walk in. Wade, a waiter in the restaurant, remembers our names and what we like to eat. I highly recommend this hotel. Not to mention, the location is fantastic! There are so many shops and restaurants near by. It is easy to get to downtown Seattle from here. The bus picks you up a few blocks away.

The best Marriot experience ever! Starting with the front desk staff, to the waitress in the hotel restaurant, to the valets, to housekeeping, this was top notch customer service bar none. On top of that, the hotel decor from the lobby to the rooms was welcoming and inviting. The beds were comfortable. The location was convenient. Close to the freeway, smack dab in the Redmond town center, with nice walking trails all around.

I really liked the location and service provided by the staff at the hotel. They are very friendly, nice view for the room. Should definitely try the bread pudding.

I wasn’t a guest in the typical sense but I met the entire staff who prepared an epic experience FOR a guest. The entire team went out of their way to show their guest all the fantastic and unique dynamics of the hotel. Clean, organized, punctual, friendly and polite staff all around! Kudos!

I have not yet stayed at this hotel, but I am going to a wedding and this hotel is where a block of rooms was reserved at. When I called they told me that the block was full. My parents were able to book but I was not and I have a toddler that my parents help with. I spoke with the bride and she said to contact Katie and that she would help me out since we are part of the wedding party. I left a message with "K" and I received a return call saying, "Sorry we can't help you, just book online at the regular rate. " What ever happened to customer service or going out of your way to help someone out? There was no effort of try to accommodate us. I spoke with the father of the bride and he said that they have been very difficult to work with and were not willing to open any more rooms. I guess some companies/staff don't care to try to go the extra mile and help make someone's day a bit easier.

During our short stay, we have enjoyed a very cosy room that is very well put together. We had a king bed on the second floor which included a balcony. The TV allows for you to connect to your streaming services such as Netflix and it made the stay feel much more inclusive. The best part is the location, however, with plenty to walk to and eat around town.

Really nice place to stay at. Room service is amazing as always. Loved the hummus and pita there definitely worth trying.

Minus one star only because all they offer is valet parking. It's not the cost, but that it adds extra hassle to driving. You have to call down for the car to be ready, and wait for them to get your car. Other than that, it's a great property. Clean. Upscale. Modern amenities. If you're not driving or don't mind valet, maybe my concern about valet doesn't apply to you. If you detest valet, then consider it.

The room was clean and the building was well cared for. After leaving I had question about my bill and the lady was less then helpful and actually rude. Our stay was lovely but the staff is sub par. I was not told about about a $75 dollar hold on my credit card. When I called to inquire the gal that answered the phone spoke to me as I was ignorant for not knowing. She stated that this was not disclosed as its normal practice. As a mom of 3 littles it’s not very often I get to leave home and I’m not aware of common practice for hotels. A kind answer would would have sufficed.

Good corporate hotel. Clientele is 98% suits but what would you expect in the Silicon Valley of the North PW? Clean room, comfortable bed, friendly staff. Shower is old fashioned with low pressure but did the job. One thing I was disappointed with was their chicken noodle soup which was neither hot nor had a resemblance of a chicken noodle soup. If you are into walking, hotel is next to the Samm trail which is perfect for cycling and fast walking as well.

Nice modern Marriott. Liked the room with its cool wood theme and nice wooden floor. — I wish more hotels would move to hard floor as it feels so much cleaner. — nice concierge lounge serving more light options like grilled vegetables. — also liked the fact that they offer a free laundromat which is helpful being on long trips. — Very friendly staff! And conviently located to a nice shopping mall with interesting shops but also life style places like a yoga and Pilates studio.

Nice recently renovated hotel. A little tiny but super clean.

We used to really enjoy the Marriott in Redmond. It's a great location, very convenient to restaurants and shopping. Staff was always very nice to us and it was dog friendly so it worked out well. We just stayed there again and were a little taken aback at the "updates" for the hotel. It's definitely not as customer friendly as it used to be. I don't recall getting charged $150 for my dog to stay for two nights before, but that is the charge now. It's pretty obvious that they discourage pets. Recently we stayed at another hotel and for $65 they put a dog bed, a bowl, a blanket, and a cookie for the dog in the room. No welcome mat at the Marriott for my dog, who does nothing but lay on a blanket the whole time. Ordering food is now like fast-food take out. You order from your room and pick up a lunch sack at the bar with your receipt on it, no staff interaction. My order for a small carton of kindergarten sized milk was $5.50! The room "upgrades" are very metro and nice, but a little too sterile for my tastes. This hotel is definitely geared towards the Millennial Microsoft crowd I think. Not my cup of tea anymore. The friendly Marriott for is gone.

The check in process is horrible. Can’t temporarily park anywhere to get checked in so you wait in a long line in your car. You can also get confused with the other Marriott around the corner and they valet park your car before you figure out you’re at the wrong Marriott. Apparently that happens 10 times a day. They need signs at both hotels that give clear instructions and hotel names. What a waste of time.
But it was SO awesome that they opened breakfast early Saturday morning since a lot of people staying with them had a conference to be at, at 730 am!

Staff is extremely kind and helpful. Very comfortable room and great modern furnishing. Absolutely no complaints. This is my third visit and I'm sure business will bring me back and I will stay here.

Very nice hotel located in the heart of Redmond. The room I stayed in was no-frills, decently sized, contemporarily-styled, and clean. The room had hardwood floors, which was a first for me. It was refreshing to see accommodations with hardwood floors instead of questionably "clean" carpeting. All of the staff that I interacted with were very nice and attentive. The hotel is just steps away from the shopping center for your shopping needs. There are also many dining choices conveniently located within walking distance from the hotel (I recommend Woodblock on Cleveland St). The Seattle Marriott Redmond has everything you'll need to relax and unwind or to conduct business. Overall, a very positive experience with this property.

Great place for a professional meeting.

Nice place. Kind staff. Very convenient location. Gym is simple and you hit your head when doing pull-ups.

I have never stayed in a hotel with hard floors instead of carpet and it was actually really convenient and modern. Stayed here for a work function and the hotel was very accommodating for the size of our group. Staff was extremely friendly and the building wasn’t messy, anywhere.

After a week of traveling the Pacific Northwest staying in hotels 2-3 times as much I was blown away with the awesome staff at this hotel. We were celebrating our 15th anniversary and not a single hotel or staff had mentioned even a "congrats". Shortly after checking in the front desk staff had a bottle of wine and snacks delivered to us and a card. That is what customer service is all about.

I went to the Seattle Marriott Redmond for a business meeting. The staff was friendly and attentive. The hotel seemed to have great amenities and is located near shops & restaurants in easy walking distance. Although my visit was for a meeting, I would consider staying overnight based on this positive experience.

My travel agent mistakenly scheduled for me to check in a day earlier than I needed resulting in a cancellation of my booking. Although the hotel was very full, the front desk found a solution and a room for me right away. The room is modern and very clean. Customer service over the phone was also extremely polite and pleasant. I am very impressed with everyone here!

Great service. You will enjoy the stay. They have maintained their standard. I always stay in Marriot when I go for a trip. It is amazing as usual.

The front desk greeted me with nothing but reasons why I am no one. Very disappointing considering I am a Platinum Premeire member of their rewards program. Top 2%-3% of their customers per their statement. I am not owed anything special but you would think they would step up their game for that group of people. My standard room for $234 was not yet ready when I arrived and they did not contact me when it was. Cold tile floors in the room, food and beverage containers left in the refrigerator from the previous guest! I phoned the GM of the hotel but got no return call. Yep, they sure showed me! I am not special.

As a road warrior and someone who has chosen the Marriott brand to primarily stay at, I am highly disappointed. After a long work day, I get back to my room to find my card doesn't work. Go to the front desk as you would in this situation. Come to find out, that wasn't my room anymore, wait I'm suppose to be here for 2 more nights, oh you gave up my room without a call or email… It is very common that a hotel room is booked for a week and we barely get to see it, but the one night I needed it the most because of an early morning, you failed miserably Marriott. I question my brand loyalty now. How do you check someone out without any authorization?

The folks who work here are friendly, and the hotel did comp the entire stay plus parking. A+ on service. Quality control slips everywhere at some point. But, I cleaned the clogged drain myself. The drain is modern looking and not a standard cleaning job. The sheets looked like they had mildewed and housekeeping decided to try and clean it. The hotel looks very modern and the atmosphere is trendy. Who cares if the shower and sheets are dirty. Also, parking is huge problem. $23 a night is too much for this hotel or location.

Clean, modern rooms with nice breakfast service in concierge lounge. Super comfortable beds and pillows. Nice staff. Starbucks coffee in rooms :) nice iron and ironing board. Great location.

Attended for a school internship fair in the winter months. The on-site staff was incredibly friendly. The ballrooms were well kept and they afforded us as much space as possible. Refreshments were provided, and it was an overall great locale for the event.

Great customer service, and it was a great location to stay for Joyce Meyer Ministries Conference. And walking distance to City Center and they have beautiful walking trails too. Saturday Market was fun to see and browse too.

Parking left a lot to be desired, but the neighborhood was great and very walkable. Hotel rooms were clean and kept well. The Continental breakfast was also super nice. The dining room had an awesome fireplace!

Everyone who greeted me was very friendly and helpful and made every step as painless as possible from check in to check out. The room itself was nice as well. Also, as someone who finds much hotel service excessive, I appreciated that this hotel offered the option to conserve water and not have sheets and towels washed daily. I did not eat lunch or dinner at the hotel, but the breakfast buffet had good variety, and as with everywhere else, the staff were very friendly.

Took a "business seminar" here. The location and facilities were nice, but the event (Matt Lloyd's MOBE) was a complete scam. I am surprised they were allowed in, and would hope that the Marriott would do more quality control and not let sleezy businesses try to take advantage of older people like that.

Really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Raul at the front desk especially was always so kind and friendly to me. The entire front desk service actually was great. I was here on a business trip and Elizabeth in the Events department was extremely helpful before my stay answering any questions that I had and throughout my stay as well. Thank you for such a nice weekend trip!

I was in town for an interview, and my interviewer set everything up with the hotel. Service was fast, polite, and overall excellent.

I only went to check out the resteraunt attached to the hotel called Sears. Very good, exceptional service and staff, great food.

Good location, clean rooms. Needs an update and better food/benefits for elite members. Bellevue is better, but far away from Redmond.

Came here to the SEAR fire restaurant with the use of a restaurant coupons. It was definitely worth it.

Super clean. Great maid service. I do not like 1 of the front desk people. Whatever.

To start with the positive, the staff was amazing. Friendly, helpful, all you could want from a hotel staff. The facilities, on the other hand, were disappointing. The hot water temperature was luke warm at best, the in-room internet fee was outrageous ($15/day! ), and the internet speeds in the lobby (free) were abominable.

The lobby is extremely nice and gives guests the illusion of staying at luxury hotel. The location is great many restaurants in walking distance and plenty of shopping even a movie theater. The rooms are average a bit crowded with furniture. No complimentary breakfast and the breakfast they do offer is fresh but unseasoned. The worst part of my experience is the lack of free Wi-Fi. This is not the 90s anymore, Wi-Fi is no longer a luxury it is something expected. Having to pay for it is offensive. Don't be fooled by the lobby there are better hotels around.

Very nice looking place with very helpful staff. The facilities were just average as there is no onsite dinning (although plenty near by in the Town Center) and the pool is outside. Probably only gets used a month or two a year. Rooms were a bit on the cozy side but adequate for a short stay.

Recently stayed here over the holidays. The staff was amazing! We love where it is located, too. The only thing I would change is for them to have complimentary in-room Wi-Fi access. Seems silly not to have it at this point.

Great place and extremely professional/friendly staff and waiters. Strongly suggested during Christmas holidays. Excellent service and great food.
