I stayed here for 2 days while attending a work conference. The hotel is, no doubt, beautiful and newly renovated (or built). The lobby is very relaxing and there are a ton of seating options, as well as outlets for laptops, etc. And a water and coffee station set up. They have an on-site restaurant and room service, which is very convenient. The hotel room itself was gorgeous and modern. That being said, I had some issues during my stay. The check in process was a bit daunting and the front desk staff was not very friendly. The room that I was staying in, while gorgeous, was not very comfortable. The bed really hurt my back and the pillows sunk down flat as soon as I used them (even with stacking three of them on top of each other). My co-worker has the same complaint, as well. Another issue I encountered, and probably the most bothersome to me, was the lack of water pressure in the shower. It was so weak, it wouldn’t even rinse the shave gel off of my razor! I should add though, that my co-worker, who was on the floor above mine, told me his water pressure was fine. So maybe just a fluke? Or unique to the second floor? Another huge issue I encountered were loud children — screaming, banging on things, jumping off of the bed onto the floor above me, and knocking on doors and screaming in the hallways. Not one staff member addressed this issue. I am a mom myself and understand that children can be loud and hyped up at times, but this was just insane.

Perfectly fine hotel for a week long business trip. Comfortable beds, nice bathrooms, modern furnishings throughout. Not a thing to complain about.

It's a very nice hotel and new, however, I have to rate it lower because the beds are so hard and the bathroom doors do not close all the way. It's really hard when you have young kids and there's a 1-inch crack in the bathroom door. This is because they put these sliding barn doors, that might look nice and seem cool but they're totally not functional or family friendly. Also you can hear everything in the bathroom and there is no fan. We stayed here three times and this last time… was my last time. We actually brought our own 3in latex mattress topper so we could sleep well. But I'm tired of the non privacy in the bathroom. Pool is nice and breakfast is nice. But can't do the ultra hard beds and lack of bathroom privacy anymore.

Fantastic hotel, our first time here with the family. A great place to stop, nice hotel and delicious breakfast! We're making this a regular stop for our drives down the coast!

I would give them five stars but the Wi-Fi seemed to be for Hilton Honors guests only. Everything was clean and quiet. They had blackout shades which were a blessing after arriving at 2 am. The breakfast downstairs is quite expensive, so we passed on that, however there was a mini fridge and microwave in the room so you could eat leftovers from the night before.

Good, clean rooms. The bed was comfortable for my wife and myself, if not a true king size. There are two negatives, but neither one is worth deducting much, because most other hotels have the same problem these days. 1st: the AC, though it worked well while it was on, kept turning off while we were sleeping. This wouldn't be so bad if you could open the window all the way. 2nd: they charge for breakfast. As stated before, these are issues you will run into with most hotels, so I can't really fault them toouch for it.

Clean and professional. Nice workout room and pool. Electric door cards easy to use and used inside the room to help turn on lights, part of their conservation of energy. Great breakfast and dinner, a little pricey, but made up by service. Room was good size and clean.

Beautiful setting in the Northwest woods. New hotel with grand entrance and lobby. Just wish I could recharge my car as I get recharged in their rooms. Great comfortable bar and restaurant area. Pool and jacuzzi are wonderful. Plenty of parking. Good views. Love the landscaping of the flowers amongst the forest. Quick service on any requests. Rooms are large and comfortable. It is nice to see trees and greenery in every view. A place that once you get here you hate to leave.

First time staying at a Hilton Garden Inn. I booked a room online and they only had a two queen room for my wife and I. Receptionist was so nice and found us a king bed suite when we arrived for the same cost, and in a better location of the hotel. They have restaurant and bar in the hotel lobby serving amazing food and drinks. We will definitely be back.

We took a school group to stay here. It was fabulous! Pool was great for the students, rooms were very comfortable and breakfast was well put together! Initially we had a little miscommunication regarding our booking but the staff were very accommodating and helped to fix the problem right away! Needless to say that little bit of extra customer service goes a long way in my books!

Comfortable, well kept, friendly staff, well decorated, and reasonably affordable. The only downside (which I knew going in) was the lack of a continental breakfast. For me specifically, and for a lot of Olympia visitors, it's good to note that they did honor the government rate, and they are located very conveniently between all the Olympia state offices, and all the Tumwater state offices. I'm certain I'll stay here again next time I'm in town.

Nice and clean. All employees where nice and very helpful. It was nice to have a restraint in the hotel.

This was the first time I had stayed there. The service was good and the room was great. More than anything else the scenery was beautiful. The only thing that bothered me was that the elevator was extremely slow.

Comfortable and spacious room, had a good sized bathtub and a separate walk in shower. Bar area with a long table/desk. Perfect room to entertain if needed as well since it comes with a half bath outside the bedroom. Olympia is very nice and relaxed. Great scenery but also plenty of shopping around. Hotel has a pool, fitness center and conference room. The only reason I took one star is the breakfast is not included and is pricey. The breakfast does include a grill for pancakes/French toast and eggs. Generally a continental breakfast is included. Overall a very nice hotel, would recommend.

Calm and unassuming. Clean rooms, great service and centrally located. The room was large and comfortable.

A little pricey, but good drink specials and great bartenders. If you're trying not to spend too much the burger is very good.

Great hotel with a very modern feel. Rooms are large and stylish. Only downside was that the doors to the rooms are very heavy, not great for little kid's fingers.

Good location if you don't want to be right downtown, rooms are nice and staff is friendly and professional. Bathrooms are barn door style so don't shut completely. No complementary breakfast, though coffee and water are available in the lobby.

Very comfortable bed and clean room! I was happy with my stay but I'm bummed they don't have free breakfast. I would definitely stay here again if I was in town.

The location is convenient from the freeway, but that's about it. Took my life into my own hands trying to walk downtown to have dinner and drinks with friends. The rooms were great and surprisingly the freeway noise was quite low. It was convenient to have meals available on site but $14 for breakfast was a bit steep. I'm gluten free and dairy free, I had a hard time getting a meal and paid $27 for a green salad with a hamburger patty on it.

Very nice hotel and the staff was very friendly. This was a nice break considering we were in town for my uncle's funeral. Thank you all so much for the kindness and hospitality during this difficult time.

The staff was super helpful and nice! The hotel is beautiful and is up to date. Our room was clean, the bed super comfortable. I loved the barn door on the bathroom. I can see why with a family they might be problematic as there are gaps between the door and the wall. My husband and I stopped in our way to Seattle and would definitely stop again!

The staff was wonderful. However, the rooms had an odd design flaw where the really weren't any towel bars unless you didn't mind your towels dragging on the floor. Also, the toilet tissue holder was way behind the toilet and it would make it very difficult for anyone with dexterity issues.

The bathroom doesn't have a door. It has a wood panel that slides over the entrance with giant cracks and zero noise reduction. The service is good, spa is relaxing, rooms are clean, and there are actually weights in the weight room, but the door ruined the entire experience.

Great new hotel in the Olympia area. Comfortable beds. Large rooms. $13 for breakfast, but it was fresh and good.

My only disappointment is the digital key didn't work & the lady at the front desk did not know how it worked. My kids are not much of tourists they rather sit at the hotel. So the hilton is always the best choice for us. The beds are so comfortable makes it really hard to get out of bed. This location is right off the I5, very quiet almost secluded location. Pool and jacuzzi are small but it works for kids and teenagers. Gym has the basic machines and free weights. Good enough for a light workout. Work Station open 24hours if you need to print or take care of business real quick. Love love loved it hear. Definitely recommend it if your in Olympia.

What makes or breaks a hotel is the employees, and building. The building is rather new with a modern architecture, layout is upscale with modern workout, laundry, look and spa. The restaurant plays to this theme with food choices and prices. No continental breakfast to be found, but I didnt expect it. Rooms are modern with flat screen television, barn style slide door for bathroom door. Doors are generally heavy but this keeps a good deal of sound out. Heavy doors could also be considered a weakness for children and the frail and elderly. The employees are what make this hotel a five star for me. Without them this review would have been 4 star experience. The employees are professional, personal, and some of the best employees I have ever found at a hotel. I met 5 employees all charming, honest, I was very impressed with the companies ability to hire great employees. If I was to fault the company, not the employees, I would say that that the company needs to invest a little more in employee resources. While this is always a high cost to a company the rewards are often greater. Overall this was a 5 star hotel which I will bring back my family in the future.

Nice room. Very quiet air conditioner when fan is set to low. Good bed, comfy, not too heavy duvet. Didn't like sliding bathroom door. No free breakfast.

Good location. Service was great. Rooms were nice, and clean. Only minor gripe is the bathroom door in the room is an odd sliding design that doesn't provide a ton of privacy compared with a traditional door.

Was here a number of time for business. Clean and simple hotel with a friendly restaurant staff. Would recommend if looking to stay in the area.

Decent. The breakfast was below average for the price. The rooms have bathrooms with barn style doors that offer no privacy.

Rooms are great, beds so comfy! The staff great! Only reason not five stars is that the bathroom door is a barn door slide type and there is not the privacy one usually desires for bathroom privacy.

The room was very spacious and clean and cozy. We ordered room service and I've Neve gotten room service before and it was very nice; the food was delicious and came quickly. Out neighbors were being loud until 3am, but that wasn't the hotels fault.

Really comfortable beds. Quiet. Nice amenities. One issue is there is a noisy air vent in the hotel room that can't be shut off. Also limited parking when busy.

The reason for my visit was to meet friends who were staying there while repairs were made to their home. We met for breakfast and coffee. The food was prepared quickly, and of good quality. We were immediately helped by friendly staff and wee often checked in on.

Hotel is newly built and it is beautiful. Staff is always more than happy to assist you with your needs. A lot of parking space and downtown is just few minutes away. Nothing is in walkable distance since it's kind of secluded. You will enjoy staying there it's right off i-5.
