My daughter and I stayed here for 3 days and had a great time. The room was clean, staff and owners friendly and we loved having the kitchenette. My only suggestion would be to have the refigerator turned on ahead of time so it would be cold when we got there (ice cube tray would be nice too). Thanx for a great weekend!

We had a really good time here. The place is older, but our room was clean, the bed was good and the bedding (after removing the top blanket) was really nice. The staff is very nice and were amazing when out key got stuck in the door (just a issuse because of all salty air)! They are also extremely pet friendly!

The WORST place I have ever stayed. DIRTY! Dog urine on everything, the sponge to clean your dishes with was warn out and moldy… GROSS! (How cheap is it to buy a new sponge for every new guest! ) Ran out of paper towels the first night, and they gave us only 2 garbage bags! We found hair in our beds and the beds were the most uncomfortable, hard things to sleep on with flat pillows. Also there was no outlet in the bathroom. What kind of place doesn't have and outlet in the bathroom? I had to blow dry and flat iron my hair in the bedroom with no mirror, RIDICULOUS! I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Very over priced for the poorly maintained apartment!

I honestly would have given The Beach Walk Inn 5 stars if the motel had a tad bit better decor and all the 5 star luxuries… but it doesnt, its just a nice place to stay for a quiet vacation. The rooms are clean, its awesomely pet friendly. Its in a great location, close to everything. The owners are very polite and helpful. The internet worked great. The bathrooms were clean, And I will stay there again in the future.

We stayed here from August 28th-30th, 2015. I give this place a 3 for the following reasons. The biggest complaint is no air conditioning. It said nothing about no air conditioning on the website and we didn't see that in any of the reviews. The other pet friendly hotels charge a bit more, nicer accommodations and air conditioning. We would have chosen one of those had we known about the lack of air conditioning. It's miserable in the room because only one window opens and gas no screen. Can't keep door open because of our dog. It was very clean and they accept big dogs. I was also impressed that the room didn't smell like previous animals had been there. Which was really nice. The room is outdated and needs some remodeling but it was ok. We weren't told to turn the TV to channel 04 to make it work, but figured that out for ourselves. On our second day, extremely high winds knocked over the basketball hoop into the parking lot and flagpole broke but luckily didn't damage any cars, but only because most people left earlier that morning. It has baseboard heating. So honestly I would not recommend this hotel unless you're really on a budget and it's spring time or early fall and you're looking for a place that allows big dogs.

If you like going to a place where nothing works, what little there is there anyway. No ac no hair dryer etc. Then this is the place for you. No need to bring your pets, we heard them in the wall at night. Sounded like rats to us. I should have known as soon as I tried to unlock the door to my room. The key barley worked and it was a two handed job to open it. Set down your things first. Shower head. Ok I'm not sure that was a shower head but water did come out of it. It is not an expensive place it has that going for it… but I'm going to tell you look around down there, there are better places close to this one that are cheaper and a lot nicer.

The best dog friendly place we've stayed. The owners are friendly and thoughtful, and are working hard on upgrading units. Our big pooch did great there. We will definitely be back. :).

Great little place and very attentive owners. Love the fact that they have units with kitchenettes. 5 min walk to the beach, free Wi-Fi and direct TV and allow pets. Definetly will be back.

This was possibly the grossest dirtiest motel I have ever had the displeasure to stay at. I am not usually one to complain and when I booked a room I did not expect luxury. I did expect clean and The Beach Walk Inn did not deliver. My room smelled like mold, I found an old dried up french fry as soon as I peeled back the bed inside my bedding, even the clean bedding that they gave me after that had hair on it and I couldn't stand the smell of the blankets so I used one I had in my trunk instead. The Wifi would not work on our phones or our tablets. It would connect for a moment but the signal was too weak for us to use it for anything. They also charged me $20.00 per pet for our two tiny dogs that we had with us. Even though the dogs did no damage and we had a horrible experience staying there I can not get a hold of the owner Kurt to find out if he will at least give me some sort of compensation and credit back one of the $20.00 dog deposits. My advice. Pay a few dollars extra for a reputable motel. Don't stay here.
