It’s very nice place, convenient romantic atmosphere, quiet and very clean place.

Great location outside of town. Good hotel and service. The room with the king size is comfortable, but the sofa sleeper is only good for kids.

Very pleasant and comfortable on a tour. It had been scheduled for two days to be extended. Parking is convenient, space is comfortable, details are handled very well, service is good, want to get all.

Quiet full suite hotel close to many Seattle destinations. Rooms have small queen beds that are comfortable, pull out couch, desk, full kitchen with big fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher and two burner stove. Most buildings have two storeys with four to eight rooms per level all with outside stair access. Free breakfast is good with waffles, eggs, cereals etc.

Hotel layout is several individual houses located on a slope full of flowers and trees. The hotel atmosphere is very peaceful. Rooms have been well designed, are spacious and clean. Beds are comfortable. Bathroom is big, with many towel hooks and a big shelf for toiletries. Small, well maintained fitness room gave us a lot of fun. Good, reach breakfast but not enough places for sitting. Few restaurants and shops just around the corner. Several, right size, parking lots. High value for money. Recommended for any type of stay in Everett!.

Our new favorite place to stay in the Mukilteo Everett area! They have a pool, sport court, spa too! Individual buildings on their hotel campus is very unique! It creates a quiet piece full experience!

Stayed here with family while visiting someone in Seattle. BEAUTIFUL hotel with lush grounds and flowers everywhere and a small outdoor pool. There's a mini basketball court, a fitness center with 2 treadmills, an elyptical, quite a few dumbbells, and a mat to stretch. There's a wonderful complimentary hot breakfast with a Japanese breakfast area, and the layout like little condos was very pleasant. Free passes to the YMCA walking distance from the hotel, close to food and fun, and overall a great stay. Those laughs on the basketball court will be remembered.

I would stay here again. It had that community townhouse feel to it. The rooms were cute and clean. I love the windows and you got a lot of sunshine! Great rates too! Has swimming pool and half court basketball court. You should stay!

Friendly staff, basketball court, outdoor pool. Gym has a couple treadmills and a small set of dumb bells that max out at 30 lbs. However, they offer a free pass to the YMCA. Free breakfast included as well!

Great place to stay. I was in town for work and the hotel was close to the Everett Naval Base. The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. I'll stay here again when I have to work at the base again.

Beautiful property very colorful in the fall very green in the summer. Rooms are spacious. Evenings sunsets are so beautiful I love walking around there during sunsettings.

If you are going to be close to Mukilteo area it is a great place. Sparkling clean and great service. All you will need for your business trip stay.

Stayed here on a weekend trip. Awesome rooms, awesome staff. Breakfast was small but good. Far enough away from the bustling city, but not far enough to visit. Set beautifully in trees. Amazing places to eat and drinks with in walking distance. If you aren't staying here you are making a major error. Will be staying here when I go back in the summer of 18 with the family. Thanks for the amazing accommodation.

The room was excellent with a small kitchenette. It was very clean. The breakfast provided was delicious, and the Japanese option was a wonderful treat. I highly recommend this hotel.

Rooms and nice and the area is quiet. Plent of TV channels to choose from. Furniture provided is pleasant. Hair dryer was a bit disappointing since it didn't fully work. Staff was very friendly. There was some events with food provided but I did not partake. Overall pleasant stay.

Front face of hotel is facing a busy road it can be a bit noisy. Room was clean and tidy, also very modern. Felt like staying at someone's home in a good way. Breakfast that was included was above par for a hotel breakfast which had standards and more. All in all I would stay again.

It's been a long time since I've stayed at a TownePlace suites, so I wasn't exactly sure what to expect. The reward redemption was fairly affordable, it was on the way between Vancouver and Seattle, and the reviews were decent, so I decided to give it a shot. We got in around 10PM at night, one of the last people to get there. The front desk staff was helpful and efficient, and the little shop in the lobby had a decent selection of affordable snacks and drinks. There was a decent swimming pool and grill area, and the area was pretty quiet so I can see this place working as an extended stay property. However, parking was a pain, and it took a trip around the entire parking lot to find a single spot. The rooms were decently sized, clean, and didn't look terribly out of date. It was a comfortable stay, and the sofa bed wasn't half terrible. The bathroom did look a little dreary and dark though, so that could have been better. My other main complaint with this property is breakfast in the morning. It was free, but it was a total madhouse. They were out of half the items, and the minute anything came out people were mobbing the place. If we weren't going on a cruise in 2 hours, it could have been really annoying. Other than that though, the stay was pleasant.

Stayed here overnight with our two boys (2 and 3 mos. ) and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff were very accomodating to our needs (like setting up a pack-and-play crib). The suites are amazing, and the full kitchen is a really nice perk. Would definitely stay here again next time we are in the area.

Everything about this hotel was amazing. The beds are comfortable, rooms are new and spotless, all of the staff is wonderful, helpful, friendly, accommodating, and I'm formative. The grounds of the hotel are beautiful and very well kept. They are animal friendly, we have a 200lb English Mastiff. The pool and hot tub work and are clean and we'll maintained. There is free breakfast in the morning with a variety of things and dinner during the week. The also have two grills so you can cookout (and both work)! We had to stay here for an extended stay and we felt right at home. There is also security that walks around after dark. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who is in town and needs a place to stay.

Location is closed to the future of flight and it's about 10 minutes away from I5. It is in a very quiet neighborhood, but only 3 minutes drive away from some strips mall and supermarket. All the rooms are suites, with a kitchen and a small table for dinning / work. The sofa can turn into a full size bed, but the mattress is very soft with minimal support. The main / regular bed is nice and comfortable. The room was clean, shower was nice. There is an outdoor swimming pool, and a half size basketball court. They serve hot breakfast in the morning from 5am-9am. The food selection was limited, but the quality is good. Seating is in the lobby, and there are several TVs to watch the news. Services were great during my stay. From check-in to check-out, both officers were very friendly, and efficient with the process. The only drawback was the sofabed, and they didn't have any rooms with 2 regular beds.

We had reservations to stay at this location for months due to it's convenient location to the Future of Flight museum and tour. Upon arriving, our room wasn't ready and I originally thought it was strange that they wanted my phone number to let me know when the room was ready. Usually the wait is less than half an hour as housekeeping clears rooms for new guests. We waited a while (over half an hour) and decided to find the museum for our tour the next day. It's just minutes… away so we quickly located it and went in. The staff said it was no issue to move our tour to 2 PM so we went on it, but their rules require cell phones to be left behind. At 3 PM the Marriott app showed our room ready for check-in and a 3:16 voice mail stated our room was ready. We picked these up at 3:30 PM and were back at the Towneplace Suites by 3:40. At the desk we were told they had no rooms ready. I was angry that after 3 hours of waiting and two levels of notification that they had no rooms ready. The desk clerk asked for three minutes to get a room from housekeeping, I told him that he had five and then we were leaving. After ten minutes we were out of there. I documented this with Marriott customer service and gave them 4 opportunities to make this right under their Guaranteed Reservation policy. Their response was that Towneplace Suites management would get in contact with me. It has now been one full month and no contact has been made.

It's a nice place with good service. The only downside is that it is easy to be bothered by noisy neighbors.

Great place to stay if you're here for a business trip. Full kitchen and complimentary breakfast and dinner makes it awesome.

Breakfast is really bad. But I can make my own. Sound traps between buildings so people talking outside at night are very loud. Nothing decent nearby to walk to. Staff is nice. Rooms are clean. Problems get fixed. Housekeeping keeps leaving me gifts of tiny packages of Pringles chips.

The staff is always great and friendly, goes out of their way to help in any way they can. I find the beds and pillows to be very comfy, and the rooms cover all my needs for business trips. Rooms were also recently renovated, and I enjoy the campus-style layout of the rooms.

Dirty, rude staff: This joint is Nasty and the staff is RUDE to a fault. They are well over priced for the Slum that it is. They have huge problems with the AC/heating system as it goes off for almost any reason or time of night. Also some mentally ill girl Rissa works there screaming and rambling at any time of the night. I discourage all to look for a more suitable and clean hotel for their needs. Cheap rates will save a buck or two, but it is money wasted. Go some where else. Also it is full of bugs “To call this a ‘fleabag’ hotel would be an unconscionable insult to both fleas and bags everywhere, ” — I would not ever stay there again. These rooms are the worst rooms I have ever stayed in. You pay good money and the room is disquisting. The sheets were dirty the floor was filthy. The beds were broken and they wont even give you a refund. Needs to be shut down.

Cute, clean hotel with a simple yet satisfying breakfast. We liked the cabin-feel of the hotel rooms and the only reason why we didn't give it 5 stars is because the appliances are a little outdated. All-in-all, we'd definitely stay there again!
