My fiancé booked a jacuzzi room to propose to me in. At 3pm the day of our stay the hotel informed him that room was not available due to a broken jacuzzi. No problem, we were offered an upgraded room for the same price, no jacuzzi but whatever. We get there, he proposes, was perfect, and get ready for bed eventually. When we pull down the covers to get in bed there was a pistachio shell… UNDER the covers along with some black specks of who knows what and some hairs! Very disappointing, we ended up leaving that night… quite the bummer after a beautiful proposal. 💔

My wife and I reserved a room several days in advance for our wedding anniversary and stated we were traveling with a service animal. We checked in on the app, got the digital key, and went to our room. We went to the front desk to get a card key and we were greeted by a man who very rudely told us we could not stay there with our service animal. It honestly felt like he had a personal problem with animals. He even sent a maintenance man to our room to take our luggage out of the hotel. We have been long time Hilton Honor members and have never felt as unwanted and unwelcomed as what we were at this hotel. We had to leave the hotel at nearly 10pm in the middle of a thunderstorm. The man at the front desk cancelled our reservation and we had a cancellation fee applied to our account. It was definitely not a memorable anniversary trip. We ended up staying at Homewood Suits a few miles away where we had fantastic customer service and got extra bonus points for checking in to the hotel. I have never had such horrible customer service from anybody in the Hilton brand. It was definitely not the type of customer service that Hilton is known for and that we have come to love and enjoy. We still have not been refunded the money they charged us for the room we never stayed in from several weeks ago.

Currently staying here… upon checkin they informed us that their card reader wasn't working. They literally have to escort us to our room every time. Escort us to the fitness center. Escort us to the swimming pool. And you have to wait until someone is available to escort you. I feel like a burden. The ice machine is out of service on our floor. On top of all this, I booked the room for 4 people but the clerk told me he had to charge me MORE. Really? You can't comp that with all the hotel issues? We should have demanded a refund and found a new hotel but after the 4 hr drive I didn't have the energy. We are in town for an event so we don't have time to deal with switching hotels.

We used our Hilton Rewards points to spend a night here. Check in was smooth and I appreciated the flavoured water in the lobby. They also gave us bottled water for being Hilton Rewards members. The room was nice and included a mini fridge and microwave. The only disappointment was that our room did not have a view of the Boeing Factory, which is why we were staying there. When we called to ask to change our room, no one answered. I'd still recommend this hotel.

Fantastic hotel! Right next to the Boeing building and runway, the kids were thrilled! Had a great sleep and a fantastic breakfast!

Rooms are fairly standard and comfortable. The hotel is fairly loud though, noise from the hallways and other rooms, and noise from the planes next door which is to be expected. The breakfast is pretty basic and not great, but overall my stay has been fine and pleasant.

Nice clean hotel. The location is great if you are doing the Boeing factory tour as you can walk 50 ft and be at the entrance of the museum gallery and tour starting point. There can be some noise as the hotel sits right by the Paine airport where Boeing tests their planes. There also is no other restaurants or other infrastructure immediately around the hotel but the restaurant in the hotel served us a nice breakfast and dinner.

The staff was great. Everyone was super friendly. The night auditor did an awesome job checking us in at a very late time. My room was spotless. Very clean. And the breakfast was delicious. The breakfast staff greeted us and showed us the different types of food available. I'd recommend this hotel to anybody.

Great location with great staff. We have stayed here twice and both visits have been excellent. TIP: If you want a guaranteed good view of the Boeing Delivery Center you will need to request a 4th floor room on the East side of the building.

I had a personally valuable family keepsack stolen from my room (301, 12 — 19 May 2018) and will not stay there again.

We were not able to get the room we had reserved so the extremely nice young lady at the front desk upgraded us to make sure we got all the amenities we were expecting. So amazing since we have our 7 week son with us and that's why we wanted a particular room. She went above the normal call of duty to help us. Awesome.

The hotel was amazing. We stayed in a room with a whirlpool and it was just fantastic. The staff was very polite and friendly. The hotel was extremely clean. The pool was enjoyable, but unfortunately the spa was under maintenance. My only complaint is the location, I thought it was a bit secluded from town, but that's just my preference, someone else may like that. I would definitely stay here again if the opportunity arose.

Accomodations were good. Comfortable bed. Clean. Staff always friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good. Lots of fresh selection and even given the option of individually cooked items. Would have given it 4 stars but for the meal we had at dinner. While the service was excellent the food was terrible. But again the staff handled it very well.

The only reason why someone would stay here is: — Proximity to Boeing Facility. — Hilton Honor rewards. — Some of the staff members are very courteous. BUT I wouldn't stay here unless this is the last hotel option I have in Everett because: — They cancel reservation without letting you know till last moment. — Rooms are old and so are heating and cooling. — Loud noise due to air field close by. — Due to being the closest Hotel near the BOEING, they are always booked 100% and if you ever need to extend the reservation, forget it. You have to leave.

It was fun to watch the planes testing and taking off from our room. Everything was clean. I wish there were real coffee and water cups in the room instead of paper cups. But everything else was fine.

The hotel was nice from what I saw. I was only there for an event. The entrance was very welcoming and clean. It was easy to find and has great view of the planes coming in and out of plane field!

Staff is pleasant, rates reasonable, and hotel nicely maintained. On weekends, be prepared for reveille. When the adolescents roll in, roll out, roll up and insert those earplugs the hotel conveniently provides, near your remote and notepad. Hotel's response: about 40% of our guests on weekends are hockey players.

It's in kind of an odd spot. Right next to Boeing and the flight museum. Didn't even know it was there until I had family stay there. But that worked in our favor. It's a quiet location. Maybe 15 mins drive from Everett city center but far enough away to get away from the noise and bustle. Cheap rooms to boot. Would recommend it in the future.

Convenient location if you get a room in the front of the hotel for airplane geeks. The bed is a little firm for my liking. Never had a problem with service.

Very nice hotel, luxurious for great price, will stay there again. Ordered burger and fries thru room service, was deluvered very fast and good food, but did not come with ketchup. Bed was super comfy and room was spacious.

Had breakfast and drinks at night at the Hilton. Breakfast is pretty nice with eggs made to order. This also includes an omelette with a variety of options. Plenty of pastry and drink options as well. There is also yogurt and oatmeal available. Breakfast staff was friendly and on point. Drink options at the bar are quiet limited especially in beer options. Glasses could be cleaner and there were no chilled glasses available. Staff was pleasant.

Prompt service and very clean. I did find a dirty sock in my closet upon check in, but it was taken care of right away and I given free dessert voucher. Room was otherwise immaculate.

Staff is courteous, room stayed in was a little outdated but still very nice, clean, really large w/ two full bathrooms one with shower one with jetted bath as well a another jetted large tub in the bedroom area looking out toward the runway at boeing, great view and room was great price under $180 A++

Pretty standard Hilton. Room was fine. It is right next to the Boeing musuem. Staff was nice. Room was clean.

Comfy, clean. Hallways were clean with no smells which is nice. Small pool and pretty heavily clorinated but that assure you that it's clean. The breakfast was pretty busy and we ended up going without eggs. Little high priced but the quality was high enough it's reasonable.

Nice new Hilton Garden Inn next to Paine Field and the Future of Flight Museum. The king bed is firm but comfortable. The bedding is clean, crisp and comfy. The staff is very typically friendly. I've come to expect nothing else from the Hilton Garden chain. Surprisingly, my room had a giant whirlpool tub. This property has an acceptable exercise room, plus an adjacent indoor pool and hot tub. The are good food options only a short drive away.

The room was clean and beds were comfortable. The location was very close to the Boeing factory which offered views of Paine Field. It would be nice if the rooms were a bit more up to date.

Very pretty appears clean. Very nice front receptionist. Pool was closed by health department for poor sanitation and you can hear people in the halls really well.

I was able to get a room at a good rate with my Hilton Honors and AAA account. I am all over and will only stay at Hilton hotel's. There breakfast bar is really good you can order or take from the Continental Buffet. 12.49$ weekend 11.49$ weekdays. The South side has a awesome view of the Boeing Airfield. I stayed in a room with a Jacuzzi. I recommend getting that room. The night staff is a little slim but very accommodating. One good thing about Hilton hotel's is if you forget something they will have it. I like the snack bar I wish all hotels had one. They have a bar and restaurant in the building but I didn't use it had to go to work.

It is new and is spacious with large rooms.

Nice room and amenities, clean. No in room safe. Free cookies, water, coffee, and shuttle in the lobby are added pluses. Convenient location in Everett.

Staffs are real nice. But the beds are uncomfortable it's like sleeping on a hard plank. The military beds are more comfortable then this. But everything else is perfect.

Clean room but the decor is dated. I stayed in the King Suite, the bedroom is standard size and adequately furnished. The office/living area is large but sparsely furnished giving the area an unfinished vibe. There is a whirlpool tub and a shower whose floor is continously with the bathroom floor. There's a second bathroom in the living area which is a nice addition if you have friends or colleagues visit your room.

Everyone was nice and friendly. The room where spectacular and clean I enjoyed my stay but the bed was hurting my back. They need a new bed that more comfortable. Its like laying on a hard plank board. Military bed is little bit more comfortable then this. But other then that I love it. Might have to bring a futon the next round.

Had a less than good experience at this hotel April22/23, 2017. Call in advance and explained we had some special circumstances and requested early check in (3 hours early. )
We were told to call back the am we arriving to see if early check in was possible, could not be done according to the front desk person. So our room was on the 4th floor. A long walk for someone on a oxygen tank!
Then we decided to have dinner in the restaurant where we could not get service until I
went to the front desk. The manager at that point came and took our order. The one person they had working in the restaurant/bar had an entire wedding party taking up the
whole bar area. So completely disorganized! We have stayed here several times but do not think we'll stay here again. I would like to emphasize, the manager is incredible and
understands customer service. Feeling very frustrated.

We love this place, The food is excellent and service always top notch! Our only complaint again is the beds are not comfortable ; (

We really enjoyed our 2 night stay here. We got one of the rooms looking towards the airfield and my 3 boys (husband and sons) loved watching the planes coming in and taking off. It was very quiet despite being right next to the air field. Everything was clean and modern. Kids loved the pool and said the hot tub was the hottest they had been in (that's a good thing. )

Great service. Professional staff. It's a fun location if you like planes.

Location was right next to Payne Field. It's really neat to walk out of the hotel and see all of the Boeing jets there on the tarmac. The location is a 10 minute drive to the Mukilteo ferry which has some great views. The hotel stay was pleasant and breakfast was good.

Bring back morning chef and the room service menu.

The rooms are really nice. The restaurant and bar are nice too. Overall a pleasant experience. The view to the Boeing field is also really cool.

It was alright. Continental breakfast was overpriced. Beds were hard as rocks. Not very friendly but I blame that in the state.

Clean and comfortable. The best thing is you don't need to drive to Boeing tour at all! It's only 100m far from the hotel.

Very clear rooms. Staff is accommodating and fantastic. They even got an extra chocolate cookie for my daughter.

We were in town for 2 hockey games for our kids ranging in age from 8 to 12 and their siblings over the Halloween holiday and the hotel were so helpful in making sure our kids had a good time. We had approx 50 people in our group and the staff was beyond helpful and super nice. Our team will definitely use this hotel next time we are in town. The rooms were clean, only thing was the beds not the most comfortable.

Our room was beautiful, the staff were very friendly. The king size beds are actually adjustable in soft/firmness. At the restaurant we had salmon with dill sauce and New York steak for dinner, very flavourful. The steak is advertised as 10 oz, to me it looked more like 4 oz with a lot of fat and unedible rind on it. If not for the faux 10 oz steak would have been all around excellent.

I attempted to have my wedding here but the GM has extremely poor customer service. They had changed event coordinators twice during two months and thankfully we did not sign the contract. The coordinators were frequently out of the office. When I brought my concerns of not being able to get in contact with the staff and my concerns of the event coordinator being changed so much, the GM said he would meet with us as he would be taking over. He told me he would call back in one hour. I did not receive a call from him the rest of that day (it was in the morning that I spoke with him) nor the next day. I called back and voiced my concern and disappointment in his integrity and he responded that since they could not meet my expectations, that I should find another venue. My only expectation was that he contact me back in a reasonable time which they had been having trouble doing. They get one star because their front desk staff and chef were friendly and courteous.
