Super great place to stay especially after spending the day hiking in the vicinity! Had a balcony room with awesome views.

Love a pet friendly hotel.

Our room was on the 4th floor with a small balcony overlooking the Columbia River. Nice comfortable room with a king bed and TWO overstuffed easy chairs. Lots of room to move around in. Shower had great water pressure and a steady stream of hot water. Overall, a very nice room at a very reasonable price: $115.

Some of the Highlights of mine&my 2 kids stay is the friendliness of the front desk gal, she was the best&so understandble&helpful in so many ways, weather it was googling to see what was open for food across the bridge or helping us get a beautiful room with a beautiful view or just putting herself in my shoes traveling over 9 hours with two kids&her making sure our visit was relaxing&comfortble, bless her❤It was the front desk gal who worked on June 24th 2020 in the evening.

As members of a church group, we have come to BW for many years for planning retreats. The staff has always been friendly and accommodating. It is a beautiful location, as well!

My husband and I came to Oregon to attend a wedding but decided to stay one extra night further away from the wedding to explore Bridal Veil. Everything was amazing! The location and views are just breathtaking. The staff is extremely friendly, hotel is clean and inviting, room was huge, and even though they don't provide continental breakfast within the hotel… they stepped it up a notch by providing free breakfast coupons for the restaurant right next door. The atmosphere, decor, food quality and staff were all wonderful. Not to mention the amazing views from the booths with windows! I am currently trying to find a way to buy pillows and bedsheets set from there, it was the best sleep I've had in a very long time. The pillows are perfect! I wouldn't have changed a single thing about our stay!

We stayed here with our children at the beginning of July. Beautiful hotel, inside and out, in an excellent location. Feels very clean and modern. The staff were friendly and helpful. Great breakfast in the restaurant next door included. Comfortable beds too! I highly recommend staying here.

Really wonderful service. All the staff is amazing, and one stood out to us the most. John at the front desk was very warm and welcoming. He gave us local info about the best hikes to go on and short cuts to Dry Creek Falls, and all sorts of information. The entire time that we were talking to him and asking for suggestions, he radiated positivity and showed his upbeat personality, very charming. Made our stay here even better!

We requested a king room with a view, although we didn’t have a balcony we had a big picture window with a wonderful view of the Columbia River. Breakfast vouchers were given for the restaurant next door. We ordered off a ‘hotel’ menu. There’s a good variety and the food was very good. The bed was a little soft for us. The location is good for the Falls, and Bridge of Gods. I will definitely stay at this hotel again.

Gentleman at the fest was very helpful and friendly. Great housekeeping staff! Well maintained rooms. River view is well worth the extra few bucks. Included breakfast was good.

Great hotel. View rooms have a gorgeous view of the river and the bridge. Beds are super comfortable. Rooms are roomy. Hotel staff is incredibly helpful. Wifi was good. Pool was noisy but the kids didn't care. Deck outside the pool was a star attraction — everyone hung out there after the heat of the day. Only drawback is the train noise, which is fun during the day. At night they have earplugs in the room, or with the windows closed and AC on you don't notice it. Definitely recommend.

Room 417 is likely the best room with it's balcony view and location. Nice pool and hot tub and the best free breakfast I've had at a hotel. It's breakfast from the Bridgeside restaurant next door Only downside… Trains. It can be a bit noisy over night.

I have never experienced a more helpful and friendly staff as I did at the Best Western in Cascade Locks. Particularly, John and Tammy went above and beyond to provide exceptional service. The breakfast was outstanding (best bacon I have ever eaten), and the views from the restaurant and hotel were spectacular. I truly did not want to leave.

Best Western Plus Columbia River Inn located in Cascade Locks, OR is a fantastic place to stay. The hotel itself has nearly everything you might need, not to mention breathtaking views of the mighty Columbia River. This property is beautifully maintained, spotlessly clean, well appointed and very quiet. The hotel staff are extremely helpful and kind. They make you feel like family. We began our stay with friendly greetings from Best Western staff members "Susan" and "John". We couldn't ask for a better place to stay or nicer people to handle all of our needs while spending two very relaxing days enjoying the views of the Columbia River Gorge from our great room (and balcony). We look forward to staying here again!

Great location, but the train tracks are right next to the hotel. If you are a light sleeper, the trains on both sides of the river will keep you up all night. The included breakfast is at the restaurant next door and is excellent. Bacon, eggs, pancakes, biscuits, etc. Rooms are typical, but clean, and well maintained.

This place is amazing. The view can't be beat! The rooms are nice, very clean, spacious & comfortable with all the amenities. The staff is super friendly & helpful! There is so much to see & do in the area, stay at least 2 nights!

Interesting… great location… especially for the transportation enthusiast of yesterday. We are talking river, rail and pavement… Not for those light sleepers or open window people as it does get a tad bit on the noisy side. That said, it is a fantastic jump off point for the Columbia River Gorge and some really decent pub, brews and grub places. Located in Cascade Locks just upriver of Bonneville Dam, we are talking both history and ambiance… Did I mention Beer? Seriously, if you are looking for laid back small town atmosphere — this is is. And toss in a Sternwheeler ride on the river, this is the place. Watch both Native American Fishing mixed with modern techniques up close all along the river… really awesome. Multiple pubs, Breweries and eating establishments that are all above par and a pleasant surprise from the run of the mill places. If you're looking for a 'little finger up' East Coast atmosphere, well, it is not New York City and you are on the wrong Coast! So, drop by and stay a spell.

Excellent 3 star! Small fitness room, indoor pool, microwave/fridge in room, yummy breakfast, friendly staff, super clean. Go across the bridge to A & J for grocery type food. Bridge is $2 each way to cross. Lovely view of Columbia river from the backside. All good good.

Our stay at this hotel was the absolute best! The staff was super friendly and checking in and checking out was easy. Complimentary breakfast every morning at the restaurant next door was superb. The views and area around the hotel were breath-taking! We will be staying here for years to come!

We had an excellent stay here! Location was amazing! We were greeted with smiles and exuberance from the front desk staff, given a rundown of the hotel, facilities within and the area. The room was fantastic, the children thought the location (to see the trains and bridge) was amazing, and the pool was a great finishing touch. The Bridgeside restaurant, where the continental breakfast is located, was beyond delicious and the location was beautiful. We got to watch trains and eagles during both breakfast and dinner. We can't wait to come back!

Staying at the Best Western at Cascade Locks was wonderful! The staff were all very nice! Our room was spacious and relaxing. The breakfast at the restaurant next door was delicious. The view of the water from our room was beautiful! I would definitely stay here again.

We received exceptional service in this hotel! The staff who work here are wonderful and very accomodating. Rooms, pool and spa are very clean. This is the 3rd consecutive year that we've stayed here for a conference. I will definitely book a room here next year.

Stayed one night at this hotel and will return because the rooms are large, comfortable and the staff is friendly and competent. The Breakfast is outstanding and the views are beautiful. I used the exercise room which was well supplied. There is a nice indoor pool but did not use it.

From the moment we first made contact with the staff at this hotel I was impressed! They all cared and were concerned with how we were doing. It great to see people who enjoy and always have a smile not only on their faces, but I could tell it came from the heart. I would recommend staying at this hotel. The view from the balcony was spectacular. The hotel was clean and very well presented. The breakfast that is included at the restaurant next door was delicious. It was a wonderful weekend stay!

I got caught in an ice storm with my two service dogs, and had to pull off the road and book a room. The lady at the front desk was amazingly friendly, the hotel had a service dog room available, and the room was super nice! Best of all, it was cost effective as well. This hotel was a life saver, but after staying here, I plan to spend a few nights here in spring and summer as well while I'm exploring the beautiful area. Highly recommend!

Beautiful setting. Great views. Nice rooms. I really like having a good fitness center and this one is really nice. Their breakfast arrangement with the place next door is good quality, but not as versatile as a good in-house continental breakfast I often find at Best Westerns. I will likely stay here again.

Furniture and interior design are modern, subtle, and cozy. The view of the Columbia River is gorgeous! I felt like a king. The service was top notch. Breakfast is offered next door at an amazing restaurant, I believe it's called Bridgeview. The gym has actual workout equipment not just cycles and treadmills. Even the drip coffee wad great. Overall, highly recommended!

I wreck my car ten miles from hotel. Came to best western, upset and frazzled The lady at the front desk was amazing. She took the time to help me calm down. She was concerned, and empathetic. She set me up with amazing room, patio, killer view, hot tub in middle of the room. It was awsome! I will definitely be back soon. I will tell my family, friends and customers to stay there. My family and I have been coming to the Best Western in cascades Locks every Thanksgiving for over 14 years. We have never been disappointed and with the new changes it has made our stay here even more enjoyable! The staff is exceptional and over the top friendly. Extremely clean and very comfortable rooms. An amazing view of the river, mountains and bridge. Photographs of local scenery on the walls are a great touch! I highly recommend this lovely, peaceful Best Western!

Hotel was overall very nice. View from the room was great, the bed was quite comfortable, and it had all of the amenities I needed. Breakfast at the diner nextdoor was great too (included with room rate). The one thing I will note, though, is that the hotel is right above train tracks, so you will have train noise at night. The hotel did provide earplugs, and the room was pretty insulated, but the trains were still quite noticeable. If you want to stay somewhere very quiet, this might not be the hotel for you… but if you are looking for a great location, with good views and great service, I would recommend the Best Western Columbia River Inn :)

The bed was amazing! The view of the river and bridge from the balcony were excellent. The swimming pool was a good temperature; the hot tub was sufficiently hot (~102-103 degrees). The included breakfast was pretty good. You had several selections to choose from including oatmeal, breakfast meats with eggs and hash browns, etc. You could choose one of the offerings and add on and just pay the extra. Coffee and juice were included. It is a nice place to stay for a night.

We booked a room for the night during the Labor Day weekend in beautiful Cascade Locks for my High School reunion weekend. Little did we know that it would also be the weekend of the start of the Eagle Creek wildland fire. The hotel staff decided to evacuate the hotel late at night after the fire crested the ridge just to the west of town. It may not have looked to threatening to some, but the majority of the town was evacuated about 4 hours later during to the speed and possible consequences of the fire. I appreciated the staffs concern for our safety and making sure that we were out early enough to travel safely. We will be back. It's a great facility in an amazing town in a beautiful part of the country.

One of my favorite Best Western locations, Bridge of the Gods, love the balcony deck, watching the tugboats in the river and the Sternwheeler! And I find the train comforting… Decent pool and good food! Most of all the staff is outstanding! We had the pleasure of working with Kristen, she is a GEM!

Wonderful hotel! We had such a great time at the Best Western in Cascade Locks. Good customer service! This hotel has a gorgeous view of the river and Bridge of the Gods. Highly suggest this spot! Cascade Locks is a charming, little town. We will definitely stay here again!

So clean and such a comfortable bed with plenty of fantastic pillows and blankets. The in-room coffee and tea options were nice and the breakfast was great! The location is perfect to visit nearby trails, the Bonneville Dam, and The Bridge of The Gods. There is a train track in the back of the property that runs throughout the day and night, however it didn't brake or blow the whistle. We even kept our balcony door open at times and the train didn't bother us at all. The river traffic was beautiful to look at throughout our stay.

Breathtaking… everything! The commerce is bustling on and off the river and the history surrounds you. The flowers are bursting full of color and life. This is an unforgettable getaway. Staying at this location it's the icing on the cake. The friendly staff, the cleanliness of the hotel, the view in room 415 was all above expectations. A must stay if in the area.

This hotel is beautifully situated, very clean and up to date, with comfortable beds and a great staff. There's a wonderful balcony outside the pool/hot tub area to appreciate the beautiful view of the river. Having a full breakfast at the restaurant next door was a nice bonus, though not all of the items are included as part of the offer (but the choices they have are all good and the food was ample). Coffee always available. It's a great place to stay and explore a wonderful area. Restaurants near by (walk into town) and across the river in Stevenson.

This is one of the better Best Westerns. It is very clean and well maintained. The staff was efficient and friendly. If you are looking for a place to stay in this area, we recommend this hotel.

Totally worth upgrading to a king size with a river view. The room was spacious and extremely cozy. Will definitely return.

A few positives, a few negatives about our stay here. Stayed in a nice room with a hot tub, overlooked the river. Room was very clean, bed was comfortable. Hot tub worked well. Unfortunately the toilet did not work very well. Clogged up… and seemed to drain out only water leaving the TP behind (yes, we found this to be quite odd). We asked a young lady (dark hair) about it and she gave my girlfriend some major attitude, as if we were making it up (I suppose it is an odd complaint). They offered us a plunger as their maintenance guy had already gone home. Yes, I paid $150 bucks to travel to the Gorge to plunge a toilet and get attitude about it. To be fair, the other young lady (light colored hair) was very kind. Needless to say, toilet wasn't fixed. The sound of the train and tracks were nothing compared to the sound of the adjacent rooms plumbing. We definitely know that our neighbors toilets were working quite well… and when they turned on the shower or tub… we could no longer hear our TV. Internet service was hit and miss. The restaurant next door was good. I don't recommend this place though. We had a much nicer stay at the Rodeway Inn across the river in Stevenson. A much more run down place, but at least the toilet worked and no dirty looks. Stayed 3/19/16

Spacious room. Our window was facing the river and had a good view. Complementary breakfast at the diner next door. Free parking. Good place to stay if you want to visit Multnomah Falls.

What a great spot! Beautiful scenery setting and a wonderful room. We had a king bed room which was spacious and well appointed. Very large vanity space and well lighted — separate from the toilet and shower. Hair dryer and coffeemaker in the room… coffee available in the lobby as well. Extremely comfortable bed and a good sized flat screen TV. We did the provided breakfast next door and while not gourmet, still tasty and filling while looking out on the river. I would return there in a heartbeat!

Clean, big rooms. Nice (free! ) breakfast at the restaurant next-door. Large beds, good working shower. Location wise it's perfect if you're visiting the Gorge; you are within 30 minutes of all the major attractions. If you're sensitive to noises at night, the nearby railroad might be a problem, although it's not loud.

Great place, dog friendly and delicious breakfast at Riverside Cafe, formerly Char-Burger. Staff was really nice.

Ear plugs are provided for a reason. The train tracks between the hotel and the river are busy and loud. Especially if you prefer to sleep with the windows open. The hot breakfast wasn't anything special. I would have prefered the hot breakfast buffets similar to those served at the Kennewick and Sunnyside Best Westerns.

Beautiful river view, spacious room.

My family and I were very pleased with this hotel. The room was exceptionally large and clean. The staff was absolutely outstanding. I was a little leary of the breakfast voucher for the Char Burger next door. It was outstanding as well and the food was delicious. The service there was also very good. Overall, the experience was delightful.

Rooms are very spacious with amazing views of the river. Beds are comfy too. The continental breakfast is wonderful! So many delicious options. Only negative is that the hot tub is not very hot (The perfect temp for me is about 102, which is hard to find).

Rooms were odd. For a BW Plus, the bathroom and toilet were small. Tub was tiny. And you have to walk across the room to brush your teeth, shave, comb, etc. For the sink is SEPARATE and room-wide distant from the shower. You have to walk all around the room to get your things on the table, walk again the whole room to get to the sink. Poor quality for a BW Plus standard. Pricey. Not worth it.
