Great service. Clean rooms. Best coustomer service.

I will highlights the front desk service, the hot chocolate chips cookies from 7pm to 9pm and breakfast.

Even though they had to cut their prices because of Covid because they can't offer the full amenities like the pool and a full breakfast, I am still flabbergasted that We're only paying $60 for two beds and it's really nice!

The employees do whatever they want here. The rules change with shift change. After 3 day's they ran out of TP in the whole place and wouldn't give us more. And now my debit card keeps getting ran for a charge all night, the last two nights.

Staff was nice. Rooms were clean with plenty of towels. Everything we needed was close by. Nice to have the hot tub and pool open 24 hours for adults. Breakfast was good.

Great location close to everything neat and clean concierge gives you plenty of soap shampoo and towels they also have Room service beds are comfy nice clean sheets The shower was a little much to be desired but other than that we have a great stay stayed for 2 nights and 3 days.

Absolutely amazing service! we arrived much earlier than anticipated and they got us checked in so that we could nap and shower. Super friendly, great breakfast options. Will always be our go to hotel now. Jacuzzi tub in room was wonderful. Room was extremely clean. 11 stars for sure!

Clean, quiet hotel with friendly staff and a fun pool area. The kids had a blast! ps the cookies at night were a great touch.

Follow through with agreements. They ruined a child's 5th Birthday pool party for 10 little ones. Arrangements were made and the Hotel refused swimming at the time of the party. You are a hospitality business and you totally failed at being hospitable. Shame on you guys! Sombody needs to be held accountable! I was in the hospitality industry for over twelve years. This was totally avoidable by simply letting the kiddos swim for an hour then have their pizza. Disappointing in so many ways!

Great breakfast and friendly service!

Decent hotel but on the older side. The rooms were no frills but moderately updated and clean. They have a great breakfast for the morning and cookies in the evening.

Front counter lady was amazing just that customer service alone I would recommend this motel to anyone. Also rooms are great and this place has a pool and hot tub. Outstanding!

The rooms at Cedars Inn are decent. Microwave and mini refrigerator in room, there is also coffee in room, but I would recommend the free breakfast they offer and free coffee/tea daily. They also offer free cookies daily, check times for breakfast and cookies schedule. The shower heads are not that great in that they spray and not really provide a good pressure to rinse out shampoo/conditioner, even when you move the setting to more of a stream, it's still not that great. The good thing is that the sink is outside the bathroom, but very limited counter/sink area. It would be nice to have a little table to set clothes, lotion or whatever needed for when you get out of the shower, but there is nothing but the toilet cover and tank to set anything down on while in the shower and you can't exactly dry off and get dressed anywhere else with multiple guests in the room. With multiple guests in one room, the counter area gets super cluttered with everyone's personal toiletries. The lighting at the sink is horrible, not good for women doing their make up. We did have to ask for another bar of soap since they are the tiniest I've ever seen and therefore "melt"a lot faster. Not sure why their bed pillows are not the standard rectangular pillows, but they are more square in shape and are about 2/3's the size of a standard pillows. Overall, they are decent for the price you pay, it's a clean hotel and I felt safe.

We stayed a week and had a wonderful time. The staff are terrific people. A huge shout out to Katie for helping us with a minor issue that she took care of fast and we appreciate her. The breakfast was great, the pool and hot tub was nice and the beds were comfortable. I recommend staying here and the location is perfect to access the entire area.

Nice hotel. All of the front desk staff is very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are spacious and the beds are extremely comfy. We really enjoyed the 24 hour pool and jaccuzi as well. My one complaint and my reason for knocking off a star is that you apparently aren't allowed to use the toaster downstairs past breakfast time. We wanted to toast some bread and got scolded by some lady from the kitchen staff. I'm 23. I know how to use a toaster without killing myself.

The experience for me was not as wonderful! The one night stay was terrible. I was woken up to BEDBUGS AT 3:40am (5/17/18). Room 237. Although the front desk clerk was great with refunding me my money back and asking if there was anything else she could do! So I appreciate her & want to thank her… I will never go back there though! I hope they close off the room and really take the time out to clean the room. Also when I first checked in and finally got settled into my room. I had a friend come by so we could head to the smoke shop together… & immediately I got a call to my room from the desk saying that basically I couldn’t have guest and that the hotel doesn’t do traffic. I don’t know if she thought I was a call girl or what! But I was very shocked and angry that she would get that idea, when I just checked in. I only had one guest come see me in the afternoon. My guest was not staying … he was coming by to pick me up so we could check out wenatchee since I was not from here and he was. The whole stay was bad for me!

One of my favorite hotels. The views are stunning, amenities comforting and the staff eager to fill every need. The desk clerk, Raven, made checking in without reservations quick and easy. Free breakfast has a wide selection including fruit and juices. Bring your swim trunks as the indoor pool has just been remodeled with a new deck and tile. Enjoy your stay!

Raven was the night Front Desk Clerk and she was PHENOMENAL! There were so many people who stayed over this weekend with Special Olympics and she handled every personality with a smile and grace. She ran her tail off assuring every single person was accommodated to the fullest. This girl DESERVES A RAISE! Excellent customer service skills. She is the reason I am rating the Cedar Inn a 5 star. Thank you so much Raven for your kindness, patience, engagement and help. You were wonderful.

The service was Great. Kind and very helpful. The room was very spacious and clean. And I really enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which was still tasty at 10 o clock when I got down there.

The pool and hot tub were absolutely disgusting! The hot tub smelled like sewer and the pool was VERY mercy and random woman’s or girls hair ties and goggles a balloon with a string was in the pool as well. Absolutely disgusting! VERY DISAPPOINTING when you spend that much money and all of that is just so disgusting!

My family and I stayed in this hotel for 3 nights, together with our dog. It was a nice place and a quiet neighborhood overlooking the river. Everything was all right except that I was overcharged by a night. I called the reception about this and they will look into it. It is a month and a half and I never heard anything from the hotel. I hope the owner will immediately take action on this. Your Guest, Gilbert Beltran.

Pool could have been warmer. Need a breakfast meat besides sausage. But love this place. Super friendly staff!

The rooms where a little dated but still quite modern. The facilities seemed well kept, though vending options were very bad. Location was great and easy to access. I would gladly stay again. Service was excellent, always with a great attitude and helpful demeanor.

Decent for the price. Super awesome check in. She was calm, friendly and gave us good information. Room is very clean and bed is super comfy. Excellent location, close to everything.

Rooms are CLEAN! Beds are COMFORTABLE! Breakfast is BREAKFAST (real FOOD & lots of choices). Hot coffee & tea 24/7! A pool and hot tub! We had a mountain view that was beautiful! This hotel decorates for Christmas & with the falling snow; All was well with the world! Many of the staff will go above and beyond for your comfort & happiness! Every hotel should be this amazing!

The views from the room were amazing. Columbia River and mountains behind it. Just breathtaking. The room was nice and clean and the breakfast offerring was decent too. It is just half an hour away from Leavenworth so it's very convenient to visit Leavenworth and stay if no accomodation is available in Leavenworth. We also had a chance to visit lake Chelan which was just 45 mins drive.

Location was conveniently located by a gas station, mall, diners, and a liquor store all within short walking distance. The service was also very quick and pleasant, and the rooms were very clean and comfortable.

Small hotel with great amenities. There is a small workout room, an jndoor pool, outdoor hottub and and great free breakfast. The staff is Fantastic.

GREAT place to stay when we are over here to play Highlander Golf Course. Just outside the front door, there is a Steak House 100ft away, Casino, Bar, Family Dining. We ate there last night. Great food, Great service.

Very comfortable rooms, great pool, and amazing breakfast. However, the showers didn't flow properly and made an irritating screeching sound while it was on. Not all of the electrical plugs were working, and the ones that did were loose, so I had to continuously adjust my phone charger. But overall, a very pleasant experience.

Rooms were clean. Breakfast was great. They even had fresh baked cookies every night. Only thing I didn't like was the shower. The shower head either sprayed everywhere or in a small stream, could use an update. Other than that, this is a great place to stay.

The rooms are nice and clean and the customer service is excellent. The only thing didn't like about the rooms are the pillows. They are just too small and too short. They are like travel pillows. The other thing is I couldn't use the hot tub because it was under maintenance.

Perfect experience! Wonderful breakfast, super nice staff, and the room was beautiful. Only complaint I could possibly think of would be the size of the breakfast room but even that I didn't mind.

Always have a great experience here. They have a fair amount of parking for large vehicles (when someone's not mindlessly blocking it). Lots of food and entertainment options within walking distance.

This is a great place to stay if you're visiting the Wenatchee/East Wenatchee area. Many of the rooms have a great view of the other side of the river, it's close to many conveniences, and the breakfast is some of the best I've had in a hotel. The staff was friendly, and their recent renovations do wonders for the way the rooms looked a couple of years ago.

Wonderful hotel! Very friendly staff. Quick and easy check in the hotel was clean and quite and served an excellent breakfast would definitely recommend for families.

We were moved in the middle of the night due to the toilet flooding the bathroom. Or given the choice of going from the 3rd floor down to lobby to use that bathroom in instead of moving rooms. We were never offered compensation for this. Then find out that my sister was charged for 2 nights when we only stayed one night. They wouldn't even let us have a late checkout time the day we left yet charged us an extra day. The "manager" we spoke to didn't even give us a name and told us it was our fault that thier computer said we had 2 reservations. The girl was extremely rude, refused to help us and hung up on us. Maybe the ratings for place would be better if the employees had any kind of customer service skills or realized that the guests are the reason they are even working at the establishment. If I owned this hotel I would be appalled at the staffs behavior. And who ever was running the front desk 11:30 on May 12th especially, she is going to ruin your business.

We visited the property during a busy weekend. The staff was very friendly. The rooms were another story. For the price we paid compared to others who called in from our group was frustrating. It was $169.00 a night when others paid $89.00. The room was non-smoking but on the smoking floor. The smell was bad, our noses and eyes were irritated. I felt bad for my children who also have asthma. When addressing the manager I was told the fan wasn't on for some reason, and they were "Sorry" but couldn't do anything about it or the price we paid. The manager had two messages to call me, and I finally was able to speak with her. She was nice, but not helpful and I felt very disappointed in our stay and the quality of the room. It was dark, very old bedding and the towels were stiff and some were torn. The hotel is a place to sleep, but not a place to enjoy or relax at.

Overall Great stay. Very Comfortable rooms on affordable prices. More than you'd expect for the price. Breakfast menu is vast and good. Clean rooms. Friendly staff. Will definitely book the same place for my next visit to the area. I'll recommend too.

I had the Executive Room with balcony. It's a great place to be. I'm here with all the snowfall, though it's still very nice. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone.

Not a bad place to stay. Comfortable beds. Rooms kind of smelled like smoke. Friendly and accommodating front desk staff.

Excellent customer service very timely breakfast for early risers. Other hotels have later breakfast times not starting till 6am. Cedars starts at 430 am. Also providing an hors d'oeuvre with cookies at 7pm which is excellent. Love this hotel.

We showed up 7pm on a Wednesday cold and snosnowy outside to fresh hot cookies and a nice clean warm room.

It's looks like an unrated hotel… But it was good experience there the sleep was good and the morning food was too. The parking is also free… In summary it's a good place and cheap during the Christmas lights night in Leavenworth…

I am a truck driver. Had to stay here several nights due to my truck being broke down while it got fixed. The area seems to be quite rough. Cops and EMS crews were across the street at the 7/11 when we arrived and the following morning 3 cops were on my floor. Made me question if we should continue our next few nights till Tuesday. As far as the hotel it seems clean and inviting. Staff is nice. My room is one of the nicest I had stayed in and quite large. Bed was comfortable, bathroom clean, the soap and shampoo smells awesome! Now my heater seems not to work to well. Had to get up through the night because room was cold. Turned the heat up. When the heat kicked in, it about ran me out of the room. Than it cooled off yet again without me touching it. Breakfast, was a large selection but wasnt very tasteful.

If you needs Internet, don't try it, every 5 minutes, you have 10 secs connection, most of evening no Internet no matter how much you try. Coffee went out, asked counter if they can fill it, told me they don't know how to do it, really? Breakfast is good, pool water is a little bit dirty. Staff is very friendly. Room is clean and well maintain.

Very nice older motel. Nice staff very helpful, great breakfast, easy to find. Basically quiet, comfortable, affordable.

This hotel has always been AWESOME!. Very Sweet ladies at the front desk, the staff always smiles and friendly. The Beds are nice as well and unlike some hotels.
