Have such wonderful stay here ion our WA vacation. Room was clean doesn't have nasty stink like some place does. HD cable TV with major channels (5-6 hbos) clean microwave and fridge. Clean bathroom. Lovely updated interior with comfy bed plus beautiful view of Washington's evergreen outside our window. Nice jacuzzi and pool area. All day complimentary coffee ☕ and tea with great breakfast service. Staff are friendly and helpful.

The breakfast was kinda skimpy unlike most LaQuintas, the electric outlets in the room were too loose to use but other than those to things we really liked it. I LOVED having a patch of woods behind to potty the dogs in! Its a good hotel.

This hotel is great. The service was top notch, and so was the breakfast. The rooms were nice and clean, and they were so supportive.

Good location, great service. Especially front desk in the afternoon have great attitude and willing help on everything. Breakfast is lack of space and food is shortage.

The staff here is great! So friendly and helpful. The building seems a little older, but it's clean and good for the price. The location is fairly central as well. We will stay here again!

It's a great location very quiet and then the trees. It does not have a portico sew-in foul-weather you're sort of out in the weather unloading your vehicle. The rooms are are are typical of La Quinta rooms nice and clean. The staff is amazingly friendly. The breakfast was somewhat typical of La Quinta, but the biscuits and gravy were some of the freshest and best I've ever tasted at La Quinta.

I will never stay at this location. I had a friend staying here for a decent amount of time while waiting on their house to close, and my experience with the staff has convinced me to not only never stay here, but also to have my family find a different place to stay when they come to visit. To start, the day we helped our friend move in, I had to use the restroom on the first floor. This restroom is right next to house keeping and was clogged and overflowing. Not only was it disgusting, I had to find a plunger to clear it myself. Then the room they were supposed to get on the first floor wasn’t ready when it was supposed to be clean and ready before we got there. They were given a different room, then moved to another room both on the second floor. Things seemed ok for a couple of days, but Kimberly at the front desk became extremely rude, and started chastising my friend for letting her daughter get drinks and snacks from the lobby alone. Her daughter is plenty old and capable enough to handle this on her own and does not need a parent to grab something real quick. Our friend also watches our kids for us, and whenever we would drop them off, Kimberly would glare at us as though we were inconveniencing her in some fashion. Yesterday, our friend was told that she needed to secure her pets in the room and vacate so housekeeping could clean the room. At this time, they were in the pool area and her daughter was up in the room.

Went here for a quick one day visit to Olympia. Rooms were clean and the shower was warm enough for a quick shower. Coffee and breakfast is offered and I took some.

Room was very clean. Dog friendly with a couple poopy stations with bags and trash cans which is always cool. Complementary breakfast was actually really good and well stocked. Coffee in the lobby needed to be refilled both in the evening and the next morning. Staff was nice, asked for a late check out, the guy noted it, but then the next morning before we headed out for the event that brought us up there we wanted to confirm the late check-out. He claimed he had no note of it. Reminded him he was the one to check us in and took the note. He acted a little put off but recovered fairly well. Would stay here again if ever in the area again.

Stayed here overnight to visit family, it's one of the few places available in Lacey that has a decent reputation. Unfortunately, that's not saying much. The rooms are desperate for updating. But there also seems to be a steady population of drug users who are using these rooms. You can smell cat urine in bathrooms, in corners of room, etc. It's too coincidental in quantity — definitely meth was used prior to our stay. That's not necessarily the hotel's fault that people bring this garbage with them, but it is a problem if they aren't going to investigate these odors left behind by jerks after more than a once over. The carpets are original to the hotel, I know, because when I lived in Lacey, I had family visit me way back in the early 90's, when the hotel had first opened. Same carpet in 2017. That's a problem, likely a health hazard, so be careful in bare feet. I definitely wouldn't stay here again.

Normal nice hotel. Clean. The room I saw was fairly small but we also had 4 adults. Good location.

We stay at this La Quinta several times a year and have always had very good experiences. Location is perfect for us, prices is pretty fair, dining near by, free parking, no pet charge, the only downside is that the breakfast is only mediocre and carpets really need a deep clean. The rooms are spacious, pretty clean, staff has been very friendly and helpful. If I could do 4.5 stars I would.

Clean rooms and very friendly staff. The pool area is great and the jacuzzi was wonderful too. Check in was smooth and easy with check out being even easier. The hotel is very pet friendly so it was quite fun to see the different fur babies in the hallways. My husband and I loved our 2 week stay here. We will definitely be back.

Booked my stay while travelling for work. 15 Mins to downtown Olympia, Route 5 easy access to gas stations, restaurants and major shops. Staff were very welcoming, breakfast was included, pool and hot tub were clean and enjoyable. Will definitely book a return stay.

The location is wonderful! Right off I-5 but in a quiet and secluded wooded area. The check in was quick and painless, and the clerk was friendly. The room was nice and clean, free Wi-Fi and HD TV and pet friendly, and our dog enjoyed it too. The only sounds we heard were a few doors closing. Nothing from the other rooms. They did provide a breakfast but we did not partake.

We had a great experience. Clean room, fresh cookies baked in the evening by staff. Our kids enjoyed the cookies and the pool. We were allowed to check in an hour early which was great as we had been traveling for several days. Overall a great experience, would stay again.

Quiet and clean rooms. Interior is a bit dated but all we needed was a bed to sleep in. Air conditioned and non smoking. Breakfast was included, consisted of eggs, waffles, fresh fruit, yogurt, biscuits, hash browns, cereal, juice, and some other items. We had a very restful night stay here.

Rooms were modern, updated and clean. Front desk was helpful and nice. They have a policy here that allows dogs to stay in the rooms which at first I thought was pretty neat, until I was awoken at 7am by a dog howling. Would stay again.

Clean room and common areas. Nice pool. Very courteous staff — we will return if we are in the area again.

Had a pleasant stay here. When I asked what the checkout time was, the girl behind the counter told me it was 11, but immediately told me she could push it back to noon for us at no charge! That's what I'm talking about! I would stay here again.

Generally clean and nice hotel as one would expect from La Quinta. A little warn out here and there and thus only four stars.

Quick and Simple. Unaware of construction happening while searching hotels. Was put into an ADA room on first floor. Used the pool and hot tub.

The room was exceptionally clean and hygienic. The staff is helpfull and friendly and the Hotel provides a complimentary breakfast. It was definitely a pleasant experience.

Stuffy, outdated. I was not real impressed with the staff. The staff there are odd. It's hard to explain. The staff just seem out of touch and a bit cold. I love la quinta and this is the only one I have ever truly disliked all around.

I booked a room to stay for 5 days for a conference. After spending the first night, I woke up with several red rashes on my legs. A friend of mine who is a doctor identify these as bedbugs bites. For over $100 a night… I expect these places to be at least clean and sanitary.

I haven't checked in yet, I am writing this review based on the customer service I received over the phone when I booked my room. I was looking for a pet friendly room and the La Quinta is the perfect location for my needs. I tried to book online but it said they were full so I decided to call just in case. I spoke with a Traci (Tracy? ) who found me a room at a good rate and told me all pets are welcome with no extra fees. It may not seem like much to some people but this is honestly the best customer service I have received in awhile.

After looking at their website and considering the AAA discount. I call to make a reservation and the lady at the front desk denied the discount. Customer service skills were lacking.

Pros: Excellent staff, they are very resourceful and helpful. Rooms are modern and clean Good selection of food in the morning Allows pets Clean new furnishings Comfortable bed Cons: Pools and hot tub out of service Wifi slower than dial-up at 0.14 Mbps (difficult to open a webpage), and it's totally open Advertised fitness room doesn't exist and was recently remodeled out of existence. Some of the room remodels are iffy — bathroom fixtures loose, won't turn off easily, have incorrectly labeled hot and cold. So when I select a hotel I first make sure they take dogs, and then I look for internet, pool, and hot tub. I was really aching and looking forward to the hot tub, and then when that wasn't available I resigned myself to work but no reasonable internet connection, so that's not happening either. There are many positives about this hotel that would make it a 4 or 5 for some people, but I would trade it all for a pool and internet.

NOT the best LA Quinta I've ever stayed at. Hot tub especially needs serious attention — very grimy and smelly! TV is ridiculously hard to use and if you need closed captioning, tough luck — it's not available. Also the remote drove my husband insane, so not too good for your blood pressure! Rest of the hotel is nice for the price. Beds were very comfy. Important note for people who like to take baths: the tub is VERY long, so bring a thick bathtub pillow if you like to lean back! Continental breakfast was good as at all LQ's. Fitness center is CLOSED (when I asked, the snarky desk clerk said, "There's a hill out back, just run up and down it a few times. " Yes, she really said that to a paying customer! ) but there are commercial gyms like Anytime Fitness and 24 Hour Fitness not too far away. One more thing, the parking lot gets full really fast on weekends so be prepared, if you go out in the evening, you may have to walk a long way back! Finally, I have to say that I normally love LA Quinta Hotels but based on the poor customer service here, we will be crossing this particular location off our list.

Rooms are really nice, breakfast is the bomb and all the staff are awesome.

I stayed at LaQuinta for one night, just to get away. It was great. The staff was very friendly. They were doing renovations on the third floor, but still allowed me to use the gym up there. The equipment was a little outdated, and the gym quite small, but it worked. The pool is good sized, and jacuzzi was awesome. The breakfast is the best I have had at a hotel. Lots of options. If you stay anywhere in Lacey, and are on a budget, this is the best bang for your buck.

The exercise equipment needs to be fixed, the exercycle the chair won't go down. Overall it is good. Best cookies although U shouldn't have eaten any cause I need to stat away from sweets.

After reserving one night at $80 (senior rate! ) for a king room we were so impressed with everything at this motel that we canceled our room for the next night at a different motel near Seattle and extended our stay here another night. The staff was very friendly, the facility was exceptionally clean and attractive, our room was large and quiet and the breakfast was well above average. We have been on a road trip for the last 10 days and this is the sixth motel so far — none of the others have come close to being as nice even when paying more. I almost forgot to mention that we were able to catch up on our favorite TV shows with the FREE on demand capability and larger screen TV in our room.
