Impeccable service and gorgeous grounds filled with wildflowers and well-manicured areas to relax. The innkeepers truly have thought of everything from day trip itineraries of Olympic National Park, to To-Go breakfasts to take with you while you hike. A one of a kind experience!

We stayed in the Hurricane Ridge Suite. It was wonderful! The view from the deck over the sound to Canada was breath taking!

The room was beautiful, large and clean, surrounded by tranquil gardens. Walking around the landscape grounds brings a relaxing feeling.

Domaine Madeleine is a cozy cottage getaway that is perfect for couples looking for relaxation. Each cottage has a tv, fridge, fireplace and indoor jacuzzi for two. Nestled on a property tucked away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Port Angeles, lays a beautiful gated bed and breakfast home which offers several ‘suites’ within the main house and also several disconnected cottages to rent. This lovely bed and breakfast is managed by Stephen and Chris, who take wonderful care of the property. Chris is a very talented artist who has hand painted mesmerizing murals throughout the home and cottages. In the main home there is breakfast packages including to-go meals such as full breakfast items to wine and cheese. Also available in the main home is games and other amenities to make sure your stay is as close to perfect as it can get.

Excelent, the view, the room, food and room amenities as well! Everything is so nice and the staff really go above and beyond to make your stay special! Simply stunning place to stay!

Had a wonderful four night stay at this awesome B&B. The grounds are beautiful, the view is stunning, the proximity to the outdoor venues we were visiting was great and Stephen and Chris made it a perfect experience. I highly recommend Domaine Madeleine.

Super friendly staff, delicious home-cooked meals, scenic views — — it's incredible! We visited and it was the perfect hub for our lavender field/sequim visit. It also has a very Jurassic Park entrance feel — — which is in no way a bad thing.

The website for this bed and breakfast makes it appear nicer than it is in reality. The Hurricane" suite has a nice view but the room needs a lot of updating, especially the bathroom which is very odd and possibly dangerous. The prices are high for what you get here. I would not stay here again.

Had a delightful time in the lake crescent room. Domain Madeline does not dissapoint. We stayed here roughly nine years ago for our honeymoon and always wanted to come back. The property, rooms, breakfast, and views are amazing. The staff has this down to a science. Our room was prepped with a welcome packet upon our arrival. Our welcome packet had everything we needed to know about the B&B plus info about Port Angeles. The info packet has a list of local attractions and eateries which the staff visits quarterly to ensure the place stays above standards. Domain Madeline really goes above and beyond!

I stayed here for 7 nights… and wish I could have stayed for a month! Domaine Madeline is in a perfect location for exploring all that the Olympic Peninsula has to offer — — although I enjoyed my room, the Rialto Beach Cottage, so much that there were days I just stayed in to relax and enjoy the beautiful property and views! I look forward to staying here again one day soon.

Beautiful BnB on the coast near Port Angeles. The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful, the property is beautiful and quiet, and the room was very comfortable. Five stars for sure!

Gorgeous spot for a romantic luxury getaway. So sorry we only had two nights. We spent a full day exploring the park, and didn't have time to enjoy the inn. I travel a lot, and this place had everything. We stayed in the Rialto Beach cottage, which I recommend for the gorgeous sea view. Everything in the room was magical from the Chromecast TV to the heated toilet seat and bidet to an electric strip by our bed. Softest sheets in the world. Strongly recommend for visitors to the Olympic Peninsula.

Love love love love the Domaine Madeleine. The hosts are warm and smart and funny. The gardens are a very pleasant surprise. The jacuzzi tub in the Rialto Cottage had us stay in one night to have a bottle of wine and a funny movie. The view is spectacular and I can't say enough about the area. Pacific Northwest Paradise! Thank you for an unforgettable weekend, we would go back in a heartbeat.

I just returned from an incredible stay at Domaine Madeleine! The Hoh Rainforest suite completely exceeded my expectations. It was HUGE, beautifully put together, so comfortable and an overall fantastic experience. The bed was amazing with the softest, smoothest sheets I have ever slept on! The property was so peaceful, with picturesque gardens and waterfront views. Thanks so much to Stephen and the Domaine Madeleine staff who took such good care of me — I will definitely be returning in the future!

What a totally delightful experience it was to stay at Domaine Madeleine… from the gorgeous "Hurricane Ridge" room with full balcony overlooking the water, the in room fireplace and jacuzzi to one of the most delicious breakfasts I've ever had, this experience was just lovely. Our host and chef were accommodating and friendly without being intrusive. A perfect experience for myself and my partner! Highly recommended.

Staff very friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable with a lovely view of the water. We enjoyed our stay there, as it was quite restful and the staff was very responsive.

My recent stay at Domaine Madeleine Bed & Breakfast near Port Angeles, WA can described as nothing short of heavenly. Domaine Madeleine exceeded my expectations. The setting is spectacular… right on the water with views of the San Juan Islands. My cottage had every amenity… fireplace, luxury bedding, jacuzzi tub, small fridge, robes and slippers… every creature comfort had been thought of. What really stood out for me however was the warmth and genuine hospitality that was shown to me by my host. When I made the reservation he offered wonderful suggestions of what to see and do enroute. When I arrived, he was nothing short of gracious and showed me the complimentary tea, coffee and cookies in the main house, the wide variety of movies and books and then personally walked me to my cottage. There were many personal touches throughout my stay including fresh flowers, chocolates and a personalized welcome note. I look forward to making another reservation in the future and this time I will plan for a longer stay!

Domaine Madeleine was a real treat for us. It turned a rather unplanned weekend into a truly memorable, peaceful, and most beautiful weekend. This is definitely a place to go for a romantic, quiet and peaceful weekend. Our room, The Lake Crescent Suite, has views of the Straight of Juan de Fuca. Upon entering our room, we found bottles of wine, chocolates and a flower in a vase. It was great to know that if we forgot anything such as toiletries, they had extras there for us to use. We stayed two nights and opted for the amazing breakfasts both nights, which sustained us for our busy day hiking around in the Olympic National Park. Great location to use as a base. Still thinking about some of the beautiful and tasty dishes. Loved the "heavenly eggs". We took them up on their restaurant suggestions for dinner in Sequim the first evening and Port Angeles the second. We are looking forward to a future stay again sometime in the future.

Where to start. I checked into the Hurricane Ridge suite and of course the first thing to capture my eye was an absolutely marvelous portrait of Hurricane Ridge and Olympic Mountains. I loved the open layout and beautiful decor in the room. I enjoyed a local bottle of red wine from Harbinger, a tasty charcuterie plate, and didn't even miss my nightly Netflix routine thanks to having Chromecast provided in the room. The next morning, I was greeted with an incredible sweeping view of the Strait of Juan De Fuca from my bedroom. I enjoyed an amazing gourmet breakfast, especially with all of the local northwest flavors. And yes, they do have the world's best crab cakes. At Domaine Madeleine, not only do you enjoy the beautiful waterfront acreage, but it provides excellent proximity to Olympic National Park and the Olympic Discovery trail. What a great place to relax and recharge after a day of Olympic Peninsula adventures.

Went to DM not sure what to expect. The location out of town was wonderful on a bluff looking over the water. Gardens, waterfalls, berries, and other items for the breakfast. Rooms are amazing. Most comfortable bed I have ever been on. And the high point, the breakfast. Four course feast. Home grown ingredients, gourmet cooking with Steven there to explain the amazing things they did to create such a meal. Then he went on to give detailed recommendations on restaurants, hikes, and any other Peninsula related questions. He is unlike any inn keeper we have ever dealt with. Will never go anywhere else on the Peninsula.

If you have kids, this is NOT the place for you. My husband and I were treated with much disdain for bringing our two babies (22 months and 3 months). After a LONG day of traveling from Vancouver Island, all we wanted was a nice tranquil place to stay to break up our trip between Vancouver Island and Portland, OR. We checked in the eve after our ferry arrived and were looking forward to spending the night and having breakfast (which apparently is amazing) before we headed out on our second leg of our journey. While the place is charming and tranquil, Unfortunately were told that our kids were NOT WELCOME at the breakfast and then were given a voucher for a restaurant that would have taken us 40 minutes out of our way (round trip) on our drive back to Portland. I get that kids can be seen a nuisance by others who don't have them, but our 3 month baby is quiet as a mouse and would have literally sat in her stroller the whole time (she only drinks formula! ) and our 22 month old has been to many restaurants with us in the past and is extremely well behaved and eats "adult" food with untensils as we are very conscious to feed them proper food and not "kid food" as the manager put it. We also have enough manners to be respectful of others and would have taken them away had they started "acting up" or crying as not to disturb other guests (as we would have in any other restaurant).

Absolute paradise! The "breakfasts" are amazing, the grounds and scenery breath taking, the owners and staff are wonderful. The only part you wont like is packing up and going home. We found this place 11 years ago and have been back every year since.

I listened to the other reviewers and booked the Monet suite for all three nights of my stay in Port Angeles and I am so happy that I did. The room and the views were absolutely wonderful. So much care and attention is placed in every detail. From the nature walks on the property, to the breathtaking ocean views, to the amazing breakfast — not one detail is missed. I would recommend the B&B to anyone. The minute I sat on the porch, closed my eyes, felt the sun on my face and listened to the ocean, I felt my cares melt away. Do yourself a favor and stay here.
