What an awesome place to stay!

The remodel is done. Looks great and relaxing.

Newly refurbished and rooms are okay now. Bathroom size is acceptable. For what you pay is more than good.

The hotel really is there, but it is behind the Holiday Inn Express on one side and the casino in the other. Dog friendly, clean enough. They only had shampoo, but not conditioner, that bothered one of our traveling companions. The outdoor pool has a number of sizable rocks that pick up heat to release as the evening cools. At the time I went, (August 2018), there was no business center, but I they said they plan to rebuild it. On Friday night when we took our dog out at about 4:30 AM they had a stack of Seattle Times. I had not read a physical newspaper in years.

I was lucky enough to call and get the last pet friendly room that they had available. Nichole was super helpful and very courteous and made me feel right at home. The rooms are very clean and the pet area around the hotel is very accommodating. I'm grateful that we were able to get this room. Thank you!

We came here and stayed for almost two weeks after a house fire. They were incredibly kind, professional, and most importantly, they let us stay there with our pitt bull. The staff is phenomenal, and super helpful. The breakfasts were always consistent, and actually pretty decent. One thing to consider for an extended stay is the laundry. You'll need quarters, and lots of them. Also bring your own detergent. They only have two washers and two dryers, but they're rarely both in use. TV reception isn't the best, but still acceptable. Otherwise, the hotel rooms are very comfortable, and the hotel itself is very good.

On Saturday the 19th at 5:35 pm, my mother called this hotel making a reservation for her and my father. The man at the front desk took their reservation and even told them that they would be somewhere on the first floor of the hotel. Later that night, my parents arrived at the hotel after driving all night from Oregon for my aunt’s surprise birthday party. They go to check in and the man at the desk says he can’t find their reservation. They try different spellings and nothing comes up. My father asks him to call the person on shift at that time to understand what had happened, and the man responds with “I’m not waking up my friend just for that. ” Then my father asks for another room and the man says they are booked. My father then says where are we supposed to stay? The man at the desk says “if you are going to be rude like that, I’m going to ask you to leave”. My father who is baffled at this point with how rude and unprofessional this man is, says he’s not leaving until this problem is resolved. The man then says “he’s calling the police because they are trespassing. ” My parents decide to wait for the police and when they arrive, the men demands to the police that they arrest my parents for trespassing! The police are kind and supportive towards my parents, and try to help them find a solution. There is no solution as the front desk man is still rude and unprofessional towards my parents.

The hotel is kind of hard to find because it is hidden behind a Hilton Express. But once found, the hotel won't disappoint. The hotel was well kept up and our room was nice with microwave and mini fridge. Queen bed was comfortable. We asked for a room on the side opposite from the freeway so it was nice and quiet. We had a ground floor room and didn't hear any of of neighbors. I like the experience so much I decided to join their rewards program. I highly recommend this location.

Great hotel for the price. They have done a very good job on updating the the property. The room I stayed in was very clean and nice. The staff was also super friendly. I would highly recommend this La Quinta.

The best hotel experience I have had yet, in the Pacific Northwest! Hotel Manager, Nicole, is perfect in the hospitality business. She is friendly, caring and her smile is contagious :) She went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable and pleasant as possible. Our anticipated 3 day stay turned into almost 1 month. Owner, Jay, is very involved with a wonderful staff. They have recently began renovating and the hotel is BEAUTIFUL.

It was very cozy and I loved the free breakfast options.

Exceptional customer service. Attractive CLEAN rooms. Breakfast is delicious. Pet rooms are on the 3rd floor… no deposit required. There's an elevator. Incredible prices. Will stay there again. Definitely make reservations.

Very nice staff! Helped us find local dog parks. Rooms were great, no issues.

To start and to be fair, the hotel is adequate. Microwave and refrigerator in room. Our room was clean and newly renovated. Internet is good. Now to the picky part — we travel for a living and rely on hotels for the comforts of home. Since we can't know everything about every hotel we stayed in, an up to date directory is essential. This hotel's directory is far from that, and worse, contains inaccurate information, and is missing other info. For example — the TV info is wrong, and when we asked the front desk what TV provider they have, we were told "World TV". Going on line, World TV doesn't show as providing services in this area. So TV shows are hit and miss. Then there is no laundry facility listed in the directory, yet the hotel has two washers and dryers. There's a fabric covered recliner in the room which looks comfy, however, due to the upholstery, I would not sit in. (It appeared clean — no obvious stains, but the thought of someone sitting in the chair naked was too much to overcome for me). Better to get rid of it and free up floor space. And the toilets — if you're a small person it might be fine, but for normal adults it's very tiny (think 1940's size). Management — when you renovate, think of your clientele, and make choices dependant on their needs — and make the TV channel selections for average people — not based on cheapest selections, please!

Shower has little pressure towels not well washed grayish not white, toilet very small for small people only one small elevator carpet in a hallway smell very strong and worst of all some people extremely rude at front desk. I don't recommend this location.

My family had a very nice over night experience. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, and a very filling breakfast. I was pleasantly surprised that they have a sugar free syrup as an option to go with the waffles.

Beautiful new remodel building. The staff is super friendly, the rooms are always clean and comfy. The internet is fast and consistent. The Continental Breakfast is included and always ready on time.

Can't say enough. Great, friendly Manager and staff. Excellent bed and amenities, CLEAN room and daily complimentary breakfasts that included sausage and eggs, waffles, breakfast cereals, instant oatmeal, bagels, a variety of breads and muffins, yogurt, fresh orange and tropical juice and, of course, coffee and an assortment of tea. Looking forward to my next stay with them.

A little tough to find and get around to due to construction going on around it, food delivery was late. Employees very friendly, jumped our car for us. I would stay again and would recommend it to others. Nice facility.

It has been a while since I've stayed at a La Quinta, but this was a short-notice family trip and I needed something close to a specific location. They were cheaper than the Holiday Inn and the Comfort Suites, and with four of us, I was hoping for a bigger room than Motel 6. The room was satisfactory, and the staff was friendly, but I found the property to be more run down than I expected for the price (just my impression, of course). Please understand that the following are just details and I would have no problem staying there again; In our room there was some damage to the carpet, the lights had been cheaply redone but poorly thought out (wall sconses placed where I banged my head on two of them, LED desk lights placed where they made it difficult for others to sleep or watch TV), the door had been repainted in poorly matching shades, and the toilet seat would not stay in the male-peeing position. While the guest services directory listed coffee available 24/7 in the lobby, I couldn't find it. I do want to commend them that the morning breakfast had a better than average selection, but I suspect that the scrambled eggs had been reheated for (several) more than one morning, and the sausage patties were about 25% lean. Certainly not a bad experience, but I spend 60-70 nights in motels each year and while I understand that each location will have its own price points, I've stayed in far nicer for much less.

Where's the customer service. So I stayed in this hotel on the 20th 21st of December I stayed there with my 8 month old and girlfriend and when we got the room we noticed blood splatters on the comforters and blankets when I pulled the covers back there was black hair in the bed my girlfriend is blonde and my daughter is blonde haired this hair was long and was a female's hair we complained two management and they moved us to another room but the manager was rude and said that he would not do anything to compensate us because he felt as if we staged the whole thing he claims he checked the room and it was clean he also said to us that we could check out if we didn't like it. Since then I have called the health department and the consumer protection line at the DA's office. Attached are photos.

Well kept and friendly staff. Breakfast was included. Didn't enjoy the sausages or eggs but it could be because we are from Canada. We don't have this type of food on a menu. Would definitely use there hotel in other states.

We tend to stay here on our way down to Great Wolf Lodge. Rooms are clean, price is good and they have a decent included breakfast to stretch the value even more. We will be back again!

It was good my stay for one night at this hotel, the room was clean and tidy, everything was fine the only problem is that at breakfast the orange juice was sour, even I would say a little past, everything else was fine at breakfast.

Good just VERY hard to find. Nice n quiet FYI, Get all your reservation CONDITIONS clearly understood.

Staff was really nice and helpful, room was clean but smelled a Lil funny. Bed was harder than I usually like. This place is really hard to find due to it being far away from the street entrance.

Decent hotel for the price. Clean rooms and surprisingly good free Wi-Fi. It had the most annoying refrigerator in our rooms (loud whiny noise! ), So make sure you unplug it if you want to sleep in peace. You may have trouble finding the place with GPS. The hotel is located in maze of small and private streets, so look outside your vehicle and don't rely on your GPS 100%.

Currently Renovating so a bit of construction. Solid staff, clean comfortable rooms. Several nearby options for fast food and dine in. Quick access to freeway.

The room looked great at first but spending a few minutes in bed under the sheets we realized that the sheets and pillow cases were not fresh and smelled of sweat. Checked in late so I ended up asking for a new set of sheets from reception and changed all the beddings myself. Will not stay here again.

Finding a hotel that is pet friendly is difficult. This place is clean and very accommodating. They not only accept pets but will keep them up front for you so they're not lonely while you're out of your room for you. Will def stay here again on our next trip.

Black mold in shower, around window, and on ceiling. Linens were not clean. Knew about renovations prior to booking, but that does not excuse the substandard room (120).

The La Quinta Inn was a true three star hotel, with some minor problems. The room smelled a bit, and our AC stopped working in the middle of the night, causing my entire family to wake up and try to get the AC working. Sadly, it was programmed to stop after 15 minutes of cooling, in order to reduce the bill for the Inn. The breakfast hours were short (3 hours, from 6 to 9), and the chef was quite rude. There wasn't adequate parking for the hotel, so we had to park somewhere else. There was also construction going on in the hotel, so the noise was uncomfortable. The water from the tap tasted funny, so we had to fill up our bottles from the common water cooler in the hallway. I would not recommend this hotel. As with all three star hotels, expect a bed to sleep in, an average breakfast, and nothing else.

Not a three star hotel. Overpriced for value. Elevator was shut down, but was not told until after paying for booking. Would not have stayed if we were told since my mother has a disability and is unable to climb the stairs. Construction was ongoing and loud in the morning, starting at 5:00 AM. Was excited to visit pool as advertised on website, which was closed (it is July). A/C was not working well. Parking was difficult to find since construction equipment and dumpsters were taking over around half of the parking spaces. No luggage rack in my room although my friend's room had one. When I asked the front desk, they didn't know what a luggage rack was and never brought one to the room. The room smelled strange. The halls were dingy and dark, and showed signs of construction work. DO NOT pay $130 for a room. I've stayed at better hotels for $60 a night.

We have stayed here twice. The first time, we had a great experience. Comfortable, clean, and amazing customer service. The area is very sketchy — I don't recommend walking around by yourself — but despite that we almost stayed again. Sadly there were no rooms available during our planned trip dates, but the front desk clerk called other La Quinta hotels looking for room for us — and even called other hotels! That clerk went above and beyond. It's totally what we've come to expect from La Quinta.

Place is under renovation, & they require a $200 deposit for incidentals. I have stayed at five star hotels that don't require a $200 deposit. It's not like they have mini bars or anything special in the room! The bathroom is small and the water pressure is non existent. The bed is fairly comfortable but there was only one plug to charge my phone and laptop. All in all I would not recommend this La Quinta.

My daughter always books with La Quinta when traveling. When booking, there was no mention of major renovations. When she arrived at 1 am, she noticed that a large portion is under construction. It was late, so they decided to try a night and see how it went. They were woke up early the next morning being told they needed to move their car for construction workers. She spoke to the manager and asked to be moved to another location as both her and her 18 month old son have severe allergies which can be aggravated with the dust and paint from construction. He told her she'd have to just cancel her stay with them and find another herself, as the other locations aren't owned by this location. At a loss and not having another $50/ night to move locations last minute, she decided to stay. Her 2nd night, they noticed that the pool was also closed. Had they known there were renovations they never would have booked here. She also called the La Quinta customer service and was told that only the manager could make that change. I'm not impressed with the lack of customer service. I understand updating and renovations, but notify your customers before booking.

Large room space. Breakfast is ok, the only thing is every morning is the same meal. They should change the menu. Other than that is a quiet place clean. Needs a few repairs painting ect. And should get more TV channels and larger TV screens.

The Everett la Quinta is a very pleasant place to stay, never had any complaint. Great people. Nice stay. Been there three (3) years in a row now while visiting family. Never a problem. Will always go back.

The room service is very helpfull. The rooms are nice and have good air conditioning.

This was my first hotel experience by myself. The staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. It was not difficult to get to. It was quiet, and breakfast was delicious! If I'm back I'll definitely rebookeep with them!

The check-in process was quick and sufficient (we arrived after 10 PM). We were given a ground floor as requested, room was tidy and felt clean. Heat and air conditioning worked and Internet proved reliable enough for all streaming services. Even for a basic breakfast, there was surprisingly more options than I originally expected. Thanks La Quinta!

The hotel staff are very friendly but the rooms leave more to be desired. Rooms were clean and beds pillows and linen were decent. The shower pressure is very minimal and was onenof the biggest lacking things. He sink did not drain properly and when our cards didnt work they sent a maintenance person to fix it. The repair solution was that you must make sure the handle was pulled out all the way so the sensor is hit, for the room key to be readable. Overall it was a mediocre experience only saved by the people working there.

I had a single queen room that was nice and and clean. Nicer than I expected, actually. Breakfast was included, snacks are provided which is nice for late night arrivals, and the staff was friendly. I wish they provided a few more toiletries, but overall, I'd recommend it as a budget hotel.

This hotel looks a little dated. The rooms aren't too bad but could use some updating. They could also stand to do a better job of cleaning as we found some items in our room upon entering. Not a bad place for the price of the room.

Our stay was great, we loved the cleanliness of the rooms and the friendly staff, breakfast was ok.

Decent size rooms with comfortable beds. Accommodating for our son's hockey team. Good value.

Great, friendly, and honest staff. I stupidly left a laptop in a drawer on check-out and didn't notice it was missing until hours later. I was able to get it back without issue. Slightly better than average La Quinta as far as room quality and breakfast.

Recently stayed at this hotel while on a trip to the Seattle area. Upon check in I was notified that the hotel was completely non smoking and if I smoked, I would be subject to a $250 cleaning/room restoration fee. I agreed and brought my possessions to the room. Since marijuana is now legal in Washington, I thought I would go to the store and buy some. I of course only smoked inside of my car in the parking lot, being sure to stay out of public view and respectful of the property and other guests. I returned to my room for a good night's sleep. I went out to do normal tourist activities the next day and left the marijuana in its retail container in my room. Upon returning there was a letter stating that even though marijuana is legal in Washington, I am not allowed to even POSSESS it in their hotel, and if I didn't keep it in my car for the duration of my stay, I would be charged the $250 room cleaning/restoration fee as if I had smoked indoors! As you know, driving around with an open container of marijuana in Washington is the same as driving with an open container of alcohol, meaning they instructed me to commit a crime, or be charged a fee and made to leave the hotel! I promptly destroyed the remainder of the marijuana in a series of small fires that night in my parked car and never brought any more into the room as to avoid the charge. Ironically, they have brochures in their lobby about where to purchase legal marijuana and where to take pot grow tours.

A very good hotel! We had a good time there. The employees were very helpful any time you needed help. The breakfast was good. Room was very clean. We left in the morning and came late. The TV channels weren't clear. We had no time to watch TV anyway. There was coffee and tea throughout the time. I will recommend this hotel to anyone.

We stayed 3 nights on October. We are a family of 4. We're very pleasantly pleased with the whole service. The desk clerks were wonderful. Very friendly and polite. The room was clean. We will be staying there again on our next journey that way.

La Quinta makes a big deal out of earning points for a free night, then throws up bureaucratic barriers to renege. Case in point: We had earned enough points by the time we checked into Everett LQ, so on the 2nd night I called the rewards off ice. They agreed I had the points but said I had to book the free night direct with the hotel. So I went to the front desk and was told "We are sold out so don't have any free rooms. " I pointed out that if I hadn't checked In they wouldn't be sold out, so the solution is to check me out, free up a room, the check me back in. The clerk said I was rude. She then tried unsuccessfully to contact the owner (or so she said). She said she would let me know what the owner said but never did. I was charged full price.

Nice. Not the nicest LaQuinta I've ever been, the exterior and the corridors need some touch, but the room was clean and tidy.

Stayed a few days it's peaceful and quiet. Nice staff. Everything was great.

Stayed there for a couple of days. REALLY great staff. They were so nice every time you came through the front doors. Not the Ritz as said before but rooms are kept very tidy and great breakfasts.

Stayed here before I moved to Bellingham, and it was a very nice hotel, and my family had a wonderful time in everett! And this hotel was definitely a big part of it! The staff was very friendly, and there was a small issue with a room we stayed, and Jay fixed it immediately! Will definitely stay here again next year.

Had a business meeting in everett, and stayed here for 2 days. My experience at lq was beyond my expectations. All the staff I met were very friendly and professional at their jobs. I had single king suite, and the bed was comfortable enough, I would definitely stay this lq next time.

We liked it because they don't charge you for internet or dogs, which is great, plus they include breakfast for under $100. The room was clean and comfortable and it wasn't too loud. Not the Ritz, but a pretty good value.
