I wish I would be able to say I had a great time at the guest house inn but unfortunately it was quite terrible. We were checking out of our room which was spotless and very clean and Donna was helping us out (SHE WAS AWESOME) but then a male came down and began to scream and curse at her making my Daughter and I VERY UNCOMFORTABLE I couldn’t believe what he was doing and saying to her He should not be allowed to treat co workers like this what so ever I hope he is removed from the staff and is discipline correctly if my husband would have seen this happen he would have punched the guy! How rude! Thank you.

This was a great Hotel & we don't stay @ cheap type hotels. At first by looking at the pics I thought it looked like a motel 6 cause they hadn't updated there pics, they had brand new plush beds and the rooms & customer service Awesome.

This hotel is very cute and inviting. The beds are very comfortable and the staff is so nice and accommodating. This hotel has Enumclaw charm and is within walking distance of downtown which offers a plethora of shopping and dining options. The in-house mexican restaurant is delicious and the continental breakfast is great for grabbing a quick bite in the morning. It is obvious that the owners of this property are working hard to offer a comfortable stay for out of town guests at an affordable price in this quaint little town. Thank you GuestHouse!

This was a great place to stop after a concert at the amphitheatre. People were having a great time after the concert. And everyone was so quiet that we slept in. The breakfast was great. Maybe add some eggs and fruit. The whole staff were exceptional, we even showed up way early and the kept my yogurt and berries cold. Thank you we will be back.

We stayed st the Guest House Inn for a 4 day Dog Show. The staff was very nice. The hotel accommodations were marginally ok. The bath towels were very small, very rough and in worse shape than my dog towels. The bed was comfortable. The “free” breakfast was worth the price. Cold cereal. The most interesting part was the price. When you look at the website the price is $119 a night. My fault, when we checked out I did not scan the details. Not until I got home I realized they charged $169.99 per night. I called. Not much of a response. I think this was a case if price gouging because they knew they could fill the space because of the dog shows. My rating would be a 1 star for nice staff. They did not charge a pet fee so they just jacked up their prices.

Thank you to the staff of Guesthouse Inn. They were so friendly, helpful and accommodating as we dealt with a bit of an issue on our trip. We greatly appreciate you! The room was nice, clean and comfortable, and all the staff was very nice. I am always reserved about booking a place that is not more of a well-known chain, but my boys and I were very happy here. Thank you! I definitely recommend Guesthouse Inn for anyone looking to stay in this area, and, if I have the good fortune to go back, I will stay here, again.

Clean room. Very good Mexican restaurant right in the hotel complex. I would go back.

Staff were very friendly and my card was actually invalid and they contacted me to let me know so my room can still be reserved and were saving our room for us to arrive. Most hotels would have probably cancelled the reservation. The room was very clean and had no smell. Usually hotel rooms do, but the room was very clean and with no odor. Would definitely go back whenever I plan to go to the white river amphitheater again.

Boring courtyard. Rooms were comfortable but all we did was party in there. We were making alot of noise too and we got no complaints. Heck yeah! Only reason they rented the room was so they wouldnt jave yo drive home from bar hopping downtown. This makes the hotel pretty perfect.

Dated, but very clean, friendly, and affordable. Brand new mattresses. Rooms are simple but have all necessities. Basic continental breakfast has make-your-own waffles, bagels, toast, cereal, oatmeal, yogurt. Close to great hiking in an awesome little town with excellent cafes and sweets shops.

The staff was very friendly. The rooms are clean and affordable. There is a restaurant attached where you get 10% off your meal if you have a hotel room. I will be going back.

Terrible customer service. I have stayed there every week for business and out of the 3 months 6 weeks of that they messed up on the charges they put on my card and took a long time to fix them. I had gotten sick and threw up used towels to clean up and they charged my card for damaged property. Like I could help that I got sick. I had even wrote an apology note to housekeeping and bagged them up so they wouldnt have to touch them. They do have reasonable discounts for people who stay often or who are there on business. There are alot of people who live there and its booked up alot.

Clean and roomy as far as the rooms go. Furniture is outdated and sends you back to the 70's. Towels feel like sandpaper. Two remotes for the tv; one works… the other indicates no service. Microwave and small frig work and are a plus for the room. Price for the room is a fair value off season but is way over priced when the hotel is filled up. It is the only decent hotel in town however.

I didn't actually rent a room here but I was in to check on price and availability. They had rooms available both smoking and non smoking. The lobby was big and clean. The staff was helpful and at the desk 24hrs always open to walk ins and regersterd guests. Priced reasonably in the range offered by other like hotels.

Rooms were very standard and clean. About 50 minute drive to Crystal. Breakfast was basic but good.

Great location, decent price, friendly service. Really appreciated the pet-friendly policy. Could use some major updates in the way of linens, floors, and furniture.

The people next store to the room were loud all night long and into the morning. A bad night's sleep!

Another hotel that needs lots of work! They are making efforts… but not enough. Being in the Red Lion Family, I expected more. Furniture was old and breakfast was ok…

This is my fav hotel of all the ones my company puts me in… All over the country. Clean, nice, good people, etc. Have stayed there many times, it's consistent.

Seemed clean and classy. Was there for the Mexican restaurant.

Hands down giving this place a 5. I was sad no hot tub or pool but shortly after checking in that all seemed to fade. My room was so clean, bathtub, toilet, sink, my bed actually had squishy pillows and non scratchy blankets. The TV was bigger than most hotels have, the coffee wasn't ghetto and the toilet paper was plush. We over look these things when we travel, Even Marriott has scratchy toilet paper, I felt comfy in my room. The staff… sigh, couldn't have asked for better people to encounter on a daily. Maintenance man was like a busy hummingbird, eddy, the gentleman that checked me in was polite, miss Donna and Erica were fun to chat with after a very long day. I Love the staff here. NICK SUPER AWESOME! Comming back to visit asap.

Newly renovated, this Inn is a comfortable stay and good value. It also has an excellent Mexican restaurant. A modest breakfast is part of the stay and, yes, it includes making waffles!

I loved our stay here! The rooms may not have as many amenities or glamour as the huge hotels but it makes up with their cleanliness and the friendliness of all the staff! Very comfortable rooms… super friendly staff. Just a beautiful Center Courtyard and so so clean! They have an attached restaurant that excels in traditional Mexican food. The town of Enumclaw is beautiful and we have moved here so… we will frequent the restaurant. Just five stars all the way around highly recommended it.

Nice quiet place. Rooms nice and clean. The young gentleman at the desk was super helpful and very nice. Easy access and close to concert venue. Will definitely stay again my next trip up here.

The lamps were a bit broken and hard to turn on. The hot tub looked like it had been broken for a while. The building felt old and dated.

Was here for the Mutual of Enumclaw. Used the rooms for volunteer set up. A great venue to base the race out of!

We stayed here this past weekend and let's just say that we will never stay here again. We stayed in this motel years ago and we didn't remember it being this bad. We hated the smell of the room. The pillows were so lumpy and flat; it was like sleeping on a laundry sack full of clothes. The walls are super thin and to top it off the people above us on the second floor made so much noise and it didn't stop until nearly 4am. We called the front desk to complain (our baby was sleeping) but that didn't seem to do anything but I won't blame that on the hotel, I think the occupants were just very inconsiderate. They didn't have a crib but accommodated us by giving us pillows to put around our son on the 2nd queen bed. It was the worst nights sleep we had out whole trip! I don't know if the other motel in town is better, but I would recommend staying in Auburn at the Best Western. Same price and A LOT better. And it's not very far! :)

Very clean rooms with plenty of space. Also, they have a party coordinator on hand when there's a concert at White River Ampitheater (we came for Kid Rock) and she was great about letting us know when our taxi was here and helping other people host a party in the courtyard.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Enumclaw. The staff Is amazing and will ensure you have what you need to be comfortable during your stay. I have been here over two months as I had a house fire and have been very happy with front desk and housekeepers. Room is huge and bed is extremely comfortable.

The Good: Excellent price and wonderful location if you're out of town and going to the White River Amphitheatre for a concert or other event, the location is absolutely perfect! Only ten minutes drive and when you're leaving, you're going the opposite direction of the Seattle bound traffic. The Bad: The building is older and showing signs of wear and tear. The rooms are very basic. Our room was decorated with a knock off Thomas Kincaid print. The Great: The service at this hotel is outstanding. The staff are incredibly friendly, incredibly helpful. On the way out, my friend's car got a flat tire. Neither of us knew how to change a tire. The gal at the desk went beyond the call of duty in helping us out so we could be on our way. TLDR: If I go to another concert at that venue this is def where I'm staying.

The hotel is somewhat dated, without some perks, but very clean. The service was outstanding the people were very friendly and very accommodating. I had some unusual needs, which every shift went the extra mile to help me. I was very appreciative.

If you need a cheep hotel close to the fair grounds. This will do. Just keep in mind its old. The beds are old and hard, but at least they dont have giant dips where you sleep. Dont expect any frills. Oh, the paint and texture is falling off the wall in the shower above the shower head. Fortunetly its high enough that it doesnt touch you or get hit by the water. All in all its just a cheep hotel that isnt terrible. The maids are nice, the rooms dont stink and its close to the fairground.

The bad reviews on here do not do this hotel justice. You get what you pay for. The price for this hotel was very low end. Having said that, the room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the service was acceptable. For the price, I'd give this a much higher rating, but there were some irritating things about the hotel. The continental breakfast was a joke. Open containers of cereal, some toast with a jar of peanut butter, and your choice between 2 different pieces of fruit. Not great for someone avoiding gluten. The second annoyance was that for whatever reason, the outlets in the room would not hold anything in place plugged in. Everything kept falling out of the outlets. A basic room for a basic price. Everything was acceptable. Don't rely too much on the negative reviews. My room was clean and the service was fine.
