We love coming here in the winter. This was our first time in the summer and the hikes and outdoor activities are great! Their pool is always fun. And the staff is AMAZING! Would recommend as a family trip.

Great resort. Very comfortable and clean large suites. Nice staff. Nice trails from the resort, 30 minutes to Sunrise on Mount Rainier for amazing hiking. Love having full kitchen to cook meals. Look forward to returning in winter for skiing.

I do recommend. I nice room-a beautiful property. Cute trails with fairy doors built into the trees, if you look closely! The only thing I would change is that, my God, the rooms were hot because of no air conditioning. As we talked to locals, some were saying that we found the three hottest days in 20 years around Mt. Rainier. My advice, check the weather and be prepared to wear light clothes. Our windows didn’t face the direction of the wind, so things took a long time to cool off. 4 stars.

We just spent Fourth of July weekend here, we have a pup that terrified of fireworks! We had a great, relaxing, quiet time! We stayed in the lodge and it was so nice! They even left a welcome goodie bag for our pup. We took little hikes around the lodge and barbecued and just relaxed! Think we will go back next year!

What a beautiful serene resort! The hiking around the property is spectacular! Loved everything about this place.

I booked a room for two nights for $660. Before I booked, I wanted to make sure the rooms were refundable because of the covid-19 health scare. The website's reservation system has a broken link for the terms and policies. So I called the hotel directly and talked to a nice lady. She said the hotel is very clean and they dont think there's any issues with COVID-19. However, she said they are working with guests and are flexible with cancellation due to the crisis. That was reassuring so I booked. The next day, World Health Organization announced a pandemic and drastic restrictions were taking place in Washington. So I contacted the hotel and Maureen said no refunds but they could try to sell my room to someone else and then offer my credit. What a load of crap. I told her their reservation system mentioned nothing about no refunds and I never responded to their email to confirm my reservation. Maureen doesnt seem to care. Instead, she insisted they clean the rooms very well and there is no possible way a contagion can be left behind… Yet they have tons of travelers of unknown origin, their workers are unknown origin and they are right in Pierce county, in the Washington epicenter of the Covid-19 in the Unified States. I did mention the room is for older adults, which are traveling with me. Maureen doesnt care. Then Maureen finally admits that they are giving out refunds but they wont give me a refund because I wrote a bad review on social media.

Loved our time we stayed. In a beautiful area and very quiet! Close to Mt. Rainer. Skiing, hiking, great place to take beautiful pictures!

Lovely, family friendly accommodations in the heart of the mountains. Kids loved the pool and hot tub, sledding hill, and s’mores night. Fun Rec room with games and movies. Great weekend away!

Steve, the owner, really has a fantastic place here. The service first and foremost is top notch. They have a little store with essentials and a good assortment of food items (milk, eggs, cereal, butter) etc. The location is great as you are only 15 minutes from the slopes. It has a heated pool and a hot tub. It is the best bang for buck in my opinion of any place you can stay at. Steve and Cori and the entire staff do a great job. I highly recommend this place. Can't wait to come back!
