Worst place I've ever been. Extremely dirty. Wish I could spent my money somewhere else. Absolutely NO stars.

Dirty. Phone didn't work, fridge didn't work. I understand place is under construction, but hard beds, dirty and dingy hallways, pass it by. Had I seen the reviews, would have NEVER booked a room. Sprayed bed with Lysol for fear of sheets not being clean.

It was not the worst hotel but… The first level smelled strongly of cat pee and wet dog. They had no elevator and the second level was okay. The rooms were seemingly clean but if you looked closer you saw popcorn under the bed. The first room's ac did not work and the toilet wouldn't flush. The second room was a little better and was cold. The staff was nice to quickly gave us the second room and gave a discount.

It's a decent place to sleep. The hotel is a bit outdated & grimy. The staff is very friendly.

We moved to Warrenton but our home wasn't ready so we had to stay here from May 12th — May 15th 2018. We first booked our room with Adrian over the phone who had fantastic phone customer service skills even making me laugh as we both agreed that booking with him was better directly than online. When we arrived we met James at reception, lovely guy, even spoke about us as we are British from London city and was new to Virginia state, he was brilliant we got to move into our room straight away, he was so helpful it was great, he even told me about some areas tourist visit and I was able to get some leaflets from the reception area. The next day we met Silvia who does room service, such a beautiful person, she aided us with our room respecting our privacy and even checked on us if we needed anything the whole time we stayed. I then met Ethal who also works at reception, such a lovely woman, she advised me about local stores, made me feel like part of the family, we had great conversations speaking at breakfast times and whenever I needed anything she helped, I even called here from our room once and she was great. Finally we met V. J. Patel who was the manager, he was sweet, he helped me and my mum and even gave us a grace period to checkout later than 11am as we had to sort out getting a Uhaul track to move our things at short notice. All these staff mentioned above made our stay & experience fantastic, we had a great time and would definitely go back to say hi. Great team.

Only reason we stay here is out of convenience… Each time we stay there we find numerous issues… primarily consisting of much needed repairs… If I were you I would fire the current maintenance guy and hire the next guy that applies! Anyone has to be better than what you have now!

This is a disgusting, dingy, smelly hotel in awful disrepair. It's cheap, and I wouldn't even say you get what you pay for. Avoid if at all possible. There are plenty of better options nearby, including some really charming Airbnbs.

By the photos I thought it was old but cleaned. We checked, front desk in separate from rooms, ok fine. Told where room was, got to the building door, old riding mower near door. The building doors have NO key system to unlock doors. Doors must always be unlocked, no key system or note to let you know doors locked after a certain hour. Light went out and then came back on in bathroom, called front desk twice, in room phone didn't work. I had to call with my phone. Thought it was just a lightbulb issue, manager said it's probably electrical issue. Manager offered to move us to a different room and would have to get new room key. After thinking about the room status and looking over property conditions. I quickly found a different hotel which was slightly higher in price but still a Wyndham flag property which was cleaner and being maintained while we were there.

Older lady with glasses on midnight shift was very rude and I was so disgusted with her attitude that I planned on reporting her! Unfortunately, she kept ignoring me every time I asked for her name! I have stayed at his own hotel here and there for the past 7 years and I’ve never had an issue like that! I will probably never stay there again. Definitely not while she is there!

Disgusting room. Ceiling litterally falling off and on the bed. Brown water coming out of the faucet when first turned on. Dead bugs in the tub. Room not cleaned at all. Dirt stained towels. Dirt stains on sheets. Exposed wiring in bathroom "light". Not enough parking for everyone. Do NOT stay here.

There is smoking and no smoking rooms. That is fine, but I feel they should group them together. The hallways smell of smoke, but the room didn't have as nearly of a strong smell of it. Also the bathroom had stuff on the wall by the toilet paper roll holder, the bed had cigarette burns in the blankets (I am was in a no smoking room), the bathtub had hair in it, the air conditioner/heater seems like the filter has never been cleaned and the whole room just look like the bare minimum was done to clean or upkeep it. I find it old they charge extra for pets. Yet, it seems to me they can't use the fees they charge to add more to the quality of a stay. I was trying to save money by staying there with my small dogs, but with the fees they charge having pets was a little ridiculous in my opinion. I ended up going to the Hampton. This place has potential, but something needs to be done to make the change.

Beds were nice and rooms were set up well and staff was very friendly. Main downsides was the drains seemed like they were going down a bit slow and most of the building (Not the rooms) smelled like smoke. Another being the vending machines are messed up and mislabeled. Its a good place to stay if you are just sleeping but not if youre gonna be in your room a lot.

This was one of the worst places I have ever stayed at. There was dirty towels in the bathroom, the cable did not work, the light in the bathroom was out. On checkout we notified them and the desk clerk said, " we will let our housekeepers know". We asked for a cot because we have 4 small children, and did not want them to have to all cram together, we dont have those was the response. Would suggest that you go somewhere else.

This is absolutely the worst place I have EVER stayed. It's nasty! The bed spreads are nasty, the carpet is nasty, mold on the shower curtain, coffee pot is nasty, dust on furniture, the room stinks! It's horrible and VERY OVERPRICED! Don't stay at this DUMP!

Reservation process and checking ok, but room was dirty and roach infested. Coffee pot was still dirty from last guest. Ok place for blue collar workers I guess since they seemed to be in great numbers, but would have been a poor value at half the rate.

The place Is dirty. Has bugs. The hallways smell like a ashtray. This hotel was expensive and not worth it. The TV didn't even work. Pictures online are very different. It's cheap. Don't recommend it.

It was ok some of the people that work there are mean but the others are nice the smell is ok but other than that it looks nice.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, pet friendly, no complaints. Made my weekend stay very comfortable. Great price as well.

This place is gross. The bed had obviously been slept in and there were syringe needle caps on the floor. Cigarette ashes were on the floor of the nonsmoking room, and there was a line of fecal matter smeared on the bathroom wall. I thought the Jefferson Motel was bad, but this place is just as terrible.

If I could give this place half a star I would. The only thing it has going for it is the fact it has a bed for you to sleep on. You ask for a queen and you end up sleeping in a full size mattress, the floors are disgusting I was afraid of what I was going to step on next, pretty sure someone puked by the bathroom and they just wiped it up. If this is your last resort, sleep in your car. It will save you 80 dollars and the fact you won't have to guess what you are sleeping in or on. Or stepping on… never ever again.

Service really doesn't exist, but they dont give a crap what you do in your room as long as you dont kill anyone. Great hotel for a younger crowd.

I check in from a long day of driving the room was gross and it smelled like pit and B. O. I walked out after two hours I couldn't stand it I rather sleep in my car. Not worth my $73

Gross! Dirty and Smells! Doesnt even deserve a full star. I would have taken a photo but we walked out after just minutes after being in the room and got a refund.

Disgusting. Sheets had hair and yellow stains. No apology or anything. Just put in a different room.

The room itself was not noticeably dirty, but very worn — tears in the chair cushion covers, stains on the carpet, the security latch (not the dead bolt, but the other lock) was broken. There were 3 of us on the reservation and only 2 towels in the room and when we noted this in the evening after we checked in we were told they couldn't bring us more until 8 in the morning, by which time we needed to already have left. When I noticed that the 2 towels we did have were dirty (not just stained, but dirty) they brought replacements which were clean, but very small and thin. The complimentary continental breakfast consisted of old looking fruit and cereal with milk that was just sitting on the counter for 3 hours with nothing to keep it cold.

Its ok. Rooms are fair. Clean. Does have a scent to it. But once we turned on the ac it was ok. Good for a. Place to sleep for one nite.

The staff was friendly/helpful, but there are better places to stay for the price. (Even worth spending a little more) The place looks like its ready to be completely renovated. The lobby is in a separate building, no elevator. House keeping was timely, but the first rooms we had (downstairs) smelled so nasty we moved upstairs. That was better, but bathroom so dirty I did not want my children to touch any thing. The washcloths were suppossed to be white but were more like beige due to being stained. They werent even real washcloths but rags you buy to wash your car! I suggest complete renovation and spring cleaning or close down the place! Good place to stay if you are traveling with junk yard dogs.
