Great place on the boardwalk. Close to shops too. The hotel was clean and breakfast was good. We ate at the restaurant in the hotel and the food was good. The pool was indoor but very small and disappointing. We did have a great view of the fireworks for the fourth of july from our hotel room. The had a place next door to rent bikes too.

We arrived during very rainy weather and I expect that a lot of people bailed out on their vacation plans because we got a lovely upgrade for our room. Everyone was very friendly from the front desk to the cleaning staff and so forth. The hotel was nice, quiet, and clean. I was very impressed with the place and would not hesitate to recommend this hotel. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Overall we enjoyed our stay. Staff were very friendly. Pros: Daughter loved waffle bar; Room was clean and view was amazing; Great location; Great fitness room/equipment; General condition of hotel is good Cons: Indoor pool size is disappointing, very small; No outdoor pool or hot tub; wear and tear to furniture in room; bedding is okay but not great; elevators take forever. If you are looking for a hotel with a great pool for rainy beach days I would not book here. If that isn’t important to you, then I would recommend this hotel for its other accomodations.

Lovely place, wish they had turkey bacon or sausage and potatoes. There were two days where I didn't eat the breakfast because other than waffles I wasn't able to have anything. The fruit is mixed together and I have bad allergies. The staff was great and the place was well maintained though.

Wow. I don't know where to begin. I just booked directly through them. Stayed on the phone for 45 mins while a very slow guest service attendant made my reservations. He confirmed my room total was $150 and as soon as I gave him my card info he transferred me to their rewards program without even confirming anything or say bye. I then received an email confirmation for $500. I have now tried to call Hampton inn SEVERAL times while the supervisor KRIS gave me a fake "central service" number and then transferred me to SEARS! I tried calling back and she answers and says please hold… she can obviously tell it's me and wants to ignore the situation. RING RING it's me again honey. I keep trying to call and they won't answer or help. I will NEVER use Hampton Inn again and I will make sure EVERYONE I've ever met and their grandma knows about my disgusting experience. Wasted 2 hours of my life on the phone being f***** over.

Stayed here for Sertoma Fest since its really close to the venue. The hotel staff was very friendly. Our room was on the top floor and we had two balconies. All of the rooms have an ocean front view based on the how the hotel is designed. The furniture was a bit out dated, but we really weren't in the room much so it was no big deal. It is an older hotel with some renovations, so the sink area is in the room. The bathrooms haven't been updated but it isn't anything that was too bad. The food area was typical. The bar in the lobby was probably the best part of the hotel.

My wife and I have stayed here a couple of times. All rooms face the ocean and have terrific views. There is a restaurant on site and plenty more within walking distance. The rooms are roomy, tidy, and well equipped. I'll be back!

Spent one night here while in VB attending a Educational Conference. Great view, comfortable bed and great service. I would definitely stay here again.

The rooms where very well arranged and kept clean. The staff were friendly. The breakfast was better than most hotels. And the refrigerator was very big compared to other hotels. While I did not go in the pool, they seemed very clean and had adequate space. To top it all off, you get a great view of the beach and ocean. Would recommend.

This is for the South one. Loved the breakfast (yummy bagel thing with cheese and bacon — and waffle bar with whipped cream). Bed is ok. Workers are friendly. If it had a better bed I would give it five stars.

Absolutely wonderful staff — especially the catering team! We stayed there for 3 days with a group of 160 High School students, and they bent over backwards to help us with anything we needed. They even saw us off the morning we departed with a stash of granola bars and fruit for the trip home!

When our flight was unexpectedly weather diverted, our crew of 15 people found this Hotel much more than accomodating with our last-minute needs. Friendly staff and great service! Thank you Connie Nosay, and your staff, for YOUR service!

Not that best Hampton Inn stay that I've had. Beds weren't as comfortable as at other Hampton Inn's. The oceanfront view of the room was the best part of the room. Room felt dirty and it was very tight. Didn't like where the mirror/closet was positioned which was on the side of the bed… very hard to get to — to see your outfit. The hospitality was great! Front desk staff and breakfast attendants were amazing. Breakfast was good. Overall, I had a good stay.

Good location, good price. But it gets a little loud and no cell service in my hotel room.

Love this place. The only hotel l stay at in VB when l go. Everyone is so polite and friendly and the rooms are always clean. Breakfast is always good and coffee is available 24 hours a day.

Right on the beach with beautiful ocean views from the room's balcony. Room was large with king size bed as well as a couch and sitting area. Parking is easy with an attached garage, though the driving area is tight and can be difficult to navigate if you have a large vehicle with a wise turning radius.

Very clean rooms, I've seen better, but not bad. There is a fridge and a microwave which is a plus. My room is on the 10th floor and we have a really nice balcony overlooking the beach and the parade of lights. The restaurant downstairs has pretty good food. Queen bed is questionably Queen sized but for one night it's fine. Wall with balcony is all windows and it looks really neat. Very pleased.

We had a fantastic stay in this Hampton Inn. Rooms are really big and all rooms face the Ocean. Beach ist directly in front of the hotel. You only have to cross the promenade. Breakfast was standard and the room was packed during rush hour. Pool isn't very big, but OK.

Awesome hotel! Everything from beginning to end was great. The ladies at the front desk were very friendly and helpful, it was our sons 4th birthday and the ladies gave him cookies which made him very happy of course! The room was PERFECT in every way, the view, very clean, super comfy beds. The complimentary breakfast the next morning was great as well, so many options, the most I've seen in a hotel! We will most definitely be returning and staying at the Hampton Inn!

My fiance and I stayed here previously in May and loved it. When we booked our most recent vacation in October I mentioned that we were celebrating our engagement. The staff surprised us on our last night with pieces of cake and the sweetest card! The staff has consistently been super sweet and helpful with every question we've had. We will definitely be staying here for all our future vacations!

This was our 2nd time staying at this hotel and both times were awesome. They have an extremely friendly staff who go out of their way to help you. The rooms are always clean and spotless. The breakfast is free and includes scrambled eggs sausage french toast sticks waffle maker juice and milk machines. My fiancee in booking the room put in the notes that we were celebrating our engagement, and one night when we got back from dinner their was a congrats card from the staff and 2 things of ice cream waiting for us. We thought that was really sweet.

Stayed here over the past weekend and was overall pleased with my stay. Mohamed at the front desk is extremely friendly and informative, telling me the hotel and providing me with a room with an excellent view of the beach on top of information regarding the hotel's amenities. Additionally, Saida at the front desk was helpful as well and I was pleased at how her and her associate were handling a disgruntled customer who was being unruly. Great rooms, great stay, and great location. I will be staying here again in the near future.

My wife and 2 kids stayed here and everyone from front desk staff to the cleaning crew to the kitchen staff were amazing. Very polite we had one small issue with a drunk guest knocking on our door at 1030 but the staff made that right. Views were great breakfast was delicious. The one and only criticism I can think of is the small TV and not being able to watch it comfortably from the bed due to the size of it.

It is great due to all rooms being ocean-front with balconies. I work for Hilton so I of course always recommend Hilton properties. This is a good location due to proximity to the pier and good food spots. The tap house bar and grill is located in this hotel and it is a really good place for food and beers.

The views from our room were amazing. The room was a good size but and a big but this room was not child friendly. The sliding doors to the balcony do not lock. They don't even have a lock on them. The balcony had a table and chairs I had to bring inside. My children are climbers and climb right on top and could easily get over the rail with enough time. There was no safe in the room. The breakfast was pretty good. It had a large selection. Fresh fruit, oatmeal, scrambled eggs, waffles, bagles, coffee, juice, ect.

The hotel employees are very kind and professional. We spent a few days and a tropical system was in Atlantic. Boardwalk was not crowded. We experienced watching surfers and dolphins playing We would recommend this Hampton we are very pleased with our room and will return.

Rooms are fine with great beach views. Staff are friendly. The hotel doesn't have much of a front. Parking deck leads to a corridor with reception. Offer warm breakfast but the scrambled eggs were rubbery. Won't stay again.

I usually really love Hampton Inn but this one is way over-priced, and maintenance is atrocious. We notified them about 9pm that our toilet was not flushing correctly and we were told someone would be up in a few minutes. Well we got tired of waiting and went out and by the time we got back around 1am, it was still not fixed. I am really disappointed in this Hampton Inn. The only good points is that they have breath-taking views (but you can get that at any of the other oceanfront hotels. ) & they are in a convenient location. I would stay here for one night but wouldn't stay for a longer term vacation.

Great views of the ocean. Pool was not great. Breakfast was pretty good, not enough drink options. Free coffee always brewed in the lobby. Clean and great location. Parking is free and very convenient and safe.

Our room was amazing! The view was magnificent, and just so relaxing. The staff were pleasant and friendly. The price for a one night, with two queen beds was just right. For a one night stay it definitely has me planing my next trip already.

Well to start off I picked this location for my boyfriend and I because it had great reviews and I loved the ocean front view, considering a lot of other hotels were booked this seem like the best place to be. We were visiting from out of town Checked in, went to our room on the 3rd floor settled in, everything was going good so far. Went to get food, came back in and eventually got settled for bed, pulled back the sheets and it was bugs in the bed, so at this point we just packed everything up and went downstairs to tell the front desk, we were told we were being moved to the 2nd floor, now there's no beautiful ocean view from the second floor because the roof is the way I specifically requested "higher floor if available" when I booked. We were told there were no rooms available higher up, so this was very disappointing. Mind you I'm pregnant, so my boyfriend moved everything to our new room. And had to go up and down several times. Got to the new room, and the things that were provided in the bathroom by the hotel weren't there, there was hair everywhere, in the ice bucket, in the shower, in the beds. I guess management wasn't on duty so we were told to check back the next day to speak about further accommodations. When I did so, we were offered either a certificate to stay at any other Hampton hotel or the refund for that night.

Nice spot on the beach, great value for being right at the ocean. Plenty of things to do with walking distance.

I am a Hilton honors member and have stayed in many Hilton properties. Hampton inn has always been one of my favorites. I loved the oceanfront rooms. Everything was great at this hotel.

The rooms were fantastic and offered a terrific veiw of the ocean and beach. The employees were very nice and helpful. I would definitely recommend staying here.

The hotel is a luxury hotel but the people that worked their didn't do the best job. The housekeeping people never gave me enough towels. They one time didn't give me any! The resturant in the hotel took a long time to get my food. It took a little over 30 minutes to get my drink and it took a little of an hour from when I ordered my food to get it!

Service was good, rooms were kept clean. The view was awesome.

The staff was more than helpful with helping us secure a room for the weekend… KEVIN (The black guy that's a Redskins fan) was awesomely friendly and made sure we had everything we needed… The room was clean and smelled fresh… The bed was soooooo comfy and felt like it was made in heaven by the BEDMAKING ANGELS… The room was so cozy n comfy I almost never went to the beach! The view was BEAUTIFUL… They had a huge parking garage for us to park our car, which was included with the stay… AND THE BREAKFAST?!?! LOL It was fantastic! Waffles, sausage (no bacon — kinda disappointed), fruit, cereals, milk n juices, eggs and all sorts of yummy treats! As if all of this isn't enough, there is a SLAMMIN restaurant/bar attached to the hotel called "The Taphouse Grill"… The waitresses were all beautiful and super friendly… The food was AMAZING and we're served as extremely large portions… If you happen to eat there during your stay, make sure you order a drink known as THE HURRICANE… SHEESH! It's so delicious, I forgot there was alcohol in it! The ONLY, bad thing I could say is that there was no outdoor pool… But there were so many other outdoor pools from other hotels, we just blended in and walked right in! Lol Overall, my experience at this hotel made me want to stay an extra week.
