Check in was quick and easy. Friendly and courteous gentleman at the desk. Room was clean and comfortable with plenty of towles. Only thing missing is freezer in fridge, for those of us that use ice packs anyway.

Highly recommend. Pet friendly and very clean. Good breakfast, Wi-Fi and overall experience for the price.

Great comfortable well kept place to stay with plenty of truck parking room in the back lot and there are plenty of restaurants and stores in the area. Pool area needs more privacy from the restaurant next door.

My boyfriend I were on our way to NC. Decided to jump off of I-81 and relax for the night. We stayed here and everything was fantastic. The service, the bed to the Continebtal breakfast. Wow. They put did themselves with that. I highly recommend this place. Very clean!.

We pulled in to plaza across the street to take a break from driving. I was feeling ill. That night my friend called the desk because I needed to be rushed to Hospital. The Women at front desk came immediately to our room, checked my pulse, eyes and lips for coloring. She called the ambulance and explained everything to 911. This motel was found across the street from the plaza and took dogs to boot. We were traveling from Albany, Upstate N. Y. On our way to Myrtle Beach. Margaret (my friend was an older woman) was very safe here and had a great place out back to walk both dogs. Would I recommend this place? Bet Your Arse I would. Thank you Comfort Inn, for being there for us.

It's an ok hotel. Fairly clean and convenient. Nothing really sets it apart from other hotels in the area. It's a pretty good choice and I will stay there again.

Worst place I have ever stayed, went to check in Mr. Don at front desk jumped me. Then I told him my name he apologized told me he thought I was someone else. If I hadn't been broke down and on foot I would have went somewhere else, cos it has 3 restaurant's close by. The 2nd thing is my fed x envelope did not make it on time left it with front desk Monday Thursday the front desk called an apologized for that. The breakfast tasted like the food was out dated even the coffee was bad. Also the room had fleas and my last day checking out it was almost like the y was running me off. Terrible hotel run down and out dated only person seemed to know what was going on was the lady that was there Monday. Beware comfort inn u really need to take a look at this place. Sorry place.

They won't take your CLC and won't try to work with you when you are willing to show them how to do it.

Great place, great breakfast. Clean rooms. My only problem with hotel was the pool area. Water was clean but cigarette butts were everywhere. Other than that it was great friendly staff.

Rooms were clean, bed and pillows were very comfortable! Even had a little rubber ducky for my son to play with in the bathtub. Extremely satisfied!

Room smelled like cigarette smoke intensely even though the hotel claimed to be 100% smoke free, limited parking.

I highly recommend staying here whether you are taking a break from a long road trip or as a home base for exploring the Shenandoah Valley. The hotel was extremely well-maintained and the staff was exceptionally courteous and accommodating. The location is a great jumping off point for Roanoke or dayhikes in Shenandoah National Park — — plus, there are plenty of restaurants in the area for recharging after a long day on the road or trail.

Clean, Quite, Comfortable, Secure, Cappuccino machine, pretty decent breakfast, and Affordable. I stayed here for 2 months while working in the area. The maids were always respectful, never meddling in my things, making me feel very secure. It's not a resort, but you will feel like you just came from one.
