DO NOT STAY HERE! I wish I could give negative stars for this dump of a hell hole. Completely dirty, run down, terrible customer service. Nearly everything in our room was broken and everything was filthy. Hair everywhere. Burn holes everywhere. Stains on our blankets and all splattered over the walls. The main door looked like it had been broken into. It didn't latch properly and was extremely difficult to even close or lock. I have 30+ pictures of how disgusting it was. Please don't ever consider this place. This was our last hotel stay before getting home and now all three of us that stayed in this room are sick. Maybe a coincidence, but most likely due to staying in this disgusting room. I don't know if it's ever been cleaned to be honest. Avoid this hotel at ALL costs.

Arson might be a good choice. Worst place ever and very dishonest. People kept trying to get in our door on two stays — front desk goes "sorry, I typed in the wrong room number'. Last visit was overcharged and am still waiting for a refund. Big joke until they get the notice of lawsuit, I guess.

We found kleenex and square piece of plastic made up in the bed as we turned down the covers on the first night. When we returned to the room after the first day, we found our door key cards had been deactivated. Went to front desk to get them reactivated, when I asked why this happened, she replied "I don't know". Upon entering room we found bed had not been made up. Reported this to front desk as we were checking out and was told "she probably just forgot to do the bed".

Rooms could be updated and staff could be friendlier. Other than that pretty nice for the price.

Stayed here on our way home from FL. Lobby was clean and modern and the woman checking us in was very nice. Nice pool too, though we were too tired to swim when we got there at 8pm. Room was old and tired, needed paint and new carpet, but bed was clean and comfy and, for the price (less than $60) it was just what we wanted.

The woman at the front desk was very nice and checked us right in. I booked through website and got a great price (about $59). However, it wasn't wonderful. The whole place (the room, 114) was dingy and dated. The carpet was stained and worn, the whole room needs paint. In the bathroom, the tub needs recaulking and there was a little poop on the wall behind the bathroom door. When I tried to check out at 6am, the lobby door was locked and the employee sleeping on the couch inside didn't wake up when I knocked, so I just slipped the keycards through the door and left. The lobby looked nice and clean and updated, but not my room!

Great place off 95 interstate. Use a coupon from maryland house to save on stay. Its cheaper than booking sites on line.

Was greeted nicely on the phone and in person when I arrived. Gentleman was very helpful and friendly. The room was reasonably priced. My room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Overall a good place and I would stay here again.

Price ia good bc rooms are really run down. Bathrooms are small, and rust all over walls and door. Beds are not comfortable, toilet paper holder comes out of the wall. And breakfast only serves danishes and waffles.

It was great they were so nice and very patient and might I add the breakfast was amazing.

Small motel very convenient to sleep on a clean evening, a little noisy staff very smiling. No problem for parking. In the morning there is coffee at will $88 American for 1 nights for 2 persons I believe there are several young people that use this motel to spend a night at you to judge.

Thanks for accommodating us in our last minute emergency. Great staff and service.

The toilet couldn't handle my massive dump. Regardless, it was an amazing stay!

This place was great. Was greeted by great staff, rooms were clean, great location right off of 95. Bed was so much better than I expected. Tub in the bathroom was brand new, really have no complaints here this was a great place to stay.

I asked for a non smoking room but the room reaked of cigaretts.

Very nice hotel for the money. Had a coupon we wanted to use as well but was told they don't accept them on the weekend but the coupon didn't say anything about not being valid on the weekends just a surcharge might apply on the weekends and holidays. But over all I'd stay again.

Clean. Nice bed, nice service, no elevator, decent stay, breakfast was slackin…

Good hotel for the price, nothing fancy but clean with friendly staff.

It's alright, especially for the price. It does have a few problems, such as the doors sticking occasionally and being difficult to open and cracks in the walls. Other than that, it's a pretty decent place to stay the night.

Much better than I thought because of the bad reviews! Only thing is need mattress foam just used to my soft bed!

Older motel. Needs a renovation. Air conditioner was loud. Room smelled. TV reception was bad. Very few useful channels. Mold or something in the ceiling. Sits right beside I-95. Small pool. But the people are nice. Booked two nights but only stayed one.

I am afraid to move because of the roaches. Never, ever, again!

Most disgusting place ever! Do not stay here. Roaches all over room, even in mini fridge. Blood stained towels and broken faucet. Checked prices online, said 60$ a night, then they over charged me 90$. I was at least expecting a better experience and clean room! DO NOT STAY HERE.

Right off the highway is perfect location when your tired from driving long hours.

EHumm stayed here for a romantic night with the mrs. Walked in after 10 pm to the front desk and the doors were locked to the lobby but. A young man came out and checked me in and stared at me like I was a alien. Went to my room they put me in 118 far away from the. Front and there was no parking near my room. So that was a clue I should of went to holiday inn. The room made me itch, outside smelled mewdewwy. I had some ones hair particle on the bes. Cabinetes caulking was falling out tub has old atains. Wasnt completely happy. Then went to breakfast and what do you know only thing to eat was a waffle. So I went and poured a glass of apple juice to find out it was nearing the end of the juice bag. The new attendant came changed the bag. And what do you know the cups stink. Also had bugs in the room.

Worst place mold bugs blood in bathroom rudest most ignorant people ever stayed fora hr and half and left with bites all over me and my girlfriend gave me trouble refunding the money and making us feel as if we set it up there was drug paraphernalia in the room place needs to be shut down I called the BBB on them they need to get shut. Down asap dont stay there whatever you do.

This place sucks. Room was sorry, bath room was not cleaned at all. And we didn't ckeck in till 9 pm.

People were friendly, place is fairly clean. I just think that it is not a Quality Inn quality. They started to paint the room and stopped? Not sure why they would not finish it. We had to wait for the roll a way bed, it could have been put into our room, ahead a time. I talked to them on the phone prior to our arrival. For a quick on out stay it's fine.

Dear god do not stay here. I had no idea "Thornburg" Virginia existed but now I can say with confidence that it is some sort of purgatory for damned souls between hell and earth. The people scare me, they speak in a foreign tongue although im not sure what. The hotel itself is below par, smelled funny and the door was broke. Didnt want to chance the beds so we used our own sheets and blankets, probably saved ourselves an ER visit. We visited The dairy queen (this is assumed to be the place where the prisoners of this god forsaken town congregate) the only ray of sunlight in this otherwise soulless place was a pleasant cashier girl who I imagine was too young yet to be corrupted. On our way back to the hotel a shadowy figure darted across the road (not even kidding). Do yourself a favor and pay the extra $20 for the holiday inn next door or push on past this nightmare and closer to DC (if thats any better)

Cobwebs on a light by the bed. Spider in the tub. BEDBUGS (my b/f woke up w/ bites all over his legs). Dank room, smelled like mildew, hard to breath/sleep. SLUG on the wall. Flies in bathroom Crud on bathroom floor. Strange dirt marks on the walls. Hotel employee knocked on our door at 7am, said sorry and walked away. Enough said, STAY AWAY!

Really was unhappy with this hotel. Staff had their kid running around the lobby. Staff would talk loudly and for extended periods of time on the telephone speaking a foreign language, and not paying attention to the needs of the customers in the breakfast area. The room itself was OK, but this is not the level of polish (especially from staff) that I would expect from a franchised hotel chain.
