My room is very clean. The services is wonderful. The best hotel in this area.

I sure love this hotel it was the best hotel I ever stayed at it was clean and the people that worked there was so nice and they had no problem checking me in that fast at all the night I stayed there and they had nice rooms and the lady at the front desk was so nice wish I could have stayed there longer then I did but hopefully next time it will be longer and plus it was a quite hotel I just loved it so if anyone wants to stay around Virginia this is the place to stay.

Beautiful hotel and warm friendly atmosphere. The young lady at front desk in the morning time is absolutely sweet and all so kind. She greeted us every time we walked in with a warm smile and always spoke. Next time I am in the area, I will definitely be staying here!

My job consist of traveling staying at different hotels all over places all over and your hotel was by far the best I've stayed at yet also wonderful staff wish I had got the young girls name at the front desk she's was very friendly and accommodating again thanks for a wonderful stay definitely will be back.

This facility has made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. They worked with us when we needed accommodations. They are pet friendly and in a good location.

Staff were friendly and customer service was great! The hotel and our room were clean, water pressure and temp were perfect. Breakfast was basic, however, it was all that we needed to get the day started.

Room was a nice size, the only elevator is slow spent several minutes multiple times waiting and waiting. While we were there they had no drinks available in their little store, I would like to see a few more options for breakfast.

Very nice rooms and lobby. Do not expect much for breakfast. Only cold items like cereal and bagels.

The rooms are excellent. The location is perfect for my course.

The room was very clean and spacious. The hotel is pet friendly and we had a nice stay! I also want to give a shout out to Benesa and the other ladies cleaning up the breakfast area for getting my girls some poptarts after they had put them away.

This was a very clean Hotel. I know it's an extended stay but I only stayed two days so the biggest issue with that was getting used to not having room service come in every day. Of course the plus to that is you don't have to worry about anyone coming into your room while you're not there. The premises were very pretty and very clean they have a garden in the backyard which they pick fresh vegetables from and then allow the residents to have them for free. They placed them at the front desk in a basket and you're welcome to help yourself. It has very minimal cooking supplies but everything you would need in a small simple kitchen. The staff was friendly and they have a 24-hour convenience area downstairs for snacks drinks and stuff I thoroughly enjoyed my two days stay here and could see myself going back.

Absolutely the best experience in a hotel setting I ever had. I travel often but this hotel was excellent. The front desk clerk Natalia was a sweetheart in helping my husband and I get a room as soon as possible to rest. We are from Florida and will definitely stay here again when traveling up north. Thank you suburban extended stay and natalia.

Nice sized room, had a fridge, dishwasher, microwave, electric stove, plenty of dishware. Bathtub is very narrow and smaller than normal. No maid service unless staying over a week… Bed was comfy. The location can be hard to get into during traffic times. Can only enter going southbound on the 1 and must exit right/South only as well. This works if you plan to go on the 95 but not if you want to go 1 northbound in traffic.

The rooms were very clean and updated, quite surprising. There were some type of contract workers that were staying in the hotel as well. They were loud and obnoxious and the breakfast was nothing but cold, 'grab and go' type. But overall, impressed with the room. The gym left MUCH to be desired but that is very common in these inexpensive hotels.

Friendly staff, clean room and reasonable rates.

I stayed there with my family over Easter vacation because my nephew was graduating from Quantico & they were great. We were able to BBQ out on the patio & hang out & talk late into the night then, as more of us came we moved to what I think was called "The Relaxation Room" (we are from California & met up with our East Coast relatives so not everyone needed to stay at the Hotel). They let the little kids dye eggs out on the patio the night before Easter & let them hunt for eggs out on the patio the next day. We were always on the go & the quick breakfast choices along with the different choices of coffee were so nice. I have never been to Virginia before but if I get the chance to go back I would definitely stay there again.

Stayed here for almost one week very nice, hotel room, pet friendly, nice staff, very welcoming, I loved everything about it the mini kitchen was a plus for me and the free wi fi, and they offer a military discount not too far of a drive to the tbs gate, camp Barrett, quantico. :) me and my family enjoyed our stay very much highly recommend any one to stay here.

A nice place to hang your hat for a week or too. The staff is pretty good and Benny is to sweet.

Just checked in today and nice rooms clean. Staff friendly and helpful will be making this my hotel while I am working in Alexandria va nice quite really like the hotel.

Best $75 motel room I've ever stayed in. Just like a studio apt. Very modern. No odd smells.

Very nice, clean rooms. It's quiet, but not too far from Fredricksburg or Quantico.
