This place is a diamond in the rough! Can't find a staff of smiling faces anywhere else! The room is always so clean and we have had one issue with a loud heater but I called Nicole at the desk and she was on it immediately and got it changed out for me. Nothing is perfect but staying here felt a lot like being at home. Thank you all at Best Western for making my stay enjoyable!

Staff is very welcoming and my room was clean bed was so comfortable and breakfast was just what I needed! Definitely a great price for the service compared to some of the higher hotels I have stayed at around this area! Felt like home!

Stay away from this hotel. Nasty and smell like urine. Dated carpet and furniture. The sheets were not exactly White. Keep driving like any Best Western I have been to. "Nasty"

Aging facility but clean and welcoming. Good location on Route 1 and just off I95. Plenty of restaurants within easy walking distance.

Reasonable rate, right off the freeway with a few dining choices within walking distance. Nicely updated exterior door type hotel with a nice pool deck.

I left my stuff in my room. Came back to pick it up… was explained that I would not be charged, and that I was to not take a shower. Understood. Told them thank you, took the key back and verified through the individual I spoke with that I would not be charged. Two days later I was charged 95 dollar. My original rate was 104. Called back to explain to them what I was told… described the individual that told me this, as well as the room I was in… and what was said at the counter verbatim. “I would not be charged, and I should have called and let them know my stuff was in the room… ” but end game was I would not be charged. First I was told no one of that description worked there… and that I would be charged because they could have sold the room, but which ever supervisor was there told me I would not be charged. I’m still lost on how my 2nd night is less expensive than the first… but again I was told I would not be charged. More import when I got back to my room to retrieve my stuff I couldn’t get in… I had to go and get another key… I’m still confused since I’ve been charged for a night I didn’t use… or remotely intend to. Disappointed in the service, and more importantly disappointed in the distrust given that I would not be charged. I am suppose to get a call from the general manager later on… I’m doubtful that will come through. The only reason you get 1 star is because I had to elect one to submit the post. No way will I come back.

Nice, neat, fresh exterior with well manicured landscaping. Modern, clean room that is dog friendly… just what we wanted☺

I had a great stay at this Best Western! I attended a 3 day conference in Woodbridge and the hotels in town were more expensive. The location and price worked out well for me. It was easy to get to the conference from this location. All the staff — front desk, housekeeping, and breakfast room — were outstanding! I highly recommend the Best Western Aquia/Quantico Inn to everyone who is planning on visiting the Northern Virginia/Washington DC area.

We picked the Aquia/Quantico Inn because it was convenient to civil war sites that we wanted to visit. Great choice! They have an exceptionally service minded staff, and even a nice little courtyard garden. There is 100% attention to hospitality. — There are also plenty of dining options and a pharmacy within walking distance and a large nearby mall with additional options. We stayed for four nights and enjoyed it greatly.

Amazing. Driving from NJ to FL & originally had checked in at Motel 6 in Dumfries around 2:30am but checked out after about an hour because of cockroaches and filth, so we left there and came to this Best Western around 4am. SUPER clean, Stacie at the desk was awesome, very friendly & helpful. Def would stay again & highly recommend!

Let me start off with saying Stacey and Christie are beyond amazing however, If I could possibly give it negative stars I would. I was checked in by Nicole and when I got to our room I called downstairs and politely asked if there was anyway I could be moved to the interior of the hotel. Well that’s all where it started to go downhill, I was mocked and laughed at when I brought up my concern.
Ended up going back downstairs to have the conversation in person where she continued her mockery. This child should NEVER be in customer service. Thank God when I went back down I was able to video the whole interaction.
Will be posting the video in hopes that someone will learn how not to treat people. Something has to be done.

I have no complaints. I got a great rate on the room. Staff was pleasant and very courteous. First thing I did upon entering my room was check to make sure everything was as it should be. Room was spotless. Had to do a little fidling to get the heat on just the way I wanted. Maybe a faulty knob? Not sure but eventually I was able to get the heat on high which IMO never got quite hot enough but room was still comfortable. Breakfast was warm and ready on time as expected. I enjoyed my short stay and I would recommend to others.

The place is for the most part nice and quiet. A lot of working people stay for the week and go home for the weekend. Friendly bar next door that is reasonably inexpensive for night cap and meal.

Room smelled STRONGLY like urine. The heater did not work. The bathroom was FILTHY, when reported the front desk lady did not care. Will not be returning.

After being in traffic for six hours BWA was the closest BW property. It was a good move, I called from the road to make the reservation Stacy walked me through the drive to the hotel. I was very satisfied with the property. Stacy made me feel at home. He could not have handled it any better. Maybe tucking me in could have been a good thing.

Check in was easy and quick. Room had heat already warming up room for me. Check out person has been there every year we have stayed which says a lot for company. She was great.

Great price and quality ratio! Room was super clean and had no odours which is very important for pleasant stay. Keep up the good work!

One of the best, Best Westerns I have ever been to. Staff was friendly and took pride in their work, the night audit Katherine was a doll. I would highly recommend anyone to stay there. The price wasn't bad either.

External door room setup, good A/C and decent internet. Superb hostess service at main desk! Especially dealing with Crissy. Mini fridge and microwave with decent size flat screen (cable). Cleaning service could step it up a lil, but replaces everything used daily. Recommended.

Price was good, breakfast was good, but the appearance of the building needed updating. The room was comfortable, but a bit dingy, and there was a stain on the bottom fitted sheet of the bed. Housekeeping should have noticed that before changing the bedding. There were also cigarette butts thrown all over the flower beds by the pool! Obviously no one on staff cared enough to clean up that area. Initially, the staff member who checked us in was unpleasant and impatient. Her appearance was slovenly too. Not a good first impression which should have made me suspect. The individual at checkout at least had a neat, clean appearance, but again, a smile and some pleasant conversation from these people who are representing Best Western would have been nice. Will not return there again, and will only stick with Best Western Plus hotels. At least I know the difference now.

I was travelling alone with my 4 kids found I was too tired after sleeping at a rest stop on the first leg of my trip. I booked this hotel online and arrived a little after 10:00 p. M. The lady at the front desk was very friendly and although I mistakenly booked a 1 queen bed room, she upgraded me to a double queen bed and added a late checkout at no additional cost. We all found something we liked! I liked the price. My daughter noticed the cleanliness. My oldest son loved the swimming pool. My middle son enjoyed the breakfast and the waffle station with chocolate chips and sprinkles. My littlest boy loved the fluffy bed and couldn't stop jumping. With a full size truck I enjoy having a motel room on the ground floor. I walked straight out the door into the bed of the truck so I didn't have to unpack from my camping trip. I saved at least $30 feeding my kids at the breakfast. So with a total room fee of $64, I figure I paid $34 for the room. All told, it was honestly the best hotel experience of my entire life. Sure I've had fancier, but never for the price, the comfort, or the customer service of this quaint, motel. In the future, I plan to budget the time and the money to make this a regular stop on my journey's along I-95.

My father, son and I had to have a good night sleep before we got back on the road and this was the best spot. The staff was friendly and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. The free breakfast was excellent, there was a big selection of hot and cold items not like most hotels with the grab and go breakfast. The hotel is also close to a big selection of restaurants for lunch or dinner and the mall is nearby for shopping. I would definitely stay here again.

The room was nice and cozy. It was nice to see a flat screen television along with a well-kept bathroom. The chairs were comfortable and so were the beds.

Excellent breakfast and friendly staff. Everything was nice and clean. The beds were comfortable with lots of pillows. The room has a 40 inch flat screen tv. There were lots of choices on the free breakfast buffet including a big bowl of fresh mixed fruit. I usually stay at a Hyatt but was tired during a road trip. This Best Western exceeded my expectations.

House keeping walked in without knocking. Beds are really uncomfortable. The breakfast wasn't all that great either. And some of the staff are disrespectful.

Great place for an overnight stop with pets! Room was clean beds were comfy the free breakfast was Great! We usually make trips down to Florida and would consider staying here again.

It was in a great, central location so it was a lot to do; and the price was great also.

It was a great experience for me to stay at best western.

I like the fact that they are pet friendly but they charged a 20 fee per night… The front desk people obviously have been working here since day one and you can tell they truly hate their job. The older man who works the front desk was so rude to me I eventually broke down in tears. The manager had to come out and apologize. He offered to comp the room which was nice. The rooms are pretty basic you can tell they are trying to make it better but it's really over priced. It's been an experience to say the least. I probably won't come back here.

Why do you charge a $20 daily pet fee? Stupidest thing I have ever heard of. I stayed there for over a week with my family out of brand loyalty, but was over charged for the size of room and rude service. They have an amazing breakfast, but the lady that runs it tried to discipline my child and went on a religious rant while we were eating.

"JJ Johnson, " working at the front desk, approached a guest who was using their phone in the lobby and rudely told the guest that the lobby was closed (at 11:20pm). "JJ" (he claims this was his name when asked) was overly rude and showed no degree of customer service. He accused my friend of not being a guest, even after my friend displayed his room key. He threatened to call 911 (for what unforseen emergency? ) The only reason my friend and his family were even at this hotel is due to a traffic incident earlier in the day. I do not recommend this hotel, and I haven't even been on-site! Considering "JJ's" lack of respect and harassing tone — which I clearly overheard via phone — I would advise travelers to seek other reputable locations who care about providing a safe and positive experience/environment for their guests. After a day like today, with all the snow and being delayed, no one should be approached by such an arrogant individual who clearly has no respect for his own job. If you cant be courteous, maybe you should seek another profession.

Pros: Clean room and good breakfast selection! Cons: The first time my husband and I stayed, our door was broken and we didn't need to use our key-card to get into the room. Both the first and second time we stayed, the heater did not work in the room. Also, both times, the smell of smoke in our non-smoking room was bad enough to cause me, my husband and all of our luggage/clothes to come out smelling like smoke. I'm guessing it's due to the "smoking trees" right outside of the ac units to these rooms. Not a terrible place to stay and I will continue to stay there because it is the cheapest, pet-friendly place to stay around that area. ***Update****Stayed here again recently and figured out why our non-smoking rooms keep reeking of smoke. While walking back to our room, my husband and I witnessed the men collecting the bed linens smoking as they walked in and out of another room. Nice to know.

Not bad. Stayed the night and had no real issues. The breakfast menu was the largest I've seen yet and the service was great.

Big room with "clean remote" (disinfected) and large sink area outside of the bathroom. Everything you could ask for in the complimentary breakfast-huge variety. Would stay again.

Clean rooms, Pet friendly, great breakfast bar. My only complaint is the Wi-Fi was broken. One employee informed me it has been broken for awhile. Pack an extra ethernet cable or get one from the front desk.
