Very reasonable price. We were walk ins without reservations and they were able to accommodate 3 adults to a suite. Spacious, clean, and even they offered a decent breakfast buffet. Definitely recommend!

As characteristic of Sleep Inn's, this one provided a good balance of accommodations, comfort and value. Situated with a nice overlook of the mountains to the west, this Sleep Inn is also conveniently located to shops and restaurants in Harrisonburg. Easy check-in, friendly staff and access to highways make this a good hotel location for a stopover.

There is only one entrance into the hotel. It's on a curve. At the time I arrived to check in there was a car and a travel bus. I was in the road and did not want to wait for the travelers in the bus to check in due to the way traffic comes around the corner. I was able to pull into the small parking lot on the left. As I went to check in I discovered the travelers were a college baseball team and my room was on the same floor. I did ask if they had any other rooms. They had one however I would have to move back to the room I was originally assigned. I really did not want to do that as I had a full weekend. The first night went ok. I did hear some banging the first night. The second night was quiet. Breakfast was fine. It was included. Not sure I would choose this hotel next time. I was able to get this room for a very great price. It all depends on the other rooms available and the cost.

So clean, very friendly staff & decent breakfast, close to shops & restaurants. Rooms were modernized & very cozy. Will definitely be staying again!

Was able to accommodate us after midnight with a room, which was sizeable and clean. The two double beds would be enough to sleep two to a bed and would definitely go back here again after driving a about 15 hours. Breakfast is available until 10 but I was unable to review it because I woke up after that but it is less than 5 minutes from downtown to find other eats or a very busy IHOP if you want something within reasonable walking distance.

Large clean suites (could book for family of 5 unlike any Mariott locations in the area), in a good location. Breakfast was mediocre.

Great price. Room was clean and smelled fresh. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was really good. Would of like to have seen more protein. The elevator however has a horrible stench. Kind of like burnt rubber so we took the stairs. But overall good place to stay.

Clean and organized hotel. We especially appreciated the help Dominic gave us with courteous service this past weekend in our stay!

Easy to access from I-81. Plenty of restaurants and shopping close by, even walking distance. The hotel itself was clean, up to date and had good Wi-Fi. Front desk staff was friendly and accommodating.

Had a great stay here. The facilities and rooms appear to be updated and clean. Our room was a decent size and the beds were very comfortable. Staff at check in we're friendly and efficient. We were traveling with a dog and the pet fee was about 2/3 of what I am used to paying. Location is in a very large commercial area, so what it lacks in charm, it makes up for in convenience. There are probably two dozen restaurants with a half mile. We ate at Sipes (great burgers). Also saw the typical fast food, Waffle House, Buffalo Wild Wings, etc. We would stay here again without hesitation if in the area.

Daily room service. Amazing beds. A mini fridge microwave as well as a coffee pot are included in the rooms.

Very easy to find and located within walking distance of plenty of restaurants. Room was clean and the staff was super friendly. Free breakfast and 24/7 coffee! Would stay in again if in the area.

Towels were very rough, enough that I needed to buy hydrocortisone cream for the redness, no TV program guide for the shows that were on. Staff was great and buffet breakfast was excellent!

Stay in the same room, same hotel, every time we travel home or to ski. Room is always clean, televisions connect to Amazon's Firestick so we can stream whatever we want (and aren't stuck with normal cable), employees are always helpful and welcoming, and we never have issues staying with our dogs. Full breakfast (waffles, eggs, sausage, cereal, bagels, toast, etc. ) Is always delicious and convenient. We sleep better there than at home, most nights.

We stayed in Harrisonburg on our way home to CT. The clerk at check in was very nice and helpful. The room was clean and beds were comfortable. My boys loved looking at the city lights out the window. We would definitely stop there again.

Not a bad price for the location close to JMU and friendly staff. Bed was surprisingly soft. Morning breakfast was convenient and regularly tended to. Only issue was parking was limited because a bus took up 6 spots when the hotel was sold out.

Stayed at Sleep Inn in Athens, Georgia. Given a room, unpacked, then disovered that TV did not work. Manager did move us to another room. Room clean and comfortable. Like Sleep Inn because they are pet friendly.

Sleep Inn is a favorite place of ours, especially the one in Harrisonburg, VA. Staff is friendly and helpful. It is pet friendly. Has comfy beds and food are clean. We have had problems more than once with the central booking not giving correct info to the hotels. We arrived at the hotel yesterday and they did not have us down for a pet. Fortunately, they were able to accommodate us.

I normally stay here whenever I come in town to visit JMU. I absolutely love this hotel. One problem, this last trip this past weekend I had another great stay, BUT now that I'm back home, my boyfriend and I both have some type of bug bites on our arms. I would hate to think this nice place has bed bugs but I can't think of anything else that would have bitten us and we checked out on Sunday, Monday we both have bug bites on our arms. You guys need to make sure you do not have any bed bug problems. I loved this hotel but after this, and just not knowing, I will never stay there again.

Decent value for the money. Clean and comfortable. Those with an eye for details will notice its shortcomings but they would have already chosen to stay elsewhere. Room had a microwave and a small refrigerator and a decent-sized tv. Ice machine functional and cold vending beverages 75 cents a can! Elevator a little slow and creaky. Friendly and efficient desk. Decent breakfast. Won't impress but certainly will not disappoint.

Wicked clean and comfortable. Friendly staff… the guy at the front desk was a doctor who fan so that made it even better lol. Decent breakfast but the coffee could have been better. Best night of sleep in a long time.

The lobby and staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. Right when we walked in it felt nice to be able to relax. It was located about 3 minutes outside of a shopping center which was awesome. The bed and the rooms eye fantastic as well with good water pressure for the shower.

Rooms were clean and beds very comfortable with four pillows per bed. Free breakfast was probably the worst I've seen as far as free breakfasts go. Grab a coffee and go.

Location is great but not the hotel. The guy at the front desk was kinda rude. When we got in our room it kinda smelled and the bed was really hard. Woke up the next morning with my back and neck hurting.

This hotel is near perfect! Great location, dog friendly, attractive public rooms, clean bathrooms, attentive service and GREAT breakfast. Well done to all concerned!

I've visited often over the last couple years due to its location to JMU. My last 2 stays I noticed it wasn't as clean as my several stays prior. My previous stay, before last night, I actually left and checked in to a different hotel due to a smelly and dirty room. Bathrooms seem neglected. The room itself is clean. Has a mini fridge and microwave. Modern decoration with a comfy feel. The heating/cooling works well and the fan actually stays on, which helps me sleep. Cable channels are the popular ones. Breakfast area is clean, plenty of options, plenty of seating. Parking lot is a bit small. The front desk is always pleasant, helpful, and happy to see you.

Room was nice, with a mini fridge and free Wi-Fi. Quiet at night and a typical free breakfast in the morning. The front desk went out of their way to help me out, excellent service! I prefer this place overall to the Quality next door when I visit Harrisonburg.

We stayed at the Harrisonburg, VA location. The room and facilities we clean and well kept. The only issue I had was the breakfast. The coffee and a some of the food items were aweful.

We just checked out! Was a great experience & very thankful we had a place to stay that allowed our large dogs, that are very protective of our children, to travel with us. Thank you sleep inn & suites for providing an enjoyable stay for my family (kids & dogs included! ) And for the wonderful breakfast.

Arrived late and the night staff was awake, pleasant and helpful. All public areas are clean and neat. Room has been updated and was clean. Breakfast was typical for this type of hotel. Mostly carbs, but they did have hard boiled eggs and fresh fruit. I would come back and stay here.
