Love the people who work there… all of them. Rooms are nice and clean. I know most of them since my husband stayed there all week, every week, for at LEAST, 12 years.

Staying here is to understand that this will not be an immaculate accommodation. I was highly disappointed after observing a "100% smoke free" sign only to realize that there were smoking rooms intermingled with non smoking, consequently, filtering into our rooms. This resulted in necessary room changes for my family. The bathrooms could have received more attention and consideration when replacing linens as there was a random towel left on our floor after we had left (giving our all our dirty towels directly to housekeeping). Host staff was understandably frustrated in her interactions as complaints were contanst throughout our weekend. Regardless of price value, intergrity should not be compromised. Again, it served it's purpose for our stay, however, is not recommended for a place of leisure and relaxation.

Staff was courteous. Room was clean. Didn't hear noise from The Neighbors. We were traveling home from our vacation in Florida and this is our stop off point. Will definitely consider staying here again.

The room had an odor to it and was a bit damp. Bed was comfortable had everything you needed, including fridge and microwave. Price was right and directly off of 95. Breakfast included so that's a bonus.

Great stay. They were short-staffed during check-in, but the manager and the front-desk person rushed off to clean our room. There was a delay, but there's no mistake they wanted to provide good service under difficult circumstances. We also enjoyed the pool.

Horrible, cheap, dirty place to stay. Phone in room did not work nor did the majority of the lighting and lamps in the room. There are not any outlets near one of the beds and of the three outlets in the room, only 2 worked. No charging outlets for electronics either. Centipede bugs crawling up the walls. Pool was broken and ice machine had no ice. This place should not even get one star.

Everything has been very comfortable and clean. The service is amenable. It is located in a prime spot for old-town shopping and sight-seeing.

Will never stay at this place. Came in from out of town 9 hour drive to visit family. Booked 3 rooms got to the hotel and they tell us that there is only one room booked and the other two were canceled. Saying that we called and canceled, which we didnt. They give us the one room we go to the room and it is a complete mess. The room was never cleaned. We went back down to tell the receptionist. She went up to clean the room. We waited another hour and a half. We didnt get to the hotel till 4:30pm. Why wasnt this room ready? There was only the receptionist and a housekeeper there. About 3 other customers pissed off because their rooms weren’t ready either. I will be calling to speak with the manager and we will get refunded for the room. This is unacceptable!

Mixed. Front desk staff, all we saw, were very friendly & helpful. Down hill from there. Room itself was OK. Most of the lights did not work. Switches bad. TV reception analog antenna. Picture not very good. No info on channels avail. Even when asked at front desk. No premium channels at all such as ESPN. Fixture in shower desperately needs to be replaced. Extremely difficult to adjust water temp. To something useable. Scalding hot or cold. Toilet did not flush completely every time. Would I stay there again, no. Sorry. Stopped there because of prev good experience with Baymont.

My getaway I love this place I stay here at least two times a month love it.

Worst customer service on the phone and in person! 3 people handling late night check ins but no one seemed to know what they were doing. Even with a reservation! Room was clean and breakfast was adequate. Its very difficult for me to climb stairs and they have no elevator. Was not even offered a first floor room. My husband asked what time the pool opened and was told 10am. The grandchildren were going to play in the pool before we traveled on to our destination. Only problem was there was NO WATER in the pool! Will not consider this if I ever need an over night stop again.

The desk attendants are polite, friendly, and quick to help and offer solutions. My rooms were clean and tidy. The breezeway was also clean. It was not noisy, even when people got up in the mornings to pack and leave (it was a distant muffled sound). I would recommend this as a reasonably priced place to stay when you are traveling either on I-95 or NC Hwy 64.

I stayed here during inclement weather, for work. The rooms were nice, clean, and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. I spent a total of two days there so that I could make it to work and the entire time it was quiet enough to get sleep and comfortable enough to relax. Highly recommended.

Nice hotel, but the staff seems to change per visit and are in desperate need of training on the hotels system. We've stayed twice in as many months and both times there issues. The 1st time there was a problem with setting/coding the room key & this time we were charged twice for the pet charge. I paid the charge in cash and they charged the credit card too. They fixed it at checkout, so all was resolved.

It was a nice clean room to sleep overnight and leave the next day. Great for overnight travelers. Good pricing.

While this is not the nicest motel I have stayed at it is far from the worst. My room is clean, the internet works, the TV works, the AC works, the bed is comfortable and the room is spacious. It does have exterior doors and there seems to be a party in the parking lot but they also have a group of ball playing kids staying here.

The night staff was rude, unfriendly, and unprofessional. She even told us that she was instructed not to rent to locals such as my husband and myself because "all locals do is smoke up the rooms and tear them up. " (Mind you neither one of us smoke) We were simply there because our AC unit at our house went out. She definitely dampened our experience.

Forced to change rooms, messy bed, not hot lunches.

THIS HOTEL SHOULD HAVE 5⭐️! Because what the most important there is no BUGS, It’s very clean, sheets clean, nice clean smell and nice stuff. I didn’t have to to stay for breakfast but I think that would probably be for 5⭐️ as well. People that do only 1 Star just because the WI-FI did not work for them should be able to give that 1 start because that messes up the hotels Good name! WI-FI WORKED PERFECT for me. PLUS I PAID Only $83.99 For the night, witch I think it’s a good price! GREAT HOTEL, will use it in the future!

Good value for the price. Beds were comfortable and the room was clean. Breakfast consisted of typical fare for this caliber hotel including a hot plate of scrambled eggs and sausage. Had a good night rest.

The staff at the front desk is friendly, courteous and professional. The room, however, was not the greatest. Several lights in the bathroom above the sink did nothing but flicker. The wall mounted lamp on the right side of the bed didn't work. The towel bar in the bathroom was coming of the wall, as well as the shower curtain rod. The shower curtain kept sliding to the center so that the water went everywhere. There was mold between the tiles in the shower. I asked for an extra towel and was told there were no extras. Then the maid reached into the laundry bag and offered me a clean towel that had been thrown in with the dirty ones. She found one after that. We got stuck here for two nights. I've gotten better rooms from $39.95 roach motels.

Great place to stay, Room was spacious comfortable and quiet. There was a nice work out room that was kept up well. The staff was very friendly and helpful and there was a great breakfast. The location is right next to a couple stations and has nearby easy free-way access. The Internet worked well and the room also included a microwave and a fridge. Great place to stay!

I stayed there for 2 nights. Ladies at the front desk were excellent, however there was hair all over the beds and stains and not to mention I woke up with bed bug bites EVERY WHERE.

Not good customer service at all when we checked in. Made me feel as if I was not supposed to be there. Will not be returning or recommending this hotel at all.

It was decent at best but really low quality. Blood on walls in my room and stains on bathroom door. My employer got room otherwise I would not have stayed.

Rooms were pretty big and nice.

The hotel is located in rocky mount va. We had family in from out of town that stayed their. The room didnt seem that bad but the hallway had some stains on the ceiling from previous leaks.

Some of the housekeepers were sweet as iced tea and then there were the ones who didnt pay any attention to the do not disturb sign hanging on the door and went inside the room with my child sleeping I found that unacceptable and when I brought it to the managers attention she told me there was no sign but there was we never moved it so basically they were calling us liars. And the manager also stated that the hoisekeeper went in to clean well nothong was clean the only thing she did was change the trash bags. Not professional at all. We aslo told the other guest we met there about it an they experienced similar things especially rudeness. Maybe they will focus less on gossiping and smoking and more on the guest next time.

Simple clean hotel. Make sure you ask for a non-smoking room if you do not smoke. This hotel does have smoking rooms. The hotel also allows dogs.

Road trip stopover, so I didn't care about a lot of the facilities. Clean room and ok bed. Front staff were friendly and helpful. Wi-Fi was basically unusable. Bit overpriced without a discount.

Decent, free breakfast was nice… Possibly a bit over priced.

Booked a King Room (handicap) online and arrived only to be told that they have to give me a double bed room upstairs. My wife is on crutches and they still didn't give a hoot. Their was alot people standing outside their rooms leaning on the balcony rails. After getting in the room and getting settled around 10 pm we found out why… the AC Unit was blowing out warm air all night. This is the 2nd. Time with the same experience. The only reason I still followed thru bcuz all other rooms in area was sold out.

My parents stayed and had enjoyable visit.

I've stayed in a LOT of hotels with my work and this one was not the greatest but was not the worst. The rooms smell bad and the Wi-Fi is just about worthless. Other then that, the rooms are very large and clean and the staff is very nice and helpful.

This is Alex's Mother, Rev. Dockery. My husband and I stayed at this Hotel this weekend, and it was great! The front desk workers are very polite and friendly. The rooms are very clean and the hotel itself, was very clean. This was my first stay and I recommend it to anyone who is visiting in Rocky Mount and the surrounding areas. **The shower has excellent pressure and you can adjust the shower head. The water stayed hot! Great place to stay!

Can't beat the price. Very clean and nice for a pit stop, warm breakfast is a plus!

Long road trip with the family and pet (a large Golden), and this hotel was fairly clean, great air conditioning, pet-friendly, nice staff and basically sound-proof walls. If you want Dennys "to go, " make sure to call instead of walking across the road and ask for the wait time. Made a mistake of getting "to go" in person and it took 50 minutes.

Booked there through Expedia. Mistake! The room cost 20% more than the Expedia agreement. Otherwise it was quite clean with a friendly staff, good location, with plenty of room, comfortable beds, and well staged. It was perfect for an overnight to break up a North-South drive. Recommend it if you deal with them personally and avoid Expedia booking.

Nasty is all I have to say.

I am pretty much homless and I stay at the hotel about 3 times a week or every other week and it's always something I feel as if they don't want me there because in the way they talk and treat me. But still I stay even when they give me a hard time about staying. I just want to be treated fair like some of the other guest. Just want a nice place to stay sometimes to sleep when don't have nowhere to go. It can get cold in the car some nights. And I do pay for the room and work. Don't know what it is. I like comfort inn.

It smelled like a cat box and the did nothing I had to leave.

I stayed here with my 2 kids on the way to take my daughter to Band Camp in Ferrum. The staff was awesome. They made sure I knew exactly what the charges were, which I appreciated. They spoke everytime they went by you. The breakfast bar was great. Wonderful waffles. A great restaurant was right across the parking lot, "Ippy's". If I were to go through this area again, this is where I would stay.
