Was said it was pet friendly but after paying for the 123.00 room they charged 57 dollars for Our 15 pound pet. Did not see that on any advertisement. Not happy.

Clean, comfortable, convenient and pet friendly!

I stayed there in 08/13/19. The hotel has a hold on $368.00 and refuses to release it as per by bank's needs. The rooms have been paid for in full, but the General Manager nor the District Manager will complete the transaction, even after I contacted them and asked nicely, and explained my bank's process which would take all of 30 seconds. TRUE by Hilton is next door. I will stay there on my next trip.

Strong urine smell in the bathroom. Told the front desk and they brought fabreeze spray bottle which did not work. Calling the manager tomorrow to see what he can do. Will keep you updated after the call.

Please don't waste your money on this disgusting hotel. Our first room had a dissembled jacuzzi. We had already been there 2 hours when we noticed it, their answer was to move us to a different room. Jacuzzi room two had multiple issues, the biggest being the black pubic hair coming out of the shower drain. (picture in comments) The night manager kept saying sorry and asked for the picture, along with the numerous other problems, be sent to her phone. The other problems inc…luded a jacuzzi with 3 working jets, a tub that drained even with the plug firmly in, overall dirty bathroom, and a slow working toilet. Somehow we made it to day two only to discover the toilet completely stopped working! The front desk clerk said they would move us to yet another room, three rooms! We decided to checkout. The worst part is a night manager, morning desk clerk, AND the GM all were informed of our horrible stay and nothing was done. We were charged for one full night. The GM didn't even bother to return our email. It's obvious they do not care about their guests. Please don't waste your hard earned money.

While the hotel itself was fine the service is not what I would expect from a Marriott property. During a 5 night stay we never had our beds made and usually had to ask for towels, toilet paper and soap. Except for one, the front desk staff was not friendly or accessible. Based on the other reviews and what I have experienced at other properties I expected a much better experience.

Very nice hotel with one exception, the hot water isn't very hot. But the breakfast was nice.

The stay was great. We got in late around midnight. Was traveling alone with 2 children from Florida to New York and this was half way. The room was spacious and clean. We had the king with pull out couch. Bed was very comfortable. Good Wi-Fi service. Nice big towels and paul mitchell shampoo products. Was happy to see a fridge, microwave and coffee. Also, coffee was available 24 hrs. Good selection for breakfast. Hot breakfast with eggs and sausage. Mini waffles, bagels, toast, oatmeal, grits, fresh fruit and yogurt, cereal and milk. Outside pool available. Staff was friendly and helpful. I make this trip a few times a year and I will be using this as our half way stop both ways.

My Husband & I have now stayed here for the 3rd year in a row & love it! They bake chocolate chip cookies in the afternoon and the breakfast is good also. The room has always been clean & comfortable!

It was ok, my biggest issue was the hotel had lowered the American Flag to half-staff, but left the State flag and Fairfield flag at full staff!
Proper flag etiquette indicates that all Flags must be at or below the American flag at all times. I notified the lady at the front desk, and she just kind of shrugged her shoulders and said the maintenance guy had checked out already. It was still that way the next morning when I left.
