THE MANAGER IS A PROSITUTE AND THERES FEDS EVERYWHERE HERE, watched 2 people getting raided and arrested. This place needs to get shut down and it will soon.

Disgusting place, publicly heard prostitution, heard domestic violence on every floor, had to keep calling the front desk, manager is rude and she admits to yelling at paying customers and the people who work there do not get paid, they live there. Do NOT COME HERE, waste of time and money. Also no linens, it's cash only (NO REFUNDS) so we were forced to stay there. You walk into blood on mattresses along with broken appliances. Spend $50 extra and go stay at the hotel not even a mile down the street.

Management is BS. Lied multiple times to my face. Shannon needs to be dismissed from the job.

Don't stay at this hotel. As soon as I walked in my room 3 roaches were running around and they don't do refunds. Complete waste of money would rather sleep in my car.

Do NOT stay here! It is awful. Front desk females today were so rude, asking me a bunch of questions that are none of their business. They keep me waiting to get my deposit back, and yelled at me about the rate I paid. I just decided to support Trump. Calling the INS to get these rude Indians out of here, and then the county code enforcement. Girls you should shut your low class mouth!

I couldn't be more dissatisfied with a hotel. Upon arrival everything was cool the one positive thing about my stay was one of the staff members by the name of Dave. Our team booked this hotel for a short stay as we were visiting the area. Once we were given our rooms we all noticed terrible smells coming from the room, we dealt with that mainly because it was only one night. None of our rooms had fresh linens or towels. No towels or wash cloths were provided for our stay. When we asked about towels at the front desk the person behind the desk was rude and didn't want to provide any to us. Our pillows weren't pillows at all it was sheets wrapped into a pillow case. There were bugs behind the beds as well as in the bathrooms. The "general manager" was rude and very unprofessional as she lied to us about who the manager in charge was. Housekeeping entered our rooms even though we had the do not disturb placards displayed. The elevators do not display any safety or annual inspections while the buttons hardly worked. Air conditioning nor the heat worked in one of our rooms as well as the TV wouldn't turn on. Overall the hotel is terrible and I wouldn't recommend anyone staying there. I hate to even give it one star but its required. Do not go there!

Spacious rooms. Decent morning front desk staff. Mr. P (management) seems like a nice guy. I haven't tried out their pool but… they have one in the building (maybe it's under construction). Lots of places deliver food here too! Friendly team.

It's nasty the staff is rude. I paid for a 2 wk stay and it was a nightmare. No hot water for 7 days! Drug addicts approaching you in parking lot along with parting also! Please don't waste your money if you do you will regret it! They was charging made up fees. I also had to pay for my service dog to stay smh! WORST 2 WKS EVER! They are using photos of the hotel when it was 5 star and if you make a reservation it's a done deal cause they have a NO REFUND POLICY! I watched them take a ladies money then kicked her out with her children! Don't waste your money on this slum place!

Wow, where do I begin… this was the hotel experience from hell. Extremely unprofessional girl at the front desk with a head wrap that you sleep in and her pajamas, 1 young boy at night that doesn't know what the heck he is doing. If you have to ask one question you better wait in a super long line at the front desk cause they only have one person running around behind the desk and they're super slow. The lady didn't tell me that they only accepted cash when I spoke to her an hour before actually checking in (which I only had my debit card) so that delayed me going to my room cause I had to go to Wells Fargo to get money out. I was super tired and had a really long bus ride. I checked in as a weekly instead of a nightly cause I was staying for 8 nights. I didn't have any toilet paper in my room and went to ask the girl for toilet paper and she told me to walk to Aldi, she said it's 79 cents just walk there. The front desk staff walks outside to take smoke breaks 24/7 and you just have to stand there and stare at them to get some service and they look at you and ignore you. The fire alarm went off and woke me up outta my sleep at 9 am in the morning twice and we all had to go out in the freezing cold and wait 30 minutes for the fire dept to come see where the fire was. It turns out there was someone smoking in the halls and it tripped the alarm. Not a fun experience. The whole hotel itself especially the halls and rooms smell like pure ashtrays and putrefaction.

So after working last night an getting to the hotel at 6am this morning… I check in and get told that there is a $6 tourism fee. I'm in Richmond, VA not Virginia Beach. Whatever paid the fee got a receipt. Over heard a clerk tell another guest that they wasn't getting their $50 deposit back over a stain on a towel. They also told another guest on the phone it was $50 extra upgrade fee for a flat screen TV in your room and $50 extra for two double beds instead of a king. These prices are per night. I get up to the room and the light in the bathroom does not work and the curtains dont close. I really just wanna go to sleep. That is all. I call the front desk and get told he would move me to a different room. So only being in the room long enough to see the light and curtains I ho back down to get the new room keys. He tells me that all the rooms are like that and let the light in. So he wanted to move me to an east facing room so more light could come in at that time of morning. When I told him I needed a west facing room so that less light would come in he threatened me with a bat and told me he would need to see the room I was leaving before he could put me in a new room at all and I was only gonna get an east facing room across the hall. I told him an east facing room was not gonna happen and then he told me to leave and he was gonna call the police on me.
