Great friendly staff… clean rooms… and decent breakfast with great pricing.

The hotel good, rooms clean. But take a fan, air conditioning doesn't work right, all the time!

The breakfast is delicious and the front desk clerks are very friendly.

Well kept and homey. Great people and facilities. Here for 3 nights.

One of our best stays even better then the Hilton’s we’ve stayed at. Very nice people, room was clean, and the included break was out of this world. We were just passing through but if we ever do again will stay with them!

Nice hotel. Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Great breakfast. The only thing that kept me from giving this 4 stars is that it was somewhat humid in the room, even with the conditioner running.

The people were very nice and helpful. We arrived without a reservation but the lady at the desk listened to my requests and gave us a very convenient room. She also helped us with our luggage as both of us are somewhat handicapped. Very good choice and very superior to where we are staying now. Would stay again if traveling through there.

The beds were so comfortable. Clean rooms, and the staff… incredibly helpful. My grandson age11, wanted a waffle for breakfast. A staff member who was making sure everything was clean and breakfast items stocked for the crowd, fixed his waffle for him. Wonderful.

This is a nice place. Soft towels and a good breakfast. 3 floors with an elevator.

We're here working a VDOT job for 3-4 weeks and this is home for that time. Good hotel breakfast. Indoor pool. Good sleeping beds and a hot shower. There is a Shoney's on one side and a Mexican restaurant on the other. Right off the I-81 North exit in Dublin, VA.

The Hampton Inn in Dublin was wonderful. Check-in was quick. The room was very comfortable. We were there during a snow storm and the staff kept us advised of the road situations.

My family and I enjoy the weekend at the Hampton Inn the staff was very friendly our room was clean, we enjoyed the indoor pool and the free hot breakfast was just what we needed to start our day.

Great welcoming staff. Much improved breakfast. Fresh fruit. Plenty of healthy and typical breakfast foods. Clean rooms, well maintained. Price very fair for overall quality. We stay here a lot. They are VERY HELPFUL with special issues. Like seeing old friends when we visit. Walk to Mexican Restaurant next to property … Cinco de Mayo. Great FATZ restaurant across street. It is worth a trip to go to Al's on First Restaurant in downtown Pulaski. This Hampton is easy on easy off to I-81.

Ive been staying here on and off f9r a few weeks for business and the staff and rooms are great.

Staff is great, beds are hard pillows have no support and TV won't change channels without restarting back to default channels. Makes it hard to enjoy some tv.

Nice rooms and great staff! The staff is what makes this place. I've been traveling to the area and staying here on and off for work for about 3 months now. The staff is always happy to help out and from Kelly the manager, to the front desk, to kitchen, house keeping and maintenance staff everyone has treated me as I'm a friend or family. Being away from home as long as I've been, they realize I've gotta be getting lonely and missing home so they don't hesitate to talk with me. Seriously great staff!

We stayed at the Hampton in Dublin, VA. As always, we love the great pictures, the comfortable bed, nice breakfast, fresh coffee available all the time. Clean, well decorated, roomy.

Our first room smelled musty, mildew covered the shower curtain and the sheets on one of the beds had stains all over it. Our room was changed and it was a lot better but still could have used a good cleaning in bathroom and corners in room. Breakfast was OK. Location was convenient. Expected more out of a Hampton!

Very cozy, good amenities, don't expect the Wi-Fi to work 100% of the time tho.

I was visiting someone who stayed at that hotel. The environment was very cozy and we were provided with snacks and refreshments. PS the chocolate chip cookies were very good!

Staying here for wedding, closest Hilton in the area. Decent room, good Internet, pool heater broken, small gym.

Great staff, room, and breakfast was awesome. Super clean bathroom, microwave, fridge. Sleeping on the pillow cloud made us hit the snooze button. Lol.

This is your typical Hampton Inn. Not recently remodeled, but still in ice condition. Rates were consistent with similar hotels. Staff was friendly as always.

The meeting room was not marked as occupied nor with the name of the buisness occupied it.

Our family stayed put due to the snowstorm. The restaurants were closed and we were scared to drive in that snow, that day Diana cooked a hot meal and shared it with my family. Diana the executive housekeeper is a wonderful person and cook! Eric, Beyonce, Diana and others ran errands for us since he had forgotten our snow gloves, water. Eric helped us with our car too. Darla and Victoria cheered us up with their stories! Tracey at the front desk was very helpful. Nancy, the cook for the next 2 days of our stay, was great! The hotel staff went above and beyond their regular duties to make our stay a comfortable and memorable one! We felt at home and safe! Unbelievably we missed them on our way back home to Florida! We experienced a heartwarming Virginia style hospitality at this hotel thanks to the always smiling and always ready to help staff! God bless them! I fully recommend this hotel! I would like to give a shout out to Mr. L. From Texas a guest at the hotel for bringing pizzas for all at the hotel and for the great spread of delicious food the next day! Thank you for your generosity and kindness! God bless you too!

Clean rooms and friendly staff. This is our stopping point for our travels almost every trip.

Clean room and nice amenities for the price.

We stayed here for one night while passing through. The weekend rate WITH military discount was $120. I was expecting something spectacular for that price and was greatly disappointed. The toilet was broken and constantly ran, the water was orange, and the pool was under construction. Still wondering why we paid $120 for this room. Should have went across the street and stayed at the holiday Inn for same price. On a positive note, the staff was friendly aand the hotel was clean, breakfast was good.

HHonors member. Hotel overpriced for its age and its amenities. My room's door would not deadlock, the outside doors to the hotel were broken and unsecured (I found one literally halfway open and shut it myself), and the customer service was pretty lacking. My room was set to 73 degrees and, after adjusting downward, the a/c couldn't seem to cool it off. Internet speed was 1.0 MBPS, slightly better than dial-up. Hampton seems to think it can dress up its lobbies and charge $20-30 more than a comparable hotel.

BUYER BEWARE! THIS HOTEL DOES NOT LET YOU CANCEL A RESERVATION! I have never heard of a Hilton property that does not allow cancellations! I tried to cancel 2 weeks prior to the reservation and they would not let me cancel! The manager was rude and I had to make several phone calls and send emails to the VP of Hilton to get my points back! WTH.

Bed bugs — stay out. I stayed here two nights: August 3rd and 4th. On the day of our check out my friend discovered about 4 bed bugs on his sheets. Other members from our party, in other rooms, were bitten. My friend received over 50 bites. The manager is completely incompetent. She handled the situation passively and refused to speak with us. She apparently was having a difficult time just dealing with the emotions of the situation. To her credit, she immediately gave us a comp'd night, but charged us for the other night. This was unacceptable considering the huge cost of dry cleaning everything, and the hours and hours of washing all clothing items. She refused to remove the charge from the first night. I'm glad she did charged us. Why? Because it motivated me to write this review about the hotel. do. Not. Stay. Here. Bed bugs.

I have never been treated so rudely in my life. The manager is awful.
