Tammi and I stayed her for our 5th wedding anniversary and it was absolutely beautiful and amazing. I'd give it 5 stars!

Stunning surroundings, incredibly comfortable room, and delicious gourmet breakfast. This place had it all. One of the few times I felt the photos did not do justice to the property. Room: super comfortable bed and incredibly soft sheets. I have no idea what the thread count is but my sheets at home aren't nearly this nice and I need to figure out why! Very spacious room — — nice view out of window, plenty of light. Delicious water — — I'm a real water snob and this was some of the best I've had. The views from the patio are just incredible. I could (and did) sit there for hours reading, working on the computer, or staring at the mountains. Breakfast — Volker and Barbara — the innkeepers — are a wizard. In addition to being friendly and super helpful Barbara is a real gourmet cook — every day had these spectacular things that I don't know how to replicate : — (We were happy as clams. By the way, Charley is a great dog. I really like the very sweet and well-behaved Golden Retriever type dog. Great trip!

Very disappointed in their customer service. I needed to cancel my reservation that I made months before the pandemic — the event I was going to got canceled due to the pandemic… but Brierley Hill bed and breakfast still charged me a cancellation fee — with zero explanation; just a receipt in my email. Pretty disappointing customer service. I’ve never been there, never will go, and will make sure to tell my friends about this bad customer service. Thumbs down.

My husband and I booked a room at the Brierley Hill Bed and Breakfast to celebrate our weeding anniversary. The owners Dave and Karen were super nice and helpful when we arrived an hour earlier to check in. The room was spotless and the whole space was very inviting. The next morning we had a delicious breakfast overlooking the mountains. Just a great romantic trip. Loved it!

Friendly owners go above and beyond to anticipate any necessity and make for comfortable accommodations. Fabulous location and gas fireplace in spacious, tastefully decorated suite. Deer wandering on the front lawn with beautiful gardens and feeding hummingbirds. Gourmet beakfast rounded off the perfect stay. Highly recommend.

The owners of this B&B are so friendly and accommodating. The rooms are comfortable, clean and some of them have awesome views.
There is nothing more relaxing than sitting on their back deck in the early evening and watching the deer grazing in their yard. And the breakfast is outstanding.

What a wonderful place! So beautiful, serene, and peaceful. Dave and Karen are warm and hospitable, making you feel right at home and pampered as soon as you arrive, and all without being intrusive. The Once Upon A Time room was beautiful, comfortable, cozy, and has an amazing view of the mountain landscape. Breakfast was out of this world and easily the best food we had — even above some of the foodie restaurants in town. One morning it was sweet, the next savory, but always scrumptious! Another bonus: unlike many places tucked away on a mountain where it takes 30 minutes or more to reach town, at Brierley, downtown is less than 5 minutes away. Natural Bridge, hiking/biking trails, and other attractions are all very close as well. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will most certainly visit again ASAP. We will be telling everyone about this gem of a B&B. Thanks Dave and Karen!

My husband and I just spent two nights at Brierley Hill, and we can't recommend it enough! The Inn is located in a beautiful area. The grounds are gorgeous, and so peaceful. The inn itself is beautiful, our suite was very clean and homey, the breakfasts were delicious (and looked beautiful as well! ) Most importantly though, Karen and Dave are a lovely, sweet couple, so kind. They are the kind of people that make you feel like "old" friends. What a relaxing and memorable two days we had. We look forward to going back!

My husband only spent one night at Brierley Hill, but 100% worth it. In just the short time we were there we felt at home and so relaxed! Dave and Karen are absolutely delightful! 10/10 for sure :)

As a surprise BD treat for my husband, I scheduled a few nights at this lovely B&B and couldn't have picked a better getaway destination for viewing beautiful mountains, relaxing in total comfort, eating delicious breakfasts and getting rejuvenated. Dave and Karen are gifted hosts in making guests feel warmly welcomed. They offered us a peaceful stay in a truly beautiful and impeccably clean accommodations. We can't wait to return! We highly recommend Brierley Hill Bed and Breakfast!

My wife and I stayed at this place overnight while traveling from North Carolina to Pennsylvania and I have to say this place is truly an awesome place to stay. After traveling for so long and coming to this place the owners greeted us helped us get into our Shenandoah suite on the ground floor with a private porch that looked out to the beautiful scenery, great room and very well kept and cleaned. The owners even took my mountain bike in to their garage so it wasn’t sitting outside on the rack of my truck. The breakfast was phenomenal I would highly recommended this place for a nice getaway to a nice quiet place to just relax and enjoy the scenery. Would definitely comeback and visit one day.

This place is first class all the way!

My boyfriend I spent the weekend here and it was wonderful. It was our first time at a bed and breakfast and it definitely didn’t disappoint. The rooms were beautiful and the view from our porch was stunning. And of course the breakfast was phenomenal. Karen and Dave were very welcoming and made you feel like you were at home. Their fur babies, deuce and lily, were sweet and greeted us everyday. I can’t wait to come back.

Our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The view is spectacular and the amenities are high quality.

Nice room with a great view. Very accommodating and great hosts. Would gladly go to again. Best to plan ahead when booking because they fill up at peak travel times. Close to town but just outside enough that you get peace and quiet.

The most beautiful B&B I’ve ever seen and David and Karen are so kind and gracious. You feel like family! Excellent breakfasts and the rooms and grounds are just stunning!

My wife and I spent two nights at Brierley Hill for our 2 year Anniversary trip. We stayed in the new Blue Ridge Cottage. This room sits off to the side which provided privacy and its own deck with a view of their beautiful garden and of the mountains. On the inside, this room is absolutely amazing. The comfort of this bed can't be put into words and the fireplace at the foot of the bed is the cherry on top. The heated floor in the bathroom is a nice touch and spacious shower was unlike anything I have ever seen. We didn't use the kitchen but it had everything you could need along with complimentary waters and snacks that were greatly appreciated. Hands down one of the nicest rooms I have every stayed in. The hospitality is also a highlight of this location. Dave, Karen and Deuce (their Bernese Mountain dog) are so kind and welcoming. The breakfast room has a great view of the mountains and the food itself was delicious. We are already making plans to come back!

We stayed at Brierley Hill one night on our honeymoon in August, and we had the best experience! We stayed in the Shenandoah Suite — super clean, super comfortable with a beautiful view! The yummiest breakfast in the morning served to us on the porch. Thank you Dave and Karen for your friendliness and amazing hospitality. We can't wait to return some day!

Fantastic! We stayed 2 nights & it was very peaceful & relaxing. Our room was very cozy & comfortable after days of sightseeing. We had everything available to make our stay great. This was our first time at a B&B and far exceeded our expectations. Dave & Karen are very welcoming & made us feel like old friends. Breakfast was amazing! One thing that I really appreciated was multiple tables for dining. We could talk to other guests in the common areas but we didn't have to all sit together to eat.

Brierley Hill B&B is a wonderful place to stay. My wife and I were so impressed by the welcoming staff and owners, beautiful room, and spectacular view of the Shenandoah Valley. If you want a wonderful B&B to stay, this is the place for you!

My wife and I stayed a weekend at this B&B to celebrate her birthday. We had to postpone our original trip date due to a snowstorm but Dave was more than willing to work with us and agreed to push our stay back 2 weeks later without any hassle. Before arriving Dave gave us recommendations on things to do and places to eat and even offered to make a reservation for us! Once arriving, my wife and I were blown away by how clean and well decorated the house was. Dave gave us a w…arm welcome and offered to help carry our bags in. We stayed in the Mountain View Room and it was amazing. My wife really enjoys a fireplace so she was very happy to see one in our room when we walked in. The view from the room looks like something from a painting. Breakfast was by far one of our most favorite parts of the trip. The food was extremely good and very unique! Drinking coffee out of the Brierley Hill coffee mugs was a plus too. Dave and Karen checked in frequently to offer refills and provided excellent service. We definitely plan on staying here again in the near future and recommend for everyone to check out Lexington and stay in this B&B. They run a fantastic business! Thank you Dave and Karen for a great weekend!

We have stayed at Brierley Hill B&B six times now, and it is Lexington's best kept secret! The proprietors, Karen and David Innocent, have hit the nail on the head when it comes to luxury B&Bs. From the breathtaking views, mouth-watering breakfasts, super-soft lux sheets, Sferra towels, and high-end amenities, you would be hard-pressed to find a better place to stay in Lexington. Karen and Dave are warmly welcoming and pay close attention to detail — — their home-cooked breakfasts are beautifully presented and fabulously delicious; they do everything to make your stay memorable and to your liking; and they remember your preferences when you return. We have even topped our stay off with in-room massages from Kristie, a wonderful local masseuse. Brierley Hill is a very special place, and Lexington's best kept secret will soon be out. For us, it has become our home away from home.
