Very nice and clean and goo.

I am currently staying here. Your ghetto residents that you allow to stay here are smoking pot in room 209. It's so bad that the fire department has already shown up once from them setting the fire alarm off. Never again will I or anyone from my buisness stay here.

Got to spend only one night; but room was really nice. Had microwave, refrigerator and coffee maker with small continental breakfast. Plus desk, chair, Wi-Fi etc.

We were very disappointed with this hotel. I asked for early check in and when we arrived there were no rooms available until after 3om. This made us late for our event. Kids uncover us were running across floor at night. Breakfast didn't have lactose free milk and no Turkey products. Not enough seating in dining area. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Steve who worked behind the scene was absolutely wonderful! He was very friendly, personable, and wanted to make our stay better in any way he could. Kudos to steve!

Nice new hotel. All facilities are in great shape. Lots of nearby restaurants. Easy highway access. Desk attendant was not friendly or informative. Parking lot gets super crowded. Breakfast buffet over-priced for Hampton brand standard breakfast.

Not a whole lot of parking at the hotel and I don't think there's a restaurant in the hotel. But the rooms are very nice, the staff are polite, and there are tons of restaurants nearby! All and all it's a good place to stay, especially if you have to be at Langley Air Force Base at all.

Love it. People are very friendly and welcoming. The room… spotless. Beds… very comfortable. Nice and quiet. The photos online are true. I will stay again.

First time at this location. Same high quality. Friendly Staff, clean room, comfy bed and Waffles for breakfast. What’s not to love.

Nice place to stay out of the house. Bedroom has comfortable blankets and clean. It made me feel in home. Breaks and coffe are fantastic! Thank you!

Cleanest hotel I have ever seen! Love the little personal notes from maids saying who cleaned our room etc. And I love that it has proper blankets (pretty ones), not 3 layers of sheets that you have to fight with.

Normally I stay in the Hilton or Hampton Hotels. We stayed here from Thursday to Monday and Friday through Sunday could not sleep. Unfortunately there was a tournament and there were a lot of young men keeping a lots of noise. Playing loud music to four and five in the morning the front desk stated they couldn't find out where the music was coming from and it was Memorial Day weekend so the hotels were all full. First time having this type of experience hopefully it won't happen again.

Pretty nice place, but the breakfast is not a high quality breakfast. The eggs are fake and the potatoes tasted like they were cooked in brine. The oatmeal was overcooked and thick like a glue. The fitness center is sufficient and their fresh baked cookies around 5 are a nice treat at the end of your business day. They have digital key capability via the app.

Our family was in the Newport News area for a funeral. It was a very hard time for us and the staff were overly friendly and helpful. There were a big group of us coming and going and I am very thankful for the hospitality that this hotel had given us! If I’m ever in the area again it is my first choice.

The hotel staff is great. Fire alarm went off during the stay but clearly that is for our safety. I am very pleased with the staff some of these reviews aren't giving the staff enough credit. This is a prime example how a Hilton property should operate. My family, and I are very pleased with the stay, and will return. The beds are as comfortable as they can be some people want home quality beds but must understand they are in a hotel. Wonderful! Keep it up.

You couldn't ask for a more comfortable place to sleep. Clean, quiet and safe. Hot breakfast included. Really… ideal.

My husband and I had to stay at this hotel for 3 nights and it was awesome. The staff and service was impeccable. I highly recommend it to all. I cannot say enough about the about the front desk staff. Everything was so nice that I actually spoke with the owner to give him my views.

Our stay was great! Check-in was quick and the person at the front desk was friendly and informative. The only complaint is that at night people seemed to be hanging out/talking in the hallway at all hours of the night making it pretty difficult to sleep. The room itself was clean and all fixtures and furniture were pretty new. I'd stay again!

Wi-Fi is non existent. The breakfast fair. Staff very nice and accommodating.

I'm here for business for 2 weeks. "Free wireless" hasn't worked for 3 days straight, and there is no sign it will be fixed. I'd give 5 stars otherwise, but this is inexcusable for a hotel, hence 1 star. It should be fixed in hours at most. Used up all my data on my phone as a result, so now it's useless too. I have ZERO complaints otherwise, but this is just insane.

Courteous and friendly staff. Lovely rooms. Great hot breakfast. Extremely clean. Good location in Coliseum Central just across the street from Sentara Care Complex.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, comfortable beds, great location close to everything, and the breakfast wasn't too bad either. If back in this area I will definitely stay here again… and the cost is great especially for what you get.

The manager, front desk staff were terrific! I felt good knowing the night auditor was always in site! The breakfast staff did not speak, they were in deep conversation. Had Chinese delivered it was consistent. They have a deal with the nice gym next door but the hot tub was out of order.

Lakeesha at the front desk deserves a raise. This woman treated me with total respect and she was a great example for others to follow.

Clean rooms with a helpful staff. Maybe the TV could have been bigger, but as long as there were no bed bugs and a clean bathroom, there isn't really much to complain about.

Pleasant, Clean, and Centrally located to Shopping and Restaurants. My only complaints were the worn out mattress and the TV channels which would constantly fade out. Asside from that, I truly enjoyed my stay.

I was a bit worried because of the anticipated crowds of the Nationals basketball tourney but this staff was on point. They were helpful, pleasant, accommodating and didnt let the zillions of kids and families frazzle them in anyway. They accommodated our team, allowed the use of the BBQ grill and managed all the check in/ out with grace. From Shida to the morning breakfast crew, it was a pleasure to stay here.

Good location, close to each highway and hospital. Friendly and quick to respond staff. The breakfast had a good variety even for picky eaters.

The staff at the Hampton Inn are just the best! Deanna and Latisha take such good care of us! We have been there so often that the staff gives us hugs when we come through the door. Best hotel staff ever! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

This Hampton Inn was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was a standard hit continental style with good flavor. I used the gym during my stay and found it to be very comfortable and clean with very new and high end exercise equipment including: a large selection of dumbells, medicine balls, yoga equipment, treadmill, bicycle, and elliptical machines.

Stay there last night room, was very clean, called front desk cause about AC but we didn't realize thermostat was on wall, but staff very friendly, breakfast was ok but I'm not a huge breakfast person but ty for what you have. God Bless.

It is a very nice hotel at that but one of the rooms we had the bathroom fan didn't work & The fridge didn't work in the room Plus A couple of the employees were very rude & Nasty with our boss & they refused to cooperate with us. L because we weren't a guest… Really! We were a guest the night before & was going to be a guest today but the didn't handle things the right way & They should have cooperated with us instead of being a little rude & not nice. Needless to say… We left the hotel & we were going to stay there for our trip… But we Went elsewhere for the rest of the week until Thursday or Friday. I wasn't happy with this hotel.

I love it great place quite and and relaxed good parking and food I'd also I can say they this They have room you can smoke in is my 2nd time here and I will be back again haven't had any problems at all love it.

The hotel was very clean. My family had a even here and rented out some space. The staff was friendly, I enjoyed my stay. The options for breakfast were great.

The staff throughout this facility were outstanding. From the time I entered the motel I was welcomed by everyone I met. They went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed and/or wanted. Very enjoyable experience. Would recommend to anyone needing a motel in the area.

Great service and a very comfortable room. The elevators were also very nice and smooth. Everyone is so friendly and caring.

Stayed here for a weekend. When I left charged me for smoking in the room as well as making a phone call to a foreign country. Over $300. When I called the manger — Tuesday Fisher she said that we smoked in the room even though we don't even smoke! They will scam you if they have the chance!

Stayed here for one night and that will be my first and last. Reason why is I booked a room for a specific date and time and when I got down there they told me that I had to wait because it wasn't ready yet. I waited a total of 2 hours! I kindly asked for a discount since I've been waiting for a long time. They told me that there is nothing they could do for me. Really bad experience on my end of things is all I have to say about this Hotel booking.

I am staying here for business. I have king bed room which is spacious w flat screen tv. Signature clean duvets and sheets. Mirrored door closet with lots of real wooden hangers. Lots of outlets so you aren't unplugging the clock to charge your devices or shimmying the night stand around. Micro and bar fridge are tucked into their own stand in a corner which makes the room tidy looking. Bathroom is a shower stall which works for me. Coffee maker is in the bathroom but in its own cubby, away from the "business" area. Sink is a large stone/stone look (? ) sideboard type vanity. Hair dryer with Neutrogena branded toiletries. The decor is nondescript but that doesn't bother me and I realize that if it's TOO nice people will steal it. The lighting, as with every motel chain, is rather … subdued. Cookies when I checked in after midnight. Nice selection of coffee AND tea in the lobby. Breakfast had a good array of options, but since I'm particular in my food choices I'm not the person to comment on this. Basically, there is no catering to me.
