This hotel is the worse hotel I ever stay at. I wouldn’t let my dog stay at this hotel. The manager LeVar Albitton was the must unprofessional manager I ever met. We check in to the hotel and notice bedbugs. We bought five rooms for two nights and he refuse to give the money back. He pick a fight with a women in the lobby and try to fight her in front of other guest in the hotel. He call the police to play the victim when he was the one got into a customer face. This place is a bedbug haven do not stay there!

The team at Extended Stay America are phenomenal. Last week, I had to reserve a significant number of rooms. The staff, especially Ms. Andrea, Ms. Maya, & Mr. Lavar, went above and beyond in accommodating a large number while preparing for a very busy Jazz Festival weekend. I cannot stress how awesome the level of customer service was that we recieved. Despite the obstacles that were presented, they rolled with everything and continued to assist. I will recommend this hotel to everyone I know.

They have a great staff mrs tina mr levar also eas awsome he brought famlies pizza not just one but two he haves a awsome staff they are very kind and understanding I will stay here anytime not just for the deed he did but how pleasent they were to his customers.

I really enjoyed my stay here levar made my stay wonderful he made my whole apartment complex feel loved he even went out and brought us pizza because some people didn’t have food to eat I really want to thank him.

When I book online and went to check in I got a different price from what I got off line. My room was dirty I felt dirty staying there. Sorry but I will not be sending my clients their.

DIRTY, DAMP, VERY SMELLY, NASTY! Want clean towels? EXTRA $ Want outfited kitchen that's included in price? NEVER GOT! For 3 days they "promised" that they would bring up dishes, utensils and pans. NOTHING! These facts say it all. 0 stars rating if possible.

Booked through expedia 6 weeks before arriving. I was called 30 minutes before my arrival to let me know rooms were sold out. I stated how could this be if I had a reservation? They stated that it happened all the time and corprate overbooks them? Told them I wasnt leaving without a room as I had my two teenage daughters with me after driving 41/2 hours to get there. They finally found a room at the Days Inn close by and the Manager did pay for that room which was the right thing to do and I appreciated it at the time but that changed as soon as I got in the room. The bathroom was full of mold and the walls looked like they had been patched every 6 feet. Place really looked like a crack house and reeked of marijuana. No way I was letting my teenage daughters stay there. They had to know what an S hole they were putting my daughters and I in. Will never stay at any extended stay hotel ever!

I would never recommend this place, we went on vacation from Va from Ok, we had the reservations for months, we arrive a half a day late but we called they said no biggie see you at 2 am, I go to check in to find it was already done and billed to my card for the day earlier by the manager without me there! We were told this is there policy so I shook it off not wanting to mess up our vacation, well they put us in a room at the end of the hall that someone had just moved out of is what they claimed! It smelled of Death and that's putting it lightly so I went to the desk and was told they had no more rooms to put us into do to our dogs! Then said as soon as a room is clean we can have it, it took until about 9 am to get a room finally. We were there that day and the next morning we showered early am thinking room service would be in and need to swap towels and bed, well we never got room service the whole time and paid for daily and STILL HAVE NOT BEEN REFUNDED BY THE MANAGER! I will avoid this place at all cost they are lazy and RIP OFFS.

I had a great stay with no problems. I would stay again.

Levar was amazing and very attentive, this hotel is very nice and pocket friendly, WILL BE BACK.

Excellent service at the front desk checking in, room was adequate to what I was expecting, and I even was able to meet the manager, LeVar, who was very concerned with our stay and wanted to make my stay was going will. Thank you to him for the outstanding hospitality.

The hotel was really nice and clean. But on the site and when checking in They mentioned free breakfast. And that wasn't the case there free breakfast is only granola bars and muffins and coffee. I travel every other month from Texas to va and when I look for hotels for that week here I like to get hotel that server free breakfast so my kids can have breakfast before I take them to school. That's my only issue with the hotel everything was 5 they got the rating they got before of no hot breakfast like eggs and sausages or bacon, juice or cereal.

Stayed here before on a business trip, so when I came back for another business trip I figured why not book the same place. Won't be staying here again. Arrived a little early (1 pm) and tried to check in. The guy at the front desk with the tattoo on his neck (that's who you have greeting customers? ) said I couldn't check in, which I was OK with since it was before 3 and the rooms weren't ready. But when I came back after driving and working (around 11:50) the lady at the front desk (Andrea, who was really nice, BTW) told me the man earlier didn't reserve my room like he was supposed. So I had to wait in the lobby while she checked to see if they even had a room! They did, but it wasn't ready. I finally got in the room, it was missing pillows, no soap and no shower mat. To make matters worst I woke up this AM with what appears to be BED BUG BITES all over my arms and back!

Poor poor poor they charge you twice and then take a week to look at everything when they tell you it will only be 48 hrs will never go back … its a shame to not get any answers.

Horrible stay. Didn't get the reservation that I made a month in advance. My sister-in-law had 3 reservations as well (family trip) and the reservations got mixed up along with the confirmation prices. When making the reservations the said they also served breakfast. NOT TRUE they had coffee an granola bars, no breakfast. Couldn't get the manager to return any calls.

Outside of being double charged for my room this was one of the best hotel experience ever. Clean room, excellent price and they are pet friendly. Will be booking at Extended Stay more often and will recommend friends and family to stay at this chain of hotel.

The place is great the only complaint I have is the Wi-Fi is as slow as dialup. For the money you pay here high speed should be included.

Great customer service and unbelievable knowledge of the area from Williamsburg to Virginia Beach. The room was very clean, and all of the appliances worked including the kitchenette stove and refrigerator. We truly enjoyed our stay, thank you!

It is very nice hotel The rooms are big has all the amenities, it's like you're at home.

Terrible customer service. They try to rip you off. My toilet was crooked. Not installed right. Good luck finding someone at the front desk.

Location was fine, room was a little smaller than I thought it was going to be. The bed and pillows, we're very uncomfortable to sleep on. The employees were, good.

Pretty clean non smoking hotel. That didn't stop the potheads but I can't blame the hotel for that. Breakfast consisted of coffee muffins etc. Better than nothing. My room had a fridge, microwave, sink, and 2 eyes for cooking so it's definitely built for an extended stay. The AC was super cold and there was no musky smell that girls usually have. Bed was comfortable especially if you sleep hot. If you are the"I'm always cold" type, may I suggest you bring your own blanky.

It was a very nice clean and quiet place to stay. The front desk person was very helpful. I strongly recommend people to stay at this location. Lots of places to go see in the area.

The staff was very friendly. Room was clean and neat. Very convenient to Town Center and the Coliseum. Quiet hotel, Easy parking close to your room. On the go breakfast was nice and the coffee was perfect. We had an awesome time and look forward to staying here again.

You get a little less than what you pay for. The first room we got was a mess. Pillows with no pillow cases thrown on the bed, no phone, no toilet paper, no soap, 2 towels, and 2 plastic hangers. The window was busted and the closet curtain was missing. Preston the front desk clerk was excellent and moved us quickly. The rooms are bare minimum. I really expected more. You have to request dishes and I didn't receive cooking utensils. No extra blankets in the room either. People were loud at night. Breakfast is a muffin, fruit, or a granola bar. No juice or milk. If you just want a basic clean room to just sleep in this is the place.

Very clean and the rooms were great. The TV had some issues but besides that it was a great stay.

The hotel is very clean and the rooms are nice for a long stay. The elevator is a little sketchy but it has an overall great vibe. The only real downside is the free Wi-Fi is to slow for netflix you have to pay for the good one. Great location.

Very clean establishment, they accept dogs with a 25 dollar deposit, located next to a lot of restaurants. Rooms were clean a few comfortable. Only down side is we had to ask for certain amenities, ie; spoons.

Friendly staff, I like having the kitchenette and being close to shopping at a reasonable rate.

The service was horrible. There were many loud people in the rooms above us, and management, after being called many times to ask them to quiet down, didn't lift a finger. Was kept up till 4am.

Very frustrated because the hotel overbooked for the weekend we were to stay. We were turned away and shipped over to another hotel several miles away from our convention. I had booked our room three months in advance, but that did not matter. Be very careful in booking with hotel on a busy weekend. They advertised newly renovated rooms that I was looking forward to, but never had a chance to see them. The hotel they sent us to was old, outdated, and not very clean. Unfortunately, we had to take that one since all other hotels in the area were full. Rooms were not ready at 3:00. Lots of guests were waiting to get into their rooms. Also, if you pay with cash, plan to bring an extra $100 for a deposit. Also, no free breakfast at the hotel we were sent to.

It's a great place to stay. Has everything you need to make your stay comfotable. The staff (especially Victoria and the manager) are amazing and do whatever they can to make your stay enjoyable. You can't go wrong staying here.

I can not give a review on the hotel stay as the day we were to check in I received a phone call at 3:45PM that the hotel over booked and did not have a room available for us. It is difficult to find a nice clean hotel when traveling with a dog.

It's a nice hotel. We travel a lot so it's nice to have a kitchen type area, however, there were no untensils, coffee maker, etc like the website says.

Great room problems with the Wi-Fi though.

If you can get the room on Priceline for 40something, then this is good for you But if you get weekly rate for $400 or $80 a day then move to other hotel.

The Hotel was clean and the staff was very nice. The only thing that I was concerned about was it's elevator which I felt like it was going to jam and not work. The rooms were adequate size and decor was simple yet nice. In the morning there was provisions of a light breakfast. Location was great because you are close to many shopping centers and eateries. For the price you can not go wrong.

The only reason I have this hotel two stars is cause the location is great and our room was clean. The rest was all bad. First we didn't get any towels in our room. Went to the desk to ask for some and had to wait a good 20min while a house keeper found me some. My pillow felt like a bag of socks, went down again. There is no one at the desk after 11pm, they even had a sign at the desk saying their front desk hours are 7-11. What hotel does that? And worst of all, our bed was rock hard, felt like sleeping on the floor. I tossed and turned all night. The shower knob was backwards, at first we thought there was no hot water, but put it on cold and figured out the problem. Would not recommend this hotel.

Dominique. Not for me. No ice maker. Bed to small it said a queen, but it was a full. I had 2 days I paid for I was not satified so I left.

This hotel is clean! The staff is extremely friendly and professional. The location is wonderful. You're just around the corner from shopping and restaurants. There was a carnival going on at the coliseum when we were at the hotel. I would definately stay there again.
