When we get there it looks abandoned. No one is there and the windows are broken as seen in the pictures. We get into our first room and it’s used, never cleaned and the dresser is smashed. We get into our second room and the toilet overflows. We get into our third room and it smells so strongly of mold that we all got headaches. The filters in the air conditioners were disgusting and look like they haven’t been changed ever, so the room smelled even worse when we turned that on. The bathroom had a hole in the wall and the toilet paper was just sitting on the floor. The sheets were also not washed; there was mascara stains on the sheets in the second room; and mascara almost always washes out.
The place next door is beautiful and only a bit more expensive.
Please do not stay here.

My friend were here we all had a great time we played cards set outside in the sun and just talk it was great and the people here are very friendly.

Tuesday morning the lady at the counter decides not to make breakfast just coffee that were plenty of supplies in the kitchen welcome back.

Whoever took the photos for this hotel’s profile is an excellent photographer and deserves an award. In person, the room looks more like a random room with beds and old furniture. This place is awful. It is filthy, the halls smell, and is dated! I am appalled and shocked that they would even rent rooms in this condition. The furniture surfaces were grimy and dusty, and the “white” bath linens were a tinge of black and brown. They looked more like old washcloths that you now uses for cleaning and dusting. The HVAC unit was full of trash, debris, and hair. The bathtub was peeling, had soft spots, AND WAS TAPED! I was in town for a funeral and if it wasn’t for all of the back and forth, tight timelines, and late nights involved with that, I would I have found another room and demanded a refund! I would not recommend that anyone stay here until they at minimum clean the rooms or renovate.

We stay for visits when a lot of people come. The breakfast is good and you have coffee most if the dsy. The rooms are not bad. Just make sure you let the workers there know you like their work. Have had some problems. But that is why you talk to who works there. Also parking is good.

They were remodeling and my room wasn't consistent with its furnishings! It was quiet but, I think that it should have been less than $100 for a night. I stayed for 2 nights and I was only there for a funeral! There is nothing in this town or surrounding towns for the price to be that high. Other than that it was a decent hotel that you would see in any market in a bigger city or town!

Older motel, but room was big and clean. Pool area was nice and water was so clear and nice (unlike many we have seen on this trip). The walls were thin and we could hear noise, people walking around, and dogs barking… but nice motel for the price! Staff very friendly and helpful.

I paid 140 for one night which is a little high for this room. The room was clean but has seen better days. The dresser was broken or missing a drawer. I stayed on the third floor and it was pretty noisy near the laundry area. We didn't use the pool but the beds were pretty comfortable. The front desk was very friendly and I would stay here again if I was in the area.

Friendly staff, quiet, some remodeling going on. Cleaning was not up to par and housekeeping did not supply clean towels for the second day of the visit. Comfortable and family friendly but overpriced for the service.

The lady at the front desk was kinda mean and had an attitude. Room was nice with good air conditioning which is necessary this time of year and it was as clean as a quality inn is expected to be.

It was pretty good… way overpriced but not to many options available in Gloucester Va so it is what it is.

For the lower price its pretty nice. Has a fridge and microwave in the room, a desk, a flat screen TV and a nice window view of the small pool deck.

The staff is excellent. I plan to stay there again.

First impression was that it is a lot nicer than I expected. Breakfast is complementary standard waffles powdered eggs cereal. The girls are the front desk or very nice sincere and helpful. No issues with the room everything is as it should be which is a pleasant change for this chain.

We stayed at the Gloucester Quality Inn 2/22 — 2/25 — not super fancy, but clean and comfortable. More importantly staff is amazing — went out of their way to make sure we were happy and comfortable and were super friendly, nice and professional. The daily breakfast was very good as well!

After traveling for 12 hours we arrived to find a very frazzled staff who managed to maintain courteous and professional service. The area was experiencing very high winds, power outages, downed trees and other weather related issues. The hotel was dealing with electronic door lock issues, no internet and they were short staffed as well as being booked solid. We have stayed at this hotel before and we will stay again as it is close to the family we visit when we are out there.

The staff were very friendly when we checked in. The room was spacious and clean. We didn't try much of the breakfast because we overslept and needed to get going. The only issue was the elevator made loud grinding noises when we used it so we started taking the stairs which we noticed other guests doing as well.

Great rooms and great service.

Quality Inn Gloucester was nice looking on the outside and easily accessible from the road. The parking lot was a little rough and may need to be paved soon. However that didn't matter when I went in because the staff was so friendly. The rooms are clean and comfortable.

We thouroughly emjoyed our stay. The room was very clean and comfortable. Ths staff was very customer-oriented, courteous and inviting. Great price! We will be coming back!

The staff was helpful although we arrived at almost 3am. The clerk checked us in quickly and efficiently.

Was comfortable for the price. Breakfast with the overnight stay was fine. Perhaps a little dated but we were there for the night.

I wasn't in quality inn. I went to Hampton inn to take someone to apply for job.

Everything is absolutely perfect as the rooms were nice and clean and the customer service was exceptional with an amazing breakfast.

Have stayed there numerous times. Whenever I am visiting here, this is my go to place. The location is good for where I have to go. They serve a good free breakfast. It is across the street from the shopping center with food stores, restaurants and Walmarts. The hotel rates are reasonable.

The facilities required a great deal of attention. The staff was amazing and dis all they could to make you as comfortable as possible. However the Air unit held mold and the carpets were 7 years past needing replacement in the rooms.

Location is a semi good location. The room I stayed in was dated and smelled like cigarette smoke. Ac unit was really old. But I would stay there if I had to overall it was good hotel just needs some remodeling of the rooms.

Went for a regatta nearby. It was okay, alright bed and continental breakfast. Good price. One next door has a pool.

Rooms are clean. But the walls and floors are thin. There is no room service but there are several restaurants nearby that deliver. Continental breakfast was continental.

Lisa Little is amazing and has a wonderful staff! She is so helpful and helped answer all my questions. I am so pleased with the customer service, and will definitely recommend them to everyone.

Staff was ok, they sure could use a personality class in hospitality. House keeping did what they said they would do brought me clean towels. Breakfast was good not the freshest but very good selection and the waffles are great… Ice machine was not the cleanest but not everything can be perfect… Great stay would stay again.
