The cleaning staff was friendly. The rooms left something to be desired but was a good place to stay.

Nice and quiet rooms with all the things you need. Free full breakfast too.

Place is a dump. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

No soap in the room coffee pot had mold shower didn't work proper tub didn't drain as bad as it gets.

These people could care less about customer service! All they care about is filling the rooms! Took forever to get towels. Had to go to the office & talk to a person via Skype on a tv, Not a real person in office! Took forever to get a trash can, never did get anyone to take care the no phone issue. We Stayed for 10 nights & never had anyone to clean the room or change the bed. This is the WORST hotel I have ever been in! Then when we checked out they charged us$100 more then we was quoted! I would not recommend this hotel not even for a emergency place to crash!

I have been staying at americas best value inn for several weeks (wprking away from home). But rest assured this is the last. It started I got a pretty decent room however the past few weeks the get worse. This particular room is disgusting. If they tell you that you're going to be in building 2… run away.

I had a short stay here and went for the cheapest easiest place off the interstate and was not disappointed. It wasn't the Hilton but was a clean little place I would recommend to anyone not trying to spend a fortune but get a clean room easy access and free cooked breakfast in a restaurant.

August 1st 2017 asked for a double bed got the room and checked the room and it was disgusting and looked like the sheets had not been cleaned. Turned on the lights in the bathroom and flies scattered everywhere. Asking for a refund right now and the supervisor insisted the room was fine and she did not handle the money. The manager finally came down and gave us a refund after we argued with the supervisor. I will never suggest anyone stay at this hotel.

It was late at night. We decided to get some rest for the evening. We stopped here because all the other places we tried were booked. Knowing what I know now, I'd rather of slept in the car. The reception desk person was a guy in a remote location via Skype on a computer screen. Craziest thing I've ever seen. The room was $108 after tax. I couldn't tell at night, but the outside areas were almost as bad as the inside. Hadn't been mowed, looked abandoned etc. Room was terribly dirty. There was a weird smell. It was 4am, and we were dead tired. That's the only reason we slept. do not stay here. If this is your only option, stay in your car… sleep at the rest area… anything…

I checked into the motel in Covington, VA last night at about 2 am. The man working gave me a room rate of $50 a night plus taxes. My card was charged. Upon checking out this morning I was informed the man gave me the wrong discount and I would instead pay $88.23 for my room. I tried to explain that this was not my wrong doing and that it is bad business to tell someone one price at check in and then charge them $38 more at check out. The lady working was not understanding that this was the error of the motel and not my error.

Worst place I have ever stayed! In 2 weeks my room wasn't cleaned at all… mold in my bathtub and the toilet was filthy. If you tell management they promise it will be cleaned but then isn't and they ignore your calls after that. Only given clean towels 3 times in 2 weeks and had to go buy my own. You sign a contract when you check in clearly stating your room will be cleaned but they don't keep their end of the deal… They take your money and then the heck with you. They charge 387.00 a week for you to live in filth while you are there. The health department should shut this place down and the owner/management should be ashamed to run a hotel this way.

The TV did not work well and the lheater was very noisy. At $77.00, it was not even a bargain. The only good things to mention is the strong Wi-Fi and the free breakfast next door. Other than that, there was not anything pleasant about this motel. Go elsewhere — don't stay here. It is a s@%thole.

Didn't stay so I don't know anout the rooms however the owner was a really nice person.

Pros: Allow pets Clean No smoke or other odor smells. Cons: Pricey — although all of Covington is Highway traffic noise.

Stayed here last week. Four separate rooms each with obvious signs of bed bugs. Photographed the bugs left notes and checked out. Management refused to refund us and even charged all four rooms for two additional nights after we left. Stay away!

This place sucks so hard that Dyson comes here for inspiration. Wow. Black mold everywhere, landline didn't work, and yet they still gave us the run around. Avoid this place at all costs. Sleeping at the park would be a better choice.

We got stranded on our way back home ROM Virginia beach we live in Lucasville Ohio. We got put in this hotel over night and the lady working went above and beyond her duties and made us feel comfortable and right at home would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Do NOT waste your time with this hotel. The room was filthy when my fiance and I checked in. I refused to even sit down it was so nasty. So we asked for another room, foolishly thinking it was missed in cleaning. The second room was dirty and had BED BUGS. I asked for my money back and have received the run around from them. Do NOT stay here. They refuse to work with you and will not give you your money back for your stay when the bad experience is on them. I have never, ever seen rooms as nasty as these.

Bed bugs, bed bugs, bed bugs! avoid! avoid like the plague! customer service was terrible. Would not refund money and denied having an infestation. Took 2 months to finally tell me they were not going to do anything about it, even after we showed them video of the bugs. TERRIBLE HOTEL! You DON'T want to know what it means to have this happen. The idea that you could take these back with you? the effort of cleaning EVERYTHING you brought home with you with pesticides, etc. Ugh! worst hotel experience of my life.

I stayed here over this past weekend and have to say my experience was A-Okay. If youre looking for 500 thread count sheets, pillow tops and top of the line remodeled hotel than don't look here. This is an older hotel and feels that way (which is fine with me. ) The bed was satisfactory, the fridge and coffee maker were fine also. I actually really liked the toiletries! We had a rough night the night before and really needed some peace and quiet and we got it here. We had a problem with the first room we were put in but one call to room service and straight away they put us in another room which suited us just fine. The best part was how nice the people were (not overly nice but made it a priority to make us comfortable) and the breakfast! Holy cow! It is served buffet style at the best western up the hill a ways (which didn't bother us) and the sitting area is very nice indeed. The waitress was so sweet and the coffee was actually delicious! Overall, Id stay here again. For what we payed you really cant beat it! Overall: Free Wi-Fi Breakfast Comfy beds Friendly staff Great location.

We stayed here for about a week and a half. We had a room at the very end of the 300 building next to the creek that runs along the end of the buildings. It has very nice views of the mountains, and picnic tables and bbq grills to have a nice time outside. The prices are good and the staff is very friendly. There are some good restaurants within walking distance. We would stay here again anytime.

Rooms were nice, clean and staff very friendly. Definitely stay there again. Reasonable rates as well as free internet connection! We lucked out there. Look forward to our next visit.
