The room we received was very old and nasty looking. Could not take a shower because the tub was very nasty looking and very disclosed with old sliding doors. We could not sleep because the parking lot light came right into the room. We did not have blackout curtains. The general manager Mack said we should have asked for them. Do not stay at this hotel. Need to be renovated bad. Do not waste your money at this hotel. This hotel should not be in the Hilton Family. This hotel is not for Hilton Reward Members.

Had a nice stay. The free breakfast was good and the beds were comfortable. The staff was friendly and kind. The bathrooms (at least in my room) could use some work especially the shower but nothing too bad Overall very nice stay.

This place is fine, but not up to Honors standards IMO. The first room the provided smelled of fresh cigarette smoke even though this is a non-smoking facility. The downstairs is fine, but the second room they gave me is in dire need of a good cleaning and basic maintenance. There is something smeared all over the bathroom floor; I hope it's brown paint. The shower is in rough shape; one of the doors is stuck and one of my washcloths looks in need of laundering. The in-room coffee service is dirty and someone spilled coffee on the wall near the door on their way out. Last night we had a accidental fire drill when one of the staff set off the alarm. The breakfast is excellent and the front staff are very nice. I know it's a Hampton, but I've come to expect better from Hilton properties.

Our stay here was very pleasant. We found the staff here very attentive to our needs. The room was serviced each day to our satisfaction. There was one piece of exercise equipment down. The shower control was extremely difficult to adjust. We also noticed some loose tiles in the bathroom and wallpaper was coming off.

Came back to the room about 04:00 am from the club out with friends I haven't seen in over ten years. Come back very happy and in a good mood. Went to take a shower and found two roaches in the shower crawling around. I went down stair to talk to the front desk because they failed to answer the phone. I told the front desk clerk that there were roaches crawling in the shower when I went take a shower. She was very nice but that does not take away from the roaches that were in the shower. She told me that she would leave a note on my account to let the manager know about the bug problem. The front clerk stated that the manager will accommodate me by moving me to another room the next morning. I feel that the roaches are not in just one room there are in all rooms so moving me will not satisfy me. I could not fall a sleep due to worrying abut the bugs. I was no longer comfortable in the room. She could not move me at the time of my complaint due to the hotel being full for Mother's Day weekend. This was my first and last time I will stay with the Hampton Inn Suites. Make sure you close up all your bags so you don't take home anything you didn't come to the Hotel with.

The Hotel is remodeling so the amenities weren't available. Overall this is a decent hotel and I would recommend it. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable the breakfast was good as well. I will definitely return.

Great environment, we stayed 4 nights. We will stay here again. I wish the hot tub worked, the pool is nice but too chilly for me. Breakfast is wonderful, best we've ever been too. They even offer on the go breakfast, where you call them, they'll make it and bag it up, hand it to you on your way out. The staff was so very friendly everyday, they like the job and each other. The bed and room was fantastic.

I stayed at this hotel for a total of 2 days and I have no complaints. The front desk Personnel and the room service individuals were excellent! I had the complimentary breakfast both mornings and the food was delicious! My friends and I booked our rooms a week before our arrival date and we all were able to get rooms at an affordable price.

Very nice and clean. The staff provided excellent service. I highly recommend. This will definitely be my Hotel of choice whenever I'm in town.

Location for an intermediate tap good. At first we had problems getting our booked room. It was argued with construction work — of which we knew nothing — in fact, for example, The pool is not accessible). Finally we got a very nice, big room. The breakfast was pleasantly good.

Needs some attention in the room. Lampshade had a "fur coat". Some mildew in the shower. Wallpaper missing/ torn off around thermostat. Otherwise all was good.

Great Staff great Doctor would reccomend.

They live up to their slogan. They really made me happy. And the staff was just wonderful. Next time I'm in Virginia I will be back for a good night stay. Thank you Hampton lnn.

The service was excellent and the desk clerk went out of her way to make a room available for me before the official check in time. This allowed me to be refreshed and ready for my son's graduation party! It's a standard Hampton but the service makes it exceptional!

I would call this a bare bones Hampton. Something seemed to be lacking in the room. Minimum items in bathroom had to ask for things that are usually in there. Breakfast was ok. But we checked in after midnight and checked out by 9 am so it was good enough for what we needed. If stayed longer may have given them less stars. The pool looked cloudy.

Easy access to freeway and close to food. If you are on business in the nearby area, this is a great choice for a good night sleep.

Rooms are very neat with friendly and polite staff. Very cooperative and understanding. Will use it when I'm in the area again.

REALLY awesome staff very helpful! Breakfast changed each day which is a plus, the pool looked nice gym was good had a TV so it was swell. Business center needs an upgrade very laggy but overall okay. Would recommend and possibly stay here again.

We stay with Hampton because of their reputation, however we will re-evaluate for future stays. The only reason for 2 stars is because the suite is big, and the staff is friendly. There are quite a few issues with room 321. The air conditioner does not shut off automatically, the lamp switch by bed is broke, the remote does not work — even after changing the batteries, and the toilet seat is about to come off. The plug in the bath tub had to be removed so the water would drain while showering. For the money the room is NOT worth it. Not even if they charged $50 a night as opposed to the $155 we were charged. So very disappointed.

Nice staff, spacious rooms, located nicely with plenty to eat and right off highway so easy to get around. My only gripe is the water pressure in the shower is less then superb but not able to give a 4.5 rating on this app.

It was a mediocre Motel 6. We stayed 3 nights and wished I had left after the first night. I have never been to a hotel that only leaves 2 bath towels in the bathroom. The bathroom tiles were loose, the hot water was horrible and very low water pressure. There were little black hairs on the shower wall. The side door room key reader didn't work. The breakfast sausage was tasteless and soggy. The lobby and elevator had trash all over the floor. This place does not come close to what Hilton brands represent. One positive is the bed was really comfortable. The owner should take note and fix this (start with the staff). I will not stay here again.

They almost gave our room away right before we got there, the pool was dirty, we stayed 3 nights and they only cleaned our room once. We had to keep calling guest services for new towels. The area around the hotel, the shopping centers and restaurants seemed deserted and run down. Never again.

This was a wonderful hotel, the maids their lefts notes for us and everything was in well order. I was happy to wake up every morning and go downstairs to have some of the free breakfast.

I was very disappointed by this hotel. Medication was stolen from my room. The new manager was embarrassed, but clueless on how to handle employee theft. I faxed the police report to her the following week with a request that she contact me about it, but she never did. I guess it wasn't that important. Totally unacceptable.

Location is great, very convenient to restaurants and things to do. Hotel staff is very nice and the rooms are spacious.

The A/C did not work in my room where my family and I were staying. So we spent a very, warm, uncomfortable night. The next morning I asked them to check into it and fix it if possible. They said they would. When I arrived that evening and inquired about the status of the A/C nobody had a clue that I had even asked. It was obvious that nobody had checked the A/C as it still was not functioning correctly. So we spent another very warm, uncomfortable night there. We informed them in the morning as we were checking out that we were disappointed in their lackluster response — only then did they take any action. Too late. Extremely disappointed in this hotel and it is making me seriously reconsider staying in a Hampton Inn again.

The rooms were decent, but the outside door stuck.

The best place to stay. Everyone very friendly and helpful. Rooms Very Clean. I stay there every time I visit the area and heve never been disappointed.

It has an odor in the hotel the pictures do not resemble the quality when you arrive. Not with the cost the suite with the jacuzzi tub wouldn't trust it it wasn't clean and had a ring around it would never stay again!

Lots of shopping. Spacious rooms. Service was ok.

They were so helpful and efficient. We had a large group, arriving on buses, and they managed the check in process so quickly. Every member of the staff was nice and helpful. Would absolutely stay again.

I travel a lot for work staying in many different hotels. I stayed here on two separate occasions, for a total of 40+ days. The hotel was always clean, breakfasts were great, the entire staff was very nice. The front desk staff always very friendly, and helpful in getting around the area. The ladies who work the hardest in cleaning the rooms were awesome. Always a nice good morning when they would walk by. This is one of the best places I have ever stayed and will always go back when I am working any where in the area. I thank them all for making my extended stay an awesome one.
