Very great accommodations at a good price. The staff are incredibly accommodating!

This is one of the best hotels and the best motel I have ever been to. The customer service is amazing, the room is very clean, and there is a microwave and mini fridge in the room. The beds are very comfortable and the owners work hard to maintain a peaceful and safe environment.

I don't usually write reviews but the customer service there was the best I've ever had. When I opened my wallet to take out my debit card the owner saw the top few centimeters of my military id sticking up and gave me a discount without even saying anything. He then walked me over to my room, gave me a map of the town and VT campus, and pointed me towards a few of the favorite local restaurants/bars. This guy genuinely cared. The place felt safe and is priced really well for what you get. I'd go back for this level of customer service regardless of price.

Stayed at Red Carpet Inn two weeks ago. We were very pleased with location — easy to acess from Main street, near a good number of eateries and right across from IMAX theater and first & main shopping center. Place was well maintained. Our room was clean, in good condition and included a microwave and mini-fridge. Staff was very polite and friendly they were complimented by several other guests during our stay. We will stay here again soon while visiting our daughter.

The owner is very kind and accommodating. The room was very clean and adequate. The bed was a little hard. It could use some updating. But overall it was a good experience.

Have stayed there for years when in Blacksburg for football and other events. Clean, no-frills accommodation. Friendly staff. Low cost. Love it.

Great pillows. Close to Starbucks, CVS, and the cascades falls. Very clean! Guest services were extremely friendly and accommodating. Water pressure great. We will definitely be staying here again. — smiths and Simpson's.

Inexpensive clean, rooms smell good. Bathrooms are clean well lit. Some of the fixtures are old but it is all in good working order. Key words, inexpensive, clean.

Not all the outlets worked and the carpet wasn't actually red. Other than that it was good.

Very nice and clean, looks from the road are definitely deceiving. Owners are a husband and wife, who live on property. Very clean rooms, saved a lot of money and got a good night's sleep.

Cheap place to rest. I'm thru hiking the Appalachian Trail and this place was affordable and easy to walk to restaurants nearby and shopping. Room was clean and manager was friendly.

The location is convenient, yet pulling into the parking lot at certain entrances might bottom out a car. The overall look of the place is rather unappealing, however it is very clean and the rooms are well kept. The bathroom is not cramped, nor is the sink located outside, which I find very useful. The furniture is nice and the room comes with a decent TV with many channels. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Decent price for the area. Adequate, clean, safe rooms although a bit dated and could use some minor repairs. Pool was boarded over. Friendly staff that stayed late when we were behind schedule to arrive. Overall would recommend for the price.

Located about 10 minutes from Virginia Tech. The room is decently sized with two beds. The owners come and clean each room every day.

Scary looking from the outside, but very clean and pleasant inside. The only downside was that the beds were as hard as rock. However, otherwise it was excellent and the location was convenient.

When we had to leave shortly after arrival, the woman at the front desk kindly refunded our bill in full. Very impressed.

Very impressed. Not what you'd expect from a motel. The man who owns and runs the place was very personable, and professional. Quick check-in, clean room, quiet, and no issues at check-out. Would highly recommend.

This is a wonderful Inn at a fabulous price! Harry and his wife are very accommodating and make you feel right at home. The beds are very, very comfortable and I got a great night's sleep. It was nice to have a microwave and refrigerator in the room. I was pleasantly surprised by the wide range of TV shows available — didn't miss any of my tennis! Everything you could need is right here and it is very handy to the college. Thank you for having me again!
