Nice clean and the front desk was awesome and very helpful. Room was beautiful and very clean. Jacuzzi hot tub was everything.

Was told our tiny quiet dog was ok for the week. Now the rudest worst human we've ever met told us to take him to a shelter instead. 0 stars.

We have always had a wonderful experience here, great breakfast and pool too. Convenient to z beautiful town. I forgot my wallet a week ago and they held it for me til I came back through. Amazing management staff and check in and out is super easy. 5 star.

It was my last night of a 10 day trip to CANADA and the room was Beautiful and Everything was so Nice!

We stayed here on the way back home from Nashville. The hotel is tucked away off the road so make sure you don’t accidentally go to “Comfort Inn” that is highly visible off the interstate. We arrived late and made that mistake, but were set strait by the kind receptionist who said she works at both hotels. The rooms were clean, spacious, and up to date. The breakfast was delicious (best of our trip) and they had a great community breakfast area with lots of seating options. The stay was of a similar quality to the nearby Fairfield Inn we stayed at on the way down, but at a better price. Definitely will come again if the need arises.

We stayed in the Abingdon location Comfort Suites our room contained a jacuzzi tub inside the room outside of the bathroom the room is very spacious with plenty of the microwave and refrigerator.

The staff is excellent! The location was a little hard to find at 2 a. M and rainy. Construction made it hard to get out in the morning. Overall a good nights sleep and clean room. Bathroom could use a little maintenance or an upgrade. Very clean though.

I was the head housekeeper there 3 yrs and I wouldn't stay here or work here and if u knew what I know you wouldn't either! "Just keeping it short & sweet" ☺ I guess they wasn't too lucky to have me I was let go with no reason nor explanation!

The shower did not drain properly. Also I stayed in a handicap accessible room on the first floor, where possibly service dogs had been, and was bitten all night on my legs by something. I don’t think that it was bed bugs; but the front desk attendant told me that it was “possibly from the service animals who stay in that room. ” The two women who work at the front desk are extremely accommodating and the women who prepare the breakfast equally courteous. I would stay in that hotel again and just be adamant that I do NOT want to stay in a room where any animals have been. They need to do a thorough cleaning of that room.

We enjoyed our large king room, it was nice and clean. This hotel offers a very quiet, and homey atmosphere, and the decor is fresh, and new. They offer a great breakfast, with a wonderful variety of choices. The indoor pool is heated, and the hot tub is relaxing. There are lounge chairs poolside, as well as table and chairs available, and showers before leaving the pool area. The staff is polite, helpful, and always smiling. I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling, or to locals who just need a short retreat.

My wife and I stayed here several days while visiting our daughter and found that the staff were more than very nice and accommodating. Kate the manager always checked to see if all was good and if we needed anything. Breakfast was good and the rooms are big and spacious, if you haven't stayed here yet and plan on visiting Abingdon to see a show or just passing through check this hotel out.

Got out of the shower and got a towel off the shelf and was drying off and noticed actual feces on the towel! Got to looking at all the other towels and some where on them also! We went and asked the guy that worked there to come get them and see them. He got into the room and smelled and looked at the towels. He said Yes it is for sure feces. He said. Not sure why they would wash them and put them back in here. They normally throw any towels with feces away. He took the towels and gave us 2 more towels
Next morning I got the room bill and Nothing was taken off our bill for having to dry off with a feces towel. I went to the Owner and he said that the guy told him they were just dirty towels. Never said anything about feces! I said well I feel that we should be given a discount for that. He only gave us 29.05 off our 113.00 bill! I called him back on the phone after we left and he told me that he just talked to the guy and he told him there was no feces on the towel! Such a huge lie!
I am so livid on how the owner handled this situation! Needless to say I will never ever go back to ANY comfort suites again! We always go to the Holiday Inn express but they were a little to far from where we needed to be. Wish we would have just went a little further and stayed at Holliday Inn they are the best for sure! Not to mention the shower head had mold all in it and the elevator stunk not sure what the smell was in there. Also not even a half a roll of toilet paper.

Very clean, comfortable beds. If the indoor pool was warm, the hot tub was not scalding and the breakfast was eatable then it would have been a 5.

We have stayed at this hotel twice. It is comfortable, clean and very convenient to the Virginia Creeper Bike Trail. They will accommodate bikes in the rooms. They have an awesome breakfast and very friendly staff. If you plan to bike the Virginia Creeper Trail or hike the Appalachian Trail in SW Virginia, this is the place for you!

Heartfelt Hospitality… I had special needs and health issues that required I was confident about the arrangements before arriving. I had constant changes in my own agenda right up until my arrival date. I talked to Jamie via telephone numerous times and my concerns were washed away on every issue. Her alone makes me give this hotel the highest recommendation, but the entire staff felt like a family inviting me into their home and sharing heartfelt hospitality. I could tell you wonderful things about them all invididually, but I will keep this short. Thank you Kate! And thank you Brandy, LeAnne, Destiny and Hildy. I hope to see you again when our convention returns in two years!

Amazing staff! This is a professional establishment. They took care of us the whole time. They accommodated us last minute and made our stay magnificent. From the owner to the kitchen staff. Our Scouts absolutely loved this facility and we will use this hotel again and recommend it to anyone who reads this post and needs a great place to stay. Bottom line, amazing staff, clean rooms, swimming pool and a great breakfast. FYI we had 50 people spend the night and they easily accommodated our very large group of which 42 were youth under 18.

Everything is great. They are very nice and accommodating. The continental breakfast is good and has varieties to choose from.

My family and I spent 1 night at the Comfort Suites. The staff was super friendly and the room was large and comfy. Everything was clean and tidy. The beds were super comfy. We highly recommend.

The room was okay. Squeaky beds, dirty blanket and the bathroom was not clean. The staff was super nice and the breakfast was okay. On the day we were checking out the cleaning crew started cleaning our room at 10 am we were told check out was 11 and so when we came up from breakfast to finish packing she was already cleaning our room and said she had no idea we were checking out that day.

Hotel manager Kate was very kind and very accommodating during our stay. The king bed rooms were spacious and clean and the complimentary breakfast was good and healthy. We have already scheduled to come visit again. Great hotel.

Upon arrival the front desk clerk was extremely accomidating got in our room and it was neat and clean bed slept very good air worked good shower was clean woke up breakfast was a full buffet all in all very nice hotel great staff easy access off of I-81 Happy Customer Here.

1. We made the reservation on line using choice privileges and was quoted a price. When hotel charged my card it was $1 more. Found out they charged for the room safe without asking. Just think in one night how much they make charging each room the extra $1. 2. At 8:45 am the breakfast bar was out of eggs, bacon, no yogurt.

We travel to Abingdon every other month for a week and this is the best place to stay. Very friendly staff, clean, and quiet.

There are 2 Comfort hotels located within a block of each other. The Suites is a newer hotel and very clean, up to date. 3 floors, pool. Free breakfast. The other Comfort Inn is in front of the Suites and it still needs new carpet and probably other improvements, but it cheaper.

Came to Comfort Suites on an overnight getaway and Were impressed straight away. The hotel is very clean and nice. The man at the front desk, Larry, was very attentive and courteous. We got a Jacuzzi suite and the room was well appointed and immaculately clean. Once our evening was winding down we decided to avail ourselves of the in room jacuzzi and there was a problem with the jets working properly. One call to the front desk and Larry was immediately accommodating. We were moved to a new room just as impressive as the first. Larry even offered to help with our bags. You just don't see service like that anymore. All in all it was a very pleasant stay and we wouldn't hesitate to return for another stay. I would highly recommend Comfort Suites in Abingdon.
