Had a COCKROACH on my face in the middle of the night! Needless to say, I didn't sleep at all for the rest of the night thinking I was feeling bugs on me! Our room was obviously NOT CLEANED. There was dog food and cornuts all over the room. Went to use the toilet and there were drops of urine on the seat along with a small, wet wad of toilet paper on the back of the seat as well. The bathroom WREAKED of pee like it hadn't ever been cleaned. There was also a small syringe begind the bathroom door on the floor! There were hairs in my sons bed, hairs in the ice bucket and some sort of substance on the fridge door. We were only refunded half of our stay and then given points for a future stay with them to "rectify" these deplorable conditions like I'm ever gonna stay at one of their hotels ever again. They weren't shocked at all about the cockroach which tells me they know they have a problem. And to not clean a room during a pandemic is completely dropping the ball! We paid a higher rate thanks to some senior citizen event going only for a nasty room and a nasty cockroach across my face. Whoever is in charge of cleaning should be ashamed of themselves!

Ugly rooms. Bathroom needs redone, towels were gross, curtains and bedding were so bad.

Stayed in the hotel last week. It was 109° the ac in our room was broken. Let the front desk know of the issues. They never fixed it. There was a bug inside the coffee pot. When I let them know they said they would take care of me Nd the issues. I got a refund for 16.00 (sixteen dollars) do not recommend.

The front desk woman was very rude and yelled at me when I asked for a handicapped accessible room. She was basically saying there was nothing she could do—and I asked her to put a note in about being on the first floor. She basically said “ok done” and it seemed really suspicious. When I asked clarifying questions she started yelling at me that she knew how to do her job. It was very dramatic and unnecessary. When I asked her name she said something that sounded like Samantha and hung up on me. She then refused to answer the phone when I called back. Literally, I just need an accessible room on the first floor. It wasn’t that big of a deal. She also told me they don’t have accessible rooms, when they advertise that they do…

No customer service at all.

Very great price. Nicely prepared breakfast. The rooms are a bit run down, but out makes it up by the great pool hot tub and staff. Stay here every time in Saint George.

My husband and I booked a two night stay here through our credit card rewards travel portal. We booked what was advertised as a pet friendly room. When we arrived with our pups we were informed that the pet policy was misrepresented on our credit cards website and our room was not pet friendly. Although the cancellation policy clearly describes a required 3 day notice, they spoke to our travel representative and gave us a full refund without question. The hotel staff was very kind and they did NOT have to do this. We will definitely keep them in mind for future trips.

They are friendly and the room was very nice. We were passing through looking for a room for the night, tried the first hotel we came to which was a Hampton inn, crazy expensive so found Quality Inn and they were great. I would stay again.

Nice room. Good A/C. (Believe me, that's important in Saint George! ) Clean room. We had a king bed, small table and 2 chairs. Good pillows. They have a pool and hot tub. Friendly staff. You can walk to several restaurants. Including McD's, Burger King, Dairy Queen and Black Bear.

This place is a joke. I’ve never met someone more rude than the staff that I spoke with. My girlfriend and I made a reservation for a night a few days in advance. The night we were supposed to check in we had a family EMERGENCY and had to spend the night at a hospital instead. We called the next morning to see if we could be refunded but they said in response to our situation “oh now you’re calling? We tried to call you last night and you guys never picked up. No refund for you. ” Not only did they lie about calling us as we never got called but he was extremely rude to us when we were already in much distress. I also got charged $90 for a night we never got to spend down there. What a joke. Safe to say I will never book another room at quality inn in my life. You really need to speak to the staff about hospitality.

This is our exclusive hotel when we come to St George Utah. We go to tuacahn for the Broadway quality stage-plays. This weekend Matilda and last weekend Cinderella. The swimming pool at the Quality Inn St George Utah is beautiful as it is surrounded with palm trees and many colorful lights in the evening. It is open 9 a. M. Till 10 p. M. And heated to an ideal temperature. The jacuzzi attached to it is just the right size for you and your party. The grounds are very very well maintained and beautiful, and the staff are so helpful and friendly. Tell Kurt at the front desk at check-in that Mark from Idaho sent you. The breakfast is very sufficient and included at no additional charge. Hot eggs and different Meats everyday and fruit and breads, rolls, biscuits. Hot and cold cereals. Yogurt milk coffee and juices. 6:30 a. M. To 9:30 a. M. Everyday of the week. Look for the discount in the options to get your best price. They have a lowest price guarantee also. We are very pleased with this hotel and stay here every time we make the 6-hour trip 2 St George from Southern Idaho on our way to Southern California. Very great price at a great location right off exit 6 on I-15. An excellent car wash right across the street and excellent eating choices all around including within walking distance. We highly recommend.

We are fans of this hotel! Great location. GoodGood break included with a lot of options. Queen size beds. Very clean pool and hot tub. It's not the most up to date hotel but it's great for the price, location, and pool. We will be staying here again for sure.

To say that this hotel was awful to stay in is an understatement. I do not know how it got a 3 and 1/2 star rating because it does not even rate one star. The bed was incredibly uncomfortable. The room looked dingy. We had originally booked for one night through Hotwire but realized we needed to stay the night before as well. When we checked in we were given our keys and expected we would be there both nights. We had come for our daughters wedding. As we were getting ready to leave we got a call saying that we had to leave our room and Change rooms because we only had it for one night and that we had a different room for the second night. This was not told to us the night before when we checked in. We had both had the most awful night we had ever experienced in a hotel but for convenience’s sake we were going to tough it out. The employee was hostile to my husband. It you intend to enjoy your stay, go somewhere other than the Quality Inn South in St George Utah.

I wish I could give this more than a 1 star review but our room was horrible! The cleanliness of our room was mediocre at best, the light switch in the bathroom was falling off the wall, the mirror was covered in big black spots, the cable did not work at all for the entire 3 days we were there. Two of the nights the parking lot was so full we had to park two hotels over and walk. The breakfast was okay. I will never stay at this hotel again. We had a mix up upon Registration and somehow got booked in St. George South Carolina, instead of transferring our booking and the money we'd already paid to St. George, UT they would not reimburse us at all, we ended up having to pay full price for a full weekend at two different quality inn hotels. This hotel is not willing to work with their customers at all.

Loved this hotel. Kids had a lot of fun in the outdoor pool. Staff was very accommodating and nice. Clean room with comfortable bed.

Nice place for the price. Pool was heated, but not much. It was still pretty chilly on a spring afternoon. Breakfast is typical, but above hotels of this price range.

Not the best room but the pool and hot tub area was above average. Room was satisfactory at best. Bed was good.

Room was kinda small, but comfortable. Breakfast is crowded, and they don't have enough towels for the pool when the hotel is busy. We did find a dead bedbug in the bathroom, but no love ones so they may be resolving a past problem.

I am appalled at the response I received for trying to book a group. Kurt (who was amazing might I add) had helped me get the information I needed. He encouraged me to contact Joy, their group reservations “specialist”. She was not willing to even let me make reservations for 10 rooms and sign a contract having the group call and place credit cards for their room. This is the policy for every place I have previously stayed in St. George. “Because we are a softball team, we cannot guarantee we won’t lose and want to leave early and they are out of one night. ” I told her if we reserve the room, charge us for it. She said no, every team says that and they end up leaving early. I told her I guess I will take my business elsewhere since she does not want it. She responded “Ok, thank you. ” Very rude, very unprofessional! Joy you just cost your business over $3, 150 for one weekend! Kurt, thank you for your help. You deserve a promotion, or else run!

We got there and the gentleman working the front desk was helping a customer on the phone. He was very rude to the customer. The room was pretty clean, but the cooling/heating unit smelled really musky when we turned it on. It almost smelled like mold or urine. We couldn't have it on at all.

Check-in process was fast and easy. Located close to the freeway. Beds are comfortable. They are remodeling some of their rooms.

Outstanding front desk attendant. I had accidentally left my purse in the lobby after breakfast. I had checked out and was on the road when I realized I had left it behind. My purse had a lot of cash so I was worried it would be stolen. The front desk attendant found it and kindly kept it safe until I could come back for it. All my cash there and everything in place. Im so grateful for honest, good, kind people in this world. Thank you.

I reserved a room at Quality Inn South Bluff St. In St. George, Utah. The morning of the reserved day, I paid for the room over the phone intending to let my son use the room. Then the whole deal fell through, because of some unfortunate breakdown of communication that turned out to be half-way my own fault. The folks at the motel promptly gave me a full refund even though they were under no obligation to do so, and maybe even took a loss on the deal. I recommend this motel and will certainly make reservations with them again.

5 stars for a 2.5 star hotel. Room was very nice and looked way better than expected. Had a 3:30 am breakfast for themarathon runners. Very helpful owners and staff. Will staythere again next year.

The lady at the front desk was unprofessional. I have never been treated so poorly at check in. I was surprised when I had to pay an extra $40 to get two beds instead of 1 on a priceline reservation. She asked if I wanted to cancel and when I reminded her the whole town was booked she said, "I know" and smiled. I asked if there was anything she could do to help me because I was surprised by the extra cost and she said, "No, I have to make money. " I'm not bothered by the $40 but by how rude she was about it. Later I told her I had never stayed in a hotel that was unwilling to help a customer in at least a small way. She then tells me she would have, but I was rude to her! I wasn't rude. I was polite, and a little shocked by her demeanor. I then noticed in reviews that other customers got this upgrade for $20. The room is small but appears clean. The pool is nice, but I will not stay here again and will avoid quality inns from now on.

Hotel was willing to change room upon request with a $22 additional fee. Breakfast was very good. Bathroom is tiny. Front desk clerk was very helpful and professional.

Room was clean and breakfast was exceptional. There were 6 different kinds of breakfast cereal, an espresso machine and the usual waffles, eggs and bacon. We only stopped while driving through, but are trying to plan a trip around staying in that hotel.

The room was clean and great! Breakfast was subpar but it was edible. Definitely a good value.

During check in, the gentleman (front desk) was very unprofessional. He was on his cellphone while checking people in. Our bedsheets & comforter had blood & coffee stains on them. The breakfast was okay, eggs were soggy & sausages tasted old. After we left the hotel I noticed I had a lot of red bumps all over my arms & legs. It is definitely a bed bug bites. It's awful! We will never stay in this hotel ever again.

This hotel is clean and nice. The room has a very large min fridge. The location is convenient with several restaurants nearby. The people are friendly and helpful. They do not have specific trailer parking, but don't mind if you park across multiple spaces.

I reserved the room a few days ago on Expedia. Went to the room with a card key and someone was already in it. Second room, had to go back and get the cards reprogrammed.

I was very pleasantly surprised with this hotel! The front desk staff was more than helpful. Room was great and had a better breakfast than we were used to having when staying at a hotel. Would definitely recommend staying here.

The room was basic, but clean. The pool was dirty and needed to be cleaned.

The first day here the man who was here as a stand in manger was going around with a clipboard checking rooms or something, with out first knocking on our door used the pass key to try to come in! Thank God I had the latch on, because me a Gun permitted owner it could have been a horrible situation for us all.

The rooms were fine and the breakfast was about the same as any other hotel out there. Not bad.

Old, dated, dirty, holes in walls and a dishonest staff! This is a $29 motel asking $50-$70 a night. Wore a brand new pair of shoes from my bedroom 2000 miles to this place where I took them off. Stupidly, I forgot them and called 2 hours later to report only to be told they weren't found. I told them EXACTLY where they were left and was assured housekeeping was 'honest' and that they would double check and call me back — it never happened. I'm a business owner and I would NEVER let this happen. This place needs some very serious attention all the way around. Old discolored towels, half the channels advertised on TV, no COLD water (yes cold! ), paper thin walls — just don't stay here. You can do much better for the price. I'm a frequent traveller who knows.

Sub-par housekeeping as well as leaving much to be desired about breakfast. Everything else was pretty good, though.

Stayed here for three nights. Met several members of the staff along the way, all were very courteous and helpful. Needed to extend our stay — no problem for them, forgot my toothbrush — here's a fresh one for you, need your room cleaned at certain time — no problem. Room was nice enough, but my kids really liked the outdoor heated pool and spa and they also liked the Disney channels available on the TV. However, my favorite part of the trip was the continental breakfast at this place! I can't think of anything they missed, helped us start our days right. Thanks Quality Inn!

A quite nice place for the price. The area is very nice. The only thing I don't love are the open layout of the buildings, rather than 1 massive hotel with all the room doors on the inside, the doors are on the outside.

Had a very nice stay at the Quality Inn St. George Bluff street. We were heading from Phoenix to SLC and needed a rest. It's pool is lovely with the privacy of the lit palm trees was just right after a long drive. Beds were comfy and we slept well. Breakfast was waffles and eggs and sausage and the other breads and cereals. The lobby was very warm and inviting as well. I would recommend this to friends as a nice place at a good price to stay at.

Motel was clean and bed comfortable. Was told there was a $3.00 extra charge to be on first floor. Also did not receive any hand towels after first night. We were not handicapped and choose to stay on second floor, but if you needed to be on first floor (no elevator) thought it was outrageous to charge the extra $3.00.

This was absolutely the worst hotel experience of my life. Am being charged for three nights and only stayed two. They were claiming the rate was $72 a night, and are charging my $82 instead. We arrived around midnight received our keys, and in the morning we noticed that the locks didn't work (We did not need a key to re enter the room) and went straight to the front desk. They told us they would have it fixed, not a problem. While hiking we received a voice mail saying they could not replace the locks and instead switched us rooms. When we get to the new room it smelled like cigarettes and even had ashes on the TV stand and burns in the blankets! I called the front desk to ask to be switched and the night guy informed me he had been told we were switched to a smoking room because it had been "assumed" we were smoking in the first room, and that if we were caught smoking in a non smoking room its a $200 charge. I explained to him that my friend and I do smoke, but not inside, and we had thrown our cigarette butts in the trash inside the room to not leave the outside looking bad. So after talking, he agrees to switch rooms (again) He comes to the door, and was being really cool about everything until he tells us to "take all of our things, and leave the stuff that belongs to the hotel. " to the new room.

Don't stay here! Was charged $175 for 5 hours of sleep. Checked in at 3:00am after driving all night on our way across country. Stopped here because it was advertised as cheap ($60) and pet friendly (we have a very small dog). Woke up at 7:30am to get started on the road again and was told we were being charged $175 due to the fact we checked in to a room that was not dog friendly (nobody told us at check in that there were only 3 rooms that allowed dogs). After explaining to the front desk we had checked in during the early morning and stayed for 5 hours I asked to speak with the manager, one was not available. The front desk agent finally called a manager (Henry), but I guess he told her nothing could be done. Sonia was the "manager on duty" yet she was nowhere to be found. There are so many other hotels in the area, STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. I've stayed in many hotels over the years, and I can honestly say I've never felt so ripped off in my life.

I normally stay at larger chains and I am on the road over 100 night a year. I pulled over to locate hotels that I would normally look for on my GPS in Quality’s parking lot. I noticed how clean and well landscaped the grounds were and my hunch was right. Great attention to detail out side is obvious also on the inside. Clean rooms, great rates, and GREAT PEOPLE! Thanks.
