I loved everything about this place! Very clean! Chairs and footrests on the patio, the view! Plenty of towels and toiletries, the complimentary breakfast brought to your room… this bed was amazing, we didn’t want to leave the room but did to eat dinner at cliff side which was sooo good! Can’t wait to go back!

Nice clean hotel with good views. No lobby or gathering place. Breakfast was adequate though lacking in choices and not good for people with allergies. Attached restaurant, however, is very good and a great value at lunch. Four stars if I include the restaurant.

It's a Gem! We highly recommend this inn for a couples get away. We enjoy our stay every time we come to St. George. We just love the views of the city as we unwind on the balcony or at the pool. The room is always clean and very pleasant. The bed is real comfortable; we sleep really good. The pool is crystal clean and clear. We love the location of the hot tub over looking the city lights when the sun goes down. The included delivered to your room breakfast is tasty and refreshing. The staff is wonderfully polite and very helpful. Thank you! It is a little more pricey compared to the other hotels below in the valley on the same night, but way worth it for us. I struggled with posting this review, because I hope they don't get overly busy due to all of the great reviews and then raise rates, haha. We come back every year! Well done Inn on The Cliff!

Great views! The restaurant is excellent as well. Get a balcony table by the railings! For the hotel, In my opinion, room 204 had the best views. But 205, and 203 should be pretty good as well.

Wow! What an awesome boutique hotel. The staff was amazing. From check-in to check-out. We came in from Mesquite to celebrate my fiance's birthday. It was a surprise for him We had dinner at the Adjacent Restaurant. Everything was perfect. The hotel staff placed a birthday treat in our room (they ask if your stay is for a special occasion). The accommodations exceeded our expectations. We both absolutely loved our stay! Also, Austin saw that I was on crutches from knee surgery and he placed us downstairs right at parking (I didn't have to ask). The rooms and view was amazing! We enjoyed sitting out on le balcony and sipping sparkling cider. The complimentary breakfast was just so perfect and the presentation was so cute. We will definitely be back and recommend this hotel and restaurant. THANK YOU for everything! L Baker.

I surprised my wife for an anniversary weekend. They sweet lady at the front desk showed up with an awesome cheesecake and a bottle of sparkling cider. The door opens and she immediately says "HAPPY ANNIVERSARY! " I ended up extending my stay one additional night, and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate me, help me save money to give me the best deal overall, but most of all — to make my stay 100% perfect. They did that! Hands down, they did that! The room was super clean, and every time housekeeping came in to clean, they vacuumed. Who does that?! I travel for business and I've never been in a hotels where they do that — it's obvious by the markings on the floor. I can understand after the stay. It was the little things. The SUPER little things that blew me away. I will stay there over and over again!

Beautiful setting on the cliff with an amazing view of the sunrise! The rooms are excellent, the entire staff is awesome! Loved the breakfast delivered to your room and the food in the restaurant was as good as I’ve had anywhere! The hosts and servers in the restaurant are first class! Our 2 day stay has been superb!

Amazing boutique hotel overlooking the town of St. George. The hot tub and pool have the same incredible view as the rooms which are clean, modern rustic and have the cutest balcony. Breakfast is delivered to your room in the morning and is delicious with variety. The hotel also offers a restaurant with a patio overlooking the town, the food is reasonable and definitely gets your taste buds excited.

Such a lovely hotel! We stayed here for two nights as a base for Zion and Bryce. The staff are so helpful and friendly. The rooms are big, well equipped, really tastefully decorated and with a nice balcony. We didn't try the restaurant but it looked great. Highly recommendef all round!

We spent our honeymoon here. It looks like a motel when you pull up. We wondered what we'd gotten ourselves into, but once we walked into the room all of our worries melted. Everyone at the front desk was very kind and professional, and the view and room are immaculate. We weren't aware before we arrived that breakfast is provided by the hotel every morning. That was really nice to discover. You call the front desk to say you're ready and they bring it in. It was always delicious and included a homemade pastry. Room service did a lovely job. We will stay here when we're in the area from now on. We only ordered from the restaurant ("room service") once and weren't completely amazed, but that's a different review, since they're technically separate.

Very nice boutique motel. We had the heated, crystal clear pool to ourselves. Loved the view, and oh-my — goodness! the restaurant exceeded expectations. Jennifer at the front desk was just incredible. We look forward to staying here every time we're in St George.

We loved our stay here! They were very customer service oriented. They had chocolate truffles on the pillows and even had hot chocolate as well as coffee. My daughter loved that!

We loved our stay here! The room was really comfy and had such an amazing view! The bed was pretty comfy and I slept pretty good on it. The pool is heated and the hot tub was amazing at night. Such a good dinner at the restaurant! We had the ribs and the fried chicken, both were so delicious. In the morning they deliver breakfast to your room, which is very good and refreshing. We will go back for weekend trips!

Not only are the views unbelievable, the rooms updated and gorgeous, but the STAFF is incredible. We were treated with absolute kindness by Jennifer, who was thoughtful and thorough. She gave my son a sweet gift and went above and beyond to keep us comfortable! She was honest and kind! When we called to book, Austin was SO accommodating and friendly. The breakfast is served right to your room, and is SO yummy. We will DEFINITELY be coming back!

Wonderful transformation of an old airport motel. Have stayed here half a dozen times over the same # of years. Very clean “modernly” appointed rooms. Great view as suggested by the name. The attached restaurant is very good even by my New York standards. It also is an exception to the rule that a restaurant with a view rarely has good food.

I had the best experience at the hotel. It is everything everyone says about it and more. Picture perfect. Great restaurant. Awesome views and great location. I'll be back.

The check-in woman (Jennifer) brought cheese cake and a bottle of Martineli up to our room because we had just been married! The breakfast kitchen was accommodating for my wife who has Ciliac and gave her a gluten-free muffin! It had an incredible view of St George! The only things we didn’t like was the curtain was difficult to open and close and the restaurant was rather expensive. We didn’t eat there, just looked at the menu. But other than that, it was lovely!

Attended event put on by Intermountain Audiology about hearing loss contributing to dementia. Room the meeting was held in had amazing view, seeing that the restaurant and associated hotel are built on the edge of a steep cliff that overlooks most of St. George and the magnificent surrounding cliffs and mountains. After the lecture lunch was served and it was, as usual for this restaurant that I'd eaten at several times now, good eating with chicken breast or salmon as the main portion and rice or pasta as the carb. Dining on better than the norm food, with such a spectacular view makes the slightly higher than normal restaurant costs more than worth it.

We enjoyed a beautiful room with a beautiful view. They have a very nice modern updated look and feel. I would recommend. 3 stars because of management not taking care of us after cutting off our hot water, and ruining our schedule that day, and messing up our key cards to only work one day out of 2. Most hotels would have given a partial refund on cost to cover such things.

Love this place. We've now been able to stay there twice while visiting family in the area. Obviously the view is the best in the area, but what you won't know until you stay there is that they have a hot tub that is often under used, and open to maybe just a couple people. The rooms are updated, the beds are super comfortable and you can even get Netflix on their large new TV's. They bring a delicious breakfast to your room, and the staff if super friendly.

Stunning views, clean, comfortable and updated rooms, friendly staff, and delicious complimentary breakfast served daily! What more can you ask for?! My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed two nights as we hiked and explored nearby Snow Canyon, Zion National Park and Bryce Canyon. Highly recommend this beautiful inn on the cliffs.

The room was nice and looked to be recently remodeled. It was clean and the bed and pillows were comfortable. Stayed here with my wife while we visited the In-Laws. The view of the valley is nice day and night.

My husband and I recently stayed here and had an amazing time! Jennifer was so welcoming and made sure our night was special when she heard it was our honeymoon. She even brought dessert and sparkling cider to our room as a surprise! The room was beautiful and so were the restaurant and pool. Our server at dinner, Ally, was really sweet and attentive. You can't beat the view here and having breakfast delivered in the morning. We can't wait to come back for our anniverary!

We had a great stay in a single king bedroom. Quick and easy check-in, greeted with mini mint truffles on the bed, amazing view over St. George. Comfy bed and pillows. I love love loved the breakfast delivered to the room — just had to call and they brought it to the room within ten minutes. Super cute.

Great value and a super location. Sits high above the city and every room has an amazing view. Friendly staff and a restaurant attached, although it isn't open on Sunday (welcome to Utah). But this will be my regular spot in St George for sure — great experience! PS: Super clean, comfortable beds and linens.

This was our second visit here. The bed is so comfortable. Rooms are nicely appointed. The restaurant is great. Looking forward to a 3rd stay.

The Inn On The Cliff is a hidden gem. The staff are all very friendly. My room was very beautiful. The complimentary breakfast was excellent. The pool is great. It has a wonderful restaurant. The view is absolutely stunning. I will absolutely come back!

My family and I loved the three nights we spent at the Inn on the Cliff. The rooms were beautiful! The amenities, including breakfast delivered to the room each morning and the world class restaurant attached to the hotel, made our stay so special. Our grandkids loved the gorgeous swimming pool and hot tub right on the cliff overlooking St. George. But, most of all the super-friendly staff were so nice! They really made our stay wonderful and memorable. Five stars! and Thanks!

The room was awesome! The staff was excellent! It was cold and a little rainy, but they heated the outdoor pool so my girls could still swim! Our view was incredible! They brought complimentary breakfast to our room! We will definitely stay there again!

The service at this hotel was impeccable. From the moment we arrived, we were treated very kindly and with the utmost respect. There was a small mix up with our reservation, and the staff upgraded our room for the 3rd night we stayed. We dined at the restaurant and enjoyed an amazing meal. The waiter, Sky, was knowledgeable about the menu options and was able to provide detailed information. He went above and beyond to provide us with great service. We stayed in both the 2 double queen room and the Grandview king room. The rooms were clean and the mattresses were extremely comfortable. The oversized balcony in the Grandview room was a plus, but the views of the cliffs and mountains were excellent from both. If you're picky I would recommend a room on the 2nd floor (top floor). We stayed with the intent of going to Zion National Park, which is a bit of a drive (less than an hour), but it was definitely worth the extra drive to stay at this hotel.

Really enjoyed staying at this hotel while we golfed around the area. We were able to golf at 5 different courses by driving about 45 minutes or less from this spot. The view is amazing and the rooms are clean. It looks like a great place to stay if you're looking for a romantic getaway as well.

Great location. Loved the view of the city and watched the sunrise from our room each morning. Breakfast was delivered to our room each morning; yogurt with fruit, fresh squeezed orange juice, and a cinnamon roll made in a popover pan. Relaxed in the saltwater pool and hot tub each evening which also has and incredible view of the city. Nice beds and accommodations in the room. Would definitely start again. Thanks!

This is very likely one of the best hotels I've stayed at! It has a phenomenal view, great furnishings, comfy bed, super clean, big TV, modern design, a hot tub and pool with a view AND it's next to a great restaurant. Did I mention the prices were quite reasonable too?

This hotel was exactly what we needed for our sister getaway weekend. Even though a small mix up on room with another tenant, they resolved quickly and provided us a credit to their amazing restaurant. The rooms were so charming. Decorated rustic modern (just like the pictures) and were warm and inviting. The views! They were absolutely stunning, sunrise or sunset. We decided to use our gift card that night to their restaurant and service was superb. We were so happy we didnt have to go far for delicious food after our drive in. We highly recommend the coconut shrimp app and molten cake dessert. We dined on the patio with mysters on and sipped our wine. Derek was our waiter and was so fun. We were able to take our wine back to the room since they 'corked' it. Since we ordered the dessert last minute, he offered to deliver to our room (since it take 10 min to bake). Derek arrived with dessert AND two glasses of milk cause he thought we'd need them. Hands down the most accommodating service ever received. It didn't stop there, the following morning we called in for our complimentary breakfast. Shortly after it arrived and was perfect. Orange juice, monkey bread, and yogurt parfait. Soooo goood! On day of checkout I asked if I could purchase the bread separately, they said no, but offered extras to take on the road. All in all, this boutique hotel was perfect and outdid themselves. The staff was so sweet and accomodating. We can't wait to come back.

Had a wonderful stay. The location is perfect for day trips up to the park. The rooms are nicely updated, although we did find ours had very little storage (likely the unique layout of the wedge room). The delivered breakfast is a nice touch, but I'd like to see better coffee options (not a Keurig fan). The structure is older, so you can get noise from above, but thankfully our neighbors were considerate. All in all its a great place to stay in the region.

Wonderful staff! Great manager Jared! Always looks slick! The chef Chad Kezos makes the best food in Southern Utah! Erin Woodbury was the server and is great! Always eat here when I go to St George.

Loved the Inn on the Cliff! Definitely will come again. Courteous and gracious staff, clean and modern room with plenty of pillows! Beautiful views from private deck and pool & hot tub. Continental breakfast brought to your room upon your call. Ate on the deck at the Cliff restaurant, loved the food, city lights and atmosphere. It got a little chilly but they had heaters and blankets for dining guests. Brought dessert back to our room. Everything was great! Perfectly pleased with our first experience at the Inn on the Cliff!

I heard about The Cliff from a friend. It's met and exceeded my expectations. All rooms have an excellent view. The bed is very comfortable. I'm anxious to try out their restaurant tonight.

I didn't actually end up staying here. I travel quite frequently and spend thousands of dollars per year on hotels. I thought I had some business in St George in the morning on Tuesday so around 10am on Monday (last minute) I called and booked a room for that night. When I checked with the office after I booked the room I found that I actually didn't have an appointment in St George. Around 2pm on Monday when I should have technically already been check in and charged in full I called to tell them I wasn't coming (I explained my situation) and I was going to ask them if by any chance I could at least have a little reimbursement. They reimbursed me in full! WOW! I have never experienced that before. Thanks for being human and actually listening to me. I will definitely be staying here next time I am in St George.

We had a good time here but we did have a few complaints. Pros: The view is awesome, rooms are updated nicely, loved the beds/sheets. Cons: We stayed in 101 and Room 201 had the LOUDEST screen door so we heard it opening and closing a lot from 2 AM — 4 AM. Not the hotel's fault necessarily but if you get unlucky and have active upstairs neighbors you will definitely hear it. I hope they look into making that door smoother — we asked to be moved to 201 to avoid the problem again and we saw first-hand how sticky/loud that door is. Also, the air conditioner/heater is quite loud/strong. It was like an arctic wind blowing on us. Luckily we didn't need to run either much since late February has a great temperature outside anyway. Also breakfast is quite small, we probably would've preferred a continental breakfast with more options. Overall there were some problems in my opinion so it was just okay.

What a nice spot! Tastefully remodeled, and absolutely immaculate. The staff made us feel welcome. The restaurant had a deck to take advantage of the view, and sun. Service was great, and food was also well prepared. Iwould certainly recommend this spot!

We enjoyed our one night stay here. The rooms are small but beautiful and modern. The view from the room was the highlight, as well as the excellent food from the nearby Cliffside restaurant. Complimentary breakfast delivered to your room in the morning was great. Nice staff, everyone there was welcoming and helpful. The only downside of our stay was the level of noise. You can easily hear the upstairs guests walking around and opening and closing their balcony door. If you are a light sleeper be sure to request a 2nd floor room. The walls and ceiling are thin, so expect to hear the other guests around you, the noise was pretty disruptive at night.

We had been driving for hours and this became our "safe place". Our little family had been driving for hours and came to our hotel and it was everything we wanted and more! The rooms were great family friendly, the view was amazing and each room had a balcony. Clean, very nice staff and the breakfast was a nice change from the traditional hotel breakfast! We will defiantly be back! Thank you.

As a vendor for these guys I have to say I'm impressed. I see each room on a regular basis, and they do such a good job at keeping them clean and comfortable. I asked a staff member recently what their rooms go for on average, expecting something in the 200+ range, but was surprised when they said they sell for about 150 per night. You can't go wrong here.

My husband and I stay here on Sept. 4.5 and we can tell you this is the best place we have stayed in ST. George in many years.
The room was clean and wonderful, view excellent, service excellent, restaurant was excellent, the pool wonderful, we had a great time, and would surly be back.
I would highly recommend Inn On The Cliff, there would be only one thing which would make it better for us and that would be Coffee served in front check in or on patio in the mornings, the coffee maker in the room was not good.
We will give a rating of 10 out of 10 even regarding the coffee, I would just plan to bring my own.

The staff are incredibly welcoming and the room was extremely comfortable and clean. My wife and I appreciated the sparkling cider left in our room when we checked in as part of put honeymoon trip. The restaurant had some of the best food we've had and an incredible view on top of the cliff of course.

The staff and service was excellent, room was tastefully decorated and spotless! The pool was also very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. Amazing view from our room and the pool, and very well priced. I would go out of my way to stay there again!

My husband & I really enjoyed our stay at the Inn on the Cliff. The view is awesome and the pool/hot tub also have a gorgeous view. I found every staff member to be very accommodating and seemed happy to be taking care of us. They seem to go the extra mile for their clients and it was much appreciated. Food at the resturaunt was very very delicious and the staff was very friendly and efficient. Good place to take someone you want to impress. Not crazy expensive either.

Comfortable beds, friendly staff, great view and next to an excellent restaurant. No breakfast bar here. They bring you OJ, fresh fruit and a warm sweet yeast roll delivered to your room! Actually I hate to give it such a good review because next time I come to St George they might be booked! =) Rather they do a good business because they deserve it in spades. Wouldn't stay anywhere else in that town.

Inn on the Cliff is by far the nicest hotel that I have EVER stayed at! I surprised my mom for her birthday with a one-night stay, and it was amazing. She and I are VERY picky when it comes to hotels, and this place exceeded our expectations. The room was very clean, the amenities are amazing, and the staff is great. I loved how well-lit the bathroom was. All of the rooms have an awesome view from a private balcony overlooking St. George. The pool. Wow. It is right on the cliff next to the hotel. The jetted hot-tub will be open all winter! Best views in town! The pool is always so clean. You can really tell how much love and care is put into this place. The owners are sweethearts, as they want to make sure that your experience is fantastic. The restaurant on site is amazing as well! I have absolutely nothing bad to say about this place. It's no surprise that this place is ranked so high on TripAdvisor! Read their amazing reviews! Thank you Inn on the Cliff for making my mom's birthday the greatest! :).

What an amazing experience! The rooms look just like the photo. We spent our evenings sitting on the balcony looking at stars and the lights of St. George. The staff was courteous and attentive, we had a great time staying here for two days. The tile work on the floor and wall were fantastic and the bed was one of the most comfortable I've slept in in a hotel. Any time we're in St. George, we'll be staying at the Inn. I can't stay anywhere else now.

My family stayed there this summer. Such a fun place. Amazing views from the rooms, the pool, and the restaurant. The food was some of the best we have had. We had a great dinner over looking the entire city. I still talk about some of the dishes we had there to friends. Then in the morning they have the breakfast brought to your room. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

My husband and I stayed here on our wedding night! The rooms are absolutely beautiful! They have the perfect use of space and decoration without feeling cramped. The rooms all have a beautiful private balcony with an unbeatable view of the St. George Valley. You get to see the sunrise in the morning from your bed! The beds are so plush and heavenly, you won't want to get up! The pool and hot tub, brand new and they are literally on the edge of the cliff! So scenic and pretty! The staff are all so friendly and helpful; they will bring you anything you ask for and they do it all with a smile, unlike some of the staffs at other hotels. They bring you a free breakfast in the morning with a little cup of fruit, yogurt and a few other delicacies including delightful freshly-baked pastries! Book early, because these rooms go FAST! The owners are so nice and friendly and personable. The restaurant next door, Cliffside Restaurant, also provides stellar service (and amazing food! ) Really I love everything about the Inn on the Cliff.

The is a combination Restaurant and refurbished motel, perched on a bluff overlooking St George. The hotel itself is a multi-unit box across from the old St George Airport. It in an restaurant alone. It is not landscape as of yet, in fact so brand new that the pool is not even open at this writing. It is not definitely the best face of a hotel and does not let you know what a world-class good experience it is Each room opens up on to a private patio, right on the other side of a beautiful glass wall taking in the view. Such a fantastic view! Utah is the home of the thousand mile view. In the end takes full advantage of it. The room is fresh decorated with a combination of Pottery Barn Ikea influence. The pictures they took actually don't do it justice it is even nicer than the photos. For me, having a mattress on top of a box as opposed to a box spring is not a plus, but I slept well and work for me is a soft bed. Hey big spender! The brand new 50 inch screen was nice for sports, the service was excellent. Let's get to the details that make travel to a spot like this so pleasant, a tic tac toe game and few other games for the kids or maybe those adults would like to play games. Fine linens and bath towels, the greatest man ever, free water, a decent little refrigerator tucked away in a beautiful Ikea style, blond wood cabinet console, and the best chocolate mints you ever wanna see.

Rooms were updated and modern, great decor. We had a problem with our TV when we first checked in and they fixed it asap. Service was great and staff was very friendly! Continental breakfast was brought to our room upon request and was original and very tasty. Very quaint. LOVED it, we'll stay again for sure! (Awesome view as well;).
