Nothing to report, great service to airport.

Lots of peeps were unimpressed, and I ain't gonna call them wrong, but personally I had a great experience. I remember a unique layout and an absolutely poppin continental breakfast. Things may have changed from when I went but I was widdit!

The restaurant closed an hour early, so I missed dinner when I arrived. The staff was somewhat apathetic towards helping customers. Accommodations were reasonable for the price.

The pool and hot tub close to early for being a working-class hotel cuz most people get off too late to be able to use or utilize the hot tub the food in the restaurant is pretty good and the prices are reasonable. The prices of the rooms are reasonable and the rooms are good size you can request one with a balcony which is nice. The rooms do not come fully stocked I had to ask for extra soaps and things like that the first night I was there.

Very good hotel on the outskirts of the city close to the airport. A Subway nearby as well as the hotel's Grill restaurant otherwise not much.
Building composed of 5 levels. The last one being first.
Typical US room, 1 king size bed, flat screen TV and DVD player, Micro wave, table and iron, coffee maker, fridge, microwave.
Sufficient electrical outlets including 2 at the night table with USB.
Free Wifi but mediocre quality and USB plug on night table clean and functional room.
Laundry, gym, beverage vending machines.
Swimming pool (towels), Jacuzzi and sauna noisy air conditioning.
Breakfast.

Sheets and pillows stunk. Walls are so thin, heard all conversation and coughing and hacking from guy in the next room. Floors dirty and toilet not clean. Free breakfast, but poor quality compared to others. About right for the cheap price.

What they don't tell you is there working on the place and if you need to sleep during the day stay somewhere else. Otherwise it was fine.

Friendly service, even despite some renovation work going on. The continental breakfast could have been a lot better though.

The staff was great. The accommodations were only what you would expect from an affordable, 'nothing special' hotel. However, it was very inconvenient that they were selling their old furniture to make way for new. I understand that such things must take place to keep a so-so hotel from ending up a shoddy hotel. Yet, it was just bad timing and inconvenienced us. That, and the workers and apparent purchasers were questionable individuals in both appearance and language. I found them to be unsettling and their choice of words offensive. But if I had really wanted and/or been expecting more, I would have gone to a more upscale hotel.

Great hotel very conveienent and great staff. Hispanic waitress was best we very had I left her a $21.00 tip.

There were lots of good things to say about the suite we stayed in. It was nice and spacious and we really enjoyed our room. The only reason why I am not giving 5 stars is because our standard room experience was not the same (we stayed twice). It was clean too, but parts of things were falling apart, like the shower curtain and there was no water pressure in the shower. The hotel has a very nice pool area and great breakfast. The staff was friendly. The only downside is that you have to drive to get to restaurants.

It was nice, room's are clean. Very snug kind of feel. Has a pool and jacuzzi outdoors. Nice room to bathroom ratio.

Excellent front desk staff, especially Kirsten, very good people working in the breakfast room. Good solid breakfast! Excellent Airport Shuttle Driver — Dean. He's very focused on Customer Service and satisfaction! Kudos to the Airport Roadway Inn.

Extremely Clean. Pool was Clean and the Grounds Well Maintained. The Grill/Bar was reasonable for the area. The Staff was Super Friendly. The Amenities were better than expected. Definitely will be staying there again in the future.

The stay here is always great! The rooms are large, and the shuttle service will drive you to and from the airport. This time, we tried eating at the in house restaurant, and we're suprised by the good quality. It's a little pricy, but you get a lot, and it's good.

Very convenient to airport and downtown as well as fairpark nearby with great staff and very nice breakfast included. The hot tub and sauna open year round is nice touch.

Pros: It met the per diem rate, it seemed clean, the breakfast was good, and the three staff members I met were very pleasant. Cons: It truly reeked of smoke and air freshener when I arrived, and the Wi-Fi was unprotected. (Who does that? )

Nice staff. Treated me as an airline customer the same as a regular paying customer. Standard Comfort Inn breakfast. Clean room.

Put us in an area occupied room. Failed to ever have fresh coffee as advertised. Did not complete the requested 4am wake up call. Threatened leave us (the free shuttle) if not fully loaded by 4:30. I literal failure of service at every opportunity. I will be contacting corporate to pursue a refund.

Stayed for 2 separate days from a tour group, (Tuesday, & Thursday) and had a great experience with them. Rooms are large and clean, the Wi-Fi is speedy and reliable, and good amenities.

Airport gave me a room there due to screw ups with my flight. Clean, comfortable, and quiet place. Bed was great. Room was spacious. Shower was hotel. Woke up for breakfast and it was great! Real hot food is always a plus. Plus they offer shuttle to airport. Wasn't here long but I would def stay again if I'm ever back in town.

I left my iPad charger in the room. One month later was back at the hotel and asked about it. Maria had put the charger in a bag with my room number and date on it. I was very happy to get it back after such a long time.

Clean, courteous and cosy!

Food was a bit $$ but well worth it.

Not a great experience. First room had no air conditioning then after sitting in the lobby for over 30 min and finally getting into another room, it smelled like urine. We won't be recommending or staying there again.

Awesome hotel compared to the price.

Clean room and bathroom. Great service. Great food. Complimentary beer and appetizers Monday through Friday. Try the meat loaf.

Stayed here after a full day of driving. Really clean rooms. Comfortable. Great showers!. Full Continental breakfast was really good. Affordable. Would recommend it.

Paper thin walls. I could hear everyone around me. Room service walked into my room at 5:30 in the morning UNANNOUNCED! just walked right in, then came back at 9:30 banging on the door again for "HOUSE KEEPING". Check out is 12:00, house keeping shouldn't even be trying that early. Keep your employees up to date on what rooms are being used. Never coming back again. Thanks for wasting my money and keeping me up all night.

Only complaint. No internet. And when there is internet. It might as well be dial up.

I joined a tour and we stayed here for 2 nights rooms are clean and cozy, but breakfast is not acceptable — extremely slow in refill. and only complaint is the lift is located in the other end of the hallway, very far away, especially when u have a big luggage.

ON 9-21-10, I tried calling my wife when I got home from work at 12:00AM (I work nights). I didn't have her room number, so they refused to connect me and HUNG UP ON ME without explanation. I called again thinking it was a mistake. The man who answered the seconds time, said he wouldn't connect me and said he was going to call 911! As if the Utah police were going to come to California. After I asked what the problem was, he HUNG UP AGAIN!. I then called the corporate office. The decent lady who answered, couldn't believe the story and finally connected me to my wife through a bit of work. I'd give — 5 stars if I could. I've lost count of hotels I've stayed at and NEVER been treated so rudely. The night people at this hotel should be UNEMPLOYED so a qualified human being could have a job. BTW, I carefully monitored my temper through the whole process and never said an offensive word or raised my voice. I would have liked to have had this discussion in person to see what kind of Neanderthal was running the place.
