Best BW yet, very clean smells clean no dust or fingerprints &friendly staff.

Nice and clean rooms, beds were very comfy. Front desk was nice but when called about the TV not working they told me they'd sent up someone to fix it but never did. Come to find out I just had to wait a minute for the cable to load… couldn't they just have told me that? Besides minor set back very comfortable and I would stay again.

Very neat and nice hotel. Easy to get to on the highway even if a bit outside the city center. The rooms are nice and with all the services, clean and tidy. The kitchen is not present. Breakfast is included and is continental. In the structure there are also a swimming pool, sauna and fitness room. Despite these services the cost for one night was really limited.

This hotel was convenient to the airport and provided a free shuttle. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub along with a nice breakfast. The staff went out of their way to help us. The rooms are very clean and we were provided everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again. The only negative is that there are no restaurants near ANY of the SLC Airport hotels.

As 3 star hotels go, this is one of the best. They realy aim to please. The front desk staff is professional and kind. The breakfast foods are satisfying and palatable; better than an average continental breakfast. The public areas and rooms are very clean and smell good. I will be back at this hotel when I am in the Salt Lake City, UT area.

I'm afraid I can not give this hotel a good rating. I have stayed in other Best Western PLUS Hotels which are much better than this one. Also compared to other hotels in the local vicinity I would pick one which was more customer friendly.

Needed a shuttle to the airport at 5am. The person who run the airport shuttle had called in sick. The lady at the desk had a cab for me the next morning waiting outside and they paid for my cab. I was very pleased with the way I was treated. Would recommend this hotel and will stay again.

Nice & spacious rooms. Continental breakfast was okay, nothing special. Did have a waffle maker and yogurt though. Some improvement of dents in the wall in hallways and towel rail could be made. Beds were comfortable. Close to airport. Stayed for one night.

The hotel where I HAD a reservation (made last march) said they did not have one for me. And the only room they had available was not to my liking, room or price. Thus I went looking in that area. Then a Best Western saved me at the last minute. Thank You. Jimmy Walker J. M. W. Jr.

Very well maintained hotel and ideally located in relation to the airport. Good DPJ included. Restaurants nearby. The room was spacious and comfortable. Very professional welcome.

The hotel was fine. I had a very frustrating and bizzare experience with the shuttle to the airport. I called the hotel before making a reservation to confirm whether they had a 24 hour shuttle because I had an early flight. They told me they did. When I checked in, she told me the shuttle service did not start until 7am, but that sometimes they work with other hotels but that they would have to get my shuttle at 4 instead of 5 when I wanted. I said that was fine. She said she would call my room when she confirmed with the other hotel. She never called, so a few hours later I finally called. Talked to a new person. She told me they don't do shuttle service until 7am, and I told her what they said on the phone as well as what they told me when I checked in. She seemed frustrated and said she would try to find me a shuttle. She eventually confirmed one, again for 4am. Woke up around 3 to get ready. At 325 the front desk called my room and said the shuttle had to be changed to 330. I said I would hurry and got down there about 330. No shuttle. At that point I heard her call another hotel to see if they could give me a ride and she was told no by that hotel. At about 345 I heard her call someone else, and eventually a taxi showed up around 4am. To their credit, the front desk personnel were polite, and they also paid for my taxi. However, the run around was bizzare.

I had very inconsistent experience with the hotel. This first night I stayed it was a wonderful experience; however when I stayed a week later in a room adjacent to the one I was in before it was a completely different experience. No soap in the shower, slow draining tub, and an air conditioner unit that did work. In the 12 hours I was at the hotel the temperature on dropped to 72 from 78

Nice clean spacious rooms, front desk clerk was nice and courteous. The bathroom could be bigger. Parking lot is well lit and the hotel is in a quiet area. All in all, an enjoyable experience, I will be staying here agajn.

The free Wi-Fi didn't work and the location is close to the airport but not close to anything to do. The walls seemed pretty thin as well. If it was a lower price and the internet was fixed I'd give it a better rating.

Clean, comfortable room. The staff was very accommodating — they let me use the unoccupied meeting room for my TRX workout. About the only complaint I can muster is that the in-room refrigerator did not have a freezer (for my reusable ice block).

The hotel is very nice, clean and appears to be new or remodeled. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was quite spacious. I like the friendliness of the front desk, they were very accommodating and helpful. I didn’t like housekeeping barging in before 9:30am and the breakfast could use some help. There was paper thin bacon and eggs folded with cheese in the middle along with a variety of pastry options. The usual beverage stations were also there. I’ve been to many hotels and the breakfast, albeit a wonderful gesture is not one of the better ones I’ve experienced. Perhaps I stayed the wrong night but overall I wouldn’t recommend this hotel if you’re someone who likes to have retail stores and food options nearby as there are none. Just one diner a mile or so from the hotel. I would recommmend it for excellent service and a great stay experience.

The Pluses: Very friendly and helpful front desk staff. Great breakfast. Clean. The Minuses: A lot of little things… Saggy bed. Broken floor lamp in a dim room. Odd odor: not quit mildew but almost. Warm, not hot, shower. Would prefer bar soap not "gel" from dispenser stuck to the wall. Broken down seat in the breakfast room. Dinky coffee maker in room. Dial-up slow internet (remember dial-up? ). Signs of deferred maintenance which, if fixed, would make this a much better value.

Nice big comfortable rooms, a great breakfast. The kids loved playing in the swimming pool where they conveniently have a bathroom with a shower, shampoo and conditioner. Very affordable.

Very nice! Hot tub was luke warm so we let them know and they came in right away to heat it up. Staff was awesome! We had a good time.

Didn't even stay the front desk service was so bad. Rude. Said room was $170 a night, while it says $72 online. Wouldn't match price.

Like new condition and a very reasonable price (under $100/night) for being so close to the airport. Definitely would stay again. Only negative is there are not a lot of food options close by.

It was in an amazing location. Very easy to get on the highway and go into downtown Salt Lake. The staff was really nice. The only bad thing I would say is that the breakfast wasn’t that great but overall it was a great hotel to stay at.

This hotel is very nice, no cleanliness issues. However the staff was rude and the breakfast host put breakfast away at EXACTLY 10 am when I and 6 other people were trying to make waffles. She was incredibly rude about it and extremely unfriendly. Her alone made my decision that I won’t stay here again. Then, our door wouldn’t stay latched so you could literally push it open without the key. I didn’t complain about this because I hadn’t noticed until the next morning when the neighbors kids were coming in and out and made the door rattle. Putting 2 stars is generous, but since the room was paid for by a family member, I felt it was fair instead of 1 star. However, when I’m paying, I will not choose this hotel. There are TONS of hotels around this property and I’ll choose one of those next time.

Be careful if you stay here, they call their guest liars and don't believe a word they say. Our stay was horrible, I recommend you stay across the street at the Hampton inn. We were staying in a suite on the top floor, and the people next to us from 12am-4am, were having a very loud party. Called the front desk to complain and she told us they had complained it was us being loud. I told her we were all trying to sleep, but kept insisting it was us making the noise! So I asked her to come up and see, she said she would, but after 20 minutes of waiting I gave up. We checked out at 4am, we just couldn't take the noise and disrespect anymore. When we went down to the lobby the desk clerk actually told me she went up there heard them being loud and asked them to stop… really she did? I waited and waited and she never came. I told her it was 4 hours of loud partying and I had enough and just wanted to leave. It was a horrible experience and I have never ever been treated like that before ever! She basically called me a liar, then lied to me. I thought about calling the owners, but it looks to me like they are a family. So I figured I'd better warn people what they are getting themselves into, bottom line is they got their 90 dollars and thats all they cared about, definitely not a guest. Like me And a good paying guest for that matter… also they told us the pool closed at 11pm… it was closed by 10pm. Beware.

This hotel is very close to the airport and has a convenient shuttle to and from. Also, only about qt min from temple Square. The facility is clean and tidy. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Would recommend for short term accommodations.

Hotel was nice. Breakfast was awesome, a step above other hotel breakfasts. Parking was kind of lacking as we were driving a moving truck but overall it was a good stay. Shower could b updated, not much pressure.

Terrible. I made a reservation online through their website which does NOT ask for age. I’m from Montana which allows 18 and older. I got to the hotel after 10 hours of driving, to be turned away because I was only 19, not 21. No big deal, easily got another hotel. BUT, they charged me 2 nights and was told they can not refund me. Now I’m negative in my account, cooool! Lots of help.

I have been to a lot of hotels in my travels. The Best Western Inn & Suits in SLC had to be one of the worst ones I have ever stayed in. There was hair in the shower stuck to the wall and in the drain. Along the edges of the room looked as if they had never been vacuumed and the lay out of the handicapped room was near impossible to fit even the smallest wheel chair through let alone turn and move around and be comfortable. I would not recommend anyone to stay here for the price they charge per night.

Clean. Friendly staff that were accommodating. Free breakfast was great. Chairs in breakfast area need to be replace because you fall into them while trying to eat. Ii say on the edge. Other than that very quiet. Nice stay.

Nice place to rest, no fancy, complimentary breakfast is great, 4 stars because it took more than 30 minutes for the shutter to arrived and picked me up from the airport.

The rooms were very clean and even though it was near an airport the rooms were quiet. The price was right and easy to get to the sites we wanted to see.

Comfortable beds. Comfortable feeling when you first see the hotel. There was a strange smell in the room, my husband thought it was cleaning products, I thought it smelled like mold. Other than that it was fine and I would stay again.

There are many hotels in this area to choose from. I like the rewards program with Best Western. I did not encounter any problems with this hotel. It served exactly what I needed. I was only there one night on business. They had no problem giving me a late check out. I was not able to enjoy the breakfast but they did have 24 hour coffee and tea available.

My wife showed up at 10 pm and was there to check in. I am a platinum member and did not foresee any problems. I promptly received a call from my wife at that point in which she informed me that our CC did not go through. The backstory to this is that I had stayed there for the WEEK prior and had even made mention of some structural problems to the hotel that was not recognized and would possibly save the chain $1000's if not $10, 000's in damage to the hotel and customer satisfaction (in which the person who refused to work with me on this was the same gentleman that I spoke with about the damage). I spent until 1:20 am trying to work with Best Western Customer Service and this hotel to get my wife out of her car which lies in between Salt Lake City and an International Airport with very poor lighting. Well that just increases the chance for rape, murder, abduction and maybe all of thee above. After 3 extensive calls to Customer Service in which they confirmed my CC had been ran and approved which at the hotel they say it was not approved. To add to this more when I called Best Western customer service one operator told me that it was all protocol that a third party form had to be sent back. Ladies and Gentleman I live in a very small community and I am a teacher in which I had 3 laptops out and 2 printers in which they all refused to work for some reason tonight. So the perfect storm is coming together.

Don't stay on room 114 at 4 am a delivery truck will be outside your window running very loud.

We had a very pleasant stay here. The beds were very comfortable. Good breakfast too. Waffles, omelets, bacon, and more. I think the bacon could have been cooked a little more though. But still worth it. Saves money on eating out. The only negative is the Wi-Fi. It was very weak and my autistic son wasn't happy about not being able to watch his you tube. But other than that, our room was clean and very cozy.

Everything was wonderful except the staff. Staff was very rude and they don't communicate well. Our flight got in very late. So we had asked for a late checkout and we asked if we could hold our bags the next day. The lady at night said yes.
House keeping came the next morning and yelled at us and told the rest of housekeeping that "supposedly" we have a late check out.
At 1130 front desk called asking if we were leaving. I said we asked for a late checkout and they said yes last night.
We left around 1145 and housekeeping was right outside our door waiting for us to leave.

The in-room restaurant ordering (take-out) is a rip off. Upon calling to order dinner — they (the people who deliver the food) said the best western menu was outdated and all items had increased in price! the hotel later refuted this claim. We wound up paying way more than stated on the room menu. My advice would be to cut ties with this outfit!

The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly. The beds and pillows were very flat and hard, the cleaning staff would fold up soiled and wet towels that we left on the floor for replacement. The breakfast bar cooked food left much to be desired, the waffle maker was awesome though.

Rooms were decent, if somewhat cramped. Most of the hotel staff were civil, but some acted like they were way above serving us. The rooms only had one tiny pillow (it was only about 1.5 square feet) per person, and they refused to give us more. We insisted, and they grudgingly took us to the back room and made us case the two extra pillows they had. There were literally no extra pillows for the entire hotel. My friend also needed an extra ice bag to place on a wound, and the woman at the desk treated her as if she was stupid. I would only give this facility a 3 because it was clean. They also screwed up transportation for our group to the airport, a service which we had scheduled months before. We almost missed our flight even though we left 3 hours before we were scheduled to depart. It was an okay hotel, and I can't judge the entire establishment based on a few snooty staff, but I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

Wish we could have stayed longer. Love the close proximity to the airport and free shuttle to get there. The room was clean, and all employees were pleasant. The bathroom and shower have dispensers with soap, shampoo, body wash, and lotion… so my little bag of allowable containers for plane travel were unnecessary. And the breakfast was delicious and plentiful! An added delight are the resident ducks who wait for bread crumbs to be brought out in the morning.

There airport shutle was over a hour late. We missed out flight out. Along with the beding was not clean. Would not want to stay again.

My family spent one night here during our cross country road trip and I have nothing negative to report. I checked online for availability, but all rooms were booked. When I called, a staff member was able to find an availability last minute for my family. When we arrived, there was no delay with our late check-in, staff was friendly, and room service arrived promptly. We stayed in a king bedroom on the first floor and it did not disappoint. This hotel must be fairly new because everything looked lavish. I would definitely recommend this Best Western Plus to anyone in the SLC area.

To start, it was easy to find and convenient to the highways. Located close enough to downtown to make it a quick trip to find some fun, it was also far enough away to be very quiet at night. The room was a nice size with a little sitting area, TV, and comfortable bed. The four pillows presented a range from firm to very soft, which accommodated both my husband and I. Breakfast was average. The hot options were underwhelming. Fake eggs or oatmeal. Two of three days the "eggs" took the form of patties with a slice of American cheese in the middle. The third morning it was molded into the form of a fried egg. Ick. Otherwise I had no complaints. The pool and other facilities were all very clean and quiet despite the hotel being very full.

The only problem is that the TV is locked with a key, or is unable to access the inputs. Try to connect my computer with an HDMI cable to watch movies from netflix, but the system will not allow it.

Just fine. Cons: Almost zero Wi-Fi connection and relatively lame breakfast. Pros: Except for those, all good. Free shuttle to airport. Expressionless but helpful receptionist.

Decent location for our work in SLC, Comfy bed, and decent rooms.

The room was very nice. Smaller than expected though for a king suite. I wanted to upgrade to a different room and pay the difference and they wanted to charge me for another room completely so I didn't do that. The staff were very short spoken and not as friendly as expected. Another guest asked the woman at the front desk if they could get someone to refill the coffee in the breakfast area and the staff member told her that she just got off that she will have to ask him and pointed to another staff Member. You could also hear everything from inside the room. I could hear the people walking upstairs and the people in the room next to me. Which is fine that's expected. This is also one of the first hotels that I've stayed at and I travel and stay at hotels quite often to not have any PPV movies or HBO channels or any kind of the better channels. Oh well though. For the price of the room $89+tax to equal $100 and some change the hotel was not worth it. I would recommend the quality Inn suite right down the road.

Here it is. It's not a bad hotel. I've seen way worse. The biggest thing I see is that the cleaning crew doesn't do a great job on the details. Sticky stuff on the tables, the delivery menu had something really gross all over it, and the breakfast area had crumbs all over the place and the one staff member brushed them on the floor with their hand. If management reads this, it's time to up the quality of your staff. Have them carry damp rags with them and wipe table surfaces off thoroughly. When they clean the rooms, check table surfaces, menus, cards, door handles, etc. Anything the guests might touch and DUST EVERYWHERE! Also, the ice machines look like their not running too well, and the ceiling above the ice maker on the second floor looks severely water damaged. These are the things I noticed. Maybe it was great at one point, has been bought by someone trying to save a buck, and we're seeing the beginning of the degradation. Don't know, either way, 3 out of 5 stars is very fair, and a little more effort by the cleaning crew could get it to 4 stars.

Terrible hotel! Almost zero connection to Wi-Fi on the third floor (two devices. ), the bathrooms have gas station style dispensers for all the soaps, plus there's BUGS! I woke up to dozens of tiny beetles all over the bathroom! The floor, sink, tub all covered in little black bugs. The front desk clerk was completely useless. All she did was smile and offer no apology, no attempt to fix it or anything else other than call later for a manager. There are plaenty of other places to stay nearby, pick a different hotel because this place sucks.

By far the nicest Best Western I have ever stayed at in my years and years as a business traveler. The hotel must be brand new because everything is impeccable! The rooms are very large and spacious and the house keeping staff their keeps that place spotless. I would highly recommend this hotel to business and family travelers a like. Close to the airport. Beautiful room and comfortable beds. The staff was pleasant and knowledgeable about area. Very pleased with our stay.
