Room is great! But a few dislikes the pool was not clean dirty water all over the floor and food pretzels on the floor you would think with covid and one family at a time u would clean in between. My other complaint I know its covid but come on u advertise happy hr and hot breakfast you can change it up to work with covid rules a dry bagle not excepible. We stayed at another hotel the last 2 days and they did amazing. It was our anniversary and we have one more night so disappointed.

We love the staff, the large rooms, their breakfasts, and we stay 4x a year, usually for 3 weeks! Housekeeping is excellent, also. It has become our 2nd home.

Friendly staff, great accommodations, and wonderful restaurants nearby.

Location was a little off the main road. Rooms were clean and nice with bedroom being separate from sitting room and kitchenette. Nice that they serve breakfast and light dinner meal (during the week). Not sure that you'd really need a kitchenette in your room if the hotel is providing breakfast and dinner though. Service was good.

Wonderful property all around. Meals, amenities, decor, etc. Hot tub was actually hot and pool was nice a cool. Suite was fantastic with full kitchen, fireplace, etc. Really, a small apartment. Staff was friendly. Not far off of I-15. Became a Hilton Honors member because of this stay.

The staff were excellent. The room was clean comfortable and I was able to sleep pretty well in the bed. The pool and hot tub were well maintained. The only thing I wished was better was the lighting around the bathroom mirror. It's hard to shave when the only light is in the ceiling behind you and behind a ledge. No light hits your face and it makes it hard to see the hairs and trims while shaving. The breakfast, although hot, is the usual fare of soupy eggs, salty batter, and strange potato-like circles. But I came for the night's rest and competitive pricing. I was pretty satisfied.

This is got to be one of the coolest places to stay in the Murray area. They just redid everything and it is awesome! Plus who has continental breakfast and dinner?!

Located in a perfect location in Midvale Utah, just minutes away from downtown Salt Lake City and the surrounding area, without being caught up in the traffic and hustle-bustle (plus expense) of downtown locations. Friendly and extremely caring staff. This property is currently undergoing renovations, which we were told should be completed by October 2018. Our room on the 3rd floor had already been remodeled and was wonderfully quiet and comfortable. The Monday ~ Friday Manager's Reception with beer and wine and light meal offerings, plus the daily breakfast buffet are included in the price, which make it a real bargain. We would DEFINITELY choose to stay at this property, should our travels bring us to Salt Lake City again.

Comfortable, clean and modern apartment style accommodations. Helpful and extremely caring staff. Weekday Manager's Reception and daily hot breakfast buffet are great perks. This particular location was undergoing renovations during our stay, otherwise, I would have rated it 5 stars. This Midvale location is conveniently located just minutes from Salt Lake City, but away from the hustle, bustle and traffic.

We had an extended stay here and found the staff to be remarkably helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. The complimentary breakfast is very generous as is the snack and drinks each weekday evening. I would highly recommend this hotel for family stays or those travelling on business that need a no fuss hotel where you can get things done. It looks like the current renovations are going to lift the standard of the rooms significantly and they were pretty good to start with.

This hotels decor is straight out if the 70's. It was really horrible green velvet. When trying to open a window for fresh air the window fell out! Their is no heat or air, just the ability to set a temperature, and it doesn't go lower than 65. I was supposed to be there for a week, but checked out after a night. This hotel is an exceptionally poor representation of the Hilton chain.

So, I checked in and the front desk clerk was very sweet. But when I got to my designated room and unlocked the door, a naked man was getting out of the shower? How in the hell does a hotel screw up rooms? Are u kidding me? The place in General smeeled terrible and was run down. Hilton… take your name off this dump!

Okay free internet (4 Mbps). Full size fridge, stove top in room. Good free breakfast and happy hours. Beds are a little hard.

This is a very convenient place for me to stay when I’m in town visiting my grandkids. For the most part it’s a very comfortable room. Generally pretty quiet and clean. The rooms are very dated and could use some updating. The little kitchen is a nice touch but could use a few more utensils. Overall it’s a nice place to chill after a long day with the little ones.

Awesome staff. Clean and crisp appearance everywhere you look. I was very happy with the stay.

Hotel starting to show it's age, but a renovation is planned to start in April. Staff is great and attentive. Location is convenient to ski resorts, shopping, and dining.

Room was clean, spacious and relaxing. The breakfast and dinner were great. I really enjoyed the complimentary drinks.

The front desk staff had screwed up the reservation and was not accommodating at all in trying to fix it. They left a dishwasher pod next to the sink in which my youngest child grabbed it and started playing with it. The paint by the pool was chipping, rusting and paint chips filled the pool and hot tub. How does paint rust on concrete? The manager did not try to fix the reservation either. I felt like I stayed at a motel 6, just paid double their price for it. Upon check out the front desk clerk tried to tell me that they don't carry dishwasher pods and that I was mistaken. This to me, was not a Hilton and shouldn't be carrying the name. I will not be staying there again. I gave it two stars just because the breakfast was decent enough.

Very conveniently located for major ski areas including Alta, Snowbird, Solitude and Brighton. Bus stop in front of the hotel. Shopping and restaurants at walking distant. The hotel staff is very helpful setting you up with ski shops for rentals, lif tickets, discounts and more. Spacious rooms, complimentary hot breakfast, free snacks/food several evenings of the week. Plenty parking if you bring a car. The one downside is that the walls are paper thin and you hear everything.

It's a fun place the most wonderful place just to get away from the rat race.

Really good place nice amenities Stafford wonderful and helpful and there's dinners and breakfast good place to be the maids are wonderful and very sweet and will help you with anything that you may need they go out of their way to be extra kind we appreciate them so much.

I think this used to be a nice hotel. Now it's rundown and messy. The halls looked like they hadn't been vacuumed in weeks, candy and garbage under the bed and paint peeling all over the pool floor. The room was spacious though and the location convenient.

My husband and I stayed here a couple years ago (back in 2015, I believe). It was the nastiest hotel ever! I could not believe it was a Hilton hotel. We found baby clothes in the couch from someone who had stayed in the room before us. The room had a horrible ant problem. It was very dingy and run down. My husband and I pretty much use Hilton/ Hampton for all of our hotel needs. It is very rare that we stay anywhere else. For that reason, we were expecting the same quality as all of the former Hampton/ Hilton hotels we'd been at, but that was far from the quality we actually received. We were so dissappointed in this hotel and will never return to this location.

The hotel is within walking distance of everything you need or want, the staff is very friendly and makes sure all your needs are met, the rooms are very large, clean, and stock with everything you need to cook and clean. Best hotel in the area.

Very disappointing. Felt like a Super 8 more than a Hilton. Older ran down down building in need of much maintenance. Staff was very nice.

Very lovely clean friendly place that truly feels like home. Centrally located and just wonderful. Excellent buffet breakfast and light dinner is a perfect compliment! I did not take advantage of the pool but the exercise room was adequate, albeit a bit small. Highly recommend for business travelers and families.

If this place were as nice as the staff I would give it a 5. Otherwise it's a 1-2 at best. The rooms are clean but literally falling apart. We would normally choose a holiday inn however it was just a little more to get a suite here with a separate living/kitchen/dining area. Free breakfast was a bonus and the pool area and parking was nice. Staff however went above and beyond to try and make our stay pleasurable, too bad they had to work so hard trying to fix so many silly inconveniences that come along with a facility that is long overdue for updating. Give these folks a raise and newer tools to work with and you've got a 5 star place on your hands.

Very clean very nice hotel. Room is nice and maintained. Staff was friendly and even gave me free cookies! Nice and quiet but still close to the freeway.

Professional, courteous, and extremely helpful… 3 words to describe the staff at this hotel. They handled my group of 78 people extremely well the entire week we stayed in Salt Lake City. Thank you!

I was only there for a convenient didnt stay in any rooms. However everything I saw looked clean and well kept.

Very poor rooms. The whole place is ran down. They gave me a room that maintenance was still working on and I had to leave again for another two hours. Awful place to stay. I will never stay here again.

Very pleasant stay. Love the breakfast and how close to everything. Many restaurants and shops. Had a double bed and was a bit small for me and my hubby.

The accommodations are very nice. It's a little rustic, but this stay had been very pleasant.

Everyone there is very polite. The breakfast is good. The rooms were great for our family of 6.

The staff is great. The food is meh. The heat control in the rooms is awful unless you like to sleep in a sauna and the pool water will erode the flesh off your bones. Luckily for them, the location could not be better.

Staff is courteous and helpful but the rooms and overall facility are in very rough shape. Our room had a leaky refrigerator and torn window screens.

Service and staff were exceptional: they let us store our skis in the conference room and were quick to assist us with issues in the room (we broke a glass). However, the building and rooms themselves are slightly outdated.

We got a 1 bedroom suite with kitchenette for a similar price to a regular hotel room. Free Wi-Fi, breakfast and even a free dinner M-Th that was unexpected. It wasn't super fancy but also above average in my opinion. They let us check in early when a room was available and were very pleasant. Would recommend this hotel! Close to many things.

Breakfast was great. The rooms are spacious, super clean, and the price makes it great for large groups.

Be Forewarned! Do not stay at this property until it is refurbished in January 2016. The term "fleabag motel" comes to mind. Carpet is dirty, stained and frayed. Blinds in hall are broken, privacy curtain has large holes from sun rot, wall paper is separating at seams, bath floor has mildew in grout, corners on "leather" furniture are worn, wood furniture is badly chipped. The elevator and rear entrance is filthy. I could go on, but you should have an accurate picture from the above.
