This place is amazing, great staff and wonderful rooms with free breakfast.

We didn't spend a ton of time here besides when we slept. We had 2 queen beds and a sofa. The shower was in a separate room than the toilet. The TV remote struggled — it worked sometimes and other times it didn't. Breakfast was fine — the fresh strawberries were the best part in my opinion.

This hotel is comfortable and quiet. The breakfast was great! (I had a travel companion with Celiac's so she has to eat gluten free and she found many gluten-free options! ) The thing that impressed me most was that we had a small miscommunication about our reservation and the front desk agent was amazing in dedicating her attention to make sure we had what we needed until we were satisfied. She did not charge us more for the last minute changes, despite having to change some rooms around and having a very full hotel that night.

The location is great for visiting Provo or Orem. The rooms are good and so is the service. Maintenance could be improved though. That might be why they were hiring for maintenance.

Very nice hotel. Extremely professional staff. The rooms are clean and well designed. The pool and garden area are very nice and relaxing. The hotel is close to any events that may be happening on or near the campus. I strongly recommend the hotel.

The hotel staff was very friendly. We had a late check in, and the staff was still very helpful and cheerful. The room was super nice and clean as well. The beds were memory coil mattresses so they felt way soft when we sat down, but when lying down to sleep they were very comfortable. Did not like the fact that in order to watch kids TV for my toddler it was going to cost $15 for less than 30 minutes. The bathtub had very low water pressure and took a very long time to heat up. Was finally hot after about 45 minutes. Also with weak water pressure it took almost 20 minutes to have enough water for a bath for a toddler (close to 1/2 full). When using the shower portion it had better water pressure but still not super strong… bathroom was unique because shower/tub was in a seperate room from the toilet. The breakfast spread was really good and had many options for all ages. They kept it stocked and clean during the entire time. I would definitely stay here again if I was in the area.

The hotel was nice enough. I had issues checking in, the room was paid by a 3rd party and the hotel messed up the issue in my reservation, and others in my group (this was a hotel issue upon resolution). Breakfast was above danishes but just alright. The pool was nice. The room a/c wouldn't stop unless I manually turned it off, something wrong with the thermostat. The toilet too extra effort to flush (you had to hold the handle down for quite a while and sometimes flush twice). The shower was fine just not my favorite type of shower head (either a mist or the massage sprays). The room layout was fine. Would stay here again for a decent price. Not near any night life, but where in Provo is there any. Has restaurants nearby and is a quick drive to a grocery store.

Nice, Large rooms with modern furniture and layout. Breakfast is simple and of a high quality fresh foods. Location and parking is convenient and free. The pool is modest and some of the bath fixtures could use some attention.

A nice Springhill. Gotta love Provo anyway. Funny though, how the Courtyard sister hotel shares the parking lot and they have the bistro inside with way better food options… hmmm… THAT must be why Courtyard cost more!

Great reception at the frontdesk, room comfortable, but always questioning the cleanliness of house keeping, I don't care if it's the Four Seasons I will undoubtedly find something or many things that have been overlooked by the cleaning staff Suggestion, bring your own pillow cases, a can of Lysol and a small bottle of bleech. Suggestion for management, maybe you should actually do just that, MANAGE! when you leave your staff unsupervised they become complacent and will eventually take advantage of YOUR COMPLACENCY!

The folks here really go out of their way to treat you well. I have platinum status, and got upgraded to the nicest suite in the building after a (minor) snafu with our original room. Additionally, and I realize how strange this sounds, this is the first Springhill I've stayed at where the hallways didn't smell… funky. Bonus points for that. Beyond that, a typical Springhill: standard breakfast options, well-decorated lobby, spacious rooms, a clean pool area. Walking distance to a few dining options, and reasonably close to the Provo River trail. Next time I need a hotel in Provo I'm probably coming back here. Worth the money.

We were there for two days and were comfortable there. They had a pool and a gym and the staff was always kind and helpful if we needed anything. I would totally stay there again if I ever need to.

We had a fantastic experience at this hotel. The front desk staff were all helpful, cheerful and kind. The rooms were clean and well kept and the breakfast was top notch for a hotel continental breakfast. But we had an experience with the hotel managers that sent our experience above and beyond what we expected. Thank you Tenney and Scott for making my little family feel so welcome and my children so important. They're still talking about it! We will stay again.

I attended a meeting in one of their conference rooms. It's a very nice hotel. If the rooms are as good as the conference room and lobby, you should enjoy your stay.

We used to stay here in years past and really liked it, but when we stayed here in Aug. 2017, the floors made our feet black and the pillows smelled and made my eyes swell up. Until they fix those things, I think I will look elsewhere next time.

We used the confrence room for a family event. The sound system was not great but other than that the room was perfect for our needs. The staff was friendly and helpful and accommodating. It was a great location and we had a great time.

I wasn't too impressed with this place. The heater worked all night not stop and it was loud! I could not figure out how to work the shower and the couch my son slept was super uncomfortable. The only good thing about this room was the spaciousness of it. I would not want to stay here again.

Seems new and stylish. Very nice room. Pleasantly surprised.

They remind me of a cheap spec home. Yeah, they are clean at the surface, but definitely a budget motel. They have zero padding through out the hallways and rooms, cheap cheap cheap. They are kinda like a kia.

We had no problems at Springhill Suites when we stayed there. The room we bought had two beds, a couch, TV, closet, and two seperate rooms with the bathroom stuff. They have a pool, but no hot tub and the breakfast was delicious. It had cut ham, cheese, cooked eggs, cooked sausage and potatoes, grains, and drinks. The couch turns into a bed also.

Great place for families. Lots of space! Good breakfast. Close to BYU campus.

Loved staying here, staff was friendly, even in the middle of the night. The check in and out was seamless and the room was clean and comfortable. Also, if you have work to do, very conducive for productive activity.

I will definitely stay here again if I go back to Provo. They upgraded my room for free. It was really quiet, I couldn't hear neighboring rooms. Everyone was really nice. Great experience. If you stay here make sure you put the do not disturb sign on your door. House keepers came at 8:00am and woke up my kids but other than that it was wonderful.

The bed was extremely comfortable compared to many hotels beds that I have been in. The spa area in this hotel was nice as well.

The rooms are great, the front desk is great, the price is great, and the free breakfast is great. The housekeeping sucks big time! Got to the hotel at 3:30 pm, picked up our key and headed for our room. The room hadn't been made up yet. Hung around for 1/2 hour until the maid finished. Next day we left our room at 8 am returned at 1130 am and our room hadn't been made up yet. Went to lunch returned at 1 pm. Our room hadn't been made up but the maid's cart was parked in front of the room across from ours, went to our afternoon meetings. Returned to our room at 3 pm, the maid's cart was still across the hall but our room still was not made up, went and sat in the lobby until 3:30. Returned to our room and it was finally made up! Not pleasant experience!

We have stayed at this location several times. We stay here when we run the Utah Valley marathon. Rooms are clean and nice and I love shower is separate from the toilet. It is a beautiful hotel with a great location. We had a small issue when checking in during our stay last week, nobody was at check-in desk and we waited in lobby for 15 minutes before staff showed up. Everything else was wonderful.

Very classy hotel — you feel it right as you walk in and see the gorgeous lobby. Rooms are spacious, well designed, and comfortable. Continental breakfast is actually a breakfast; not just store-night muffins and cereal. The staff is friendly and helpful. If you're looking for a nice place and are considering this one, go for it!

Nice big rooms. There's no on-going maintenance issues for the whole property. The bath and toilet are in separate rooms. The king bed suites don't have any spare plugs near the bed for your phone. The dual queen suites have a table that blocks the draws in the dresser from opening. The beds are comfortable. The lighting is good. The desk is usable to work on. The Wi-Fi is fairly fast.

Someone called and complained about us making noise. My husband and i… watching t. V. Before midnight on a Saturday night! There was no noise?! I wad the only one awake! … no hot tub which wasnt disclosed. … and they have a speed bump in one of the stairwells which I totally fell and hurt my leg.

Amazing location with modern look and amenities — spacious huge rooms — more than our expectations.

I stayed here with a bunch of people from my company and loved it. Close to lots of restaurants and the Sundance ski resort. The conference room was perfect for our training. Hotel staff is always helpful and very friendly. My favorite is the free hot chocolate.

SpringHill Suites helped a veteran who was making his way back to Texas. From the kindness of their hearts they helped facilitate him in his time of need due to the service he provided for our country. Thanks Springhill Suites for helping take care of one of our countries verteran's.

I came onto town for funeral. Ethan the desk concierge checked me in understanding that I was in a hurry. Ethan was very understanding and wonderful to talk to. Our rooms had been recently renovated. Great mattresses, small fridge for our drinks and snacks and newer showers. We enjoyed the hot tub and pool area when we had a chance. Shirleys Cafe is in the same parking lot offering the BEST SWEET ROLLS for breakfast, lunch or dinner. I will definitely stay here again!

It was clean. If I didn't live in provo and was just visiting, I wouldn't mind staying here.

The bathroom is separated into two sections. One just shower and sink, one just toilet and sink. Kinda of weird, but it works. Room was comfortable and clean.

I have stayed in this Springhill Suites more than 20 nights over the years. We always stay here because it is a great location and it is clean. This time it has been disappointingly dirty. I took a shower to find there were no towels in the room.

Spacious and clean rooms. Heated swimming pool. Easy access to the university and local shopping. Very happy with my stay here for a quick couple nights.

Clean and comfortable rooms. Many nice added touches like easy Wi-Fi Access, walk in closets, magnification on the bathroom mirrors, and business work space. Perfect for business or family travel. Breakfast was beyond my expectation with a large variety of high quality food.
