Great rooms, staff and all around wonderful place to stay.

Room location was perfect. Great view, Always a wonderful breakfast and enjoyed our morning talks with Valarie. The front desk always greats you as if your family. Even got warm fresh cookies. We met the General Manager, Lindsey, who was very enjoyable, warm and friendly. Lindsey should be very proud of all of her staff. Johnathon was very friendly and helpful.

It's a nice hotel in Provo. The staff were friendly and were nice about changing a room from a king bed to two queens. There are plenty of places to eat close by. The interstate isn't too far away and neither is shipping.

I was in Provo for the first time ever, having stayed at Hamptons year ago in other locations. My work travel reservation was a bit messed up on my end, and the wonderful-caring-empathetic staff was amazing! If it weren't for their efforts, my trip could have been a downhill slide. The rooms exceptionally clean and comfortable. Even warm cookies at evening! Thank you so much, and hopefully will be back there to see the gorgeous mountain view from my bed through the window in my room.

This was the best hotel I have ever stayed at with a team! The staff was great with us from beginning to end. Mike booked our 17 rooms, Jonathon and another staff member made sure we had all the room keys. He also made sure the meeting room was open for us. Valerie made sure there was plenty to eat for my runners for breakfast. This was an amazing staff. Our rooms were very clean and great! We will stay here again in the future for sure!

Nice place. You can't really walk to anything too much traffic. No bar. Just a nice place if you need somewhere to stay for the night.

Stayed over the weekend with family, visiting family. Great breakfast service as usual (though their new orange juice tastes strange), love the provided newspapers, clean rooms, and service common with other Hampton Inns I've been at. =) Though I give 4 out of 5 stars because despite having the required clean bedding, the beds didn't have sheets that stayed on well. =/

Chelsea is AWESOME. I entered the wrong address and wound up at the wrong Hampton Inn! The addresses were very similar but 2 different Hampton hotels near each other. After a long day she helped me order another Uber, called the correct hotel to make sure everything was sorted out. Above & beyond! So kind & sincere.

Super clean. Great indoor pool area. Located right off the interstate near Utah Lake. Jonathan at the front desk both evenings we were there was so friendly to every person walking in and was helpful as well. When we return to Provo, we will stay here again. Thanks for a great nights sleep!

We received the hotel room as a gift. It included the romantic package which was a nice touch. Overall it was very clean and a step above the typical cheap hotel rooms.

Very friendly and kind staff. Wish there was a restaurant inside the hotel though. Break really good and FREE! Will definitely stay again.

Staff is so welcoming and friendly. The rooms were outragiously clean and comfortable. I loved that they are dog friendly and dont have any hidden pet fees. The hot breakfast spread was huge and I really appreciate how late it was available. We will definitely be returning!

Best hotel experience. Free Wi-Fi, free breakfast, free newspaper, pool and hot tub, close to fast food and good sit down restaurants, great freeway access. Love the staff — they even had free ice scrapers during the storm.

Staff is very helpful, nice, and accommodating. I would heavily recommend this place simply for that reason. The breakfast standard yet delicious. Easy to access and fair prices for rooms.

We used the Hampton Inn Provo as a home base for a weekend getaway. A great value, with pleasant staff, a much better than expected free breakfast, and clean, quiet rooms. Easy freeway access but this is further away from the center of Provo than one might expect. There were many families and some school groups staying there, but we didn't notice them. The pool looked nice and was an attraction for the family guests. A recent update made the rooms pleasant, although this is not a newly built hotel. Only drawback for us were the pillows. We hit the local big box store to get larger and firmer pillows, but the housekeeping staff was great and would have worked something out if we asked. We had a great stay.

Beds are a little firm for my taste, but clean and well made. Room was very comfy for an extended stay. Couch, footstool, microwave, fridge, desk, and everything else. Price wasn't to bad either.

Instantly greeted with a warm "hello", fresh baked cookies, hot tea/coffee/chocolate upon my arrival during a sudden snow storm that hit town. Quick check in, clean room, and excellent service… as simple as can be. Room had everything needed. Breakfast was the best ever! Clean, great assortment, and organized. Truly the best staff I've ever met… thanks Valerie and Jennifer! Many thanks to the rest of your team there too!

I stayed here for about a week on a work trip. My room was comfortable and the hotel staff was very friendly. No complaints!

We were able to attend a concealed fun course at the hotel. We had a room on the ground level and 50 people were in attendance. The temperature was regulated well, and we were given cold ice water for the 4 hour meeting.

Clean, nice but TV is a bit dull, the tv's next door have Netflix which is nice to chill with.

Love this place! It is well kept, great location and breakfast is good. What will keep me coming back is the PHENOMENAL staff! It's like staying with family.

Locations is good, conference room is big, but they only have 1 unfortunately so make sure you book early. Clean, affordable and good staff. Would definitely recommend to any business.

We were here in October 2017 and were treated wonderfully. On Friday of that week it was my daughter's birthday and they put together a little gift basket with a couple of her favorite things to make her birthday extras special. The breakfast is great and of course the beds are the best. Great location across from the mall, near sizzler. Clean rooms and quiet! Jacuzzi and pool clean and operating. Valerie, Mike and Johnathan went the extra mile to help us feel at home.

This Hampton inn, as all others have done, took care of us with great service and standard hot breakfasts. The room was clean. Everything was what we've come to expect.

Easily accessible, located near freeway. My visit was for a work conference. Room provided was large enough to comfortably fit about 30 people. Hotel provided chairs, a projector and water.

Great Hotel with nice friendly staff. Valerie in the breakfast room is a star. Good clean rooms and plenty of parking and near by restrarsunts and MalI. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. I satayed for a week and have been coming here for the past 4 years.

Very clean and smelled so good, not like other hotels I have stayed but clean and fresh smelling. The staff were very friendly and made us feel welcome. Used my navigation on the phone to get here and it was simple. Loved our stay here!

The room was comfortable. The bathroom and living area very basic. The room has a desk, mini fridge, and microwave and the bathroom has a standard shower. Service was good with the staff acknowledging me around 80% of the time I walked by the desk in the lobby. They offer a very basic continental breakfast each morning. There were a couple mornings were they served some horrible sausage links but it's good enough to get you by.

We stayed in Provo Utah. We booked online with a 3rd party and requested a king with hide away bed. Something happen with the reservation that mixed up our room. We ended up getting just a king bed. Kinda sucked with two adults and 4 kids. But we just made a tent fort and made the best if it. The next day they fixed it and we got the room we expected. Still a great hotel and the breakfast lady is super cool. I said 3 star but I give it a 4.

Stayed here with my family during the festival of colors. The rooms were clean anf the staff was very helpful. The free breakfast has a variety and my family enjoyed the indoor pool! Would defiantly come back!

Despite its location the Hampton Inn in provo has been consistently one of the quietest hotels I have stayed at. This is around the 5th time I have chosen this hotel and despite the fact that I have stayed in almost every hotel in provo this is my favorite. The staff is friendly and accommodating and the breakfast is delicious.

I originally rated this at 5 stars on my previous visit, but my return visit was not as good. Prices were $20 higher, rooms were so heavily over-sprayed with air freshener that I could barely breathe, and both beds in my room were not very good. The great Staff here, clean rooms, and the great pool& spa keep the rating high. Here is my original review from my previous visit, just over a week ago: Staff were friendly, polite, and extremely helpful; rooms were immaculate (very very clean) ; swimming pool & hot tub were great, crystal clear! And… No allergies here! The free hot breakfast, standard at Hampton Inn, was also good.

I travel quite a bit but this was my first time in Utah. The hotel had a quick check in & friendly staff. My room was clean. Wifi went on and off but it could have been because I chose a room wayyyyy at the end of the hall… which I regretted because the room took a while to warm up and the noise from people going in and out was a bit bothersome. That wasn't the hotel's fault. Rookie mistake. Breakfast was typical for this brand, which is a good thing. But let's get to the important fact… they have excellent coffee. I would definitely stay again. Thanks Hampton, for being my home away from home.

Very clean and well taken care of enviorment.

I love Hampton Inns for the most part but stayed in this one Nov 21 which after checking in realized they had no hot water. Was never notified at check in. Called the front desk which said maintenance has been called. Hot water restored 2am but went off again before 7 am. Barely had a warm shower. You would think a reimbursement would be in order.

Internet was kind of slow and the breakfast food wasn't amazing but it was decent, service was great and rooms are clean. Weight room smells kind of bad but the pool area is clean and well kept.

This was a first class stay. Very nice, friendly staff throughout the property. Clean and comfortable rooms, great pool area. The breakfast buffet room was well maintained and attention paid especially to kids. An absolute must stay when traveling to Provo, UT. Thumbs up Valerie.

I've never been in a hotel where people are so friendly and helpful. First time there in 2013, returned a year later and they remembered my name. And how I liked my breakfast and eggs. The past three weeks were long and full with hard work but these people managed to get a smile on my face every day.

Great! Everything. EXCEPT the door handles. They are awful, and hurt my hand. Otherwise perfect.

Their breakfast is awesome. If you're like me, you'll want to know the specifics: eggs, bacon, and breakfast potatoes. Cereals, oatmeal, bagels, toast, english muffins, yogurt, juices, and of course, waffles. Their fitness facility has cardio equipment and free weights. They have a pool and hot tub. Their rooms are really nice (I'm used to staying at Marriott and these are as good if not better). They have refrigerators in the room. I really liked this place.

The breakfast is excellent, staff is friendly, rooms and pool are clean. Fresh baked cookies upon arrival. Cozy feel.
