An older motel but was clean with a reasonable price and a good location for our visit to Bryce Canyon. Service was good at the counter and receptionist was nice. No breakfast, which would have been nice but ok a decent place to stay.

The best part is the price and location. The room was decent overall, clean beds which is really all you need at a motel. The beds and pillows weren't super comfortable and the room itself was not super clean. Overall, if you're just staying for one night on a road trip, it's perfect.

We stayed 2 nights. The rooms were fine but pool was under repair, supposedly. Rates were reasonable and staff friendly and helpful.

Not too bad. My room had newer carpet and Linens were clean. I would stay there again.

Just too noisy. Having read some of the other reviews we were hoping for a basic but comfortable stay. The beds were too soft and the noise from the stairs and upstairs finally stopped at 1:30 before starting again at 6:00. We had booked for 3 nights but only stayed one.

Worst motel of west america. We've been traveling arround the country and visiting so many motels. This was the worst by far.

Quiet. Comfortable. Great value for the price and as a stop over point between Zion and Bryce. Nice little budget motel. No complaints.

An older motel in need of some maintenance and updating. Everything functioned fine. Small room. If you a looking for a low cost motel option and don't require perfection and a lot of space, then this is a good place to stay. The cheapest Motel room during my week of vacation to Utah.

Clean and quiet. Owners are very friendly. Had a fridge and microwave. Bed was also comfortable.

Simple, affordable hotel. Coffee in the lobby in the morning was a bonus!

A comfy clean place ran by an Indian family. The room was spacious, towels and washroom clean. Free parking was available and coffee was provided.

We got in at midnight after a crazy snow storm. The owners were alseep and woke up to accommodate us. The room was average similar to a Motel 6. The bathroom was a little small and had an slanted floor. Overall, it fulfilled our needs for a unplanned overnighter.

Clean and for the price it's a nice place. The room was cozy. The sheets were nice and crisp. The only complaint was that we stayed on the second floor and the floor is wood. It squeaked with every step. I felt sorry for whoever was on the lower floor. But otherwise I would stay there again.

Adequate: pretty much what you would expect for the price, location, and name of this motel. Clean enough, nothing fancy, nothing terrible. The bed was actually pretty comfortable. I’d say a 2nd floor room might be better as we did hear some stomping around from the room above since we were on the ground level. Microwave and mini-fridge were provided as well.

Older motel but all lodging here is older. The room is clean but has an odor. We visited Zion today and will visit Bryce tomorrow and this motel is convenient to both.

A utilitarian experience. While I'd be in no particular hurry to stay again, I wouldn't necessarily avoid it. I would compare this to a typical Days Inn experience quality-wise. Owners/managers friendly enough. Bathroom was big enough, but room overall was a little smallish. There was a desk, small fridge, and a microwave. Flat panel TV. A hole at bottom of the door (to exterior) that would certainly accommodate a snake or rodent trespassing. Parking adequate. I didn't get a great, or even good, deal dollar-wise, but thats on me due to shortage of rooms in area on short notice… I would think about $75/nite should be top dollar. Grade C+.

Super staff, clean rooms, comfy beds! We were traveling to Bryce Canyon, and looking for a quality place to stay on a budget. This was perfect! I don't know what more you could ask for when looking for a nice, low-priced motel.

Have stayed in this pet friendly hotel a couple of times. Sorry I can only give 5 stars to Four Seasons type of hotels.

This place was great for the location and price. Will definitely stay here again. It was quiet, clean, and safe. When just passing through, what more could you want? Room had a fridge and microwave, along with a flat screen TV. Minus one star for a tiny toilet that didn't flush very well.

Dated and small. Few outlets, shower was 5 feet high and overflowed, multiple bugs in the bathroom, loud ancient AC unit, cramped parking. If you are used to roughing it, this place is fine for a night. I'd go elsewhere.

Excellent rates, the rooms were great and had a refrigerator and microwave. Their Wi-Fi worked very well.

Comfortable room with a refrigerator. Shower pressure was excellent! Air conditioner needs an update but did the trick. Loved the small town feel.

Very pleasant people! The property is nice, the rooms are clean and quiet, beds are comfortable, Wi-Fi is strong, and only $52. (March 2016) One thing to keep in mind, if you're calling for reservations the office is closed from 10 a. M. Until 4 p. M. (Maybe that's how they keep the prices so low. )

Super-caring, friendly owner!

Super clean. Comfy rooms. 56$ for 2 adults and a dog. The lady that lives here (the owner I presume) got up at 2 am to get us a room. Super friendly and super fast check in.

Nice owners, clean. Allows pets. Little town with not many options, but a good choice.

While staying there in September 2011 a stray kitten adopted me and my golden retriever. The manager set us up with a litter box and food for the drive home. 14 months later the kitten is now a great cat and I'll never forget that stay at this motel. BTW I have stayed there on and off since the 1980's while fishing at Panguitch Lake and will again. It is a well run clean motel.

Great value. Clean rooms. The owners are on site, friendly, helpful and will do anything to make your stay the best (they may even help you change your brakes). Would stay again.

Stayed there 11/24 — 11/26/2007. Nice very clean basic place to stay. No frills but given where you are, you just need a shower and a bed. Would certainly stay there again. Price was great. Stayed there again Oct 17 and 18, 2008. Just as before, great room, low price, smoker friendly. Planning my next trip out and Color Country is my FIRST choice.
