The Lodge at Duck Creek Apartment

Our favorite place to stay in Utah! Quaint village, abundant deer, friendly people, comfortable accommodations! Love the owners and the Lodge!

We loved staying here. The lodge was so nice. We each had a bedroom and cooking for yourself really saves money. The church bells ringing was so uplifting. The place was clean. It had basic amenities and it was equidistance to Bryce Canyon and Zion. One hour to each location. We even were able to take a 2 hour trip to the Northern Rim of the Grand Canyon. We will definitely stay there again.

Such a cute lodge! We stayed in Lodge Fisherman's Landing. The kitchen is pretty well stocked, but if there are specific spices you like, you should bring them. There are plenty of toilets for everyone! The master bedroom has a walk-in shower, which was really nice and big. Mr. Jim, the on-site manager was extremely helpful. Each "apartment" has their own grill. Make sure you bring food from home, or stop in Cedar City on the way up the hill. There is a gas station and an awesome Ace Hardware that has necessities, but it's more expensive than if you would bring food up. The village is so cute. We'll be back!

Where do I start? From the fully equipped suites, the weather, to the nearby scenic activities, you couldn’t ask for a better getaway. My 2 year old daughter screamed “AMAZING” at her first views from the balcony. We can’t wait to return!

The lodge at Duck Creek was beautiful it was very roomy, there was 10 people and a baby we stayed in deer tracks which had a loft we had a great time and everyone was impressed. Definitely would go back, it was stocked with everything you need.

The lodge was great! It was clean, modern, and comfortable. The bed mattresses were excellent, the kitchen well appointed, and bedrooms were spacious. Would definitely recommend this condo for families.

Beautiful location, great for family reunions, large covered deck for gathering and eating together, comfortable beds and great amenities. Manager on hand 24/7 to take care of any little problems. Our family of 36 took over 4 of the rooms. We ate together at night on the deck and played volleyball in the parking lot. Close to fun activities including ATV's, horseback riding and boating on Navajo Lake. Would recommend 10 out of 10! Our kids and grandkids said this was our best family reunion yet!

We stayed in Bear's Den which is a spacious but cozy accommodation. Very pleasant stay in this clean, quiet and comfortable lodge. Surprised at extras available in the kitchen. Would recommend to others.

Situated about half way between Bryce and Zion, this is a great place to stay. All the villas are 3 bedroom suites of around 1400 square feet. 2 1/2 baths. :Linens are better than hotel grade and our mattress was great. The kitchen is well stocked, and meal preparation there is not a problem. Beside the well furnished kitchen, there is a 4-burner grill outside on the deck that is hooked up to piped-in propane. Ours was clean and well-maintained. Large TV and fireplace in the living room, and great views off the front porch. What you need to know is that the nearest full grocery store is 20 (? ) miles away, so buying groceries on the way is a must unless you like to drive or plan to eat out. The restaurants in Duck Creek are fine, but nothing to write home about. So plan ahead. Both John and Jim went out f their way to make sure everything was right. Very accommodating. We'll go back again.

Duck creek village is a very beautiful little village in Dixie national forest, it's close from zion, bryce and also you can drive around scenic roads from Dixie. Apartment was beautiful, spacious and very well kept. Owner John and manager Jim are very nice and takes care of everything for comfortable stay. I highly recommend "The Lodge" vacation rental.

My family spent our Christmas weekend here. Our unit was very nice, the kitchen had just about everything you needed. The fire pit was awesome on the cold nights. Owner is great! We will definitely be back again!

Our family had a blast! We stayed in "Eagles Landing" and it was a great cabin. Lots of room, great amenities, and what a view! We rented a couple rzr's and had a blast! Mike is awesome, he set up a fire in his pit for us and made sure our family had a great time. If you are looking for a great place to stay in Duck Creek, The Lodge, is worth checking out. It is like a home away from home!

Hands down the best place I have ever stayed during my vacation. The lodge was very well furnished, Mike was absolutely awesome. It was very fancy, well kept and homely. I would wholly recommend and stay again if I am ever near Bryce Canyon again.

Wow! My boyfriend, myself and our dog stayed in wolf pack. First off let me start with the location. Absolutely beautiful. The suite was huge! More than enough room with a huge deck to overlook the valley! Got to watch cows with my coffee each morning! Tons of wildlife around the lodge. Marmots, hummingbirds, chipmunks and a variety of song birds! Suite was fully equipped better than my home! Super clean. Immaculate actually. Very reasonable pricing. You cannot go anywhere and get something like this for that price. Plenty of hiking and outdoor stuff right outside your door! Mike and Christina are fabulous hosts! Taking care of any detail. I thank them for creating such a beautiful place that regular people can afford to go to!

We had a huge family reunion with 47 people it was perfect Mike and Christine are greatanyone with love being there.

My family and I truly enjoyed our lodge at Duck Creek. We stayed in Eagle's Lookout which was gorgeous! After hiking all day we felt right at home relaxing by the fire place playing board games as a family. Very relaxing experience. The owner Mike Vaccaro was very helpful in making our stay enjoyable. We'll be back soon.

I was dreaming that there was a place to gather my family, relatives and friends and we could cook, play together. The Lodge at Duck Creek Village made the dream come true. The lodge locates between two national parks and it has a beautiful view. The owners are a couple and they are very friendly. You can reach them at anytime and they offer generous helps. The rooms are designed with great details. You can feel it like home. I strongly recommend those who want to spend their vacation in Southern Utah with their families.

Stayed here recently with my family and friends, everyone had a wonderful time. The Lodge itself is amazing, you can really tell attention to detail was applied here. The apartment-home was stocked with dishes and everything else that would be needed in order to host an event. Everything was clean and above standard. The kids absolutely loved the upstairs part of the suite that was full of bed's and sofa's. We were on the top floor and I sat outside at night on the lounge chair just looking into the clear star filled sky for hours. If you are coming from a city like I did and looking for an amazing getaway spot this place hit the nail on the head, from the nighttime sky to the amazing views during the day. At dusk we saw at least a dozen deer walk around the lodge. This is truly an amazing place. It's so peaceful and beautiful over there I myself cant stop thinking about all fun I had with my family and cant wait to return. An overall great experience and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who loves life.

Amazing view, good cell service for when your out exploring. All the amenities go way beyond what you would expect to even having fresh condiments in the fridge for you. Fully stocked kitchen with all your pans and wears. Not like some of the other places I've stayed that seem to have 2 plates and a broken spatula. My family is loving it here. The kids even stopped roaming about video games and were like is that a deer?! Haha And if you do want to unwind you have satellite with premium channels.

I want to go back! It was so relaxing and I felt like I was staying in a clean home. And not a hotel. There is so much to do and such a beautiful view from the lodge.

This beautiful, well managed Lodge offers many amenities far above the average Mtn Lodge. It manages a professional ran ATV and Snowmobile Rental Shop. The rooms are newly furnished with top notch kitchenettes. This is a Man's Paradise. We fished, hiked, 4x4 and visited near by Bryce Canyon and Zion all in 3 days. Planning a winter vacation!

Recently enjoyed a family reunion here, and we could not have asked for a more pleasant experience. Each room was extremely clean, and had pretty much anything you could need. Fresh towels, every kitchen utensil you would have at home, extra blankets, and so much more! The staff was very friendly and helpful. They even had atv and snow mobiles for rent to explore the amazing Duck Creek wilderness. We had our toddler with us and I couldn't believe my ears when they told us they had a play pen for us to use! Staying here felt like home, and my family cannot wait to return! What a wonderful stay! The Lodge was spacious, nicely furnished, and very clean. This has to be the best pet friendly place we have ever stayed. Loved the view from the deck and the BBQ right outside the door. If we go back to Duck Creek we will definitely stay here again. If you are looking for a relaxing, outdoor get-away this is the place!

Move along folks. Move along nothing to see here. Nothing special UNLESS you're into amazing views of the meadows surrounded by majestic pine trees hiding the breathtaking trails, caves, fishing lakes and heralding the awe inspiring adventures that await should you dare to venture beyond. It's only a perfect place if you truly seek to be hooked and blown away by the amazing outdoors surrounded by the wilderness of the Dixie National Forest. Like I was saying not for everyone only for those who want to experience the best get-away, recreational and relaxation experience in their life. I've only been there 3 times in one year and can't wait to get back up the mountain again. Oh. I almost forgot. The Lodge is kinda like the surroundings nothing to see except exceptional cribs with beautiful granite countertops super comfortable bedding, fully equipped spacious kitchens trimmed out in gorgeous real pine wood doors and accents throughout for a rustic but super cozy mountain feel. Fireplaces, flatscreen TV's fireplaces etc. If you're into that indoorsy"stuff you will be pleasantly surprised. Enough about stuff and surroundings. What really sets this place apart and again this is only for those who care about really getting the most from their experience, the character of the lodge is embodied in Mikey V. Owner/operator/rennovator/maintenancer/visionary/tour guide extraordinaire super exciting Lodge Dude!

We were at the lodge for Christmas holidays and coming from Canada it takes a lot to "wow" us in terms of winter scenery and overall "winter feel". This little village was beautiful and the lodge with its clean, and cozy rustic look and feel made this experience truly winter wonderland like. And we can't forget Mike who is heart and soul of the lodge and makes everyone feel at ease.

I dream of going back to this place! It is total luxury combined with the serene outdoors. The Lodge was immaculately clean and bright, including amenities that I would only expect at home. My family of six has been out there three times thus far, and it is our official destination when we visit Utah. It took us less than an hour to drive to Zion National park in late fall 2014. What a transformative experience. What really drew us in was the people who run The Lodge. Mike took us out on the trail and showed us around the mountainside. He set up the fire in the fire-pit making it possible for me to enjoy my first smores experience! To burn off those treats, I "treated" my body to an invigorating run on the mountain. This place is a little bit of HEAVEN.

I Went up to The Lodge at Duck Creek with the Fam bam and Friends, ultra spacious great for gatherings, parties, Recreation and relaxation. Loaded with scenic beauty, and teeming with wildlife. Seriously some of the freshest air I've ever breathed in my life. Ideal for Quading, ATVs, off road vehicles. Awesome for the family, unparalleled number of outdoor activities and phenomenal customer Service. Mike will take care of you, he's a rock solid guy with a massive knowledge on the Area. A+++.
