Just stopped for a night on a road trip.
Clean, good water pressure, works for me!

Clean rooms, friendly staff, and very good atmosphere, my family really enjoyed it here.

Staff is wonderful. Breakfast was delightful. Clean rooms. Clean hotel.

It's rather hard to find. Rooms are not very clean, and the whole place smells like mold. I'm not sure why it's rated so well. Pool is open 24/7, but it doesn't really smell or look clean. Staff seemed friendly but the place just needs to be updated all around.

Slightly dated facility and decor but well kept, clean and comfortable rooms and facilities with a friendly staff. Would definately stay here again.

First of all they don't have an elivator and they denied my request for bottom floor and said they save this for the elderly. Which is cool but I have a bad foot and a bad knee and we were traveling with 2 year old twins along with all the playpens, toys, and luggage that we had to pack up the stairs all while carrying our tired children from a 12 hour car ride. One of them actually ended up tumbling down the stairs almost breaking her neck. The lady at the front desk was not friendly. Next morning we went down for breakfast at 8:38 with starving toddlers and tired parents. We were rudely told that breakfast was already closed. We couldn't get a cup of coffee or a banana or anything even though it wasn't hard for them to offer. Our toilet over flowed, shower water wasn't very hot, fridge wasn't very cold, outlets were so old they wouldn't even hold a charger, they kept falling out of the sockets. Overall it wasn't horrible but we had a bad experience checking in with horrible customer service that it made all the little things that much more irritating. Do yourself a favor and stay at the Best Western down the road. They served us amazing amazing breakfast with a smile at 10am!

This hotel is easy to get to and has a great location on the road from the parks to Salt Lake City, with a quiet, comfortable room and a well-stacked and tasty complimentary breakfast. Definitely recommend!

Stayed for one evening traveling up to Montana. The staff was polite and the room was clean. Checked the bed and sheets no active evidence of bed bugs or anything like that. The bathroom was cleaned and organized. The room did have a microwave and fridge. I didn't give them 5 stars because the rate was a little high for the area and they charge a $25 pet fee. That's as much as my apartment for a whole month. I understand their pet policy of $200 will be charged for damages, that makes total sense, but $25 for one evening. One evening for just one adult and one dog was $116.

A little pricey but super nice.

My initial impression was that the hotel had an older feel to it, doors and showers seemed like they had seen better days but the everything was really clean and worked. I was really impressed with the staff and how clean everything was despite the older feel. Also the breakfast was one of the better ones if ever had at a hotel. They have a train track up by the ceiling and a little train that runs through the breakfast area that was really awesome! The train at this hotel may be the best thing about Fillmore. I wish I had thought to take a picture of it but only got a picture of the shower to show that they do have handicap accessible showers.

Awesome staff, quite, very clean rooms and big rooms. The free breakfast was very yummy and a lot to choose from. I really enjoyed my stay.

Most of my time was spent in the pool. The towels we're on a plastic table, and there were pool cleaning supplies cluttered around. The lighting was pretty dim and tinted orange, which was kind of odd. The hot tub was closed for no apparent reason. The water in the pool seemed nice enough though. A little small.

Very nice for a 2 star hotel. I'd give 5 stars, but the hot tub was broken.

Nice room and nice staff. Pool open all hours nice. Not the Ritz but a nice place to stop for the night on your trip.

There are not many hotels in the area. Hotel staff is excellent and friendly. Hotel has been updated but in need of more. Bed very comfortable but carpet was dirty, keep your socks on. Breakfast is standard.

Not too bad as far as the beds and the sleep went, but one of the employees was very rude and condescending towards me. I wanted a partial refund for having to put. Up with his harsh comments bur the manager wasnt anywhere to be found. I would never return here.

Tried calling to see if there was any open rooms no one answered. So we pull in the receptionist took forever to even come around the corner. She didn’t smile or great my husband. She kept rolling her eyes as my husband just trying to get a room. My card was declined cuz I forgot have a protective code on it when I go out state (being 4:00am) and she wasn’t patient while I dealt with that. When I walked back up to the counter with the issue solved she still just had a mad face on so I was like you know what forget it you clearly don’t want us here so will go some where else. She didn’t say word she literally turned around and walked back behind the wall… horrible service! We travel every weekend for wrestling tournaments and we will never use you guys again! I get it sucks working over nights but fake it until your shift is done.

Stopped here for a brief overnight. It's on the level of expectations of a Comfort Inn. The only issues were some noise from the room next door which I believe was due to the suite doors between us. The bathroom could use some CLR on the shower head and faucet. But on the whole it was nice, clean, and modern (plus an enormous TV).

The place is starting to fall apart, the shower took forever to heat up, the first night we were there, they told us they could not turn the heat up on the Jacuzzi and then a different person said they could (poor communication between workers), the mirrors were almost falling off the walls, our fridge door kept popping open during the night, not fun to run into and few other things. But in the flip side, the breakfast was pretty good and when you'd call to get something from the front desk it was gotten very quickly. So yes I'd say it was "okay"

Only giving three stars due to the staff. When we went to check in, the front desk clerk whom I only assume was about 15 years old. He was watching TV and seemed annoyed that he had to get out of his chair. He asked if he could help us. I told him we wanted to check in. I gave him my name, credit card and I'D. He pulled out a piece of paper and literally slammed down a pen and said initial here, here and here and sign here. I'm a platinum member of choice hotels and have stayed at one at least two dozen nights this year alone. I have always been greated with a smile and have been thanked for being a gold, now platinum member and told where and when breakfast is and the pool hours etc. Not this time, When we went for breakfast, we had to wait and walk around three of the hotel staff that were getting their breakfast including making themselves waffles. Epic fail staff members.

The room LOOKED good, bed was VERY comfy, & breakfast was good. They accept your dog for an extra $25 (dumb), but the one other hotel in town doesn't accept pets. I stayed in room 122 in Fillmore. Utah, & all I did was fight with flies and bugs all evening & morning. As soon as I'd kill one fly, another one would appear. There were other flying insects as well. The carpet is dark & multicolored so it's hard to see bugs, but I would be sitting at the table & look down & there would be some kind of bug walking across the floor, including a giant ant the morning I was leaving. I also killed 3 gnats with my hands. Miserable, since I hate bugs. I knew I'd only be there one night so I didn't say anything. I won't stay at THAT hotel again but MAY try another Comfort Inn.

We had a nice room. Sheet are clean. Room was clean. Breakfast in the morning and it's next to a gas station. They have a indoor pool and hot tube. They also have an outdoor patio. Nice!

If you want to be forced to have an early breakfast and be done by 8:30 a. M. And not have to worry about checking out until 11 then this is a great hotel for you but if you're like me and when you're on vacation and you'd like to sleep in a little bit even if that is until 8:30 maybe even 9 then don't say this hotel there's another one at the other end of town go there instead.

Nice staff and decent hotel. Oddly enough there is no elevator. Quiet when we were there and very comfy beds… but we did stay there after 4 days of tent camping.

Indoor swimming pool, so that's means all year swimming plus a Jacuzzi that fit 7 ppl. Full hot breakfast. Clean rooms Pet allowed Good size parking lot and a dirt lot for big trucks.

Good for the price. Also the only option in town. Good breakfast. Ice machine not functional.

This place was awesome. I am a disabled senior and they had our room located close to the hotel entrance. When we got to the room it was very spacious and clean looking. After being in the room for about fifteen minutes, the front desk called our room to make sure that all was ok and that we were comfortable. I will most definitely be going back to this hotel in my future trips north.

The rooms were spectacular. Most hotel beds kill my back but these ones seemed to be in really good shape, I didn't have any trouble falling asleep here. The location is great as well. Gas and food are just a quick walk away.

Not a bad stay. Pretty cozy beds, amazing bathroom sink and loved the fridge. Only thing I didnt like too much was that you couldnt close the curtains, so no privacy and sun wakes you up whether you like it or not. Bit overall, not a bad place.

Beds are so hard you cannot sleep in them. Manager was very nice but you pay to sleep and I couldn't.

We are very disappointed in the way Comfort Inn in Fillmore has treated us over the last week. After a relatively satisfactory stay (except for a rude response any time we asked if the pool was open), we discovered that our daughter's stuffed fox had been left behind. This fox is very precious to her and is one of the only things that helps with her anxiety. We called the hotel and confirmed that they had it. When we found someone who could pick it up the front desk had no idea what we were talking about. We gave them the name of the person we spoke with, we called multiple times, but never got any information. We were, however, treated very rudely. After submitting an honest survey response about our stay, we received a compulsory apology, still with no information or attempt to figure out what happened. We plan to return to the area, as we had a fun time on our short trip, but we will need to find a different place to stay. We will neither patronize nor recommend an establishment which discards or loses an irreplaceable item after being told that we would be returning for it.

We got stuck in Fillmore due to a massive storm, and the staff was amazingly helpful and kind. The room was pretty nice, and the hotel was cheaper than any others near by. The only issue I had was they had nothing hot for breakfast because they didn't want to make anything, and no one plowed the parting lot at all.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. Drive the extra 45 minutes and stay at the comfort inn in beaver! One of the chairs in the room looked like someone died in it, no joke… looked like blood. The lamp had stains all over the shade. The carpet is old and stained. The bathroom floor was sticky. We got there at 9pm and I seriously considered getting back in the car to drive the additional 2 hours home. We didnt even shower in the morning, probably would have come out dirtier. Breakfast is only served till 830. The breakfast lady who obviously hated her job wouldnt refill the waffle mix cause breakfast was "almost over" at 810. Ran out of eggs and rudely refused to make more for people coming in. I have never felt so unwelcome in a hotel before. I usually am the person that takes these reviews with a grain of salt thinking that the person is just impossible to please, but seeing how other guests were treated just flat out pissed me off. I will never stay at this hotel again.

The staff was so nice and helped my family out more than I could ever thank them. I recommend this place to everyone.

This hotel was the perfect cross between comfort and budget! The staff here were he best I have ever encountered, very friendly. The rooms were clean, well furnished, and felt very safe. The breakfast was better than the average continental and was stocked often. We would recommend this place for a great budget hotel!

Clean friendly atmosphere. Great people behind the counter and in the breakfast room. Nice clean pool and hot tub. Breakfast was good, same items as most motels. Clean breakfast area. Has a model train running suspended from the ceiling. Break fast room is a little crowded if its busy. Room was nice and updated.

Bed was very comfortable best I had in a long time. Noise from other rooms were to easily heard. Noise from highway was easily heard. Privacy curtain has a 3 inch rip in it and our room was right along sidewalk with people walking by Bathroom was a little to small, but the room price was OK. Front desk Lady was Very Nice and friendly and helpful Pool looked good, did not try it this time Breakfast room was to small for the # of people Over all I would stay there again, 4.0 rating out of 5

People were very friendly. Free breakfast was good. Rooms were neat and clean. That's the good. Tub faucet dripped the whole time. Bathroom was small. Really big TV that only had regular cable, so picture was not great. Some channels had no sound. Adjustable chair didn't adjust. Ice machine was out of order as was the pool. It was fine for a night, but I was there 5 days, so it was kinda rough.

We stayed at the Comfort Inn of Fillmore to avoid a snowstorm. The hotel was clean and all the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Clean, comfortable and very reasonable rate. Friendly service and good breakfast in the morning with scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage. Almost any thing you wanted. Cranberry juice no orange juice but cranberry is probably more healthy for you anyway. My grandson Cole liked to stop here on our way to Montana because it has an indoor pool. Its nice to see that it is still a pleasant experience. Would highly recommend!

We arrived quite late, so didn't spend any time in the pool, although it looked nice and clean. We had a very enjoyable conversation with the breakfast gal. She has a delightful personality and loves her job, which shows in what she does and how she does it. It would have been really nice if breakfast went a little later, we would have liked to sleep in a little bit, but felt we had to hurry down so we could eat before breakfast was over. I all the staff was great to work with and the hotel was clean.
