Very nice place to stay, the staff are so nice and helpful, the free breakfast is really good, a d hot fresh coffee! highly recommend, so nice to be right by the shops and restaurants as well!

0 Stars — Construction noise from 9 am to 7 pm. We booked 3 nights and they marked us as no-shows the 2nd day and assigned our room to new guests that walked in, thank god I was there albeit very awkward. Room had not been checked or cleaned. They have also billed my credit card 3 times and give a different answer each time I call. The answers include the check in was done incorrectly and now they are blaming the 3rd party website, our stay was 11/27 and it's now 12/10.
I would never recommend this location or Hyatt to anyone.

Excellent experience! I was there alone with three little kids. I had a room that was placed perfectly; close to the front desk, the pool, and the gym. The staff was professional and really kind… even when I called and asked for a broom when my son broke a glass. The room was spacious enough that I could still do yoga in one spot while the sofa bed was pulled out.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Everything was nice and staff was friendly. Beds were comfortable. Perfect place to stay and enjoy a day at lagoon. Plenty of places to eat near by. Breakfast closed up an hour earlier then we were told but everything else was great.

The hotel was very clean, and the location is convenient, although if you're staying there it would be nice to know that you have to either take the elevator or stairs to the lobby as upon entry at the main entrance it can be confused for a back entrance one might use after check-in. I would give this hotel 5 stars but two incidences made it so I could not. The two girls at the front desk upon check-in were super friendly, helpful and made the process quick and easy; however, once my mother, grandmother and I checked in we left to get dinner, when we came back and headed to bed we realized once we were already in our nightclothes that we needed additional blankets and pillows, so we called the "gallery" host and was told we’d have to go all the way to the lobby (we were on floor 3 on the other side of the building from the gallery) at 10PM because there was no one to bring them to us. I gave them the benefit of the doubt because it was late, but I will say I’ve stayed at far cheaper, less nice hotels that have gladly brought me extra items at all hours. The next day we left the room for 5 hours and specifically left the "do not disturb" sign off the door so we could get the trash cans taken out and more towels. We even left a note to let them know they didn’t have to waste their time making the bed or doing anything but emptying the trash cans and replacing the towels!

The staff were so incredibly kind and attentive! I attended a work meeting here and the staff made sure that drinks were always well stocked and that we had everything we needed. They served lunch and it was surprisingly good. The rooms and bathrooms were clean and well stocked. I would definitely recomend coming here for a staff meeting or any other event you might be having.

We stayed 1 night at this hotel and while the hotel was fine, the staff wasn't. Within hours of checking out I realized that I had left behind two bags. I called the hotel directly and explained the situation. They said they would check but never returned my call. After checking in again, and then again (for a third time) I was told that there was nothing left in the room. After finally speaking with a manager, he basically said that they wash their hands of it. Thank goodness we didn't stay an additional night when the maid (Randy) would have had full access to all of our things. Ynelle (housekeeping) and Colin (manager) we absolutely no help and showed no concern regarding having dishonest staff. Stay here if you must but don't trust the staff.

This is one of the nicest Hyatt Places I have ever stayed at. It has a beautiful modern design and the rooms were well laid out well. The breakfast was good as well.

Definitely learned price isn't everything, very expensive for what was offered. Reservations never quite right, messed billing up more than once and the only good thing about the continental breakfast was it was free. Never one to complain but surprisingly unimpressed.

Stayed here a week. Great location, Room was modern and wonderful. Breakfast's were plentiful and had an amazing variety to choose from. Internet perfect, cable great, heated indoor pool a nice bonus. Staff very professional and helpful. Enjoyed having walking access to Farmington Station. Spent two evenings in the square here listening to the music produced every hour on the hour for the dancing lights over the water fountains. Lots of choices for eating including Harmons who have a wonderful selection and nice dining area right in the grocery store. A++ experience. Parking can be interesting because of the mall but even this was only a minor inconvenience. Mountain views are beautiful.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Internet good, but Media hub and phones not working in our suite. Location was perfect. Lots of empty drawers. Minimalist delight. Small refrigerator.

It is a very clean and beautiful hotel. We came up for a girls weekend and felt pampered the whole time. Milena and Shae are very great! They were so nice and took care of us.

Very lively pub style atmosphere here, with a huge open view of the fountains outside. The food was really good and the martini was spectacular. I will definitely eat here again when back in the area. The server was fantastic as well with a non aggressive approach and the manager came around to every table to make sure everything tasted good and that our experience was fantastic. All in all a great place to eat and drink.

This is by far the nicest place to stay in Davis county. The hotel is new, updated, clean, reasonably priced, and has absolutely the best access to shopping and restaurants of any hotel in the county. Their staff are generally easy to work with and do a great job maintaining the property. My company hosts a lot of events here and we get very good feedback on the hotel from those that come to our events.

As much as I love the location and the hotel itself is great, we had an awful experience with the manager. We accidently booked our room for the weekend before our trip and didn't realize it until we showed up the next weekend to check in. The staff was great but couldn't do anything about being charged twice. We had to call the manager the next day for assistance. He was terrible, and rude to us in his mannerisms while assisting us. So disappointed. It was an honest mistake but he had no sympathy in his tone and made us fell awful while speaking with him. Ive never had such bad customer service from an upper level employee especially when the rest of the staff was so nice. The hotel itself is top notch. I just hope you never have to deal with him.

We splurged and got their biggest, and nicest room. The hotel itself and the amenities were good, but our main TV in the bedroom didn’t work all night, and there were so many kids running wild in the pool, and in the exercise room. But the staff were very nice. I guess I can say it’s more of the parents fault, but some staff saw that literally 12 to 15 children were jumping in, diving in and out of the pool and getting everybody’s things wet. And no I did not say anything, I have a feeling if I would’ve said something to staff they would have taken care of it. So I have mixed reviews. One of the customer service people did come up and fix our TV once. She was cool. But she tried to get a hold of her “maintenance guys“ and they would not answer their phones and this was probably around 6 PM. But the room we got was amazing and the view was amazing, so I guess I am just an evil child hater! Jk The price is also good for the room we got, and noon is actually a late check out which is awesome. And the location can’t be beat. And I think it’s funny that people complain about something that is free, the breakfast bar. Come on people it’s free breakfast! If you wanted something specific then go to restaurant.

Recently stayed here on business and I can say that I won't be going back. I had an issue with my room not being cleaned during my stay, so I asked to speak to a supervisor about the issue. The supervisor Ashley came to my room to discuss the issue. She was very short with me, rolling her eyes at times, and I felt as if she had more important things to do. I finally told her that to forget about having my room cleaned and I would just speak to a different supervisor in which she replied "it is the weekend and I AM THE ONLY SUPERVISOR HERE! Needless to say that as a person in customer service/relations I would never treat my customers like this nor would I have employees that would treat customers like this.

Nice, cozy room. Comfortable bed. Nice area surrounded by shops, restaurants and a grocery store. Walls are a little thin. Could hear other rooms and the televisions. Floors seem hollow, could feel the vibration of people walking down the hallway. Staff was friendly. Night life nonexistent, no bars nearby, except the hotel bar and restaurants. However it is a plus if you enjoy a quiet night. Not a plus if you like to go out on the town.

My wife and I stayed there overnight for our anniversary. We loved it! it's right next to Farmington station so there's lots of shopping, dining and movie theaters all within walking distance. The rooms are very nice very clean and very modern. I would stay there again.

We stayed here a couple weeks ago and while the hotel was beautiful, modern, and clean, we had some issues that I just can't get over. The room was nice, clean, and the beds were great! Breakfast was really hard. We have kids and so we went early to beat the weekend "rush. " But it was super crowded and we couldn't find seats for any of us. We ended up standing and letting the kids take turns on one seat we found. The plates were also super small, so with the long line, you had to cram food on there since you know you wouldn't be able to go back through if you were still hungry. Again, tricky with kids. Then, we were dumb and left our swimsuits (that we didn't use) in a drawer. When we called back to the lost and found, they said they have no record of them. I am so disappointed. I now have to buy new swimsuits for the whole family. I expected more from a nicer hotel like this.

I've been staying at this hotel for 11 days and I have nine days more to go. The service in this hotel is excellent cleanliness excellent Elegant Style Decor everything top-notch Hotel. I highly recommend staying out of town in Farmington over in Salt Lake anyday!

I'm a loyal Hyatt customer and this location is a good example of why I am. Always clean, great customer service with modern rooms. Best place to stay at by the Lagoon. Lots of shopping that is walking distance!

The hotel was very clean and the staff was very nice. I feel though for how much I paid there would have been some better amenitie upgrades. I was very dissapointed in the breakfast bar. Me and my husband lime to have a more quite breakfast so we usually take our food to the room. It was hard to do so with the very small plates and coffee without trays. By the time we got to our room and ate our food was cold. A microwave would have been nice for this. The bed was very hard. I usually fall asleep like a baby but it wasn't happening. We liked the idea of the hotel being at the mall. But sadly that bed is the reason we will not be returning.

This is a very nice contemporary/modern designed hotel located right at the mall. Everything is new around here and close by if you just want to walk to most places to eat or shop. The room I had was very nice, clean, and modern. It was larger than I was expecting, which was nice. The staff at this hotel were all very nice and helpful. I had an issue where the hotel was overbooked (that's an overall Hyatt issue not this specific hotel), but the staff got me booked at another hotel for the night at their cost and then I switched to this one the following night. The staff was all aware of my situation when I came in the next morning to get my room there (even though only one person was working the front desk the night before). I appreciated the fact that they all were in sync and apologetic. You don't see that type of communication in most places these days. I'm sure I'll be back and won't have any problems staying there in the future.

Stayed here on a weekend getaway staycation. What a great experience people very nice and great service. Rooms are new and very clean. I liked that it was close to everything. We were able to eat, shop and have entertainment without having to drive anywhere. This is a must stay for anybody visiting Davis county or going to Lagoon. I would definately stay here again.

Our experience at this Hyatt was good overall. The location is nice, right next to Station Park, a chic outdoor shopping area with awesome fountains and restaurant options. The room was well-appointed with a relatively comfortable bed and nice blinds on the windows. Little things that I appreciated were the relatively quiet AC, convenient outlets for charging, and plenty of towel bars. The room was pretty quiet and had a nice view over the shopping complex. I bumped my rating to 4 stars because some cleaning details were missed: I found visible soap residue on the soap tray in the shower before I used it and there was greasy film on the top of the toilet seat when we arrived. The breakfast food options and quality were lackluster. And there were good tea options but grounds in the coffee. I asked the front desk attendant what the shuttle schedule was to Lagoon, and he didn't know. He was polite and friendly, but this was information a hotel attendant should know when I'm paying nearly $200 a night. Since these are relatively minor complaints, I'd rate it 4.5 if I could. Overall good experience here, and we'd stay there again.

Clean, refreshing, and comfortable! My wife and I stayed two nights while visiting the local amusement park and enjoyed the Hyatt Place immensely. It is conveniently located with easy access to the park, the interstate, and an amazing lifestyle shopping / dining complex. We have already decided to make this specific Hyatt Place our home-away-from-home whenever we are next in the greater Salt Lake area.

The environment is very friendly and the staff is helpful. The rooms are beautiful. The only down side is the sliding glass doors on the bathroom. They are aesthetically pleasing but lack the simple benefits of a solid door. Midnight bathroom expeditions, will wake the other guests in your room, as well as give them sounds to rivial thier nightmares. All aside I would use this hotel Everytime I visit the area they are great.

I was only there visiting a friend who was in town, but I was very impressed with them and the quality of the hotel. Good service, great amenities.

Very impressed with appearance and presentation of the whole building and the ambiance. But three things kind of ruined the stay. The bed was very firm and would squeek like no other when ever you would turn. The breakfast line is a joke, they put the big plates in the middle of the assembly line so you have to cut in line to just grab a plate. And was out of almost everything except the oatmeal. Probably bad timing but was my experience. And third, ordered nachos and took 45 mins to make.

It was clean and they were all friendly. I can't ask for more.

Very new hotel in a nice suburban area. Lots of shops, restaurants, etc… near by. Great stop on the way to Yellowstone.

It's like a resort and a hotel had a baby. The look of the hotel is amazing, the rooms are very general, but comfortable. I do wish the rooms had a microwave. However there's a good breakfast, and lots of food options. A grocery store nearby as well.

Though this is not my preferred location for Hyatt locations, we decided to stay here for our anniversary. We were not disappointed. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The location is in Station Park so you can go out, have dinner, walk around the open mall area or catch a movie, and then head back to the hotel. For the location, it is very quiet and there is plenty of parking. The room was not what I had expected — but it was pretty spacious. The mattress was firm and comfortable. I was grateful that it was a non smoking facility — it made for a very pleasant experience all around. The fitness center had plenty of treadmills and equipment so that if multiple people were in there, you would not have to wait to use a machine. The business center and lobby have plenty of USB Ports to charge devices if needed. The pool and hot tub is indoors and clean. We even checked out the conference / event room — very spacious and perfect for any company that wanted to host and event at their location. The breakfast was plentiful, hot, and delicious. We did not arrive to breakfast near the close of breakfast but right around the 8:00AM Rush and there was still plenty to go around. There is also a Starbucks located in the facility and the checkout time is noon which is really nice if you are the type of person that likes to sleep in and hang out. We will definitely visit again.

My stay was great. The room was awesome. There is plenty of shopping near by and it was close to lagoon. The breakfast was good.

It was very clean and the people there were great. The breakfast had many choices and the hotel had many events going on. Best hotel i've ever been to.

Hotel is really well done. Modern, nice vibe and the staff is awesome. Really helpful and welcoming staff. Met the Gen manager and she was very gracious. Great shopping and restaurants steps away. Would be a great staycation destination for the area. There were a group of skiers staying here while we were here. Why not? 45 min at most to a ski resort.
One downside is their breakfast eggs. Someone needs to read directions how to prepare them. Other than that — A+++

The hotel is clean and modern with beautifully appointed rooms. We enjoyed the fantastic free breakfast bar in a well lit cafe style eating area and the staff couldn't have been nicer! Some cool features in this great hotel! Can't wait to stay here again!
